Objective - The development of the online transportation industry has led to increasing competition. In Indonesia, Gojek and Grab are competitors in their industry. Each company strives to maintain the loyalty and satisfaction of its customers by setting up procedures such as e-service quality programs and pricing policies. Under these programs, consumers have different levels of satisfaction and loyalty for each type of online vehicle. This study aims to measure the influence of e-service quality and price to build loyalty through customer satisfaction Gojek and Grab. Methodology/Technique - The type of the study is verification. An explanatory survey with simple random sampling technique is used. The sample includes 200 respondents from both online transportation operator's customers. The data of this study employs a path analysis with SPSS 25.0 and AMOS. Findings - The results show that there is a positive influence between e-service quality and price to build loyalty through each Gojek and Grab customers' satisfaction. Thus, we can say that Gojek and Grab consumers are quite satisfied with the quality and price so they pay with loyalty. Novelty – Good management in service companies will serve customers with great satisfaction, thus affirming the rightness of consumer loyalty to the company. Therefore, prices will be appropriate in addition to quality electronic services. This is because the relationship between the two can produce positive impacts such as consumer loyalty with mediation through satisfaction. Our study has several contributions, including adding insight into e-service studies, price, customers' satisfaction, and loyalty, especially in the online transportation industry. Objective – Banks are financial intermediaries which are vital to support the economy of a country. Banks can be interpreted as the financial institutions whose activities are collecting funds from the community, distributing the funds back to the community, and providing other banking services. The development and improvement of service quality from the banks should be the center of public attention. This is because of the tight competition in terms of quality of the services, products, and marketing strategies undertaken by the banks. In an environment of tight competition, the top priorities of service companies such as banks are customer satisfaction and excellent service quality in order to improve customer loyalty and word-of-mouth behavior. This research aims to study, analyze, and explore the effect of product, service, and customer satisfaction on word-of-mouth (WOM) behavior at PT Bank Jakarta. Methodology/Technique –The models used in this research is a descriptive and associative model using SPSS 19. This study uses a simple random sampling technique with a total sample of 80 people. The research instrument used as a measuring tool in this study is a questionnaire consisting of 40 statements. Findings & Novelty – The result of this research show that product (X1), service (X2), and customer satisfaction (X3) simultaneously affect word-of-mouth behavior (Y). The results conclude that PT Bank Windu Kentjana International Tbk Jakarta should improve the quality of its products and services delivered to its customers and prospective customers in order to build their loyalty and improve their word-of-mouth. <p>Customer is an important factor for the survival of a company. At a time, company sometimes didn’t know the level of customer satisfaction. If the company continues with this situation, the company would not know the next strategies to develop the company. There are many factors that connected with customer such as trust, facility and service quality. This research objective is to analyze if there is a positive influence, both individually and simultaneously between independent variables which are trust, facility and service quality to the dependent variable which is customers. In this research the object are the customers of PT Panah Persada Logisindo Semarang. The data sources are primary and secondary data using sampling technique of 80 respondents. The results of multiple linear regression equation show that there is a positive influence and partial significant between (t= 3,543 &gt; ttebal = 1, 99167) Trust, (t=4,976 &gt;ttebal=1,99167 ) Facility and (t =3,908 &gt; ttebal= 1, 99167) Service Quality effected by customer satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Keywords: Trust, Facility, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction</strong></p><p>Kepuasaan Pelanggan merupakan faktor penting terhadap kelangsungan hidup sebuah perusahaan. Masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan saat ini berkaitan dengan tidak diketahuinya kepuasaan Pelanggan setiap tahun, Jika ini dibiarkan terus menerus, perusahaan tidak dapat menentukan strategi untuk meningkakan kepuasaan pelanggan. Ada banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi Kepuasaan Pelanggandipengaruhi oleh kepercayaan, fasilitas dan Kualitas Pelayanaan. Perumusan masalah, tujuan penelitian dan hipotesis pada latar belakang masalah dan tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis adakah pengaruh yang positif baik secara individual dan simultan antara variabel independen yaitu kepercayaan, fasilitas, kualitas pelayanaan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Kepuasaan Pelanggan. Pada penelitian ini obyek yang diambil pengguna jasa Freight forwarder PT Panah Persana Logisindo Semarang Sumber data meliputi data primer dan sekunder. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 80 responden teknik sampling yang digunakan seluruh populasi dijadikan sample. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis berganda dihasilkan persamaan : Hasil persamaan regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara ( t hitung = 3,543&gt; t tabel = 1,99167) kepercayaan, (t hitung4,976 &gt; t tabel =1,99167) Fasilitas ( t hitung = 3,908&gt; t tabel = 1,99167) Kualitas pelayanaan terhadap Kepuasaan Pelanggan.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci : Kepercayaan, Fasilitas, Kualitas Pelanggan. This research was conducted to find out (1) The effect of Prices on Customer Satisfaction at Laguna Family Karaoke In Sungai Penuh. (2) The influence of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Laguna Family Karaoke In Sungai Penuh. (3) The influence on customer Satisfaction at Laguna Family Karaoke In Sungai Penuh. (4) The influence of Price, Service Quality and Location simultaneously on Customer Satisfaction at Laguna Family Karaoke In Sungai Penuh. This research is quantitative research. The population in this research is consumers at Laguna Family Karaoke in 2019. The sampling technique used in this research was accidental sampling. The sample in this research was 80 consumers in Laguna Family Karaoke. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Validity test using value corrected item total correlation. Reliability test using alpha cronbach. Data analysis technique use multiple linear regression tests. Research result show that : (1) there is a positive influence between price and customer satisfaction at Laguna Family Karaoke In Sungai penuh this is proven from t hitung > dari t tabel which one 7,456 >  2,021 and significant 0,000 < 0,05. (2) There is no positive influence between service quality on customer satisfaction at Laguna Family Karaoke In Sungai Penuh this is proven from t hitung< dari t tabel which one -0,918 <2,021 and significant 0,363 > 0,05. (3) there is a positive influence between location and customer satisfaction at Laguna Family Karaoke In Sungai Penuh this is proven from t hitung < dari t tabel which one -2,371 > 2,021 and significant 0,020 < 0,05. (4) there is a positive influence between prices, service quality and location to customer satisfaction at Laguna Family Karaoke In Sungai Penuh this is proven from oleh fhitung  > ftabel that is 24,686> 2,58  dan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.

Research on customer satisfaction analysis on service quality at PT Ramajaya Copier is to analyze and determine the extent of customer satisfaction with the services provided by PT Ramajaya Copier. This research was conducted to 93 PT Ramajaya Copier customers in Batam City using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Using the method of analysis of important performance analysis (IPA) of this study resulted in 4 (four) indicators of service satisfaction statements included in quadrant I, namely improving performance to be improved to meet customer expectations. The four indicators of the statement are: employees are polite and friendly to customers (2.61), customer convenience when coming to PT Ramajaya (2.69), the company serves regardless of customer background (2.61), the company tolerates delays payment to customers (2.61).

This study aimed to access service continuance intention and the mediating role of customer satisfaction in between the service quality, perceived price, and perceived value towards the service continuance intention of the health insurance customers in the context of Malaysia. Data were collected from international university students. Simple random sampling technique was used to collect the data from the 264 respondents. PLS-SEM technique was employed to test the model and proposed hypotheses. Findings of this study discovered that all three factors (service quality, perceived price, and perceived value) significantly affect customer satisfaction and service continuance intention. Moreover, this study demonstrated that customer satisfaction plays a significant positive role to mediate the relationship between the service quality, perceived price, and perceived value toward the service continuance intention. The findings of this research advocates that health insurance firms operating in Malaysia should focus to enhance the service quality, offer competitive price, and deliver the best value to the customer which significantly improve customer satisfaction. Consequently, customer satisfaction triggers the customer toward continues business transaction with the same insurance firm.

The purpose of this study is to determine how price, service quality, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and how much influence, price, service quality on customer satisfaction which has implications for customer loyalty. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were taken by simple random sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was carried out with the help of the SEM program from Smart PLS 3.0. Besides, this research also proves that the price variable will affect customer satisfaction, then the price will also affect customer loyalty, as well as service quality affects customer satisfaction and will also affect customer loyalty. and also the mediating variable of customer satisfaction which will affect customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to determine customer satisfaction as a mediating variable through product variations and service quality to repurchase intention. This research uses a quantitative method with 92 respondents of TB Triguna customers, this research uses a simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques are using a questionnaire and data analysis used is using SmartPLS (SEM). The analysis technique used is the path analysis test with the aim to find out how much influence customer satisfaction as a mediating variable through product variation and service quality variables on repurchase intention. The results showed that product variation and service quality significantly influenced repurchase intention mediated by customer satisfaction. With each p-value < 0.05 so that the five hypotheses are accepted and indicate that the variable repurchase intention and customer satisfaction can be explained by variable variations in product and overall service quality by 89.7% and the rest is influenced by other factors outside the research model this is 10.3%.

This study aims to determine how much effect of service quality to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction on toko Mandiri Textile pasar raya padang. Sample method used was simple random sampling. samples used to represent the population is of 100 respondents. data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires, and library. Based on the analysis path used satisfaction provides an increase of 30.3%, consumer loyalty providing increased by 22.9% and customer satisfaction by 9.8%. T test performed showed that these three variables significantly influence consumer loyalty. the value of the variable quality of service to customer satisfaction with the value of t test&gt; t table (2,491&gt; 1,660). service quality on customer loyalty with value t test&gt; t table (7594&gt; 1.660). satisfaction to loyalty to the value of t test&gt; t table (2.925&gt; 1.660). service quality through customer satisfaction to increase loyalty konsmen by t test&gt; t table (7582&gt; 1.660).

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediator. Respondents in this study were customers with a minimum level of education at least high school / equivalent who had conducted transactions at Pull & Bear Kuta - Bali more than once in the past year. The research sample was determined by 105 respondents using a sampling technique that is purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis with classical assumption and Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty, customer satisfaction has a positive influence on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction is positively and significantly mediates the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. These results confirm that the company is expected to pay attention to the quality of service to improve customer satisfaction so as to create a sense of customer loyalty. Food and beverages are a major need for human beings. The development of culinary business makes the competition more and more intense, all efforts strive to attract consumers and retain customers in various ways. Consumers also now have begun carefully in choosing a place to eat, not only the product into consideration but the price, quality of service and location also a consideration of consumers in choosing a place to eat. Therefore, this study was made to determine the effect of price, product quality, service quality and location to customer satisfaction. The population in this study were the visitors at Indonesian Culinary Centers. The sample in this research is 100 respondents taken by simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used as a measuring tool in this study is in the form of questionnaire. Results of respondents on the questionnaire given then processed using Microsoft Excel 2007 software and software SPSS 19. The results of the analysis in this study yields regression equation is Y = - 4.717 + (0.039) X1 + 0.333X2 + 0.368X3 + 0.245X4. Product quality variables, service quality and location partially have a significant influence on customer satisfaction in Indonesian Culinary Centers. Price variables partially have an insignificant effect on customer satisfaction in Indonesian Culinary Centers. Conclusion that can be taken from the research result that is according to the consumer, the three independent variables (Product Quality, Service Quality and Location) are considered important as determinant of consumer satisfaction, while Price variable does not affect customer satisfaction in Indonesian Culinary Centers.
