This study aims to identify the relationship and influence of Technology Innovation, Role of Administrators, and Teacher Readiness on Rural School Teaching Professionalism in Sabah, Malaysia. The focus of the study is based on the design of technological innovation, the role of administrators, and the readiness of teachers on the professionalism of rural school teaching in Sabah. The study applied survey methods by combining simple stratified, cluster, and random sampling techniques. Based on Krejcie and Morgan (1970), the study sample consisted of 346 teachers working in rural schools in the state of Sabah. Data were collected using a set of adaptation questionnaires. Theories and models used as study guides include Innovation dissemination theory, ICT theory and task solving, Social learning theory, Maslow theory, Bandura theory, Technology Use Model, TAM Model (Technology Acceptance Capital) Professional Brante Model, Organizational Change Model, Model Kounin, Servan Laub Leadership Model and Planned Behavior Theory. The descriptive analysis used is the mean, frequency, and percentage tests while the inference test will use the regression test, Pearson Correlation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA test. Descriptive analysis shows that all variables are practiced at a high level. One-way t-test and ANOVA proved that there was a significant difference in mean scores of all variables based on gender, age, and teaching experience. Pearson Correlation test showed a significant relationship between Technology Innovation (r = 0.495, p <0.01), Role of Administrator (r = 0.536, p <0.01), and Teacher Readiness (r = 0.780, p <0.01) with Rural School Teacher Professionalism. at Sabah. Study questions were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 22.0 program. Pathway analysis (SEM) shows the combination of the contribution of the three independent variables, namely technological innovation, the role of administrators, and the readiness of teachers on the professionalism of rural school teaching in Sabah. Path analysis also showed that there was a significant direct and indirect influence of independent variables with dependent variables. The study contributes to a New Model of Teacher Professionalism in rural schools in Sabah which has been adapted and integrated with previous theories and models.

The objective of this study is to identify the factors that determine the competitiveness of garment industry in Ethiopia. To achieve this, Porter's diamond model of national competitiveness was detected as a model to assess the competitiveness of the garment industry in Ethiopia. Based on conceptual framework, the study's six hypotheses were developed and tested. Six independent variables considered are: factor conditions; demand conditions; related and supporting industries; industry's strategy, structure and rivalry; role of government; and chance factors and dependent variable is competiveness. Primary data are collected by self-administered structured questionnaire from owners/general managers of industry. Totally 37 out of the targeted 38 respondents duly filled and returned the questionnaires for analysis giving response rate of 97.36 per cent. The results were presented in forms of mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation, ANOVA and regression analysis. This study finds that the composite the five independent variables accounted for 73 per cent variance for the competitiveness of garment industry in Ethiopia. The independent variables show the positive effect on predicting the dependent variable (except the demand conditions). Two factors --factor conditions and chance factors --were found to be statically significant determinants for the competitiveness of the garment industry in Ethiopia.

The present article evaluates the public policy towards the telecommunication sector in Brazil, taking into consideration the dead scheme of state monopoly and the introduction of processes of privatization, economic liberalization and technological innovation. It is described the increase in direct foreign investments, new forms of technology innovation, introduction of regulatory institutions, goals for investments and scopes of service attendance. Through a wide bibliographical review, data analysis and interviews with specialists, entrepreneurs and public policy makers, it was possible to better understand the role of the public policy on the national technological innovation capabilities in the sector. The results demonstrate that the commercial balance in telecommunication's equipments has increased its deficit as well as the expenses with the foreign technology transfer contracts. The new market structure was achieved mainly due to an elevation of internal prices to international levels and the legislation favorable to the competition among incumbents. It is identified an absence of policies and incentives of the public sector in the telecommunications technology innovation system, allowing an increased Brazilian dependence on foreign supply.

Although Islamic Banking operates with Islamic principles, there are still many frauds that are committed deliberately for particular cases. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of Good Corporate Governance in Islamic banking on indications of fraud, especially at Bank BNI Syariah. This research is quantitative research with primary and secondary data, namely using a sample questionnaire and interviews. While the data analysis is using multiple regression with descriptive analysis. The results of the study concluded that the resulting regression had a very small R square at 34.7%. Finding. The results of the t-test show that partially the independent variables in GCG, namely information disclosure, accountability, responsibility, independence, fairness, are stated to not affect the financing of fraud. This is because the number of R squares has a small effect. After all, it is below 50% so that the impact on the insignificance of the variables in GCG on fraud financing. Therefore, it results from the t-test in which none of the X variables affect variable Y. From the information above, it can be concluded that the GCG variable simultaneously has a significant effect on financing fraud, but if tested partially, the GCG variable has no effect on financing fraud.
