  La ciudad de Portoviejo experimenta uno de los problemas más frecuentes de las ciudades cuyo parque automotor va en crecimiento, que tienen una alta actividad comercial y gran concentración de actividad burocrática, el congestionamiento vehicular. El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar la composición del tránsito vehicular y proponer soluciones y alternativas a este problema en uno de los focos de congestionamiento de la ciudad, ubicado a lo largo de la Avenida América, desde su intersección con la Avenida Manabí hasta su intersección con la calle Ramón Fernández, zona a la que se ha denominado “Sector Bancario”. Para dicho efecto la metodología se respaldó en la aplicación de un aforo vehicular, la práctica de una encuesta dirigida a los conductores y la observación de los investigadores. Los resultados permitieron identificar tres causas frecuentes del problema: las denominadas “horas pico”, el tipo de vehículo y, principalmente, el conductor.   PALABRAS CLAVE: tránsito; tránsito vehicular; congestionamiento vehicular; soluciones y alternativas   ABSTRACT The city of Portoviejo experiences one of the most frequent problems of the cities where the car park is growing, which have a high commercial activity and a high concentration of bureaucratic activity, vehicle congestion. The objective of this research work was to analyze the composition of vehicular traffic and propose solutions and alternatives to this problem in one of the congestion points of the city, located along Avenida América, from its intersection with Avenida Manabí to its intersection with Ramón Fernández street, an area called “Banking Sector”. For this purpose, the methodology was supported by the application of a vehicle count, the practice of a survey directed at drivers, and the observation of researchers. Debido al progresivo crecimiento del parque automotor en la ciudad de Cuenca-Ecuador, se evidencian congestiones por la sobresaturación del tráfico en las vías de la ciudad, las cuales colapsan en horas pico, ocasionando, como consecuencia, elevados niveles de ruido. Por esta razón, el presente artículo tiene como objeto modelar el ruido generado por el tráfico vehicular en las principales calles de la ciudad. Para ello se utilizará el modelo de predicción de ruido NMPB-Routes-96 en el software especializado en ruido “Datakustik CadnaA”; para el efecto se ha realizado un levantamiento de los datos requeridos por el software, además de validar, depurar y sistematizar la información de la geodatabase proporcionada por la Dirección Municipal de Tránsito y Transporte (DMT) del GAD municipal de Cuenca, en la cual hay información sobre las características viales y del parque auto motor de la ciudad. El presente trabajo de investigación busca mejorar la atención en estudiantes durante las clases de educación física. La literatura científica revela la necesidad de un óptimo proceso neuropsicológico como la atención y la memoria para el buen desempeño del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje del alumnado. Para lo cual se aplicó la técnica Toulouse – Pieron que permitió medir el Índice General de Atención y Percepción a 90 estudiantes de entre 14 y 17 años de la unidad educativa franklin Delano Roosevelt de la ciudad de Portoviejo. El objetivo general consistió en mejorar la capacidad atentiva considerando que la educación física favorece al desarrollo integral del ser humano, para ello se desarrolló un programa de juegos pre deportivos que ayudo claramente a cumplir los objetivos para los estudiantes involucrados, cuyo proceso fue aplicado durante las clases de educación física, ya que mayoritariamente se trabaja con actividades compuestas y combinadas determinando que exista una mejora considerable en el proceso atentivo. Los resultados muestran que la investigación procuró el cumplimiento de los objetivos trazados. PALABRAS CLAVE: Atención; Memoria; Programa; Juegos pre deportivos; educación física. Pre-sports games program to improve the attention of the students of the Franklin Delano Roosevelt Educational Unit ABSTRACT This research work seeks to improve student attention during physical education classes. The scientific literature reveals the need for an optimal neuropsychological process such as attention and memory for the good performance of the teaching-learning process of the students. For this, the Toulouse-Piéron technique was applied, which allowed the measurement of the General Index of Attention and Perception to 90 students between 14 and 17 years old from the Franklin Delano Roosevelt educational unit in the city of Portoviejo. The general objective was to improve the attentive capacity considering that physical education favors the integral development of the human being, for this pre-sports games program was developed that clearly helped to meet the objectives for the students involved, whose process was applied during the physical education classes, since most of them work with composite and combined activities, determining that there is a considerable improvement in the attention process. El presente trabajo investigativo tiene como objetivo conocer la relación entre el uso de redes sociales y el desarrollo de habilidades sociales en los adolescentes, teniendo en cuenta que las redes sociales son los medios de comunicación más utilizados por los adolescentes y que las habilidades sociales son competencias que les ayudan a actuar de manera eficaz en las relaciones interpersonales, así como también prevenir circunstancias problemáticas que se presentan en esta etapa del ser humano. Para ello se ha aplicado dos instrumentos, uno relacionado al uso de las redes sociales y otro respecto a las habilidades sociales, en estudiantes de unidades educativas fiscales y particulares de la ciudad de Ambato-Ecuador. Mediante la prueba estadística de Spearman (valor de -0,208) se puede afirmar que en el grupo de estudio existe una relación inversa en el uso de redes sociales y las habilidades sociales. Social networks and their influence on the development of social skills of adolescents ABSTRACT The present research work is to know the relationship between the use of social networks and the development of social skills in adolescents, taking into account that social networks are the means of communication most used by adolescents and social skills are competences that help them to act effectively in interpersonal relationships, as well as prevent problematic circumstances that arise in this stage of the human being. For this, two instruments have been applied, one related to the use of social networks and the other regarding social skills, in students from fiscal and private educational units in the city of Ambato-Ecuador. Using the Spearman statistical test (value of -0.208) it can be affirmed that in the study group there is an inverse relationship in the use of social networks and social skills. The article presents the results of the research work on the peculiarities of recultivation of the ash dumps of power station No1 (PS1) in the city of Khabarovsk. The research showed that the climatic conditions of the region promote the dust dispersal of toxic agents from the surface of the ash dump. The pollution of the air basin here can be attributed to the extremely high level of pollution (EHP), the priority pollutant is the dust containing heightened concentrations of heavy metals (Pb, Mn, Cu, Cr, Co, Ni, Cd). As a result it leads to the deterioration of the population’s health, especially to the high level of respiratory organs diseases. The research of the sprouting of the herbaceous plants (mixture of timothy-grass, clover and mustard) on prepared model soils showed their healthy growth. The ash chemical composition was studied. It showed high concentration of toxic chemical elements (Hg, Be, Sr, Cd, V, Th, 40K, Cr, Mb, AS, Sb,Se, Te, Pb, Ni, Co). The migration intensity of heavy metals ions into the plants was analyzed. On the basis of the experimental research the optimum composition of the substrate was revealed and recommended for recultivating the ash dump of PS1, namely: soil+sand+ash. Climatic conditions of the Khabarovsk Krai do not permit to recommend the sand+ash substrate for recultivation because of strong winds.

  El presente trabajo de investigación tiene el fin de determinar el grado de cumplimiento de la responsabilidad social empresarial en las empresas de transporte público urbano de la ciudad de Machala, el cual está enfocado en tres aspectos primordiales: relación con trabajadores, el cuidado del medio ambiente, y servicio a usuarios. Se aplicó un tipo de investigación descriptivo seccional mediante aplicación de 102 encuestas aleatorias a los socios activos de las cooperativas existentes en la ciudad de Machala que brindan el servicio de movilidad dentro del cantón. Los resultados obtenidos indican que la aplicación de los principios de Responsabilidad Social en este importante sector económico aun es deficiente.   Palabras clave: responsabilidad social empresarial – Cooperativismo – Grupos de interés, transporte público, transporte urbano   ABSTRACT The present research work has the purpose of determining the degree of compliance of Corporate Social Responsibility in the urban public transport companies of the City of Machala, which is focused on three fundamental aspects: relationship with workers, care of the environment , and service to users. A type of descriptive sectional research was applied by applying 102 random surveys to the active members of the existing cooperatives in the city of Machala that provide the mobility service within the canton. Traffic Congestion is a situation of transportation system that results in slow speed of vehicles, take large time for trip and increase vehicle quening. In metro city, traffic congestion is the major problem. Pune comes in metropolitan city. The increasing number of vehicles in the metro city leads to traffic congestion. Thus, there is need of proper traffic management in the city. The objective of this research work is to study the traffic characteristics of urban area and provide simulation technique. The study is based on traffic data collected for 8 days during peak and non-peak hours. Different study is carried out to find out the problem statement like volume study, travel time studies, parking studies, delay studies, pedestrian studies, and accident studies. The study is divided in four major parts like Causes of traffic congestion in urban area, remedial measure to avoid traffic congestion. Current IRC specification on SH-27, and new traffic strategies can be implemented by Simulation of Urban Mobility SUMO - for analysis before they are using in real word simulation. In this research paper, we comparatively study the Indian Road Congress (IRC) SP:84-2014 for state highway 27 i.e.Nagar road and that study is divided into the 12 major points .

The emerging concern for urban environment is currently one of the most essential ingredients of urban design theory. A commercial activity within the extents of the modern city dwells in one such environment. The post-industrialization era has served severe limitations on the natural development of commercial activities, retailing being one of them. Today, the rather unusual transformation of retail activity has been largely endorsed on accounts of ease and comfort. However, this change has surfaced various shortcomings in terms of sustainability. This study aims to explore an existing retail activity in the context of Karachi. The main objective of the study is to find ways to upgrade the environment of the area in which this retail activity exists. The study aims to achieve this without subscribing to the insensitive and inorganic design solutions prevalent in contemporary times. The study also aims to develop a prototype which can serve other commercial spaces within the precincts of the city and beyond. Providing convenience of use to various stakeholders involved remains at the core of the study. The study derives a theoretical foundation through a focused literature review. Examples from other contexts are also referred. The study essentially comprises both qualitative and quantitative data which are carefully extracted from personal observations, structured questionnaires and visual documentation. El presente trabajo de investigación se lo realizo con la finalidad de poder atender una necesidad que viven la mayoría de las instituciones de educación media, en el área de las ciencias experimentales, específicamente en la enseñanza de la Química, la cual se torna compleja para los docentes al momento querer vincular los conocimientos teóricos con los conocimientos prácticos, debido a la carencia de equipos, materiales, sustancias y en la mayor parte de los casos de un espacio físico adecuado en el cual poder impartir las prácticas de experimentación. Por tal motivo se propuso una investigación con enfoque de innovación, mediante la utilización de simuladores virtuales, los cuales permiten a docentes y estudiantes poder fortalecer su proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje en la asignatura de Química, para lo cual se capacitó a los docentes y estudiantes del área de ciencias experimentales de la Unidad Educativa Fiscal Uruguay, con la finalidad de que conozcan el manejo de la aplicación y de esta manera pudiesen adquirir las destrezas y habilidades necesarias para el manejo de los simuladores. Resumen: Este trabajo presenta una investigación del Museo Escolar como entorno inclusivo para la educación, un estudio a partir de la experiencia del Centro Educativo de gestión Privada “Los Laureles” del país Paraguay en la ciudad de Asunción. Que tiene como principal objetivo evaluar la calidad del Museo Escolar CEL, para la inclusión a través de la Educación Artística, de manera que sea posible determinar si el Museo Escolar puede servir como herramienta de aprendizaje interactiva que permita la integración. Tal abordaje justificaeste trabajo de investigación basándonos en la importancia de que la educación de calidad se debe desarrollar en todas sus aristas. Este propósito fue conseguido a través de fondos bibliográficos existentes, libros, artículos, materiales proporcionado por la institución educativa, fotografías, videos y todo aquello que pudiera ayudarnos a formar un marco teórico sostenible.La investigación comprobó que ya no es el museo convencional y poco flexible, sino que ha sufrido transformaciones y que los espacios que eran antes considerados como “espacios sagrados o de eruditos” han sido replanteados, como cualquier espacio donde se genere aprendizaje. Por consiguiente según lo investigado, el ambiente escolar es más que un espacio de aprendizaje, es una zona donde se entremezcla el saber, el sentido de pertenencia, la inclusión, la cooperación, la integración, la formalidad, lo informal, es un espacio que promueve la indagación e instrucción del colectivo. Palabras clave: educación artística, museo, escuela, inclusión, diversidad, innovación. Abstract: This paper presents an investigation of the School Museum as an inclusive environment for education, a study based on the experience of the Private Management Education Center "Los Laureles" of Paraguay in the city of Asunción. Its main objective is to evaluate the quality of the CEL School Museum for inclusion through Art Education, so that it is possible to determine if the School Museum can serve as an interactive learning tool that allows integration. Such an approach justifies this research work based on the importance that quality education must be developed in all its aspects. This purpose was achievedthrough existing bibliographic funds, books, articles, materials provided by the educational institution, photographs, videos and anything that could help us to form a sustainable theoretical framework.The research proved that the museum is no longer conventional and not flexible, but has undergone transformations and that spaces that were once considered as "sacred spaces or scholars" have been rethought, as any space where learning is generated. Therefore, according to the research, the school environment is more than a learning space, it is an area where knowledge, sense of belonging, inclusion, cooperation, integration, formality and informal is intermingled. City activity fluxes are reminiscent of stakeholder mobility in the urban sphere service and functions. Such mobility affects income and work assiduity though often creating accidents, material damage and pollution of varied forms of urban transportation that has lately witnessed the adaption to motorbikes as an alternatively favoured means of movement to that car. Salvaging economic depression and affordability has given biking an edge of success of recent which raises the recurrent question of its spatio-temporal and technical sustainability in in the freight sector. This paper evaluates the commercialisation of bike riding despite levied negativism perceptions in providing an alternative to the major urban problem of traffic congestion and its contribution to peter the pitfalls of the congestion. To assess the urban congestion intensity, traffic flow count was conducted during the rainy and dry season of spatio-temporal of vehicles (from the city centre to the suburbs). Findings agree to the fact that vehicular traffic congestion with increasing number of bikes was found to be higher along the N-E than the N-W road axis in direct conformity with sampled urban congestion triggers for Bamenda related to road infrastructural traits and vehicular numbers. Though motor bikes initially were a panacea, the sum effect of congestion reveals the urgent need for urban mass transport systems that should be complemented by a holistic urban transport governance involving the creation of deviation routes and enforcing traffic congestion rules.
