This study aimed at describing and analyzing community perception concerning the implementation of Jamkesmas program in the delivery and perinatal ward of RSUD Kabupaten Buleleng, the implementation of Jampersal program, the policy of RSUD Kabupaten Buleleng concerning with Jamkesmas and Jampersal for the under service, and the constraints faced in Jamkesmas and Jampersal programs. This study belong to the qualitative approach. The input, process, and output variables were measured by using questionnaire and interview. The results indicated that (1) the community perception on the implementation of Jamkesmas programs in the delivery and perinatal ward of RSUD Kabupaten was immediately good, (2) the implementation of Jampersal programs in the delivery and perinatal ward of RSUD Kabupaten Buleleng was immediately good, (3) the constraint was a few participants  had not yet got identity and household cards which made the requirements for participating in the program incomplete, (4) the policy of RSUD Kabupaten Buleleng, in solving the problem was to facilitate the patients in arranging for  the documents in order to participate in Jamkesmas or Jampersal programs before giving care of them.

This article discusses the evaluation of giant effigy ogoh-ogohparade based on three aspects, such as the implementationof ogoh-ogoh parade, the contribution of ogoh-ogoh paradeto the development of cultural tourism in Denpasar and toprovide recommendations for strategy implementation of ogohogohparade. This article was used culture tourism theory andevaluation theory. The data presented in this article was collectedthrough observation and is complemented by interviews andother published sources with qualitative approach. The collecteddata analyzed by CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product)evaluation model, expert judgment and qualitative descriptive.The result shows that parade ogoh-ogoh meet the criteria as anevent that contributes in an effort to realize Denpasar as culturalcity. Ogoh-ogoh parade also contributes as a supporting Denpasarin developing cultural tourism. The implementation strategyof ogoh-ogoh parade can be done through by the competitionstrategy and the increasing promotion strategy. From this articleit can be concluded that as one of the cultural event in Denpasarcity ogoh-ogoh parade can support the development of culturaltourism in the city of Denpasar, although in its implementation itrequires sustain improvement.

The purpose of this research is to know the success of benchmarking of madrasah head in transforming madrasah, to know benchmarking of head of madrasah, to know transformation that happened at madrasah, and to know benchmarking of madrasah head to transform madrasah. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data using the model of Miles and Huberman and data validity technique uses triangulation data. The results show that the success of madrasah head benchmarking in transforming with active commitment in managing madrasah, understanding the advantages and weaknesses of madrasah, innovating in madrasah, and applying benchmarking results in madrasah. Benchmarking process is self-evaluation of madrasah program, comparison with referral madrasah, reflection of madrasah performance and backbiting towards benchmarking of madrasah. The madrasah transformation covers the aspects of input, process transformation in madrasah, transformation of madrasah output and transformation of madrasah culture. The conclusion of this research can be seen that through benchmarking the head of madrasah can make the head of madrasah do madrasah transformation. The implication of this research is that benchmarking done by head of madrasah is not necessarily self-done. This requires the responsibility and commitment of all madrasahs in it, managerial skills, adequate human resources, and empowerment of all personnel in the madrasah.

Low coverage of family latrines, village implement community-based total sanitation (STBM) and the village of defecation Random Stop (Stop Babs) resulted in increased cases of disease based environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the components of the input, process and output for the low coverage STBM program. This study is an evaluation using a qualitative approach in 10 selected health centers in Mamuju conducted by purposive sampling based health centers category in June – August 2015. The informants are holders STBM program health centers, community health centers and the head of environmental health section chief. In collecting the data, researchers used the method triagulasi ie depth interviews, observation and document analysis. Analyses were performed with a qualitative analysis of the various opinions that combined the results of triangulation. The results showed there were several indicators of input components of adequate policies, authority and responsibility, human resources; except for operational funds and infrastructure. Kompenen planning process, pengoorganisasian and reporting is adequate, but the implementation and monitoring indicators was inadequate. Output components are all yet to reach the standards set. Conclusion there are some indicators that are not sufficient operating funds, infrastructure, implementation, and monitoring.

The aims of this research is to analyze context, input, process, and product of Tahfidz Al-Qur’an program at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gamping. The type of this research is evaluative research with a qualitative approach and use an evaluation model of CIPP (Context, Process, Input, Product)by Stufflebeam. Data collection techniques with observation, interview, and documentation. Analysis of this data using data reduction and conclusion. The results of this study are (1) in the context component, the goals and objectives of Tahfidz Al-qur’an program have been a means category that has a purpose to inculcate the Quranic values and familiarize the atmosphere of the Qur’an in life. (2) in the input, the component shows that the input of teachers, methods, and facilities have been a quite good category, but in teacher input still lack educator to guide tahfidz to be more effective in guiding, while input means to study Tahfidz still less comfortable because there is no place specifically so as not to disturbed student concentration (3) in the process component shows that the implementation schedule is held every day, the target of memorization is 2 juz, but in the achievement of the target, not all student can achieve 2 juz (4) in the product, component shows the results and impact of the Tahfidz program can be categorized well. And the completeness of the achievement of Tahfidz Al-Qur’an program has a value 50 % and categorized “means”.

This study aimed to describe the synergy of stakeholders in development of Pujon Kidul village tourism and the impact from the synergy of stakeholder. This study used qualitative approach and the analysis data used interactif model from Miles and Huberman. Determination of informants was using purposive sampling with consideration of representatives from each stakeholders involved in the development of Pujon Kidul village tourism. The result showed that the level of synergy was in respectful level. The supporting factors in the synergy of stakeholders were openness, mutual benefits, good communications, and no personal interest. Inhibiting factors in the synergy of stakeholders were community perception about Cafe Sawah was different, lacking communication with BNI Brawijaya, lacking knowledge about regulation to develop Cafe Sawah, and mindset money oriented. The results also reveal the impact of the synergy of stakeholder in development Pujon Kidul village tourism especially in Cafe Sawah were employment, encouraging entrepreneurial activity, improve income, increased awareness about cleanliness, decreased of juvenile delinquency, local cultures began to disappear, increased cleanliness, disruptions of traffic around village, and agricultural land conversions.

The optimal use of libraries is through user education, because through this program users get a series of knowledge about information sources. One way to find out the success of a program is to do an assessment. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of user education that has been implemented in the Library of the Faculty of Engineering UGM. CIPP Model (Context, Input, Process & Product) used for evalution with a qualitative approach. Research subjects were members of the UGM Faculty of Engineering who had attended user education programs and library management team. Data collection is done with documentation, interviews, and observations. The results showed (1) the Context evaluation was good, there was a match between the program with the vision and mission of the institution, (2) Evaluation of inputs was good, supporting facilities and facilities were adequate, (3) Process evaluation was sufficient, the implementation schedule needed to be improved, ( 4) Evaluation of the product is good, there is a certificate as a sign of following the activity by achieving the competency that has been set. The factors that support the implementation of the program are competency of human resources, communication, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and good cooperation with stakeholders. The factors that hinder the program are the schedule of activities that are not yet routine, those responsible for the program cannot be delegated to other people, there is no analysis of student needs, and there is no written policy on this program. The recommendation of this research is that it is necessary to improve several inhibiting factors so that the implementation of user education activities can run smoothly in accordance with the stated goals.

This article attempts to analyze the metrics of internal audit function effectiveness. The authors review and discuss the metrics perceived as most relevant and appropriate to the banking sector. The literature review is supported by an attempt to introduce an additional metric of the internal audit function effectiveness. The methodology adopted in this paper bases strongly on the qualitative approach. The article involves an analysis of available literature and own studies, as well as authors’ professional experience in auditing. The metrics of internal audit function effectiveness presented in modern studies strongly favor qualitative approach, focused on assessing the input, process and output of internal auditors, and most notably recommendations issued and their implementation by organizations’ management. The authors suggest supplementing the list of available metrics with an additional method, strongly connected to financial performance of the banks employing the internal audit function. This article introduces an additional possible way of measuring the effectiveness of the internal audit function. This metric can be considered by the banks and can be further empirically verified for appropriateness by entities from other industries, from both private and public sector.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the aspects of Context, Input, Process, and Product of the Al-Qur'an Therapy Program at Sekolah Khusus Taruna Al-Qur’an. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analytic type. The data collection techniques are non-participant observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis was performed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that: 1) The background of the implementation of the Al-Qur'an Therapy Program at Sekolah Khusus Taruna Al-Qur’an is the existence of the students with special needs at Taruna Al-Qur'an Kindergarten which is a regular Kindergarten (Context aspect), 2) The Human Resources (HR) for the Al-Qur'an Therapy Program consists of mentors, namely devotion students from Pondok Pesantren (Islamic Boarding School) Al-Qur'an Taruna and companions, namely teachers who accompany each student (Input aspect), 3) The Implementation of the Al-Qur’an Therapy Program is started with an opening greeting by the teacher, followed by greeting the students, reciting theraupetic verses by both the teacher and the student which is stated by reciting ta'awuż, and the teacher dismiss the therapy session by giving a closing greeting (Process aspect), 4) The students who join the Al-Qur’an Therapy Program tends to be calmer and they even can memorize and recite the verses of Al-Qur’an (Product aspect).

This research discusses the entrepreneurship development of beneficiaries which is carried out through the BUMDes institution. The BUMDes chosen is BUMDes Karya Mekar, which is one of the BUMDes that involves the beneficiaries of the Family Hope Program in the BUMDes business. Located in the area of ​​Sukajadi Village, Campaka District, Cianjur Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The research objective is to describe the input, process, and output in entrepreneurship for beneficiaries through BUMDes. Data collection methods used are through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results showed that the entrepreneurship development of beneficiaries through BUMDes can be seen from the input (environmental factors, individuals, organizations), process (alignment of resources), and output (organizational, individual, and community benefits), the three of which are a series that are inseparable from one another. This research brings the benefit that the presence of KPM PKH has made BUMDes a pillar of economic activity in the village that can function as a social or commercial institution. Entrepreneurship development for KPM PKH through BUMDes has created KPM PKH entrepreneurs in the future. BUMDes is expected to be able to increase community efforts in managing the economic potential of the Village.

The objective of the research was to understand, explain and improve The Management Program based on Madrasah (Islamic Concept). The research used qualitative approach which used evaluation model of CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Outcome). It was conducted at Islamic State High School Jonggat sub-district. The results are, some weakness of programs to increase teacher’s human resources that are not master learning model media (cannot operate the laptop and in focus), increasing the facilities need dan low cost. The recommendation is suggested to those who are in the stakeholders to pay attention to this issue. So, the implementation of the program could be done successfully later.
