The study of allergenic plants and their palynological complexes is of great importance for the prevention of pollinosis. Despite this, they are insufficiently studied in many countries of the world, including Russia. On the territory of the Ulyanovsk region, these studies were not carried out, although pollinosis occupy a leading place among allergic pathology. Studies have shown that the largest amount of pollen grains for the entire flowering period of allergenic plants is observed in the industrial zone. We can conclude that June and July are the most dangerous months for people with allergies. The most dangerous waves are the second and third, the least dangerous - the first. The research results must be taken into account when planning preventive measures and treating pollinosis. Key words: allergenic plants, hay fever, pollination, pollen concentration, pollen wave.

Pollinosis occupies a leading place among allergic diseases. However, allergenic plants and their palynological complexes are insufficiently studied not only in Russia, but worldwide. No one has ever carried out aeropalinological studies on the territory of the Ulyanovsk region. The aim of the study is to identify allergenic plants in the Ulyanovsk region, and to study air pollen concentration in order to prevent pollinosis. Materials and Methods. The objects of research were allergenic plants and their pollen complexes, which were examined for the first time in our region. The authors conducted floristic and phenological studies, calculated the pollen concentration of allergenic plants in the air (April-September). They used Post’s method while working with pollen, examined it under the microscope (15×40 magnification), and determined allergenicity index. Results. As a result of floristic and phenological observations, the authors identified 138 species of allergenic plants, including 68 high and medium allergenic plants. The allergenicity index was 259. Thus, Ulyanovsk can be considered as one of the most allergic regions. It was found that the largest amount of pollen grains during the entire flowering period of allergenic plants was observed in the industrial area. Moreover, June and July are the most dangerous months for people allergic to Poaceae, Chenopodiaceae, and Asteraceae. The dynamics of pollen concentration during three pollen waves was presented. The most dangerous waves were the second and the third, while the first wave was the least dangerous one. Results. The results obtained can help in planning preventive measures and treating pollinosis. Keywords: allergenic plants, hay fever, pollination, pollen concentration, pollen wave.

"Utterance universalism" as a phrase is unclear, but it is enough to include the term "prophetism". As a metaphysical concept, it refers to a text written with inspiration which confirms visions of a "divine inspiration", "poetic" - "legal", that contains trace, revelation or interpretation of the origin of the creation of the world and life on earth but it warns and prospects their future in the form of a projection, literary paradigm, religious doctrine and law. Prophetic texts reformulate "toll-telling" with messages, ideas, which put forth (lat. "Utters Forth" gr. "Forthteller") hidden facts from fiction and imagination. Prometheus, gr. Prometheus (/ prəmiθprə-mee-mo means "forethought") is a Titan in Greek mythology, best known as the deity in Greek mythology who was the creator of humanity and charity of its largest, who stole fire from the mount Olympus and gave it to the mankind. Prophetic texts derive from a range of artifacts and prophetic elements, as the creative magic or the miracle of literary texts, symbolism, musicality, rhythm, images, poetic rhetoric, valence of meaning of the text, code of poetic diction that refers to either a singer in a trance or a person inspired in delirium, who believes he is sent by his God with a message to tell about events and figures that have existed, or the imaginary ancient and modern world. Text Prophetism is a combination of artifacts and platonic idealism. Key words: text Prophetism, holy text, poetic text, law text, vision, image, figure

COVID-19 is a current sensational and dangerous threat that affects millions of people across the world. As the day progresses the rate of growth of COVID-19 drastically increases. No vaccine or specific antiviral drug are active against corona, therefore, preventing the exposure to the virus is the base of support against its spread across the world. Despite the implementation of preventive measures, the rate of virus-infected cases progressively increases which stimulates our thought process to raise a question, whether the preventive measures that we follow are effective against the spread of COVID-19 infection. Evidence from previous literature obtained from various online tools implies multiple preventive measures that should be followed and also illustrates their mechanism of action against the active spread of COVID-19 infection. According to the results from the evidence, we can identify the gold standard preventive measure among the described preventive measures. The precautionary measure encompasses both pharmaceutical interventions and non- pharmaceutical interventions among which non-pharmaceutical measures are superior in the prevention of the developing pandemic. Among the non-pharmaceutical interventions, social distancing is the paramount to other measures in the mitigation of the spread of viral infection.
