This study discusses the relationship between husband and wife in the Islamic legal perspective, using qualitative descriptive research methods to obtain valid and factual data. Based on the research results, an analysis of the family relationships is under Islamic law. Decision making in the family as stated in the verse al-quran surah An-Nisa 'verse: 34 and family psychology in general. Meanwhile, the fulfillment of a living is in accordance with the content of the verse al-quran surah Al-Baqarah verse: 233 and the typology in the family psychology they live. Then the implementation of daily household activities is following the contents of the compilation of Islamic law and law number 1 of 1974. Care and protection are the background foundations of aqidah in every family. From the results of this study, it has been concluded that the husband's role as head of the household is constant, while the wife as a housewife has shifted due to the increasing role in the public domain. And regarding the rights and obligations of husband and wife depending on the agreement of both by looking at their daily conditions.

Law Number 16 Year 2019 in article 7 provides an age limit for each person who will marry at the age of 19 years for men- and 19 years for women. The age limit given by the law does not look comprehensively in biological, sociological readiness, and so on. The modified law should be able to realize the benefit of the husband and wife in fostering the household. Determination of marriage age aims to protect offspring, create a family that is sawah mawaddah wa rahmah, maintain lineage, maintain family relationships, maintain diversity in the family, and prepare for maturity in the economy by paying attention to various aspects, both aspects, psychological, sociological, biological and certainly religious aspects. so that it can create a family in accordance with the marriage ceremony

Joint property distribution has been regulated in the Islamic Law Compilation (KHI), namely, Article 97 which explains that a widow or widower is entitled to half of the joint property. The distribution is fair if the husband and wife make the same contribution in the marriage. However, in fact, today we often find that wives are being the backbone of the family while husbands do not earn a living or husbands earn a living for the family, but wives do not take care of the household. If such a situation is found, is the article 97 of KHI still relevant? This paper presents a concept of joint property distribution based on the contribution of husband and wife in marriage which is considered fairer for both of them than what has been stipulated in the KHI and the Civil Code Articles 128-129. The type of research used is descriptive research. This means that research is discussed in the form of an explanation described in words carefully and thoroughly. The approach method used in this research is a normative juridical approach. The results of this study explain that to obtain the justice, judges can act contra legem (against the law) where justice should give a share to everyone based on his services or contributions (Aristotle). The joint property distribution in marriage from a justice perspective is the distribution of joint property by assessing the amount of contribution of the parties. A fair share does not have to be 50% for widowers and 50% for widows. The husband can get a smaller share from the wife if the contribution is less during the marriage and does not carry out his obligation as the breadwinner and the wife can get a larger share from the husband if the wife plays a dual role, and vice versa.Pembagian harta bersama telah diatur dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam yakni pada pasal 97 dijelaskan bahwa janda atau duda berhak separuh dari harta bersama. Pembagian tersebut adil apabila suami dan istri memberikan kontribusi yang sama dalam perkawinan. Akan tetapi pada faktanya saat ini sering kita temui istri menjadi tulang punggung keluarga sedangkan suami tidak mencari nafkah atau suami mencari nafkah untuk keluarga akan tetapi istri tidak mengurus rumah tangga. Jika ditemukan keadaan seperti itu apakah masih relevan KHI pasal 97 tersebut. Tulisan ini menyajikan sebuah konsep pembagian harta bersama berdasarkan kontribusi suami istri dalam perkawinan yang dinilai lebih adil untuk keduanya daripada apa yang sudah diatur dalam KHI dan KUHPerdata Pasal 128-129. Hasil dari penelitian ini dijelaskan bahwa untuk mendapatkan sebuah keadilan hakim dapat bertindak contra legem (mengenyampingkan undang-undang) dimana keadilan itu seharusnya memberikan bagian kepada setiap orang didasarkan atas jasa-jasanya atau kontribusinya (aristoteles). Pembagian harta bersama dalam perkawinan jika dilihat dari perspektif keadilan adalah pembagian harta bersama dengan menilai besaran konstribusi para pihak. Dimana pembagian yang adil tidak harus 50 % untuk duda dan 50% untuk janda. suami bisa mendapatkan bagian yang lebih kecil dari istri apabila kontribusinya kurang selama perkawinan dan tidak menjalankan kewaibannya sebagai pencari nafkah dan istri bisa mendapatkan bagian yang lebih besar dari suami jika istri berperan ganda, begitu uga sebaliknya.

<p>Judul Penulisan jurnal ini diharapkan menjawab rumusan masalah mengenai bagaimana pengaruh terapi konstruktif untuk membangun komunikasi keluarga islami?. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut di atas penulisan jurnal ini menetapkan tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi konstruktif untuk membangun komunikasi kelurga islami. Metode yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kepustakaan. Setelah pemaparan teori yang berhubungan dengan permasalahan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pernikahan merupakan satu-satunya sarana untuk membina keluarga yang menghalalkan hubungan pasangan suami istri untuk memperolah keturunan. Setiap pasangan laki-laki dan perempuan melangsungkan pernikahan tentu tujuannya tidak lain adalah untuk memperolah kebahagiaan, keberkahan, dan keturunan. Namun seiring dengan dibangunnya bahtera rumah tangga, seringkali banyak problem keluarga yang muncul silih berganti. Dan terkadang permasalahan itu tidak bisa diselesaikan secara mandiri oleh kedua pasangan suami istri—mereka membutuhkan pihak lain untuk menjadi <em>problem solver</em>. Di sinilah terapi konstruktif dalam pernikahan diperlukan sebagai usaha untuk membantu mengentaskan kesulitan-kesulitan pasangan suami istri dalam rumah tangga mereka untuk memperoleh kebahagiaan dalam menempuh kehidupan berumah tangga. Salah satu alternatif model terapi yang digunakan dalam mewujudkan keluarga islami adalah terapi konstruktif, yaitu model terapi disandarkan pada pemahaman tentang keluarga yang tidak sekedar berkonsentrasi pada teori-teori tetapi, juga tentang cara keluarga berfungsi secara normal. Melalui terapi konstruktif seorang konselor bisa membantu konseli keluar dari permasalahan keluarga mereka.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci</strong>: Terapi Konstruktif, Komunikasi, Keluarga Islami</p><p> </p><p><em>BUILDING ISLAMIC FAMILY COMMUNICATION THROUGH CONSTRUCTIVE THERAPHY</em><em>. </em><em>The title of the journal writing is expected to answer the formulation of problems about how the influence of constructive therapy to build communication Islamic family?. Based on the problems in the writing of the journal of this specifies the purpose of which is to know the influence of constructive therapy to build communication do away with the Islamic. The method that I will use in this research is the method literature. After revealing the theory that related with the problems it can be concluded that marriage is the only means to build the family which justifies the relationship of husband and wife pair permission for generations. Each couple male and female holds the marriage of course the aim is to permission of happiness, blessings, and offspring. But along with constructing the ark household, often many problems in the family that appears to surmount. And sometimes the issue could not be completed independently by the two pairs of husband and wife and they need other parties to become the problem solver. This is where the constructive therapy in a marriage is required as an effort to help alleviate the difficulties the couple of husband and wife in their household to obtain happiness in taking the life of housekeeping. One of the alternative therapy model that is used in realizing the family of Islamic law is constructive therapy, namely therapy model is predicated on the understanding of the family that is not just to concentrate on the theory of the theory but also about how the family is functioning normally. Regional Regulation (Perda) which regulates public issues such as prostitution, alcoholic beverages, gambling, and the relationship between men and women turns out to be identified as a Regional Regulation with nuances of Islamic law. in Banyumas Regency there is a Regional Regulation which if used by the identification of Arfiansyah above, it can be referred to as a Regional Regulation with nuances of Islamic law. The regulation is: Banyumas District Regulation Number 15 of 2014 concerning Control, Supervision and Control of Circulation of Alcoholic Beverages and Regional Regulations of Banyumas Regency Number 16 of 2015 concerning Community Disease Management. This research has two formulations of the first problem related to the results of the content of the analysis on the Perda that are nuanced by Islamic law in Banyumas Regency. Both of the results of the analysis content on the Regional Regulations that are nuanced by Islamic law in Banyumas Regency are not contrary to Law-Invitation Number 12 of 2011? This research is a qualitative-descriptive study. The research method used is normative juridical. The main source of data is the Banyumas District Regulation Number 15 of 2014 concerning Control, Supervision and Control of Circulation of Alcoholic Beverages and Regional Regulations of Banyumas Regency Number 16 of 2015 concerning Community Disease Management. Interviews were also conducted with resource persons. Furthermore, the results of the analysis were carried out. Regional Regulation No. 15 of 2014 is actually a Regional Regulation that has a broad purpose of public interest, for the nation and state. So that the claim that Perda No 15 of 2014 as a Regional Regulation with nuances of Islamic law is not true. Regional Regulation No. 16 of 2015 is actually a Regional Regulation that has a broad purpose of public interest, for the nation and state. So that the claim that Perda No 16 of 2015 as a Regional Regulation with nuances of Islamic law is not true. Both of these Perda (Perda No 15 of 2014 and Perda No. 16 of 2015) are not in conflict with Law No. 12 of 2011 concerning the Establishment of Legislation. Both in terms of content, principles, goals, arrangements, administrative sanctions and criminal sanctions. Formally and procedurally the two Perda are in accordance with Law Number 12 of 2011

The pronunciation of inappropriate words to exemplify, thus rendering the child devoid of good manners and word-tours, and often against parenthood, is because her parents are unspoiled when she speaks disrespectful and also against parental sayings becomes a phenomenon often encountered in society particularly in coastal communities. Family is very important in child education. The problem formula in this study is (1) How is the behaviour of children in the family? (2) What kind of factors affects the child's crisis of morality in the family? The purpose of the study is (1) to find out how child behaviour in the family is. (2) to find out what factors affect the child's crisis of morality in the family. To answer the question the researcher used a type of qualitative descriptive research in his research. In data collection techniques, researchers use interview and observation methods. Then, data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion withdrawal

In Islamic law, pre-wedding photos have not been regulated in detail. However, pre-wedding photo activities have become commonplace by the community. It becomes a problem when pre-wedding is currently done with an intimate scene, usually the prospective bride uses sexy clothes and is also not accompanied by her mahram when doing pre-wedding photos. Even though there have been many fatwas and studies on the limits of permissibility and prohibition in the pre-wedding procession.The results show that the pre-wedding procession that is carried out by the community in terms of poses, clothes, and also assistance in accordance with Islamic law, the law is permissible. However, it often happens in the community to take photos before the marriage contract with scenes as if they are legally husband and wife and the bride's family knows without prohibiting, directing, and guiding them according to Islamic teachings. In this case the role of the family is very important, we as parents must understand the basis of religious knowledge and how to instill religious values in our children since childhood is the key to this problem dilemma.

This study aims to determine the public relations strategy of Makassar State University in increasing the positive image of Makassar State University in the community. To find out these objectives, the researchers used a type of qualitative descriptive research. The informants in this study were as many as five people using data collection techniques carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data obtained from research results are processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Public Relations devised a strategy so that the function could run in accordance with the objectives of Makassar State University, among others, trying to create a conducive climate between institutions and the public in order to do persuasive and educative approaches to the public, trying to create two-way communication by disseminating information from institutions to public parties. educate and provide information, in order to create mutual understanding, respect, understanding and also strive to foster harmonious relations between organizations and various groups, both in and out relations to enhance cooperation. Public Relations seeks to socialize the Makassar State University mission to be accepted or received support from the public / public.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat adanya hubungan antara kadar Hemoglobin dan Vo2max pada Atlet Softball Putra Banten. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan analisis correlational. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah Atlet Softball Putra Banten yang berjumlah 17 orang. Untuk mengukur kadar hemoglobin menggunakan Family Dr yaitu alat cek Hb digital sedangkan untuk pengukuran nilai VO2max menggunakan metode Bleep-test. Data kemudian diolah menggunakan uji korelasi pearson. Terdapat hubungan yang berarti antara kadar hemoglobin dengan vo2max dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,489 menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kadar hemoglobin maka semakin tinggi tingkat vo2max Atlet Softball Putra Banten.This study aims to see the relationship between hemoglobin levels and vo2max in Banten Softball Men. The method used in this research is descriptive research method with correlational research analysis. Subjects in the study are the Banten Softball Men Banten, amounting to 17 people. The characteristic data taken is gender. To measure hemoglobin levels using the Family Dr. is a digital Hb check tool while for the measurement of VO2max values using the Bleep-test method. The data is then processed using the Pearson correlation test. There is a significant relationship between hemoglobin levels with vo2max with a correlation coefficient of 0.489 indicating that the higher the hemoglobin level, the higher the vo2max level of softball athletes Banten.

Abstrak: Dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2006 tentang Administrasi Kependudukan adanya Pasal yang mengatur tentang perkawinan beda agama, dalam Pasal 35 huruf (a) yang menyatakan bahwa perkawinan yang ditetapkan oleh pengadilan. Namun dalam Undang-Undang tersebut tidak diatur secara jelas, sehingga memberi peluang timbulnya dampak negatif. Namun yang diakui di Indonesia jika pasangan suami istri yang berbeda agama harus memeluk agama yang sama di salah satu pasangan dengan maksud mereka harus pindah agama baik memeluk agama istri maupun suami. Dengan adanya berbagai kemudharatan yang timbul, maka hal itu tidak sesuai dengan hukum Islam. Oleh karena itu, penulis ingin mengetahui dampak perkawinan beda agama yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2006 tentang administrasi  kependudukan dan tinjuan hukum Islam terhadap perkawinan beda agama dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 23 tahun 2006. Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian, dampak dari perkawinan beda agama yaitu dampak terhadap rumah tangga yang tidak harmonis menimbulkan kegelisahan, dan sulitnya berkomunikasi. Dampak terhadap anak yang membuat hubungan antara keluarga yaitu anak dan orang tua menjadi kacau dan tidak utuh karena mengetahui kedua orang tuanya berbeda keyakinan. Dampak terhadap harta warisan yang mengakibatkan anak yang lahir dari perkawinan beda agama tidak mempunyai hak untuk mendapatkan harta warisan apabila tidak seagama dengan pewaris yang dalam hal ini pewaris beragama Islam. Adapun tinjauan hukum Islam menyatakan bahwa perkawinan beda agama itu tidak sah, karena menurut fatwa MUI Nomor:4/MUNASVII/MUI/8/2005 menetapkan bahwa nikah beda agama hukumnya haram yang diperkuat dengan firmannya dalam surat al-mumtahanah ayat 10 dan al-baqarah ayat 221.Abstract: in Law No. 23 of 2006 on the administration of the population of the article governing the marriage of different religions, in article 35 letter (a) stating that the marriage is established by the court. But the law is not regulated, so it allows causing negative impacts. But it is recognized in Indonesia if different couples of religion must embrace the same religion in one partner with the intention they have to move religion both embrace the religion of the wife and husband. With the various blessings that arise, it is not under Islamic law. Therefore, the author wants to know the impact of the marriage of different religions organized in law Number 23 the year 2006 about the administration of population and the Islamic law to the marriage of different religions in the law Number 23 the year 2006. In this study, the research method used was qualitative. Based on the results of the study, the impact of the marriage of different religions is the impact on the unharmonious households raises anxiety, and difficulty communicating. The impact on the child who makes the relationship between the family is the child and the parent becomes chaotic and not intact because knowing both parents are different beliefs. The impact on the inheritance that resulted in children born from the marriage of different religions does not have the right to obtain inheritance if not as religious as the heir, in this case, Muslim heirs. The review of Islamic law states that the marriage of different religions is not valid, because according to fatwa MUI number: 4/MUNASVII/MUI/8/2005 stipulates that the marriage of different religious religion is haram strengthened by his word in Sura al-Mumtahanah verse 10 and al-Baqarah verses 221.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the dynamics of the independence of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin students and what factors are behind the independence of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin students. The reason is because overseas there are changes in conditions and situations, so that students who leave will experience dynamics of independence. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research approach. Selection of subjects using purposive sampling technique, which is based on the characteristics of the subject in accordance with the research objectives to be carried out. The object of this research is the dynamics of independence, the subject is 5 overseas students. Data collection techniques using interviews and observations. Based on the results of research that overseas students of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin need a process to be independent in living their lives overseas. That is because overseas there has been a change. Factors that influence the dynamics of independence of overseas students at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin are factors of parenting style, the order of children in the family, age and the education system in schools.
