Character education is a noble cultivation of character which cannot be separated in the perfection of life. Character education is one of the efforts to instill noble character values in order to become a good person. It can be seen that the cultivation of this noble character is the foundation of the nation's character. But in fact that the character of the present era is in a phase of concern. This can be seen in many problems that focus on the loss of noble character that is not well named. So it is necessary to instill character early on through family, school, community and government. One of them is through religion which is very closely related to religious character. Which can be embedded either in spiritual activities, habituation through anything, for example with tambouric extracurricular. Therefore, researchers try to analyze any religious character that is embedded in the extracurricular. Therefore, this study analyzes the character contained in tambouric extracurricular with a focus on religious character in Muhammadiyah 11 Elementary School Semarang. Where the character values have 5 aspects, namely aspects of belief, aspects of worship, aspects of appreciation, aspects of knowledge, aspects of experience. Therefore, researchers use a qualitative approach. In this study using data collection techniques that are needed is by observation, interview and documentation. Based on the results of research that students have addressed aspects of religious character through tambourine extracurricular activities and habituation at SD Muhammadiyah 11 Semarang.

Character education is one of the efforts to instill noble character values in order to become a better person. So that character planting needs to be done early on through family, school, community and government. One of them is through the planting attitude of habituation which is done in schools with good aims that are closely related to the character of discipline. Which can be embedded either through training activities, habituation through anything, for example with pencak silat extracurricular. Therefore, researchers try to analyze the characteristics of any discipline that is embedded in pencak silat extracurricular activities. Therefore, this study analyzes the characters found in pencak silat extracurricular activities with a focus on disciplinary characters at SD Muhammadiyah 11 Semarang. Where the character value has been instilled in by the teacher since the low class by requiring students to follow pencak silat extracurricular activities starting from class 3-5. Therefore, researchers use a qualitative approach. In this study using data collection techniques that are needed is by observation, interview and documentation. Based on the results of research that students have shown aspects of the character of discipline through pencak silat extracurricular activities and habituation in SD Muhammadiyah 11 Semarang.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan Pelaksanaan Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter di masa pandemik covid 19 pada SMKN-1 Palangka Raya mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Metode Penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Dalam rangka memperoleh data yang sahih (terpercaya) Teknik pengumpulan antara lain, teknik wawancara, observasi dan analisis studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian dalam perencanaan  sekolah sudah sudah cukup baik penguatan Pendidikan karakter terintegrasi dengan mata pelajaran serta melalukan sosialiasi, pelaksanaan  sistem  daring pada pembelajaran cukup baik, namun kurang efektif pada kegiatan kokurikuler dan ektrakurikuler untuk penguatan Pendidikan karakter, dalam evaluasi sudah cukup baik untuk mengukur ketercapaian pembelajaran dan penguatan pendidikan karakter di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Abstract: This study aims to describe the Implementation of Strengthening Character Education during the Covid 19 pandemic at SMKN-1 Palangka Raya starting from planning, implementation and evaluation. This research method is to use a qualitative approach that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. In order to obtain valid (reliable) data collection techniques include interview techniques, observation and analysis of document studies. The results of research in school planning are good enough to strengthen character education integrated with subjects and carry out socialization, the implementation of online systems in learning is quite good, but less effective in co-curricular and extracurricular activities to strengthen character education, in evaluation it is good enough to measure learning achievement and strengthening character education during the Covid-19 Pandemic.

<p><em>This article describes the process of implementing the Overlapping Yasindo Islamic SDLB, using a qualitative approach and type of case study research. Sources of data come from informants and documentation tailored to the focus of research. For data collection techniques using interviews, observation and literature studies. The data analysis is done by reducing data, presenting/displaying data and drawing conclusions. To check the validity of the data is done by triangulation of sources and methods, as well as discussions.</em></p><p><em>The results of the study show that: 1). PAI extracurricular activities carried out at Yasindo Islamic Elementary School Malang include daily programs including 4S (Smiles, greetings, and greetings), praying together, reciting the shahada and daily prayers before starting the lesson and after the experience is finished, the Dhuha prayer in congregation, mauidah hasanah, religious knowledge quiz, reciting the Qur'an, memorizing short letters, PHBI (Mawlid Prophet and Muharram 1 st Warning) PHBN (Commemoration of independence and other national holidays). 2) The moral development activities in the Yasindo Islamic SDLB Malang are conducted in 3 stages, the stage of strengthening the concept of morality (knowing), the application stage (doing) The step of being (being) and the creation of a religious atmosphere. 3). Supporting factors in the extracurricular implementation of PAI at Yasindo Malang Islamic SDLB include; active participation and enthusiasm of students, Collaboration with all teachers, support of student guardians, funding from schools, support from all parties. The inhibiting factor includes; The diverse needs of students so that the teacher must pay attention to each, facilities and infrastructure specifically for children with special needs that are less supportive.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of character education at 006 State Elementary School. The type of research used was qualitative. The subjects in this study were principals. Data collection techniquesin this study used interview techniques and data documentation, besides the data analysis techniques through data collection and data reduction. The results of this study were: Implementation of character education in Public Elementary School 006 has been going well, this based on the results of interviews with principals that in the civilization process students pray before starting learning activities, taking pickets alternately with classmates, reviving greetings culture greet and smile, visit sick friends, donate to areas affected by natural disasters, conduct Dhuhr prayer at school, commemorate national and religious holidays and this is also supported by extracurricular activities that reflect character education such as scouts, art, dance, and sports.

<p><em>Character education nowadays is an important thing to do because of the widespread moral crisis among the community, it is from children, adolescents to adults. For this reason, it is necessary to improve a character education as early as possible from various communities. The characters that need to be developed are discipline. This article describes the results of research that aims to explain the character of discipline in relation to contextual models that can be seen from the influence of the use of contextual models in learning in elementary schools. This study uses a qualitative approach which is carried out with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The sample of this study was the second and fifth grade students at Adikarso 1 Elementary School. To maintain the quality of the data, this study uses triangulation techniques. The results showed in the table of class II, before learning the percentage of students who answered "always" amounted to 80.345% while after learning rises to 86.551%. It can be concluded that the contextual learning model can improve the character of discipline in learning at SDN 1 Adikarso.</em></p>

Abstract: This study aims to (1) describe the process of extracurricular activities of traditional dance at Sawojajar 3 Malang Elementary School (2) to describe the values ​​of character education contained in the traditional dance extracurricular activities at Sawojajar 3 Malang Elementary School. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Researcher as the main research instrument with research data source, namely the process of extracurricular activities of traditional dance. Collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed the values ​​of character education in extracurricular traditional dance at Sawojajar 3 Malang Elementary School namely the process of extracurricular activities of traditional dance at Sawojajar 3 Malang Elementary School through 4 learning stages and 4 traditional dance materials. The four learning stages are pre- extracurricular activities for traditional dance, early extracurricular activities for traditional dance, core extracurricular activities for traditional dance, and final extracurricular activities for traditional dance. In the process of dance extracurricular activities through these 4 stages inserting habituation and giving examples of direct action. Religious character values, nationalist character values, community service character values, integrity character values, independent character values ​​with creative sub- values ​​have not been seen in extracurricular activities of traditional dance. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan proses kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seni tari tradisional di SDN Sawojajar 3 Malang (2) mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang terdapat pada ekstrakurikuler seni tari tradisional di SDN Sawojajar 3 Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Peneliti sebagai instrumen penelitian utama dengan sumber data penelitian yaitu proses kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seni tari tradisional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter pada ekstrakurikuler seni tari tradisional di SDN Sawojajar 3 Malang yaitu proses kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seni tari tradisional di SDN Sawojajar 3 Malang melalui 4 tahap pembelajaran dan 4 Materi tari tradisional. Empat tahapan pembelajaran yaitu kegiatan pra-ekstrakurikuler seni tari tradisional, kegiatan awal ekstrakurikuler seni tari tradisional, kegiatan inti ekstrakurikuler seni tari tradisional, dan kegiatan akhir ekstrakurikuler seni tari tradisional. Dalam proses kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seni tari melalui 4 tahapan tersebut menyisipkan pembiasaan dan pemberian contoh tindakan langsung. Nilai karakter religius, nilai karakter nasionalis, nilai karakter gotong royong, nilai karakter integritas, nilai karakter mandiri dengan sub- nilai kreatif belum terlihat pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seni tari tradisional.

The aim of this study was identify the management of student’s character education SMAN 2 Banguntapan. This study applied a qualitative approach. The data collecting techniques were observation, interview, and documentation. Data collected from that technique were analyzed by using data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study reveal that the implementation of character education in SMAN 2 Banguntapan has been integrated in school activity on three main form: (1) combine with learning activities, (2) combine with extracurricular activities, (3) combine with cultivation and making people accustomed. The management of student’s character education in SMAN 2 Banguntapan students is consist of: (1) the planning of character education; (2) the organization of character education; (3) the implementation of character education; and (4) the supervision of character education.

The purpose of this study was to develop and test the effectiveness of the character education module based on the school literacy movement. This type of research uses Research and Development (RnD). The research subjects used were fifth grade elementary school students in the RA Kartini Cluster, Jaken District, Pati Regency. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The data was collected using observation sheets, interview sheets, photos of activities, and filling out questionnaires. Sources of data obtained from filling out questionnaires, observations, and responses from school principals, class teachers, subject teachers, students, and school committees on the implementation of the module. The resulting module is validated by material experts and module experts. Small group trials were conducted in fifth grade SDN Mojoluhur, Jaken District, Pati Regency. Meanwhile, product use trials were carried out in fifth grade SDNs in the RA Kartini Cluster, Jaken District, Pati Regency. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and using the t-test to determine the effectiveness of the module. The questionnaire instrument test used validity and reliability, while the quality of the module in the study used expert validation. The results showed: (1) a character education module developed based on the school literacy movement for elementary schools; (2) the character education module based on the school literacy movement is declared valid, the percentage of eligibility criteria for the validator is 75% (feasible) and 83% (very feasible); (3) the character education module based on the school literacy movement is effective for instilling character education in elementary school students. This is shown in the t test the effectiveness of -121.696 1.86 was obtained and the average student character questionnaire before and after using the module increased by 30.08%; (4) the results of teacher responses from observations showed 75.6% (good).

Giving stimulus from educators in the form of giving appreciation and punishment will greatly affect the way of thinking and behavior of students in achieving the goals of character education that have been set. This study aims to describe the implementation of reward and punishment in shaping the character of students' discipline. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this study indicate: (1) The implementation of rewards in shaping the discipline character of students is done by giving rewards in the form of praise and giving appreciation in the form of gifts. (2) The implementation of punishment in shaping the disciplinary character of students is carried out by giving gradual warnings, giving spontaneous warnings and written warning letters. (3) Evaluation of the implementation of rewards and punishments in shaping the character of students' discipline is using process evaluation, which is an assessment carried out during the learning process by observing the attitudes of students everyday when they are in the madrasa environment.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi reward dan punishment dalam membentuk karakter disiplin peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi tehnik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Implementasi reward dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dilakukan dengan memberikan reward dalam bentuk pujian serta memberikan apresiasi dalam bentuk hadiah. (2) Implementasi punishment dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik dilakukan dengan cara memberi peringatan secara bertahap, memberi teguran spontan dan surat peringatan tertulis. (3) Evaluasi implementasi reward dan punishment dalam membentuk karakter kedisiplinan peserta didik adalah menggunakan evaluasi proses, yaitu penilaian yang dilakukan di saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan mengamati dari sikap peserta didik sehari-hari ketika berada di lingkungan madrasah. Abstract:  The purpose of this research is to describe the values of gotong royong in Banjarese society in Andhika village that has “a bahaul” tradition. Thus, the values of gotong royong have significance to social studies education as the learning source. This research used the qualitative approach, which the data collection were through interview, observation, and document study. The data was analized by using data reduction, display the data and verification or conclusions. The data verification is through these following steps, namely, extended observation, triangulation, and discussion with the colleagues. The results of the study show the values of Gotong royong in bahaul tradition are seen in these activities; taturukan, pangayuan, pangawahan, and lalawatan. The activities have a significant impact in Social Studies Education. The significant impact could be seen on the values in “bahaul” such as solidarity, tolerance and caring to a society. Thus, this study is able to enrich the source of Social Studies Education in the school. Keywords:      Gotong royong, bahaul tradition, banjarese society, social studies education. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai-nilai gotong royong dalam masyarakat Banjar di desa Andhika pada acara bahaul dan signifikansinya dalam pembelajaran IPS di sekolah sebagai sumber belajar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Data dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan  verifikasi/kesimpulan. Keabsahan data melalui perpanjangan waktu pengamatan,  triangulasi, dan cek-cek anggota. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gotong royong dalam bahaul tampak pada aktivitas taturukan, pangayuan, pangawahan dan lalawatan. Aktivitas tersebut memiliki signifikansi dalam pendidikan IPS karena aktivitas bahaul memiliki nilai solidaritas, toleransi, dan peduli sosial sehingga memperkaya sumber belajar IPS di sekolah. Kata-kata Kunci: gotong royong, bahaul, masyarakat Banjar dan Pendidikan IPS
