A new fast – soluble product (kissel) with a certain phase composition and structure based on whey and local plant raw materials Aronia melanocarpa. A model of technology for the production of a rapidly soluble granular product (kissel) based on whey and Aronia melanocarpa has been developed. The stability of kissel in three temperature modes was studied: 1st (21 ± 1)°C; 2nd with a low plus temperature (5 ± 1)°C; the 3rd with the increased (39 ± 1)°C at 80% ambient humidity. At the end of a year-long study at temperature conditions (21 ± 1)°С and (5 ± 1)°С, no changes in the organoleptic characteristics of the product were observed. Dissolution rate of the product under storage temperature conditions (21 ± 1)°C and (5 ± 1)°C did not change for 9 months. It is established that when stored at low positive temperatures 4–6°C. With and at room temperature (21 ± 1)°C. At the end of 6 months of storage, the food concentrate under study did not change its properties in terms of quality. The product testing period was 2 times longer than the specified storage period. The test results were the basis for the development of technical documentation for the production of instant granulated fruit and berry kissel.

The main proposal of the circular economy is to change the concept of "garbage" fromWaste that was structured in this project and replaced by a continuous and cyclical vision of the production, in which resources are no longer just explored and discarded and are now reused in a new Cycle. The Circular Economy encourages new management practices, creating opportunities and value for organizations in harmony with the environment. This article aims to analyze the feasibility of implementing Circular Economy methods, with an emphasis on controlling scrap disposal in the Açu Port Complex (São Joãoda Barra/RJ), bringing sustainable alternatives to Waste Management. In addition to evaluating its environmental and economic efficiency, it proposes to end the linear production process and reinsert waste into the production cycle to minimize environmental treatment and the extraction of raw materials. The investigation will start through specific exploratory research, bringing as a consequence, possible economic alternatives for the reuse of these materials. The research is also classified as descriptiveand case study since a survey of real information on waste management in the Açu Port Complex will be carried out. It is hoped through this research to demonstrate how the circular economy can contribute to economic, social, and environmental development when used in an interdisciplinary way by productive activities.

The aim of this study was to determine the physical and mechanical properties of Cross laminated timber (CLT) made from oil palm (Elaeis guineensis. Jacq) stem waste combined with thinned platinum teak (Tectona grandis ) wood. CLT was made into two types, namely CLT type A (teak-palm-teak) and CLT type B (teak-teak-teak). The CLT was 150 cm in length and 20 cm in width, with variation of the thickness of 3,0 cm, 4,5 cm, and 6,0 cm, and the glue spread of 300 g/m². The results showed that CLT type B has better physical and mechanical properties than CLT type A. Generally, CLT made of lamina with a thickness of 4,5 cm showed the best performance of physical and mechanical properties. Platinum teak and palm oil stem waste have the potential to be used as a source of CLT raw materials because of the moisture content, flexural modulus (MOE), and fracture modulus (MOR) that meet the JAS 1152 standard. Keywords: Cross laminated timber, platinum teak, oil palm stem, physical properties, mechanical properties
