Communicative training of future service workers is a wide field for pedagogical research in the field of vocational (vocational) education. This is especially true of the training of a hairdresser - a master whose work involves close physical and emotional contact with clients and requires him to be able to build confidence, to act in each case not only technically but also psychologically competent. The article argues for the need to form in the context of professional training of the future specialist in the field of services of his communication skills. The principles of professional interaction of the future hairdresser are formulated, which, according to the author, are the basis of productive business communication (tolerance, integrity, balance of business and personality-oriented communication, priority of client interests, cooperation and compromise, objective self-esteem). The importance of educational modeling of communicative situations as a method of adjusting the individual communicative style of the future service worker is revealed. This ability must be formed over the years, based, in particular, on the possibilities of educational modeling. We see the development of its content and methodological support as an actual direction of our further research.

In the reviewed article on the basis of the study of scientific literature, the author attempts to analyze the main approaches to the issue of professional socialization of the future teacher-pedagogue, which is differently interpreted in psychological and pedagogical circles. Therefore, finding out its content and structure is relevant and requires a clear definition. Particular attention has been paid to studying the connection of this category with the phenomena of self-actualization and self-consciousness of the individual, which are increasingly becoming the object of psychological research. The purpose of this article is to analyze the approaches of the paradigm of psychological and pedagogical research to determine the content and structure of the professional socialization of the personality of the future teacher-pedagogue. The process of professional socialization of the individual in the unity of various planes of the implementation of elements of self-consciousness has been considered; the structure and basic mechanisms of socialization of the personality have been determined; the tendencies of psychological and pedagogical scientific thought regarding the interpretation of the category of professional socialization have been researched. It has been found out that the professional socialization of the future teacher-pedagogue has its own specificity, which manifests itself primarily in reducing self-actualization and increasing prosociality.Key words: personality, socialization, professional socialization, professional socialization of future teacher-pedagogue.Фирсова И. В. Особое внимание уделяется изучению связи этой категории с феноменами самоактуализации и самосознания личности, что все чаще становятся объектом психологических исследований. Целью этой статьи является анализ подходов парадигмы психолого-педагогических исследований к определению содержания и структуры категории профессиональной социализации личности будущего преподавателя-педагога, которая реализована путем решения следующих задач: рассмотрен процесс профессиональной социализации личности в единстве различных плоскостей осуществления элементов самосознания; определена структура и основные механизмы социализации личности; исследованы тенденции психолого-педагогической научной мысли относительно толкования категории профессиональной социализации. Сделано вывод, что профессиональная социализация педагога имеет свою специфику, которая проявляется прежде всего в снижении самоактуализации и усилении просоциальности.Ключевые слова: личность, социализация, профессиональная социализация, профессиональная социализация будущего преподавателя-педагога.

Scientific research activity is an essential component of the professional activities of a higher education pedagogue. Exploring the world around, future pedagogues not only organize their knowledge about pedagogy and the profession but also form a pedagogical style, professional and personal worldview. Students' scientific research activity is an important form of professional training, characterized by meaningful and organizational diversity, involves the formation of future pedagogues' knowledge and ability to use it in practice;  the methods of scientific and pedagogical research, development of abilities to the analysis, synthesis, generalization of information obtained from literature sources and in the process of studying pedagogical process. Students' scientific research activities contribute to the development of professionalism of future lecturers of pedagogy, in particular skills and experience of carrying out scientific research activities. The methods we have used in the research process included, in particular, observation, expert evaluation, modelling and forecasting. The level of professionalism of the future lecturer of pedagogy is determined in particular by the development of one’s abilities and skills to organize scientific research activities. The scientific research activity itself is an important condition for the professional growth of the future pedagogue-professional. Scientific research activities of the future pedagogue involve one’s participation in the study of a particular pedagogical situation, observation of a particular pedagogical process, the study of students’ personality development. The generalized result of such activity is the work of the future pedagogue on the implementation of qualification work, which involves advanced study of theoretical aspects, systematization of previously acquired knowledge and supplementing them in the process of practical solution of a defined problem. Here the skills of research organization, organization of the experiment and independent activity are realized.

The article reveals the theoretical aspects of the problem of forming the research competence of future teachers of higher education, which is associated with the transition to a unified European education system and the renewal of the educational process of higher education with an orientation towards the formation and development of the personality of a competent teacher-researcher who owns the technology of scientific and pedagogical activity. The necessity of the development of the intellectual consciousness of the future teacher of higher education, which determines the style of scientific thinking, is substantiated by the main indicators of consistency, dynamism, problematicity, categoricality, reflexivity, evidence, predictability, projectivity, search ability, creativity. The authors have revealed the structure and the content of the research competence of the future teachers of higher education. The structural components of the research competence of future teachers of higher education are highlighted: cognitive, diagnostic, project constructive, technological, reflective, communicative. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of research competence of the future teacher of higher education are scientifically substantiated: motivational and value, creating needs and determining the persistent positive motivation of the future teacher of higher education in mastering research qualities; meaningful and constructive, which combine the individual and technological capabilities of scientific and pedagogical activity and the requirements of the forthcoming professional activity of a teacher of higher education; organizational and pedagogical, determining the establishment and retention of pedagogically expedient relationships between teachers and students, based on cooperation and mutual interest in research; reflexive-corrective, contributing to the analysis, accounting and correction of the process and the result of the formation of research competence in future teachers of higher education.

Education has not only the role of offering students didactic knowledge but it also has the major role to educate the young generation towards their well-being and personal growth. The school is a place where children spend a considerable part of their time and get knowledge and learn to know themselves and those around them. So then is the duty of the school to take care of children and adolescents, to grow responsible person who will be active citizens in this global world. There are precisely the experiences in the school those who affect mostly in the future of the individual. A rapid intervention, starting in the early years, represents the most accurate means to develop among the new generation the attention towards the factors on which the individual and collective well-being depends on. Schools should be repositioned because it is no longer just a place of learning, with complete reference to the materials and curricular disciplines. Education has a responsibility to treat all areas containing personal life, emotional, intellectual, social, cultural and moral. School should assure students a professional training model to provide safe and existential horizons and worth directions.The educational and formative act of the school is very essential in favor of taking and putting into practice those knowledge and competencies that can lead to lifestyles oriented toward the well-being and the prevention of deviant behavior. The school's success in promoting psychological well-being of students lies in the fact that it will decide on the most part in the future success of our society.

Concert and performance activity is an important component for future music teachers. It encourages them to analyse their needs, interests, inclinations. It contributes to the formation of personal significance, emotional confidence, ensures the independence of the performer in the process of professional training. Thus, the insufficient elaboration of the problem of preparation of a future music teacher for concert and performance activity becomes an actual one in the art educational process. The article is devoted to the problem of concert and performance activity of a future music teacher in the process of professional training. It reveals the principles of forming the readiness of a future teacher of music for concert and performance practice, analyses the research on this issue. The purpose of the article is to reveal the influence of the concert and performance activity as a kind of artistic creativity on the process of professional training of a future music teacher. The scope of research on this issue includes the definition of the most effective ways and methods of preparing future music teachers for concert and performance activity, as well as numerous aspects of the creative process in which the future musician-performer is involved. The methods and techniques of diagnosing the characteristics of an individual and his performance qualities are of particular importance. This allows identifying “problem issues” that require active pedagogical influence to overcome existing shortcomings. Universal approaches (systemic, axiological, competence) must be constantly combined with individual-personal, which takes into account the features (physiological, mental, ideological, etc.) that are specific to this person and that distinguish him from everyone else. The individual-personal approach is one of the most important tasks of studying the professional and spiritual formation of the person for the future music teacher. It defines the ability to create his / her own original musical world embodying the maintenance and values of a mussician-performer as the basic criterion of the readiness for professional concert and performance activity.

This article examines the problem of self-relationship of students-psychologists in the process of professionalization, on the basis of correlation and factor analysis is compared two groups of subjects of junior and senior courses with varying degrees of involvement in the professional activities of a psychologist, analyzes the causes and possible results of changes in self-relationship. The article established the following patterns: motivational and semantic mechanisms of self-development assume the impact on the personality of the future specialist through a change in the meaning of activity. Depending on the level of self-fulfillment of the individual, the appropriate dynamic semantic systems were allocated at different stages of the training. External negative motivation, as professionalization begins to correlate more strongly with both self-esteem and global self-relationship. This is a consequence of the abandonment of externally asked forms of activity in favor of the growth of self-determinized motivational tendencies. The role of external evaluation does not decrease, but the tolerance for being in a highly competitive environment increases. Negative external assessments activate the desire to confirm the level of global self-relationship. Factor analysis allowed us to identify an integral complex of "primary professionalization" that combines high resistance to external negative effects on self-esteem, high conceit, as well as professionally important for the psychologist traits of sensitivity and propensity to carefully analyze behavior. The impact on the formation of a professional psychologist during the course of training can be distinguished by how objectively they are, or perceived subjectively significant for students as controlling, informing or amotivating, how much weight their contribution to the formation of internal motivation of the individual. In particular, the study found that changes in self-relationship at different stages of professionalization lead to the development of sensitivity as a factor of empathy, a number of qualities become self-determinized depending on the degree of importance for the future profession.

The relevance of the problem of forming an information culture of the individual is due to the creation of a new information educational space, the use of global network technologies at all levels of study, which implies the formation of the ability of modern students to develop in a modern educational environment, to use information and computer technologies. It is important to include in the training of specialists in the university technologies that form the information culture of the individual, develop the awareness and readiness of students to use information technologies in the process of mastering the profession. The purpose of the work is to justify the relevance of the formation of an information culture in the professional training of a future primary school teacher. We presented components of the teacher's information culture, justified our position in the organization of the process of forming components of the future teacher's information culture. It illustrates the use of a professionally oriented method of organizing the activities of students, aimed at the use of information technologies when future teachers master mathematical and methodological content in order to form components of information culture.

The competence of the "social responsibility" is a factor converting the obtained professional knowledge and skills in system of views on social value of pharmacy, pharmaceutical organizations, herself and heir place in the pharmaceutical system.</p><p>Analyzed of understanding "personal social responsibility" future specialists of pharmacy and their self-esteem themselves as the responsible person.</p><p><strong>Key words:</strong> social responsibility, pharmacy, personal responsibility, students</p><p><strong>Introduction.</strong> Social responsibility (SR) has a complex hierarchical structure, in which the main role belongs to the individual level, where a person is the subject of specific activities. The essence of personal social responsibility (PSR) subjects Pharmacy today is treated differently. This is the problem of defining it as a concept, its assessment methodology, forming system.</p><p><strong>Purpose of the work.</strong> The study of the essence of PSR within the pharmaceutical activity, and identify the level of completeness and understanding of this concept future specialists of pharmacy.</p><p><strong>Methods. </strong>We used: methods of analysis and synthesis, logical knowledge, comparison, generalization, content analysis and survey.</p><p>We interviewed 167 graduating students of pharmaceutical faculty of Zaporizhzhya State Medical University correspondence course on a specialty "Pharmacy".</p><p><strong>Results and discussion</strong>. To clarify how students understand the definition of 'PSR' and completeness of the content, we proposed nine characteristics of PSR behavior specialist pharmacy with the ability to formulate other features to the discretion of the respondents.</p><p>For ease of processing the results, respondents have conditionally divided into five groups. Group A determined performance characteristics elected students from 100% to 80%; Group B - from 79% to 60%; Group C - from 59% to 40%; Group D - from 39% to 20%, and Group E - below 20%.</p><p>Analysis of the responses showed that in <em>group A</em> and <em>group E</em> was not included any of the characteristics of the PSR, that is, the majority of students today do not have a formed opinion on the existence of a single specialist pharmacy PSR.</p><p>The <em>group B</em> owns only one response: 66.47% of respondents said "willingness to answer for their actions."</p><p><em> Group C</em> has the highest number of characteristics - 6 choices.</p><p><em>Group D</em> to identify options for the students' answers such as "socially responsible activities" and "self-esteem and self-reporting."</p><p>Also, the survey respondents were asked to rate their personal responsibility for the individual parameters. This is very important: the responsibility to others begins with an assessment himself and his actions.</p><p><strong>Conclusions. </strong>The effectiveness of training and education of future pharmacists significantly increased in the case where the formation of the PSR recognizes the essential part of their training.</p><p>Studies have shown that the vast majority of future specialists familiar with the concept of PSR, but rather the fullness of its definition varies. Undergraduate of correspondence course don’t have the shaped consensus as to the manifestations of SR by the pharmaceutical worker.</p><p>Revealed significant divisions in the original concept definitions of the term PSR. Requires develop a model of social responsibility among university students of pharmaceutical profile and a common approach in teaching of the individual organizational and management disciplines. </p>

The article deals with the main ideas and principles of the problem under investigation; outlines the main professional abilities and competencies and implementing the methodological support into the educational process, which contributes to the effective formation of moral culture among future teachers of technology. According to leading scientists, the orientation of the higher school to the modern and even advanced level of development the socio-industrial relations in the specialists' training is possible only subject to the study of these requirements, because of the study of this specialist. The search for improvement of the professional training of the future teacher is a problem, the urgency of which is conditioned by the tendency of the requirements for the professional activity of the teacher. The modern education of Ukraine is aimed at providing the students with the necessary knowledge, development of skills and abilities. During the training period, the future teacher should submit a lot of factual material. It is necessary to highlight the economic knowledge of most graduates of schools that have a theorized character, detached from reality, and, as a result, young people cannot resist the negative effects of a market economy. This is evidenced by the realities of the present; a part of the youth cannot be competitive in the labor market, due to lack of practical skills, moral and ethical education, the level of culture of communication and business etiquette of labor activity. In order to solve these tasks, an active implementation into the educational process of educational institutions, in particular pedagogical, disciplines of economic direction, is carried out. The researches show that a modern school needs teachers of technologies with a broad world outlook that possess not only a system of integrated knowledge of technological, psychological and pedagogical, methodical character, but also deep economic thinking. The establishments of higher education creating the cultural potential of the individual, designed to determine the way of its self-realization, the subjective content of its productive activities. Dependence of the level of formation and characteristics of the culture of the individual can vary in specific types and spheres of social life.
