Environmental management is an important management in building the quality of human life. The management of the green environment, in turn, adds value to efforts to build a more harmonious environment in an effort to prevent pollution related to land, water, fire, and wind. This study takes one step towards identifying people's perceptions of the dimensions of environmental management that affect their lives and their environment. This study focuses on the Pontian district, the Johor state of Malaysia with the objective of this study was to identify the perceptions of Pontian district council staff on the dimensions of environmental management in relation to their work environment as the Pontian district council staff are directly and indirectly involved in green environment management such as waste management and green environmental competency. The survey respondents consisted of 120 staff at the Pontian District Council. The results showed four dimensions of green environment management outcome with the highest percentage agreement is a green organizational climate of 73.5 percent followed by green environment efficiency giving a 72.5 percent agreement percentage followed by green quality of working life 66.8 percent and finally green environmental of waste management by 60.8 percent.

The success of any organization is highly dependent on how it attracts and motivates its employees. Today’s organization must be more flexible so that they are equipped to develop their employees and enjoy their commitment. A balance between two Significance areas of human life can be achieved only with a high quality of working life, but it is now subject to serious variations of the active spread of remote forms of employment. The article deals with studying the state of Quality of work-life balance during the period of changes in work life due to the pandemic of Covid-19, and the forced transition to remote work. Aim: 1. To identify the prevalence of dimensions of the quality of work-life balance. 2. To find the Challenges faced with working remotely. Methodology: Using Questionnaire, survey research was conducted over 106 employees. Data Analysis was done using Correlation Coefficient using IBM SPSS The study has made it possible to determine the Quality of work-life balance and the challenges faced due to the transition to remote work. Result: The relation between the dimensions and Overall Quality of work life Balance in the concern are positively correlated. A small division of workforce has few problems in balancing with the quality of work life while working remotely. Having time to multi-task work and life tasks, working remotely will support you to strike an improved life balance. Sincere effort in this direction will yield rewarding results.

Work-life balance is an indicator of satisfaction with human life as a whole and is becoming more relevant in socioeconomic conditions today. A balance between two important areas of human life can be achieved only with a high quality of working life, but it is now subject to serious fluctuations in conditions of active spread of remote forms of employment. The article deals with studying the state of work-life balance during the period of changes in the quality of working life due to the pandemic of «Covid-19» and the forced transition to remote work. In the theoretical part of the article the authors consider approaches to determining the main elements of the quality of working life and their indicators, identifying various aspects of the studying worklife balance. Labour quality indicators usually consider the ratio of working life to non-working life, but in this article the authors give evidence how the quality of working life can influence the achievement of work-life balance. In the practical part of the study, based on the author's survey, the main factors affecting the balance and quality of working life in the context of two-time intervals have been analyzed: before and after introducing of the self-isolation regime. The study has made it possible to determine changes in the work-life balance for different groups of employees due to changes in the main parameters of the quality of working life after the self-isolation regime was introduced and the transition to remote work occurred.

Abstrak Lanjut usia merupakan fase terakhir dalam kehidupan manusia yang ditandai dengan terjadinya penurunan pada aspek fisik, sosial, dan psikologis. Terjadinya penurunan dapat berpengaruh pada kualitas hidup. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas hidup adalah midfulness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan mindfulness dengan kualitas hidup lanjut usia di Kelurahan Tuah Karya, Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh lanjut usia di kelurahan Tuah Karya, Pekanbaru. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 65 orang lanjut usia penentuan subjek penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Teknik cluster sampling, yaitu mengundi 176 RT yang berada di Kelurahan Tuah Karya Pekanbaru. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala midfulness dan skala kualitas hidup dari WHOQOL-BREF. Hasil analisis data meggunakan korelasi product moment menunjukkan nilai korelasi (r) sebesar 0,527, p=0.000 (p<0,01) artinya ada hubungan positif antara mindfulness dan kualitas hidup pada lanjut usia di Kelurahan Tuah Karya, Pekanbaru.Tingginya mindfulness menyebabkan menigkatanya ke-empat dimensi kualitas hidup pada lanjut usia, yaitu; kesehatan fisik, kesejahteraan psikologis, hubungan sosial dan lingkungan.Kata kunci: Mindfulness, Kualitas Hidup, Lanjut Usia AbstractA Late Adulthood is the final stage in human life that is characterized by a decrease in the physical, social, and psychological aspect, all of them can be affect the quality of life. One of the factors that affect the quality of life is mindfulness. This study aims to determine the relationship of mindfulness with the quality of life in Kelurahan Tuah Karya, Pekanbaru. Subjects in this study amounted to 65 elderly determination of the subject of research carried out using cluster sampling technique by raffle 176  Rukun Tetangga (RT). Measurements were made using mindfulness scale and WHOQOL-BREF quality of life scale. The results of data analysis using product moment correlation shows the correlation (r) of 0.527,   p = 0.000 (p <0.01), means that there is a positive relationship between mindfulness and quality of life in  elderly in the Kelurahan Tuah Karya, Pekanbaru. The high mindfulness causing menigkatanya all four dimensions of quality of life for the elderly, namely; physical health, psychological well-being, social relationships and environment.Keywords: Mindfulness, uality of Life and Late Adulthood.

The environment and the economy are basic and inseparable elements. The environment is the locus and support for the activities of human life. These activities are related to the creation and supply of resources necessary for the economy. They generate large amounts of waste, while the load capacity of the environment is limited. When economic operations go beyond certain limits, then the environment cannot sustain them. This could lead to economic crisis on a global scale. The problem is how to protect the environment, maintain economic operations and improve the lives of human beings, or in other words, find the ways to harmonise environmental factors with the needs of the economy. Vietnam and other developing nations are facing serious problems of environmental degradation, especially in urban areas. Many solutions have been tried, of which the use of economic instruments has received much attention on the part of the government and leaders of Vietnam. This article focuses on the use of economic instruments in urban environment management in Vietnam. The objectives of this article are to explore how economic instruments are being used for urban environment management and to point out the issues and difficulties emerging in the process of using this tool to control environmental pollution and to improve the quality of the environment.

A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo diagnosticar o clima organizacional da empresa Dalfios Fiação Ltda. Para tanto, buscou-se conhecer o perfil socioeducacional dos colaboradores, avaliar o nível de satisfação e insatisfação e relacionar o nível de satisfação com a qualidade de vida no trabalho (QVT). Do ponto de vista metodológico, esta pesquisa é caracterizada como qualitativa, tipificada em exploratória e descritiva. Quanto ao método é caracterizada em bibliográfica e estudo de caso, sendo o questionário o instrumento de coleta de dados aplicado. Em relação ao perfil socioeducacional dos colaboradores da empresa, os dados evidenciaram que há a predominância do sexo masculino, a faixa etária principal de 21 a 30 anos, com tempo de empresa entre 6 a 10 anos. Quanto à avaliação do nível de satisfação e insatisfação dos colaboradores, os resultados da Pesquisa de Clima Organizacional evidenciaram que todos os indicadores analisados geram satisfação aos colaboradores. A média geral (máxima de 5,0) dos indicadores foi identificada da seguinte forma: Imagem de Adesão (4,79), Remuneração e Benefício (4,67), Condições de Trabalho (4,59), Treinamento e Desenvolvimento (4,34), Comunicação (4,22), Relacionamento Interpessoal (4,16), Liderança (Superior Imediato) (4,09) e Administração Superior (4,05). Ao relacionar o nível de satisfação com a qualidade de vida no trabalho percebeu-se que o nível de satisfação dos colaboradores com o clima organizacional da empresa reflete diretamente na QVT e vice-versa. Destaca-se que a QVT repercutirá na promoção da qualidade de vida pessoal, social e familiar dos colaboradores da empresa.Palavras-Chave: Administração de Recursos Humanos. Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho. The Management of Organizational Climate in Promoting the Quality of Life of Company Employees Dalfios Fiação – Botuverá/SCAbstract: The present research has as objective to diagnose the organizational climate of the company Dalfios Fiação Ltda. For both, we sought to know the profile of socioeducational collaborators, to assess the level of satisfaction and dissatisfaction and relate the level of satisfaction with the quality of working life (QWL). From a methodological point of view, this research is characterized as typified in qualitative, exploratory and descriptive. The method is characterized in the literature and case study, being the questionnaire, the data collection instrument applied. In relation to socioeducational profile of company employees, the data showed that there is a predominance of males, aged 21 to 30 main years, with time in the company between 6 to 10 years. Regarding the evaluation of the level of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of the employees, the results of the Organizational Climate Research showed that all the indicators analyzed generate satisfaction to employees. The overall average (maximum of 5.0) of indicators was identified in the following way: Image of Accession (4.79), remuneration and benefit (4.67), conditions of work (4.59), Training and Development (4.34), Communication (4.22), interpersonal relationship (4.16), Leadership (Immediate Superior) (4.09) and Upper Management (4.05). To relate the level of satisfaction with the quality of life in the work realized that the level of satisfaction of the employees with the company's organizational climate reflects directly on the QWL and vice versa. It is noteworthy that the QWL passed in promoting quality of life personal, social and family of company employees.Keywords: Administration of Human Resources. Management of Organizational Climate. The scientific problem of economics “Managing the quality of human life” is formulated on the basis of artificial intelligence, algebra of logic and logical-probabilistic calculus. Managing the quality of human life is represented by managing the processes of his treatment, training and decision making. Events in these processes and the corresponding logical variables relate to the behavior of a person, other persons and infrastructure. The processes of the quality of human life are modeled, analyzed and managed with the participation of the person himself. Scenarios and structural, logical and probabilistic models of managing the quality of human life are given. Special software for quality management is described. The relationship of human quality of life and the digital economy is examined. We consider the role of public opinion in the management of the “bottom” based on the synthesis of many studies on the management of the economics and the state. The bottom management is also feedback from the top management.

Garbage can be interpreted as a consequence of the activities of human life. It is undeniable, garbage will always be there as long as life activities continue to run. Every year, it can be ascertained that the volume of waste will always increase along with the increasing pattern of public consumerism. The landfill which is increasingly polluting the environment requires a technique and management to manage waste into something useful and of economic value, Bantas Village, Selemadeg Timur District, Tabanan Regency currently has a Waste Management Site (TPS3R) managed by Non-Governmental Organizations (KSM ) The source of waste comes from Households, Stalls, Restaurant Entrepreneurs, Schools, Offices and Ceremonies which are organic and inorganic waste. The waste management system at Bantas Lestari TPS with 3R system is Reduce (reduction of waste products starts from the source), Reuse (reuse for waste that can be reused) and Recycle (recycling waste) to date it is still running but not optimal. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with data analysis using SWOT analysis. This study produces a Waste Management Strategy which is the result of research from the management aspect, aspects of human resources and aspects of infrastructure facilities.

The article explores ways of forming a modern concept of rational nature management of agricultural waste. The analysis of the nomenclature of agricultural waste was carried out, their influence on the environmental situation was studied. The modern technologies of rational nature management of agricultural waste are systematized, the most promising areas of waste recycling are identified. The ecological effect of the application of technologies for the rational environmental management of agricultural waste was studied.
