The Tenggir Village Office is a government agency engaged in public services that has a good management system. That can be seen from the service to the community, the better. With more and more people, while the problem faced by the agency is managing data that is still less effective, one of which is the management of mail-making services. Management services for writing letters at institutions using computerized systems that are not easy to manage, such as using Microsoft Word. The development of information from the old system to the new system is expected to help the institution, storage, and archiving reports more easily. The design and implementation of the Village Administration Information System at the Tenggir Panji Situbondo Village Office use the PHP programming language and the MySQL database and other software in the design of this system. In its implementation, this application can answer information needs that can be used for financial management easier and faster, especially for reporting.

This case deals with issues related to conversion of a mostly manual information system to an electronic information system where the new system significantly changes the way users interact with the system. The case focuses on the elements of analysis and design, followed by implementation and results. This case provides scenarios and settings that may be used for role plays and group discussions to highlight the importance and the need for following the accepted systems analysis and design steps in the analysis, design, and implementation of IT systems.

Abstrak: Sistem informasi penduduk dimaksud untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam hal pelayanan dalam masyarakat. Kelurahan Sangaji kota ternate utara selama ini mempunyai sistem informasi yang masih dalam bentuk manual sehingga menyulitkan dan memperlambat dalam proses penambahan, penghapusan (atau pembuatan surat). Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk merancang aplikasi sistem informasi penduduk. Tujuan dari sistem informasi ini adalah untuk memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam melakukan pengurusan dokumen kelurahan, serta menginformasikan pelayanan masyarakat yang efisiensi. Langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam hal ini adalah analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan sistem. Dalam implementasi ini digunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan sebagai databasenya digunakan MySQL.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Kependudukan, PHP, Database, MySQL.Abstract: The population information system is intended to improve efficiency in terms of service in the community. Sangaji Urban Village North Ternate City has an information system that is still in the manual form which makes it difficult and slow in the process of adding, deleting (or making letters). Therefore it is necessary to do research to design a population information system application. The purpose of this information system is to provide convenience to the community in managing urban village documents, as well as providing efficient public services. The steps taken in this case are system requirements analysis, system design. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the vilages financial management system based on the aspects of planning, implementation, administration, reporting to village financial accountability according to applicable regulations to determine the supporting and obstacles factor in the village financial management.This study taken place at 5 village that is Batuanten, Cipete, Karanglo, Karangtengah, and Pernasidi villege in sub-distric Cilongok, distric Banyumas, West Java Province. This study can be categorized as descriptive qualitative research using case study method. Deep interview and direct observation on village financial management activities are used on this study.  The reruslt are showed that generaly village financial management on  Cilongok sub-district is good enough, but there is still room on improvement  in  administration,  reporting, and accountability phase. The support from Cilongkok sub-district team, Banyumas district government assist and the performance of village financial management are the supporting factor in good village financial management at Cilongok sub-district. While the limitations of human resource, inadequate of information system, and the incomplete of village financial management regulations are the obstacle factor. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis mekanisme pengelolaan keuangan desa dari aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan sampai dengan pertanggungjawaban keuangan desa sesuai regulasi yang berlaku, sehingga dapat diketahui faktor pendukung dan hambatan dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 5 (lima) desa di Kecamatan Cilongok, Kabupaten Banyumas, Provinsi Jawa Tengah yaitu Desa Batuanten, Desa Cipete, Desa Karanglo, Desa Karangtengah, dan Desa Pernasidi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer, yang dilakukan dengan wawancara secara mendalam dan observasi langsung pada kegiatan pengelolaan keuangan desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum pengelolaan keuangan desa pada Kecamatan Cilongok sudah cukup baik, meskipun masih terdapat kekurangan terutama pada tahap penatausahaan, pelaporan, dan pertanggungjawaban. Faktor pendukung terciptanya pengelolaan keuangan desa yang baik pada Kecamatan Cilongok antara lain: dukungan tim dari Kecamatan Cilongok, dukungan dari Pemerintah Kabupaten Banyumas, dan kinerja pengelola keuangan desa. Sedangkan faktor yang menghambat pengelolaan keuangan desa pada Kecamatan Cilongok antara lain: keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, sistem informasi yang belum memadai, dan regulasi terkait pengelolaan keuangan desa yang belum lengkap. The Tanjung Baru Village Office is a government agency, the village office has annual revenue and monthly expenditures. For a smooth process of recording and reporting village financial data must also be managed properly, so that village financial records can be reported properly and neatly. Especially those related to confidential finances. One of the best choices for the need for this technology is computers, the technology used as support in processing data effectively and efficiently. <p><strong></strong><strong></strong><em>The implementation of the Village Information System is essentially a manifestation of the District / City Government in implementing the mandate of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, namely developing a village information system and developing rural areas in order to facilitate and encourage the Village Government to improve and provide public services by utilizing technology Village-based Information and Communication (ICT) based on developments in the digital era, so that it can be accessed quickly and easily by the community and all stakeholders. The application of the Village Information System is expected to have positive implications and at the same time guarantee the implementation of village government to be more effective and efficient, transparent and accountable. The obligation to develop the village information system is attached to the Regency / City, not to the Central Government. During this time, the legal basis used in the development of public information systems based on the Village Information System refers to Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services, Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Openness of Public Information , and Governor Regulation of Central Java Province Number 47 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Development of Village Information Systems in Central Java Province.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><strong>Abstrak  </strong></p><p>Pelaksanaan Sistem Informasi Desa hakikatnya merupakan perwujudan Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten/Kota dalam mengamalkan amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang Desa, yaitu melakukan pengembangan sistem informasi desa dan pembangunan kawasan perdesaan guna menfasilitasi serta mendorong Pemerintah Desa untuk meningkatkan dan memberikan kemudahan pelayanan publik dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) berbasis <em>website</em> Desa seiring perkembangan di era digital<em>,</em> sehingga dapat diakses dengan cepat dan mudah oleh masyarakat dan semua pemangku kepentingan. Penerapan Sistem Informasi Desa diharapkan dapat memberikan implikasi positif dan sekaligus menjamin dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa agar lebih efektif dan efisien, transparan dan akuntabilitas. Kewajiban pengembangan Sistem Informasi Desa tersebut melekat pada Kabupaten/Kota, bukan pada Pemerintah Pusat. Selama ini, landasan hukum yang digunakan dalam pengembangan pelayanan publik berbasis Sistem Informasi Desa yakni mengacu pada Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa, Undang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 tentang Pelayanan Publik, Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik, dan Peraturan Gubernur Provinsi Jawa Tengah Nomor 47 Tahun 2016 tentang Pedoman Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Desa di Provinsi Jawa Tengah.</p>

Employee Cooperative PT Non Ferindo Utama is a cooperative engaged in the Savings and Loans and Shop Business to serve all members of the Cooperative. Cooperative objectives in general for member welfare, business continuity growth and positive responses from the community. In efforts to achieve these objectives, will certainly be directly related to processing planning and data management. Processing and management of data is required as a convenience and security and effectiveness in handling it to obtain maximum results. Errors and data insecurity mostly occur in an institution, high school and company because handling, storing, and repair data kebanyaan done manually. With the implementation of the Information System Cooperative Savings and Loans Employees At PT. Non Ferindo Utama - Tangerang by using a Java programming language in the process will greatly help the Cooperative to do all the work related to the data arrangement by using the new system.

Research conducted at Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (BPMPTSP) Padang City aims to analyze the process of making a trading business license and design a new system capable of overcoming the existing obstacles. Making SIUP in BPMPTSP still done manually, which means not yet using an application program. For example, in creating reports, employees still use Microsoft Excel and archiving in document form. In addition, there is often difficulty in data search due to the absence of databases for data storage. Therefore, it is necessary to build an information system using Visual BasicNet 2010 programming language for monitoring the creation of trading business license containing and empty on BPMPTSP, so that information can be presented quickly and accurately. The advantages of this proposed system are in the recording and stored in a database making it easier to generate reports. Thus making SIUP becomes more clear and precise.

Development Index of Village (IPD) is part of a development plan Rural Development Information System (SIPDs) and Rural Area Development is based on Law No. 6 of 2014 on the village of Article 86, which is one of its verses says "Government and Local Government shall develop an information system of the village and the Development of rural areas". Development Index of Village (IPD) was built by the Village Potential Census data (Podes) issued by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) conducted within a period of 3 (three) years. There are five (5) dimensions of rural development index (IPD) is the first basic service, the condition of infrastructure, third-accessibility / transport, public services fourth, and fifth Implementation of government. IPD village classifies into Villages, Village Developing and Village Self. Based on the research results Hidayati (2015) obtained the data that the proportion of the population living below the national poverty line in Tuban regency suffered progress backwards with PHI value of - 0.293, the ratio of depth of poverty in the district Tuban also retreated with PHI value of - 0.141. Similarly, the ratio of employment to population aged 15 years and over in Tuban experiencing progress backwards with PHI value of - 0.063. While Indicator of education in almost all districts in Tuban, many have not reached the target or targets were heading except for indicators dropout rate (DO) of children aged 7-15 years (2.2.z), figure Attrition SD (2.f) and figure Dropout SMP (2.g). These facts are an indication that the achievement of development in Tuban Regency still needs a big effort to be improved. Therefore, in order to improve the development strategy in Tuban regency proper and appropriate program / target location, it is necessary to conduct a study to first identify the achievement of Village Development Index in each Village and District based on 5 Dimension of IPD and conducted Clusterization of Village Development per District in Tuban Regency based IPD (Podes 2014). In order to achieve these objectives are used IPD scorecard and IPD maping techniques. And the result is the majority in almost all districts in Tuban Regency IPD performance related to the dimensions of economic infrastructure, communication infrastructure and information and public services in the field of sports is still far from the target Minimum Service Standards Tuban. IPD achievements are related to the dimensions of energy infrastructure, health and sanitation infrastructure and transportation accessibility, public service in the field of public health and self-reliance in governance shows that almost all districts in Tuban Regency have reached the Minimum Service Standards target. The dimension of governance is a dimension whose level of development achievement does not have a red scorecard for all sub-districts. The village with the highest IPD achievement in Tuban Regency is Sukosari Village, Soko District whereas the lowest IPD achievement is Ngrejeng village, Grabagan sub-district. The percentage of classification of village status in Tuban Regency covers 2.57% of the villages, 90.68% for developing villages and independent villages as much as 6.75%. Based on Cluster Mapping of Village Development Index, Grabagan District is a sub-district with the Lowest Village Development Index level, especially in terms of its infrastructure development dimension. Next Kerek District and District Kenduruan as the second lowest cluster. While the District Jatirogo, Bancar, Tambakboyo, Bangilan, Senori, Parengan, Soko and Semanding. As a sub-district with the highest cluster that has a Village Development Index above 64.09 is District Jenu, Merakurak, Tuban, Cross, Widang, Plumpang, Rengel, Montong and Singgahan

Abstract: In this growing era of globalization, information systems are very important and important in helping business processes, in the near future that will make the competition in the business process will be more violent and strict. Therefore, the use of information technology and the design of application programming using PHP as server side programing and MySQl as its database especially regarding bus departure and bus ticket reservation at PO.NPM company of bukittinggi city. Problems faced by this company is the problem of data redundancy ticket booking is a lot of data booking tickets are not available, and not presented in sequence and repeatedly resulting in difficulties when manipulating, altering, and delete data.     In the end the authors hope with the creation of a new information system, can help the process of booking tickets and done more easily, without the passengers concerned must come directly to P0.NPM with the new system design will facilitate the company and bus visitors.Keywords: Technology, Information, PHP Programming Language And MySQL.Abstrak : Di era globalisasi yang semakin berkembang ini sistem informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan utama dalam membantu proses bisnis, dalam waktu dekat yang akan membuat persaingan dalam proses bisnis akan semakin keras dan ketat. Karena itu pemakaian teknologi informasi dan rancangan pembuatan program aplikasi dengan menggunakan PHP sebagai server side programing  dan MySQl  sebagai Databasenya khususnya mengenai jadwal keberangkatan bus dan pemesanan tiket bus pada perusahaan PO.NPM kota bukittinggi. Masalah – masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan ini yaitu masalah redundansi data pemesanan tiket yaitu banyak data pemesanan tiket yang tidak tersedia,dan tidak tersaji secara berurutan dan berulang-ulang sehingga mengakibatkan kesulitan saat memanipulasi, mengubah, dan menghapus data.  Pada akhirnya penulis berharap dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi yang baru, dapat membantu Proses pemesanan tiket dan dilakukan dengan lebih mudah, tanpa penumpang yang bersangkutan harus datang langsung ke P0.NPM dengan adanya desain sistem yang baru akan mempermudah pihak perusahaan dan pengunjung bus.Kata kunci : Teknologi, Informasi, Bahasa Pemograman PHP  Dan MySQL

All </em><em>tenants who will rent a business place in Ogan Permata Indah (OPI) Mall, the administration section will look for the tenants 'data which will require a long time because the tenants' data has not been well integrated. So this research will make an information system for leasing business places in Ogan Permata Indah (OPI), Jakabaring Mall, Palembang. Researchers use the Microsoft Access 2007 database, with applications using Visual Basic 6.0. Belum terintegrasi sehingga apabila terdapat penyewa yang akan menyewa tempat usaha pada Ogan Permata Indah (OPI) Mall, bagian administrasi akan mencari data-data penyewa tersebut yang nantinya membutuhkan waktu yang lama karena data-data penyewa belum terintegrasi dengan baik</em><em>. Maka saya akan membuat suatu sistem informasi penyewaan tempat usaha pada Ogan Permata Indah (OPI) Mall Jakabaring Palembang. Peneliti menggunakan database Microsoft Access 2007, dengan aplikasi menggunakan Visual basic 6.0. Menggunakan aplikasi ini dapat meningkatkan kinerja dalam mengelola data penyewaan tempat usaha yang lebih baik dan sistem ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah baik penyewa maupun bagian administrasi dalam mengelola proses penyewaan</em><em>.</em></p><strong><em>Kata kunci : </em></strong><em>Sistem Informasi, Penyewaan tempat Usaha,Waterfall, Visual Basic 6.0</em>
