For the appropriate quantity and quality of fish meat the pond farmers need to use up to date nutrition and feeding technologies. Recently the intensification of the carp production is stepping up with the availability the proper quality of the artificial feeds. The using of different feed additives make a better feed conservation ratio, faster growing rates and more uniform stocks. In our experiment what is made with common carp (duration of the experiment was 8 weeks long) we compared two different kinds of feed additives in different doses. One of them contains only natural mineral elements and the other additive is a natural origin probiotics. Both additives were used in the quantity of 0.5, 1 and 2% of the total feed. By the result of the 8 weeks experiment it could be said, that the using of the humic acid based mineral elements feed additive. Makes a better FCR comparing with the control stock, but was not as good as the using of the probiotics. At the humic acid treatments the more doses, the better FCR value, but at the probiotics it wasn’t true. The 0.5% probiotic treatment gave the best result. It is concluded that the using of the probiotic feed additives always gave a better performance of the fishes (average weight, biomass, FCR) than the humic acid treatments. The using of the feed additives hasn’t got an influence for the survival rate of the carps.

The unresolved problem of quail is feed stress and high sensitivity of poultry of this species to feed quality. To eliminate such consequences it is possible with the use of various biologically active feed additives. However, their introduction into the diet automatically raises questions about the quality and safety of the products for the consumer. The purpose of the research is to conduct a veterinary and sanitary assessment of the quality of quail meat for feeding NDC. The purpose of the research is to conduct a veterinary and sanitary assessment of the quality of quail meat for feeding NDC. The object of study were the quails of the Pharaoh breed, at the age of 24 were divided into two groups: experimental and control 30 heads each. The birds were kept in cages with free access to food and water. Quails of the experimental group were added to drinking water feed additive "Nanocerium" at a dose of 8.6 mg per liter of drinking water. Nanocerium feed additive is an aqueous dispersion of NDC with average nanoparticle sizes of 2–7 nm. Antemortem examination of quails of both groups revealed a satisfactory clinical condition of birds. The average weight of the gut carcass of quails of the experimental group was higher by 8.3% compared to the control. Examination of 20 carcasses of quails showed that they can be classified as first class. According to organoleptic parameters, quail meat is of good quality in veterinary and sanitary terms. Microbiological studies of quail meat indicate no effect of NDC in the applied doses on its bacterial contamination. Chemical parameters of meat (pH, aminoammonia nitrogen, volatile fatty acids during storage in the refrigerator) (5 days, t = 4–5 ° C) tended to increase and were within the normal range for fresh product. Tissue in quails of both groups was not detected. The biological value of quail meat in both groups was identical and no toxicity. Tasting evaluation of the broth and meat showed that NDC did not affect the studied taste. The obtained results show that the quails that received the feed additive "Nanocerium" with water according to the indicators of veterinary and sanitary examination are of good quality, which allows to use it in human food without restrictions. Key words: poultry, nanocerium, organoleptic evaluation, microbial contamination, biological value, tasting evaluation.

One of the main branches of agriculture in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is productive horse breeding. In this regard, we can use the valuable raw materials that the horse gives due to its high adaptability to local conditions. The development of productive horse breeding in particular dairy horse breeding under the conditions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) would allow providing the population with natural, dietary food and more efficient use of land resources. The purpose of the work is to study the effect of zeolite and zeolite-sapropel feed additives in the ration of mares of Megezhek breed on the milk productivity and quality of kumiss under the conditions of Central Yakutia. Two scientific and economic experiments have been carried out where the influence of zeolite from the Suntar deposit (experiment 1) and zeolite-sapropel feed additives (experiment 2) on the milk productivity and physiological parameters of mares of Megezhek breed has been studied. The optimal doses of the effect of zeolite and zeolite-sapropel feed additives on the profi tability of kumiss production have been determined. It has been found in the first scientific and economic experiment that when adding 0,4 g of zeolite per 1 kg of live weight to the daily ration of lactating mares the level of profi tability of milk production increased to 20,4 %, and when adding 0,5 g per 1 kg of live weight the profi tability index increased to 21,5 %, compared to 13,7 % in the control group. In the second scientific and economic experiment the infl uence of the zeolite-sapropel feed additive on the intensity of digestion and assimilation of nutrients in the mares’ rations has been determined. The analysis of the experimental data indicates a high economic efficiency of using zeolite-sapropel feed additive in the 2nd and 3rd experimental groups of mares, where the level of profi tability of production was equal to 27,34 and 32,33 %, respectively, compared to 16,09 % in the control group.

Poultry farming is one of the major branches of animal husbandry, which develops through concentration, specialization and intensification on the basis of poultry plants and poultry farms. The increase in production of eggs and poultry meat is based on a significant increase in the productivity of poultry with a simultaneous increase in its population with a high payment of feed by production and the increase in labour productivity. The purpose of the work was to study the influence of enzyme feed additives in the diets of laying hens on the quality of eggs. The researches have been carried out in PJSC “Poultry plant Chelyabinskaya”, which produces high-quality chicken eggs obtained from the poultry cross “Loman LSL-classic”. The object of study was enzyme drugs produced by Sunzyme – a multi-enzyme drug that includes xylanase, cellulase and mannase activities. The dosage of enzyme drugs in the feed mixture of laying hens was: Sunfyze 5000 – 80 g/t, Sunzyme – 100 g/t. The results of researches show that in the groups that received enzyme drugs in their diet, egg production was higher than in the control group. So, for the entire period of researches the hens of the experimental groups were significantly superior to the control group in terms of egg production per average laying hen. The largest difference was in hens of the 1st experimental group (enzyme drug Sunfyze) – 10,8 eggs; the smallest in hens of the 3rd group (enzyme drugs Sunfyze and Sunzyme) – 5,7 eggs. In hens of the 2nd experimental group compared with hens of the control group egg production was higher by 7,9 eggs. The best indicators of production efficiency have been obtained in the 1st experimental group of laying hens, which were fed with the enzyme feed additive Sunfyze to reduce the nutritional value of the diet according to the matrix.

Efficient rumen fermentation is necessary for improved feed utilization and animal production. The use of feed additives to improve rumen fermentation is promising. Twenty-four West African Dwarf (WAD) bucks with an average weight of 10±2kg were randomly allocated on weight equalization to four treatment diets with 0, 2, 4 and 6% C. odorata inclusion for a period of three months. Six animals per treatment were used for the study with each animal served as a replicate. Weight changes were taken weekly and digestibility study was carried out. At the end of the study blood samples were also collected for haematological and serum assay. Results showed that the addition of C. odorata to the diets influenced (p<0.05) weight gain of experimental goats with goats on diets (4% inclusion) having the highest value (6.20kg). Nutrient intake, apparent digestibility of nutrients, and nitrogen utilization by WAD goats fed experimental diets were not (p>0.05) affected by dietary inclusion of C. odorata. Haematological parameters were not differed (p>0.05) across the dietary treatments. However, serum glucose and aspartate aminotransferase increased (p<0.05) with increase in inclusion of C. odorata. It can be concluded that the use of C. odorata as an additive at 4% inclusion increased weight gain of goats with normal blood ranges indicating no negative effect of goats' health.

The main task of animal husbandry is to obtain large volumes of products: increasing the weight gain of cows and milk yields in a short time at minimal cost. The existing feeding standards for cattle are based on the use of Class 1 feed. In farms, most feed contains a low concentration of nutrients, the feeding of which does not allow to maintain the standard ratio of the diet. The quality of milk is not only of economic importance, which determines the profitability and competitiveness of dairy products in the market, but also of social significance, which is associated with the impact on human health. The most important factor determining the quality of milk and its suitability for further processing is the fullness of animal feeding: the energy value of the feed ration, the ratio of basic nutrients. The article presents data on the effect of the feed additive "Furor" based on fulvic acid, developed by LLC "Esson", which.
