Tax collection in increasing tax revenue can be through warning letter and distress warrant. This study is to analyze the warning letter and distress warrant as independent variables on the disbursement of tax arrears as a dependent variable at the north jakarta middle tax office. This research uses quantitative methods by using analysis techniques of correlation coefficient testing, test the coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression. The research data were sourced from secondary data of north jakarta middle tax office period 2013 to 2017. The results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient test showed that partially or simultaneously correlations between warning letter and distress warrant against disbursement of tax arrears there was no significant relationship. The coefficient of determination test shows that simultaneous warning letter and distress warrant do not affect the disbursement of tax arrears. The equation of the multiple regression results of this study is Y = 12807695261.8 - 8297820.152 X1 - 52620266.169 X2.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the independent variables, namely the BI Rate, Third Party Funds (DPK), Capitalization of Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Operational Income Costs (BOPO) on Islamic bank financing in Indonesia 2010 - 2017. This type of research is Quantitative Inferential . The required data is secondary data from the financial statements of five Islamic banks in Indonesia 2010-2017.4. Data analysis techniques are panel data regression analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the BI Rate variable has a significant negative effect on financing, Third Party Funds (TPF) have a significant positive relationship to financing, while for the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a significant positive effect on financing and for Operational Income Operating Costs (BOPO) no significant negative effect on financing. The coefficient of determination (R ^ 2) is 0.938581 or 93.85%. This shows that the ability of the independent variables namely BI Rate, DPK, CAR and BOPO explain the dependent variable of Financing at 93.85% and the remaining 6.15% can be explained by other variables.

Let's Save Stocks Against Investment Interest in SMEs Group in Prabumulih City, South Sumatra. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the "Yuk Nabung Saham" program on investment interest in the SME group in Prabumulih City, South Sumatra. The research method used in this study using a survey method. By collecting primary data and secondary data. The selection of the research location was determined deliberately (purposive sampling) then the data obtained would be analyzed using the T test with simple linear regression. The population selection in this study was the UKM group in Prabumulih as many as 5,436 UKM, the method of determining the sample used was purposive sampling with the consideration of respondents who were influencers / deciders, with sampling using the Slovin Umar formula (2013), so the sample to be used in this study is as many as 98 respondents representing a randomly selected population. The results show that the value of the correlation coefficient and the coefficient of determination can be used to determine the proportion of the independent variables (X) in explaining the Y variable. The correlation coefficient of 0.827 indicates that there is a strong and unidirectional influence between saving stocks and investment interest in the Prabumulih City UKM group. . The coefficient of determination is 0.827 or 82.7%, the variation of saving stocks, which can explain the investment interest variable, while the remaining 13.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. The existence of instability in the value of sales is an important evaluation that must be carried out by management. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Personal Selling on Sales Targets at PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The location of data collection is done at PT. Setiawan Sedjati Bandung. The research method uses quantitative methods. This research is a descriptive correlation with sample data collection using the Slovin formula. A total of 67 respondents were used as samples in this study consisting of employees of the marketing division and customers of PT. Setiawan Sedjati. The existing samples were then processed using SPSS Statistic Software version 26. Based on the processed data, the results of the regression equation Y = 20.478 + 0.182x. Then the correlation coefficient value of 0.747, it can be said that these results have a strong relationship between variables. The value of the coefficient of determination is 55.8%. The calculated value of 9.068 > 2.6512 this result shows a significant increase between variables on the t-test. It can be concluded that H1 accepted and H0 rejected, namely the variable personal selling. The variable personal selling has an influence on sales.

ABSTRACT: One of the important factors in improving the quality of Human Resources (HR) is by training and developing employees to achieve company goals. This research method uses quantitative methods, with the technique of determining saturated sampling. The research was conducted through questionnaires to all employees of PT. Kasumatama Mitra Selaras, which is an outsourcing company with a total of 37 respondents. This questionnaire calculation with the technique of calculating the correlation coefficient, the coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression equations. With the SPSS 21 application, the correlation coefficient results are 0.650 and the results are categorized as strong. the determination coefficient can be seen that 0.422 or 42.2% of PT Kusumatama Mitra Selaras performance variables can be influenced by the training variable and the remaining 57.8% is influenced by other factors. Based on the calculation table of the regression equation can be obtained the equation is Y = 13.155 + 0.662 X. From the equation of the function it can be said that if training is constant or is 0 then Y (Performance) is equal to 13.155 with a regression coefficient of 0.662.
