Smoking behavior among teenagers has been increasing worldwide, triggering youth morbidity and mortality rates associated with smoking illnesses. Performance accomplishment, source of self-efficacy, has a significant influence on the high proportion of teenage smoking behavior. The purpose of this study was to assess the relationship between performance accomplishment and teenage smoking behaviors. The study was conducted on April 16 – 23, 2015 in Aceh Province, Indonesia. Data were collected by disseminating a Likert scale questionnaire, consisting of general perceived self-efficacy, including performance accomplishment. The population of this study were 4,856 students, with a total sample of 368 students from 13 senior high schools. The study employed an analytic observational research design with the stratified proportional random sampling technique. Bivariate analysis by Chi-square test was applied to examine the data, processed by using SPSS version 20.0. The results indicated that there were significant relationships between self-efficacy and teenage smoking behavior (p=0.0001) and between performance accomplishment and teenage smoking behavior (p=0.0001). This study concluded that performance accomplishment has been strongly associated with the smoking behavior among young adults.

Background: WHO data in 2004 showed an incidence of 10% of 66 million school-age children suffering from refractive disorders, namely myopia. The peak of myopia is in adolescence at the high school level (16-18 years). In 2012 there were 226 cases consisting of 40 old cases and 186 new cases. Purpose: this study aims to determine the relationship of the level of illumination with reading distance with the incidence of myopia in SMA Negeri 03 Kotabumi, Kotabumi Selatan District. Methods: Research design analytic correlation with cross sectional method. The population in this study were all students in SMA Negeri 03 Kotabumi, Kotabumi Selatan District with a total sample of 85 people. Data is taken by quota sampling technique by accidental sampling. The variables analyzed were the level of illumination and reading distance, and the incidence of myopia by bivariate analysis using the chi square test. Results: The results showed that 45.9% had myopia and 54.1% had no myopia. Chi square test results show there is a relationship between the level of illumination with the incidence of myopia (p = 0.010; α = 0.05) and there is a relationship between reading distance and the incidence of myopia (p = 0,000; α = 0.05). Conclusion: Factors of light level and reading distance are associated with an increase in the incidence of myopia in adolescents. Efforts to reduce myopia by reading in a bright place and an ideal reading distance (> 30 cm).

Nausea and vomiting should be further checked and prevented, because these conditions can be a cause or complication during hemodialysis patients. Electrolyte and water imbalance (dehydration) can be considered as the main complication of nausea and vomiting itself. The aim of this study was to determine the factors that influence the severity of nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing hemodialysis. This type of research is quantitative with analytic descriptive method, with an approach using a retrospective cohort research design. The sampling technique in this study was a total sampling technique with a total sample of 57 patients. The research instrument used questionnaires and observations, data analysis using the Chi Square test and simple logistic regression analysis. The location of the study was the hemodialysis therapy site at the Islamic Hospital in Purwokerto in January-February 2020. The results showed that most of the respondents with the severity of nausea and vomiting, the patient's diet was not balanced (61.4%), the excess fluid had edema (63.2%), the gender was male (59.6%), female (40.4%). %), age 18-65 (57.9%), duration of HD <12 months (64.9%) and 58 respondents> 12 months (35.1). The results of bivariate analysis using logistic regression, obtained p value of the patient's diet 0.009, excess fluid, age and sex 0.001 and the duration of HD 0.003. From this analysis, there are 5 factors that can cause the severity of nausea and vomiting, namely the patient's diet, excess fluidity, gender, age, and duration of HD.

Health development is starting to face a new pattern of disease, which is an increase in cases of non-communicable diseases triggered by changes in people's lifestyles including cigarette consumption, whose prevalence continues to increase. This study aimed to study the factors associated with smoking behavior in students in MTS Negeri 01 Lubuklinggau City. This type of research was Analytic Survey and Cross Sectional research design. The population of this study was all male students of VII and VIII class in MTS Negeri 01 Lubuklinggau City in the 2018/2019 school year totaling 333 students. The sampling technique in this study used Proportional Random Sampling to obtain a sample of 77 students. The analysis in this study used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. Bivariate analysis used Chi-Square test (χ2). To determine closeness of relationship used Contingency Coefficient (C) test. The results showed that of 77 students, there were 33 students (42.9%) who lacked knowledge, 45 students (58.4%) who were supportive of smoking behavior, 43 students (55.8%) who had their peers who supported smoking, and 46 students (59.7%) who behaved smoking. The results of bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between students' knowledge, students's attitudes, and students’s peers with smoking behavior of students in MTS Negeri 01, Lubuklinggau City with a moderate relationship category. This study aims to determine the role of midwives education in preventing Chronic Energy Deficiency (SEZ) in pregnant women in Central Sulawesi Province. Observational research with astudy design crosectional. Sampling using the proportional random sampling technique with a total sample of 98 midwives in the working area of 4 selected districts, namely Banggai Islands District (15 samples), Sigi District (18 samples), Donggala District (25 samples) and Palu City (40 samples). The results of the study showed that the midwives who carried out the role of education to pregnant women in their regions mostly did not have the incidence of pregnant women with SEZ (83.1%). The results of theanalysis Chi-Square obtained a p-Value value of 0.041, which means that there is a relationship between the role of midwife education and prevention of SEZ events in pregnant
