The article emphasizes the features of the teacher's professional activity as one that is focused on the collectively achieved result. The requirements for professional relations in the teaching staff are clarified and the content, approaches, methods of preparation of the student - future teacher to establish relations of cooperation with colleagues in the institution of general secondary education are outlined. The authors substantiate the objective need to prepare future teachers for professional relations, which involves mastering the ethical principles of business relationships in the educational environment, understanding the essence of the requirements for the employee as a member of a team of like-minded people; ability to act in accordance with common goals, objectives, based on recognized in the educational environment moral and ethical principles; ability to analyze complex communicative situations, knowledge of ways to prevent and resolve conflicts between participants in professional interaction; awareness of the essence of anthropological competence of a modern teacher, its indicators, ways of formation and methods of implementation in professional communication, mastery of the basics of psycho-emotional self-regulation, to be motivated for constant personal and professional self-improvement. In freelance education, such training can have a universal meaning, but it is especially important for the teacher as a subject of continuous multilevel professional interaction.

Internationalization of higher education as a national strategy has resulted in intensive growth of the number of international students in the regional universities. A current multiethnic educational environment requires defining the trends of the regional higher education evolution aimed at training both students and educators for productive and efficient cross-cultural interaction hence enhancing the quality of higher education. The analysis of the researches devoted to sustainable development of Kuzbass (West Siberia, Russia), national and international normative legal documents regulating the implementation of multicultural education, and the experience in training international students at the flagship university of Kuzbass – Kemerovo State University – has been conducted. As a result, the following trends of the multiethnic higher education evolution have been defined: the purposeful organization of multiethnic educational environment; the shaping of tolerance to multiethnic environment in both students and teaching staff; the training of university teaching staff for professional activity in multiethnic environment, particularly, for designing the content of multicultural education along with applying modern interactive educational technologies. The defined trends promote higher quality of education and regional human capital as indispensable provision for sustainable development of the coal mining region Kuzbass.

The article analyzes the essence of such a concept as “an innovative educational environment” and defines its content for vocational education institutions. It illustrates the work experience of teaching staff in educational institutions in creating an innovative educational environment and forming professional competency in future workers. It also describes the main approaches to creating an innovative educational environment in vocational education institutions for vocational training of future skilled workers. They include humanistic approaches (anthropocentrism, relationship harmony, forming intellectual culture); systemic approaches (improving an educational environment as a holistic developing system); informational approaches (a sufficient level of information culture); innovative approaches (creative interaction, forming readiness for future professional activity). Based on the practical experience of vocational education institutions in Ukraine, pedagogical conditions for creating and maintaining an informational educational environment in educational institutions were singled out: partnership cooperation, respect and trust of all participants in the educational process; focus on development and self-development of every individual; creative activity; an effective use of scientific and methodological, material and technical capabilities and human resources of educational institutions; employment of personality-oriented innovative pedagogical technologies. The emphasis is placed on the importance of implementing personality-oriented pedagogical technologies in the educational process. It is shown that vocational education teachers have different views on the approaches to creating an innovative educational environment. However, it is agreed that the process of creating an innovative educational environment significantly influences the processes of forming and developing professional skills in teachers, strengthening professional relations between them, facilitating pedagogical innovations.

Under the influence of the general informatization of education, the creation of the information educational environment (IEE) and the issues of preparing teachers for professional and pedagogical activity are taking place and how its functionality changes in IEE remain at the center of attention of research. One of the objectives of this article is the attempt of the authors to reveal the content, features, meaning, role of the concept, the influence of various factors on the functional of the teacher in the conditions of informatization of education.A modern teacher in his work faces a whole layer of problems: from the introduction of the Federal State Educational Standards to the implementation of the main educational programs, the creation of teaching materials like teaching staff of the Federal State Educational Standards, the choice of appropriate methods and means of organizing education, etc. A modern educational institution is required to introduce new approaches to learning, which, along with fundamental training and compliance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard, provide an information-educational environment. Therefore, the readiness of the teacher for professional activity is considered by us as professionally and personally significant qualities of a university graduate, as knowledge and skills in a particular field, and ICT competence as a readiness for innovation activity.The work emphasizes that the role and importance of the content of the course informatics in the formation of everything necessary for a full-fledged professional activity of a modern teacher of informatics in accordance with its information culture and computer literacy, as information and communication technology (ICT) become key elements in improving educational system. However, the impact of ICT on the result of a teacher’s activity will be qualitative only when ICT have a specific impact on the content of the components of his professional and pedagogical activity.The study noted a number of objective and subjective factors that have a significant impact on the ways the teacher works and the organization of training in the information educational environment, on the content of the components of professional and pedagogical activity. Thus, the need to purposely train future teachers to work in such an environment is beyond doubt.

Problem and objective. The article provides theoretical basis for model for forming of readiness of future teachers to activity in virtual social and educational environment based on development of their digital competences. Analysis of types of activities of a future teaches listed in the Federal State Educational Standards (3++) for Higher Education and areas for application of their digital competences reveals their interconnection and provides opportunities for development of digital competences of a future teacher in the framework of suggested masters program build up based on the analysis of approximate profile of teachers digital competences. Methodology. The research is based on the analysis of digital competences of a teacher and the logic for build-up of subject training of future teaches at masters level for their successful and effective professional activity in the conditions of virtual social and educational environment based on development of their digital competences. Results. The research analyzes the content of basic digital competences of a teacher; suggests a model for development of professional readiness of a future teacher to activity in a virtual social and educational environment based on development of digital competences; formulates basic content for masters program Digital Technologies and Network Interaction in Education, Pedagogical Education, Professional Education, Additional Education based on development of digital competences of a future teacher in the framework of his professional training in an institution of higher education; formulates basic content of training in the framework of suggested disciplines of masters program. Conclusion. It is shown that for the improvement of effectiveness of teachers activity in the contemporary conditions of society digitalization and development of virtual social and educational environment it is necessary to include subject disciplines aimed at development of their digital competences on a special level into the process of their professional training.

In the article certainly and criteria, indexes and levels of formed of readiness of future junior specialists of physical culture and sport, are reasonable to communicative cooperation in professional activity. With the purpose of determination of criteria of formed of the investigated quality correlation of concepts is set "criterion" and "index". A criterion is certain as more stable, and index dynamic. Such criteria of readiness of future junior specialists of physical culture and sport are certain to communicative cooperation: motivational, cognitive, communicative-active and emotionally-evaluation, that is directly correlated with the components of the investigated quality. A motivational criterion includes for itself such indexes: communicative values; communicative interests; communicative necessities . Indicators of the cognitive criterion are: knowledge of the basics of communication; knowledge of the basics of professional communication. The indicators of the communicative criterion are: communicative thinking; communicative behavior. The indicators of the emotional-evaluative criterion are: self-control and self-regulation (establishing emotional contact during the conversation, assessing the interlocutor’s mood, managing their own emotional state during the conversation, assessing the emotional state of the partners during communication, assessing their own communicative competence). A low, satisfactory, sufficient and high level of formation of readiness of junior specialists in physical education and sports for communicative interaction in professional activities is established.

The article analyzes the pedagogical heritage of V.O. Sukhomlynskiy, which is a treasury of knowledge, ideas and views on the professional formation of specialists in the pedagogical branch; outlines the relevance of his ideas for modern approaches to the development of teacher's professionalism in the context of building up the educational component of human fund; the dependence of professional pedagogical personnel growth on requirements and tendencies of society development is revealed. The author reveals theoretical principles and methodical aspects of the teacher`s educational component in the creative heritage of V.O. Sukhomlynskiy. The role of his ideas in the professional development of future teachers and pedagogues-practitioners has been determined, their effectiveness in the conditions of development of the New Ukrainian school, the reform of the national educational network. It is revealed that in his scientific work the characteristics of multi-dimensional determinants, which influence the growth of the educational component of pedagogical personnel, are widely represented. Through the prism of the ideas of the outstanding schoolmaster, the professional activity of teachers is considered as an important factor in the formation of the specialists` educational component in the pedagogical field. The requirements of V.O. Sukhomlynskiy for professional qualities of teachers are highlighted; also it is outlined his approaches to improving the quality of teacher training for educational activities. It was determined that V.O. Sukhomlynskiy constantly emphasized the power of the mechanism laid down in the teaching and educational process of educational institutions in relation to the formation of state qualitative human resources. Therefore, it is logical that in his research the issue of increasing the educators` professionalism is actively covered. A large number of his work is aimed at finding ways to develop the educational component of teaching staff, since it is the teachers who have the potential to create and develop the educational component of the individual. The results indicate that in the context of modern reforms and transformations of the Ukrainian educational environment, the most expedient and pedagogically justifiable is the way of implementation of time-tested viable ideas of schoolmasters, in particular V.O.Sukhomlynskiy. Studying and using the specialists of the pedagogical industry into the practice of his invaluable experience will allow us not only to develop the national educational environment, but also to be competitive in the world market of educational services.

The article considers developing the department's website as a means of professional communication in the unified information educational environment of a military academy. The structure of the site contains all the elements that reflect the activities of the department staff. The site displays educational, methodological, scientific and educational activities of the department, provides information about the teaching staff, and reveals the features of professional training. The information content of the site has such important characteristics as information content, accessibility, reliability and objectivity of published materials, and efficiency. The composition of the information structure of the department's website allows to increase the effectiveness of all areas of the department's activities, to analyze scientific, methodological and educational ties, to increase the professional motivation of the teaching staff. The website of the department contains up-to-date information that allows to streamline the process of professional communication in a military academy.

The topic's relevance is related to the situation in the labor market, which needs competent realtors. The aim is to study and investigate the main factors of the psychological readiness towards realtor professional activity. The article considers the main approaches to studying the phenomenon of psychological readiness and factors of its functioning. Psychological readiness for real estate activity is an integrated quality of personality, which aims to an adequate reaction to the possibilities of a situational solution of universal professional problems of a realtor utilizing acquired professional competencies. The study involved 130 people. The methods employed in the present study include various types of questionnaires, namely Guilford's Test (J. Guilford); Big Five / 5PFQ (P. Costa & R. McCrae), Gertsberg Test (F. Hertsberh); Test Diagnostics of personality's socio-psychological attitudes in the motivational-needs sphere (O. F. Potomkin); Schwartz value survey (S. Schwartz); Professional activity motivation (K. Zamfir in A. Rean's modification); Diagnostics of motivational orientations in interpersonal communications (I. Ladanov, V. Urazaieva); Study of volitional self-regulation (A. Zvierkov, E. Eidman).The factors of psychological psychological readiness for professional activity as realtors were revealed: "standardness", "humanism", "pragmatism", "altruism", "endurance", "power", and "practicality". The main characteristics (competencies) of a specialist realtor include: a) the ability to solve complex problems and problems in the process of work (integral competence); b) the ability to apply knowledge in practical situations; ability to generate new ideas; ability to identify, formulate and solve problems; appreciate and respect diversity and multiculturalism; ability to act on the basis of ethical considerations (motives); ability to act socially responsibly and consciously; ability to develop and manage projects; ability to motivate people and move towards a common goal (general competencies); c) the ability to identify, analyze and interpret the information series of the realtor profession, identify problems and suggest ways to solve them; the ability to demonstrate an understanding of the patterns and features of human functioning in the context of the transaction in the context of professional tasks; ability to offer creative ways to solve professional problems, to make professionally correct decisions and to implement them (special competencies).

The presence of fierce competition in all spheres of modern society requires appropriate training of professionals who have a new style of thinking and non-standard approaches to solving problems. The competitiveness of the teacher is seen as a competitive advantage, manifested in his unique abilities. This is an indicator of successful professional activity, the ability to be more in demand compared to other teachers due to a number of personal and professional qualities that determine a high level of professionalism in his field. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the competitiveness of the future teacher of mathematics. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature, systematization (to clarify the key concepts of the study), generalization (in order to form the author’s conclusions). There are identified the internal (personal practical experience, activity, communication) and external factors (educational environment, the nature of interpersonal relationships in the student body), which actualize the development of competitive advantages of future teachers. It is substantiated that the efficiency of formation of competitiveness of the future teacher of mathematics increases through realization of such pedagogical conditions: creation of motivational-axiological space for the professional growth of future teachers of mathematics (gives the chance to form motivational, value-ethical and behavioral image of the person, its morality); formation of a competitive educational environment (the formation of the competitiveness of the teacher occurs through the implementation of the functions of the educational environment – adaptive, socio-cultural, developmental); organization of professional selection of school students (provides the admission of young people with a strong interest and inclination to teaching, the desire to master this profession, developed creative potential) and ensure continuity between educational degrees (allows more efficient use the time and resources for professional and personal growth of students, enables continuity of development, adaptation of the future specialist to new conditions of training and vital activity, promotes formation of his general and professional culture); strengthening of the individual and creative nature of educational activities (involves the use of individual forms of work aimed at forming a culture of mental work, training in diagnostic activities, professional observation); early involvement of students into scientific research work (involves the formation of research skills of students).

Современное состояние и развитие уголовно-исполнительной системы Российской Федерации диктует необходимость овладения будущими специалистами комплексом определенных знаний, умений и навыков, позволяющих им эффективно решать служебные задачи. Одним из путей повышения профессионального уровня специалистов является формирование и развитие профессиональной культуры. Проведенный в статье анализ понятия «профессиональная культура» позволяет констатировать сложность его содержания, что связано с особенностями профессиональной деятельности сотрудников УИС, многообразием решаемых задач. Автором подробно исследуется процесс формирования профессиональной культуры в вузах ФСИН России, рассматриваются особенности работы в данном направлении профессорско-преподавательского состава, командиров строевых подразделений, сотрудников отделов по работе с личным составом, приводятся возникающие при этом проблемы и предлагаются возможные пути решения. Отмечается, что успешность формирования профессиональной культуры курсантов зависит от их профессионализма, дисциплинированности, инициативности, настойчивости и личного примера сотрудников. В заключение подчеркивается, что высокий уровень профессиональной культуры сотрудника УИС является условием успешной служебной деятельности и целью дальнейшего профессионального самосовершенствования.The current state and development of the criminal Executive system of the Russian Federation dictates the need for future specialists to master a set of certain knowledge, skills and abilities that allow them to solve official tasks effectively. One of the ways to improve the professional level of specialists is the formation and development of professional culture. The analysis of the concept of «professional culture» in the article allows us to state the complexity of its content, which is associated with the peculiarities of professional activity of employees of the UIS, the variety of tasks to be solved. The author studies in detail the process of formation of professional culture in the universities of the Federal penitentiary service of Russia, examines the features of work in this direction of the teaching staff, commanders of combat units, employees of departments for work with personnel, presents the problems arising in this case and suggests possible solutions. It is noted that the success of the formation of professional culture of cadets depends on their professionalism, discipline, initiative, perseverance and personal example. In conclusion, it is emphasized that the high level of professional culture of the employee is a condition of successful performance and the purpose of further professional self-improvement.
