The article presents an analysis of the process of formation of managerial competence of future specialists in the field of service (on the example of hotel and restaurant business) in the course of professional training in institutions of higher and higher education. Based on the research of scientists on the training of future specialists in the field, a number of organizational and methodological competencies have been identified; the definition of "managerial competence of future service managers" is interpreted as a multicomponent dynamic combination of management knowledge, organizational skills, skills to train staff, ways of thinking, views, values, relevant personal qualities, implemented at the level of higher education 24 "Service Area 24" "Hotel and restaurant business. It is proved that structurally such competence is an integrated set of integrated, general ("soft" skills) and special ("hard" professional, subject, managerial and professional skills) competencies and determines the ability of the future manager to successfully conduct professional activities, purposefully improve professional the level of management and leadership in his subordinate staff of the hotel and restaurant company, build a career and create your own concept of success in life. The organizational competencies include the following: knowledge of the theoretical foundations of the organization of the process of providing services, forms, tools, methods and techniques of organizing the cognitive activities of staff; structure, psychological and pedagogical aspects of communication in the enterprise or the entrusted team; types of formal, semi-formal and informal methods of decision-making and implementation; ability to analyze organizational environments, prepare strategic and operational plans, appropriate measures and procedures; implement tasks based on the positive aspects of each employee. To methodical competences - mobility of knowledge (constant updating of the information for the successful decision of problems in concrete conditions); flexibility of methods (application of methods depending on conditions), critical thinking (creativity, non-standard, originality of design), responsibility for actions and decisions.

The article is devoted to theoretical analysis of the value of graphic competence. The basic scientific positions concerning the formation of graphic competence as an important component of the professional formation of specialists in the system of higher education of Ukraine are considered. The analysis of modern approaches, highlighted in domestic sources, concerning the definition of the essence of the concept of "graphic competence" as a component of qualitative training of a specialist has been carried out. The author emphasizes the demand for the formation of graphic culture in the future bachelors of computer sciences, on the basis of which the author's view on the definition of graphic competence as a component of qualitative professional training of competitive future bachelors on computer sciences in the conditions of a pedagogical institution of higher education taking into account modern social processes. The urgency of forming graphic competence is also substantiated by its role in education, development and upbringing, namely, in the development of thinking, cognitive abilities and spatial imagination of future bachelors in computer sciences, the development of practical skills. Due to the fact that the target preparation of the Bachelor of Computer Science is aimed at training highly skilled professionals, then each graduate of this profile must have a wide range of basic knowledge, skills and abilities in computer graphics and design for effective presentation of the developed Software to the end user. In order to develop the graphic competence of future bachelors in computer sciences, their training should be based on the development of basic knowledge of students on systems of computer design and graphics, computer animation and visualization, and work with graphical packages of 3D design. This will ensure conditions for the graduate to adapt to their professional activities and the subsequent successful application of acquired skills. The results of the analysis of the scientific experience of the mentioned authors, we have determined that graphic competence is versatile, and includes not only the features inherent in artistic or creative activity, but also solid knowledge and skills of the technical component, which are rapidly expanding and branching in view of rapid pace of development of computer technology and modernization of graphic tools.

The article is devoted to the problem dealing with the optimization of the assessment system of the future educators’ knowledge. The purpose of the research is to scientifically substantiate and experimentally test the effectiveness of the pedagogical conditions for the modular-rating assessment of the quality of the future educators’ pedagogical knowledge in the process of professional training at a pedagogical institution of higher education. The research methods are as follows: theoretical (analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization of scientific sources on the investigated problem), empirical (various methods of pedagogical control of the future educators’ knowledge: current (pedagogical observation, oral questioning, testing), periodical (written control works, defence of papers), final (exam); pedagogical experiment (stating, forming, controlling stages). The content and results of the research. The essence of the notion “pedagogical conditions for the modular-rating assessment of the quality of the future educators’ pedagogical knowledge” has been specified; different approaches of scientists to the definition of pedagogical conditions for assessing the quality of knowledge demonstrated by students majoring in different specialties have been considered. The stages of the experimental research (stating, forming, controlling) have been presented. The criteria and indicators have been determined; the levels (high, sufficient, intermediate, low) of the modular-rating assessment of the quality of the future educators’ pedagogical knowledge have been characterized. The results of the stating experiment have been presented. At the forming stage of the research, the pedagogical conditions for the modular-rating assessment of the quality of the future educators’ pedagogical knowledge within the experimental group were implemented: provision of a systematic control implemented by the teacher over all types of each student’s independent and individual work; the introduction of a comprehensive criterion for assessing the quality of students’ work; application of modern methods of current and periodic knowledge control. The results of the controlling experiment which prove the effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical conditions for the modular-rating assessment of the of future educators’ knowledge have been presented. Aim. The purpose of the study is to establish theoretical prerequisites, identify, describe and interpret the basic psychological patterns of the dynamics of figurative creativity of future teachers of the humanities both during his/ her training in the educational environment of modern pedagogical universities and at certain stages of the didactic process. Material and methods. As the methods and tools of empirical research, the author uses the procedure of analysis of the degree of statistical validity of the differences of average values of the selected empirical indicators (t-Student's criterion), the test of figurative creativity by E.P. Torrens (modified by O.E.Tunik), a survey method, an interview method, and an expert evaluation method. The respondents were first, third, and fifth-year students specialized in «Ukrainian language and literature», «English (German) language and literature», «Ukrainian country studying» with a total of 156 people aged 18 to 30 years. The empirical basis of the study was the Faculty of Philology of the State Higher Educational Institution «Donbas State Pedagogical University». Results. It is obvious that throughout the process of growing up and gaining experience in educational and professional activities, the main specific characteristics of the creative figurative act for the representatives of the natural profile of professional training are the speed of emergence and development of creative ideas, the degree of deviation from existing prototypes, the desire to avoid a possible return to them or their modification and efforts to complete and properly design their creative product. At the same time, at the background of the previously mentioned characteristics, the dynamics of the indicator of the abstractness of the name of figurative creativity gradually recedes into the background. It means that in the process of micro-age formation of figurative creativity of the humanitarian profile subject of educational and professional activity the subject’s deep essence, not its nominal side, the outer cover, which consists in the peculiarities of verbalization of this creative process, the peculiarities of self-presentation and the presentation of the final creative product are formed. Conclusions. If we summarize the dynamics of figurative creativity of a humanitarian profile student in general, then we can depict: 1) impressive are the positive changes in this area at the end of the study, on the verge of study and professional activity, which in fact can cause such a rapid and bright dynamics; 2) particular interest is in the dynamics of creativity of humanitarian profile students at the level of such nuclear characteristics of figurative creativity as the dynamics of the creative idea, the degree of its difference from stereotypes and resistance to their emergence and motivated ability to finalize the creative product. In the future, we see promising research on the dynamics of figurative creativity of students of natural, cultural, and artistic profile and a comparative study of the dynamics of figurative creativity on the indicator of the profile of professional training in higher pedagogical education.

The article explores the task of making higher education more profession-oriented. In this context, we consider the technology of structuring and matching professional activities and content of professional education curricula with the help of ontology. This technology employs intelligent analysis of labor market and educational content matching with the aim to organize educational programs and verify professional competences based on their ontological properties. The article also considers development of a professional training cognitive map that can help design the student’s personalized educational trajectory factoring in the given parameters.

The article substantiates the purpose, stages, content, algorithm and methods of implementation. The entry of Ukrainian higher education into the European space determines the need for specialists with integrated specialties. The purpose of the article is to investigate the purposefulness of the formation of managerial competence in future professionals in the social sphere to ensure the educational and methodological process in higher education institutions. Methodology – general industry, research, information, diagnostic, subject methodical. Thus, there is a need to modernize professional and human resources. Therefore, the issue of scientific understanding of quality training of social workers in management, i.e., leadership of small and large groups of people, their ability to be highly qualified professionals with established managerial competence. Modern approaches to understanding the process of formation of managerial competence in future professionals in the social sphere, which is determined by the focus on the object of management, taking into account its specifics and the nature of development in the socio-educational environment. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, the essence and content of the concept of "managerial competence" are revealed. The understanding of professional training as an important component of managerial competence of future specialists in the field of management is highlighted, in particular, that professional training is a set of knowledge, skills and abilities, mastery of which allows a person to work as a specialist or a skilled worker qualifications. The main purpose of the formation of managerial competence in future professionals in the social sphere is to achieve a high level of its main components and ensure the manageability of the educational and methodological process. Based on the analysis of pedagogical, methodological, philosophical research of the essence, content and structure of managerial competence in social specialists, the founders revealed as a component of professional competence of a social specialist, a dynamic integrated systemic education, which is manifested in management. In turn, management activity is the result of managerial training of a social worker to evaluate his or her professional activity. Professional training of future social professionals for management is a necessary component that requires clarification of the concept of "professional training of social professionals" in order to form managerial competence for effective performance of professional duties and opportunities for successful work in the chosen profession.

The model and the logic of empirical research are determined. The experimental study of emotional competence is presented. A general description of the subjects is systematized. The results of the ascertaining experiment are presented. The author conducted her research in several directions. This approach allowed the researcher to present the quantitative characteristics of emotional intelligence on all scales and subscales in details. On this basis, the author makes a detailed qualitative analysis of the manifestation of the studied ability in future doctors. Besides, after conduction of the research, the author makes conclusion that students' ability to understand and manage other people's emotions and the ability to understand their own emotions and manage them are not formed enough. And these make impossible the success of the future professional activities of a doctor. The author makes conclusion that the development of emotional competence of students of medical universities can be formed by introducing special courses, educational and developmental training programs into the educational process. The correlation analysis allowed the author to empirically confirm the correct determination of the content of the basic components of the future doctor’s emotional competence. Besides, it is proved that the parameters of the social, cognitive, regulatory, empathic components of emotional competence significantly correlate with each other. The received results confirmed that during first year medical students of the experimental and control groups have the same positions of the level of development of emotional competence. And any significant statistical differences in its manifestation were not found among students of the experimental and control groups. Moreover, the received results at ascertaining stage of the study showed the insufficient level of development of the components of emotional competence among students of medical faculty. This led to the creation of a program for the formation of the emotional competence of a future doctor in the process of training in a higher medical school

In the article on the basis of scientific and pedagogical sources the ways of perfection of the system of professional education with the purpose of preparing the future specialist for the practical realization of the idea of health saving of the nation at all stages of educational activity are analyzed and solved; the general structure of the system of quality assurance of education at the higher educational institution level is substantiated; determined the effective use of didactic principles; new approaches to the development of content, forms and methods of professional training of specialists in the new formation; the content of professional training of future specialists is investigated, covering the set of knowledge, skills and abilities, possession of which enables to work for the chosen type of profession; The set of principles, functions and factors that influence the content of the training is outlined in the curricula and programs of higher education institutions. An analysis of the structure of training of future specialists in higher education institutions is presented, which predicts mastery of a complex of professional and personal components of a future specialist. The peculiarities of preparation of future specialists for the implementation of health-saving technologies in the educational programs offered by educational establishments have been clarified. Types of variety of industrial and research practices are shown, forms and methods of teaching are named. The content of the professional training of future specialists is characterized, the prerequisites for creating the concept of forming the future specialists' willingness to carry out innovative activity are outlined; conditions of effective use of health-saving technologies are formulated, essential characteristics and stages of preparation of future specialists in educational establishments are explained; The basic provisions are substantiated, the observance of which ensures the training of new formation specialists for the implementation of health-saving technologies. It is noted that the capacity for self-organization is the basis of successful professional activity of the future specialist and the educational disciplines of the programs of preparation of domestic higher education institutions are observed, the study of which contributes to the formation of the competence of selforganization. The essence of the problem under consideration and the technology of its solution are revealed.

The publication is dedicated to one of the relevant pedagogical problems of modern higher education – the training of future speech therapists. As the humanistic model of education is relevant today, modern scientific research is focused on such key aspects as: definition of content, directions, principles, stages, components of the training of future speech therapists, consideration of humanistic priorities in the professional training of future speech therapists, the formation of humanistic personal competences of future specialists and others. The article analyzes the legal framework and scientific works in the field of the theory and methodology of vocational education of teachers in general and speech therapists, in particular, the essence of these scientific categories is determined, the specificity of the training of the speech therapist in the conditions of university education is revealed. The article also outlines the main directions and tasks of further scientific research.

The article deals with possible ways of using information technologies in teaching future teachers of foreign language and foreign literature. It is established that the primary task of the organizer of the educational process is to build an educational process with a view to facilitating the development of the competences necessary for the future teachers of foreign language and foreign literature. The latest information technologies are analysed and the effective ways of their use are suggested. It was found out that information technologies actively contribute to the unique function of preparing the future specialist for the quality realization of educational services in the information and digital space. It is researched that the functional approach to the analysis of IT in the context of the educational process outlines the specific scientific basis of the proposed scientific search, which allows to organically combine the postulates of media-oriented education with cognitive and communicative principles in the study of the ways of using IT in teaching teachers of foreign language and foreign literature. According to the guidelines of this approach, the functional purpose of IT influences the processes of formation of the form and value of the obtained knowledge. An important element in describing the use of IT is the principle of consistency. It is confirmed that the general competences of future teachers of foreign language and foreign literature are represented by both subject and general competencies, where IT competence is ranked as one of the top priorities. It implies the teacher’s ability to use information technology in the course of his/her professional activities effectively and appropriately. Information technology competence, in turn, is divided into three main competences, which correspond to the separate activities of teachers of foreign language and foreign literature: general, diagnostic and subject-oriented. Examples of tasks aimed at forming different types of competences in future teachers of foreign language and foreign literature with IT involvement are given. It is proved that the use of information technologies in the process of realization of educational and professional training of future teachers of foreign language and foreign literature contributes to a more effective fulfilment of the basic curriculum assignments, in-depth study of the content of the studied discipline, optimization of self-education and self-development of the level of future specialists, an individual way of perceiving information and working with it.
