HNP if not treated immediately it can cause fluid buildup and swelling that can cause permanent nerve damage. This study is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental pre-test-post-test design with a control group divided into 3 groups. The sampling technique was using probability sampling method as many as 30 respondents who visited Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital. The results of the statistical test showed that there was an effect of McKenzie and Core Stability Exercise on reducing pain in patients with HNP with a p value of 0.020 <0.05.

Background: a higher rate of recommended chest compression is needed for neo automatic code (NAC)-guided cardiopulmonary resuscitations (CPR) to obtain high-quality chest compressions. High-quality chest compressions could improve ROSC. Purpose: the study aim to analyze the effects of CPR using NAC on the ROSC in-hospital cardiac arrest in Indonesia. Methods: this study used a quantitative, post-test quasi-experimental design with a control group. The samples were 74 cardiac arrest patients in two hospitals in Surakarta and Klaten, Indonesia, who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed by the Mann-Whitney test. Results: the incidence of ROSC in the control group was 30%, and in the treatment group was 35%. The result of statistical analysis showed that there were differences in the ROSC in the intervention and control group with a p-value of 0.003. Conclusion: NAC assisted cardiopulmonary resuscitations increased ROSC. It is recommended that Code Blue Teams should use NAC to improve the quality of chest compressions for the better result of ROSC.

One way to decrease anxiety is SEFT therapy, that is a healing technique combining psychology and spiritual power. This research aims to evaluate the effect of SEFT therapy on anxiety amongst the elderly. The research used quasi experiment methods with pre-test post-test and a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method, which obtained with 38 respondents of which 19 received SEFT therapy six times in a week and 19 were the control group. The results of this research shows an average anxiety level in the treatment group before intervention of 29.74 with standard deviation of 11.435 and after intervention this dropped to 20.79 with a standard deviation of 6.997. Within the control group, the average of anxiety level before was 26.58 with standard deviation 9.640 and after was 26.32 with standard deviation 8.564. The statistical test uses parametric test, which is paired t-test analysisi which shows that there are differences in the average anxiety level after intervention in both groups with p value 0.036 (α ≤0.05). Based on the results it can be concluded that SEFT improved anxiety level significantly in the elderly. Therefore, the SEFT therapy can be applied in the community as an alternative therapy to overcome anxiety.   Keywords: SEFT Therapy, Elderly, Anxiety

One of the health promotion strategies using Vlog is to increase adolescent knowledge about HIV / AIDS. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of health promotion using vlog media on the level of adolescent knowledge. This research is a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental, one group pre and post-test design without a control group and a descriptive correlation. The sampling techniques is using a purposive sampling technique as many as 64 students. Statistical test using Wilcoxon and Kendal's tau.  The univariate results in this study were 45.3% male and 54.7% female, 43.8% information media from Radio/Tv / Internet. The results of the bivariate analysis were differences before and after health promotion (p-value = 0.000), but there was no significant relationship between vlog media and changes in knowledge levels (p-value = 0.249). The strategy to increase knowledge about HIV / AIDS in adolescents needs to be modified according to several other types of media so that the effectiveness of each media can be seen clearly.

This study aims to determine the effect of position changes in preventing pressure sores in patients undergoing treatment at Aminah Hospital Ciledug Tangerang. The population in this study were patients who were treated at Aminah Hospital Ciledug Tangerang and the sample studied was 44 people who were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The research method used is quasi-experimental, with a pre-test post-test with control group non randomization and data analysis using the Mann Whitney test. From the results of statistical tests using Mann Whitney, p value = 0.001, this indicates that there is an effect of changing position in preventing decubitus. The results of this study are expected to be input and can be applied by health workers (nurses) in providing nursing care to patients who experience prolonged bed rest, and it is recommended at least every 2 hours.   Abstrak Perubahan posisi merupakan pengaturan posisi yang diberikan untuk mengurangi gaya gesek pada kulit sehingga akan menurunkan peluang terjadinya luka dekubitus. The condition of excessive anxiety, worry, fear without cause, and stress, causes the muscles of the body to tense up, especially the muscles in the birth path to become stiff and hard, making it difficult to expand. This study analyzed the effect of pregnancy exercise on third trimester primigravida anxiety in dealing with childbirth. Methods: Quasi experimental design with nonrandomized pretest-postest control group. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with 34 research subjects. 17 people for the treatment group were given pregnancy exercise 8 times, and 17 people for the control group were given health education about preparation for childbirth. Results: The results of data analysis using the Wilcoxon signed rank test showed that the average reduction in the treatment group was 8.00 and the control group was 3.00. The effect of pregnancy exercise on third trimester primigravida anxiety in the treatment group with a p-value (0.000) <(0.05), while the control group with a p-value (0.180)> (0.05). Conclusion: There is an effect of pregnancy exercise on third trimester primigravida anxiety in dealing with childbirth in the Wuryantoro Health Center work area.
