Education is currently still believed to have strategic and urgent value in shaping the character of a nation, especially in relation to its main task of building the character of students. The morality crisis is a very pressing problem in modern times. The values of life eroded slowly as the saman grew. The deterioration of character is a very serious problem in education, especially in Indonesia. The low character education makes students do things that are not reasonable. The field of study of Christian Religious Education is one of the fields of study that is relied on to build and shape the personality and faith growth of students. In this case, building character does not necessarily work. Therefore, Christian Religious Education Teachers are expected to carry out their duties seriously in accordance with the goals of education and learning, namely to form and create a generation that has noble morals, is responsible, and has the character of Christ under the guidance of the Holy Spirit as a powerful person in human life.AbstrakPendidikan saat ini masih diyakini memiliki nilai strategis dan urgen dalam pembentukan karakter suatu bangsa, terutama  berkaitan dengan tugas utamanya yakni pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Krisis moralitas merupakan masalah yang sangat mendesak pada zaman modern ini. Nilai-nilai kehidupan terkikis secara perlahan seiring perkembangan saman. Kemerosotan karakter menjadi salah satu masalah yang sangat serius dalam pendidikan khususnya di Indonesia. Rendahnya pendidikan karakter membuat siswa melakukan hal-hal yang tidak wajar.  Bidang studi Pendidikan Agama Kristen merupakan salah satu bidang studi yang diandalkan untuk membangun dan membentuk pribadi, serta pertumbuhan iman peserta didik. Dalam hal inilah, membentuk karakter tentu tidak serta merta berhasil. Oleh karena itu, Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen diharapkan agar melaksanakan tugasnya dengan sungguh-sungguh sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan dan pembelajaran yakni membentuk dan menciptakan generasi yang beraklak mulia, bertanggung jawab dan memiliki karakter Kristus dibawah bimbingan Roh Kudus sebagai Pribadi yang berkuasa dalam hidup manusia.

AbstrackThe Christian religious education teacher is an educator who provides knowledge about Christianity based on the Bible, centered on Jesus Christ, and relied on the Holy Spirit. Christian Religious Education teachers must be able to offer their bodies in Romans 12:1-3. The understanding of offering the body include: 1)the Christian religious education teacher always i approaches the loving and generous God 2)give advice by encouraging, directing convey the truth of God's Words. 3). renewal of the mind by distinguishing which is good and pleasing to God. Thus, each Christian religious education teacher can understand that a true educator must surrender his/her body as a true offering according to will of God.Key word: Christian education teacher; Offering the body Romans 12:1-3.ABSTRAKGuru Pendidikan Agama Kristen merupakan seorang pendidik yang memberikan ilmu pengetahuan tentang agama Kristen yang berdasarkan Alkitab, berpusat pada Yesus Kristus, dan bergantung pada Roh Kudus kepada peserta didik dalam kegiatan belajarmengajar. Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen harus mampu mempersembahkan tubuhnya dalam Roma 12:1-3 sebagai ibadah sejati. Pemahaman mempersembahkan tubuh yaitu 1)guru Pendidikan agama Kristen senantiasa menghampiri Allah yang penuh kasih dan kemurahan 2)memberikan nasihat dengan mendorong, mengarahkan dan berdasarkan kebenaran Firman Tuhan. 3)pembaharuan budi dengan membedakan mana yang baik dan yang berkenan kepada Allah. Abstract: A value and character based curriculum is the core of the curriculum from time to time which is designed to answer the challenges of the times. In this paper, the author wants to examine the application of value-based and character-based curriculum in Christian Religious Education learning to the spiritual intelligence of public high school students in Tana Toraja. This is considered important because in the implementation of a value-based and character-based curriculum it has less impact on the spiritual intelligence of state high school students in Tana Toraja. The method used in this paper is qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. This study concludes that the curriculum developed in Christian religious education learning is still general in nature, which is designed in general in a universal context which is then developed according to a particular context. The curriculum in the context of Christianity in learning values and character in Christian education is only one source, namely from the Bible and applies to everyone in all places, as for the value in character building in relation to this spiritual intelligence, namely the value of love which is the main command of God, readiness to hear. and slow to speak, the value of holiness is not defiling oneself with various temptations and the values of the fruit of the Holy Spirit, namely love, joy, peace, patience, generosity, kindness, loyalty, gentleness and self-control.Keywords: values, character, spiritual intelligence  Abstrak: Kurikulum berbasis nilai dan karakter adalah inti dari dari kurikulum dari masa ke masa yang di desain untuk menjawab tantangan jaman. Dalam tulisan ini, penulis ingin mengkaji pemberlakuan kurikulum berbasis nilai dan karakter dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen terhadap Kecerdasan spiritual siswa SMA Negeri di Tana Toraja. Hal ini dianggap penting oleh karena dalam pemberlakuan kurikulum berbasis nilai dan karakter kurang berdampak bagi kecerdasan spiritual siswa SMA Negeri di Tana Toraja. Dalam tulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan analisis dekriptif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa, kurikulum yang dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran pendidikan Agama kristen masih bersifat umum, yakni dirancang secara umum dalam konteks universal yang kemudian dikembangkan sesuai konteks tertentu. Kurikulum dalam konteks kekristenan dalam pembelajaran nilai dan karakter pada pendidikan Kristen hanya satu sumber yakni dari Alkitab dan berlaku bagi setiap orang disegala tempat, adapun nilai dalam pembentukan karakter dalam kaitannya dengan kecerdasan spiritual ini yakni nilai kasih yang merupakan perintah utama Tuhan Allah, kesiapan untuk mendengar dan lambat untuk berkata-kata, nilai kekudusan yakni tidak menajiskan diri dengan berbagai godaan jasmani dan nilai-nilai dari buah Roh Kudus Kata Kunci: Nilai, karakter, kecerdasan spiritual

<p class="Abstrak"><span>This paper discusses the role and work of the Holy Spirit and its implications for the personal development and the quality of teaching of Christian teachers in this era of globalization. The main task of a teacher in the context of Christian education is to help students to learn and know God in Jesus Christ and through His Word, and how they can develop and be like Christ in their daily lives. Therefore, it is important to understand the role and work of the Holy Spirit as the Spirit of Wisdom to help the Christian teacher distinguish between the real truth and the truth that is mere humanism. Thus, the teaching delivered by Christian teachers will not influence the students to do negative things after the class or course is finished, but will have a positive influence on the students’ spiritual development, character, intelligence, and behavior.</span></p><p class="Abstrak"><strong>BAHASA INDONESIA <strong>ABSTRAK</strong>:</strong> Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk membahas peran dan karya Roh Kudus serta impilikasinya terhadap pengembangan pribadi dan kualitas pengajaran guru Kristen di era globalisasi. Tugas utama seorang guru dalam konteks pendidikan Kristen adalah membantu para siswa untuk belajar mengenal Allah di dalam Yesus Kristus dan melalui firman-Nya tersebut, mereka dapat bertumbuh dan menjadi serupa dengan Kristus dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Oleh sebab itu, penting sekali peran dan karya Roh Kudus sebagai Roh Hikmat untuk membantu guru Kristen membedakan antara kebenaran sejati dan kebenaran yang bersifat humanisme belaka. Dengan demikian, pengajaran yang disampaikan oleh guru Kristen tersebut tidak akan membawa para siswanya ke dalam hal-hal yang bersifat negatif pasca pengajaran, tetapi memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan spiritual, karakter, intelegensi, dan perilaku mereka.</p>

Education is a basic effort to transform individuals. Teachers are the vanguard people who transform society and the nation through education. Christian religious education seeks change, renewal and reform of individuals and groups through the power of the Holy Spirit, so that students live according to God's will, as stated by the Bible and by the Lord Jesus Himself. In order for the purpose of this Christian Education to be achieved, transformative teachers are needed, namely teachers who are committed to the perspective of learning from a whole human perspective, in providing affective, cognitive, behavioral, and spiritual changes. This paper aims to formulate transformative Christian teacher criteria. Through literature review, observation, the main idea of the author is that a transformative teacher has the following characteristics: having spiritual competence, creating constructivist experiences in learning, having theological and teacher knowledge, being active in the community or fellowship of Believers, having a strong personal identity and integrity, having a commitment (determination) and Becoming an Example. Studying the six criteria above will help the willingness of educators to build human quality in the midst of today's moral morality. It is God who helps foster commitment and quality of life in educators to carry out their duties and calling as teachers

The state of the age and its development so rapidly influencing the world become a challenge for students and especially teachers in giving roles and tasks to education especially Christian education. But the role of the teacher in writing that uses library research with a qualitative descriptive approach is expected to improve human resources and bring students to grow in spirituality and character that can build a nation through a person who is strong in relying on God.  The Role of Teachers Christian religious education as a role model in enhancing the spirituality and character of learners must be a priority in learning as a form of implying affective values. Teachers as role models in improving the spirituality and character of students, the teacher in this study was asked to have the first responsibility in carrying out the tasks, roles and responsibilities of teachers of Christian religious education. Then the teacher must realize that the Christian Religious Education teacher is an exemplary leader. And then the Master works closely with the church and family to bring about an increase in spirituality and character. And finally the Master must be led by the Holy Spirit.

Inerrancy means the Bible is infallible. Because the Bible was revealed by God the Holy Spirit Himself. Even though the researcher is a sinner; however, the initiator is a God who cannot do wrong. The Holy Spirit uses all the individual potentials (shortcomings and strengths) of the Bible writers and is completely under the leadership and control of the Holy Spirit, so that what the authors of the books of the Bible write do not come from the author, but from God concerning the Word of God himself. A Christian can accept this inerrant biblical quality, so he must also accept other biblical qualities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method regarding the Christian education curriculum that must be based on the inerrancy of the Bible. Biblical inerrancy emphasizes that the Bible is the Word of God, the Bible was written without errors because the idea of writing came from God. The curriculum is structured based on the inerrancy of the Bible with the aim of Christian education so that learners know God's work of salvation in and through the Lord Jesus alone, so that they believe that Jesus is God, so that those who believe have eternal life and their lives are changed by the Holy Spirit through the power of the Bible. The power of the Bible is because the Bible is the Word of God. Nothing can survive under the sovereignty of God's written Word, which is the Bible. Therefore, the Christian religious education curriculum is built based on the Bible in order to achieve its goals.Ineransi berarti Alkitab tidak mungkin salah. Karena Alkitab diwahyukan oleh Allah Roh Kudus sendiri. Walau penelitinya adalah orang berdosa; namun, inisiatornya adalah Allah yang tidak mungkin berbuat salah. Roh Kudus menggunakan semua potensi individual (kekurangan dan kelebihan) penulis Alkitab dan secara utuh berada dalam pimpinan dan kontrol Roh Kudus, sehingga yang ditulis oleh penulis kitab dalam Alkitab bukanlah berasal dari penulis, melainkan dari Allah mengenai Firman Allah sendiri. Orang Kristen dapat menerima sifat Alkitab yang ineransi ini, maka ia pasti juga menerima sifat-sifat Alkitab yang lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif mengenai kurikulum pendidikan  Kristen harus didasarkan pada ineransi Alkitab.  Ineransi Alkitab menekankan Alkitab adalah Firman Tuhan, Alkitab ditulis tanpa ada kesalahan karena ide dari tulisan berasal dari Allah. Kurikulum disusun berdasar pada ineransi Alkitab dengan tujuan Pendidikan Kristen agar pembelajar mengenal karya keselamatan Allah di dalam dan melalui Tuhan Yesus saja, supaya percaya bahwa Yesuslah Allah, sehingga yang percaya beroleh hidup yang kekal dan hidupnya diubah oleh Roh Kudus melalui kuasa Alkitab. Kuasa Alkitab adalah karena Alkitab adalah Firman Allah. Tidak ada yang dapat bertahan di bawah kedaulatan Firman Tuhan yang tertulis, yaitu Alkitab. Karena itu kurikulum pendidikan Agama Kristen dibangun berdasarkan Alkitab agar mencapai tujuan.

The paper presents findings on the contribution of elements of religious education to moral development, in assessments of students who attend religious education, Orthodox Christians in Serbia (sample of 446 respondents representing the 7th and 8th grade of primary schools, and the 3rd and 4th grade of secondary schools). The aim of the research was to assess the assessment of students in which ways - elements of religious education contribute to the moral development. It was assumed that students have a positive opinion about the contribution of religious education to the moral development, as well as that the ways of conducting religious education, personality and approach in communication of religious education teachers (religious teachers) are important factors of moral development, and that religious education has significant place factors of moral development. Method applied in this study is systematic non-experimental observation and correlation analysis, by which were evaluated and interpreted data collected by questionnaire constructed for the occasion - students expressed their opinion on what contributed the most to their moral formation in terms of age in the faith. Among the important results are: The personality of religious teacher is of great importance and its contribution depends on his knowledge of the content transmitted to the students, and on interesting ways of teaching, by visiting Temples of the Holy Spirit and participation in church worship, while information and communication technologies are less significant. Practical pedagogical implications of these results are devoting special attention to personnel potential of religious teachers.

Pornography is an audio-visual product, image or writing that can design the sexual lust of someone who reads or watches it. According to the Christian view, pornography depicts sex in a sinful way, degrades human dignity, destroys marital commitments, and engenders lust and adultery. The cause of pornography addiction is due to internal and external factors. Pornography is bad for teenagers because it causes addiction, damages the brain, the desire to try and imitate, and initiates sexual acts. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, it can be concluded that the role of the teacher and Christian religious education is a teaching and learning process that is based on the Bible, centered on Christ, and depends on the power of the Holy Spirit to guide each person at all levels of faith growth. The role of the Christian Religious Education teacher is not just to provide guidance and teaching in the field of Christian Religious Education to students, but the goal that the teacher wants to achieve is to develop and foster faith, attitudes, and actions in accordance with the testimony in the Bible and applied to them. daily life of students. So that it can seek to prevent pornography in all aspects within the scope of education. Abstract Pornografi adalah sebuah produk audio-visual, gambar ataupun tulisan yang bisa merancang nafsu birahi seksual seseorang yang membaca ataupun menontonnya. Menurut pandangan Kristen pornografi menggambarkan seks dalam cara berdosa, merendahkan martabat manusia, menghancurkan komitmen perkawinan, dan menanamkan hawa nafsu dan perzinahan. Penyebab kecanduan pornografi karena ada faktor internal dan eksternal. Pornografi berdampak buruk bagi remaja karena menyebabkan kecanduan, merusak otak, keinginan untuk mencoba serta meniru, dan mulai melakukan tindakan seksual. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran guru dan pendidikan agama Kristen adalah proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran yang berdasarkan Alkitab, berpusat pada Kristus, dan bergantung kepada kuasa Roh Kudus yang membimbing setiap pribadi pada semua tingkat pertumbuhan iman. Peran guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen bukan sekedar memberikan bimbingan dan pengajaran dalam bidang Pendidikan Agama Kristen kepada peserta didik, namun tujuan yang hendak di capai oleh guru yaitu untuk mengembangkan dan menumbuhkan iman, sikap, serta tindakan sesuai dengan kesaksian yang ada dalam Alkitab dan di aplikasikan kedalam kehidupan peserta didik sehari-hari. Sehingga dapat mengupayakan pencegahan pornografi dalam segala aspek dalam lingkup pendidikan.

Put a  Christian Religion Education precisely and right on target as the teachings of Jesus for the sake of faith progress.  The principle is build on Biblical and historical fact that Jesus is the coaches are taught good news and therefore his disciples called Him Teacher (John 3:2; Mat. 7:29).  Understanding of the Christian Religion Education deeply as taught by Lord Jesus at least bring advantage, which are; growth of faith for individual, build a willingnes to be more initiative, proactive, and innovative in taught of Christianity optimaly, and also bring impact for many people to grow in faith. However, in many class discussion, seminars, and  observation both directly and indirectly contain of opinions explain that the role of Christian Religion Education is not yet appropriate to the target and churchess do not equal in applying Christian Religion Education enterestingly and being maximum.  Therefore, very important to understand the role of Christian Religion Education which contain of important staples, in from of special values, purposes,  history, philosophy, basic biblical theological in order to implement Christian Religion Education in more advance and right on target. Christianity education can be said diferent from education in general since Christian Education was programmed or planned by GOD Himself  and bequeathed to those who has been chosen individualy or in community to forward Jesus taught, testify, taugth and preaching the good news from age to age. Called that education Christianity different from education in general are Christianity education can be understood as religious education, spiritual education or education of the faith. To equip believers with knowledge and truth trough the holy spirit works.
