Inefficient public transport is considered a normal problem in any city or country. The motivations of transportation users determine their choice of transportation mode. This paper is aimed to identify the reasons behind the choice of transportation mode among daily commuters. Specifically, this paper observes the quality of public transport offered towards the users and how it affects their decision on the transportation mode. To understand their motivations, a literature review study has been conducted to interpret their preferences on the quality of public transport. The result shows the indicators that can be measured in the quality of public transport. Several past kinds of research have discussed the measures in solving issues related to public transport to encourage people to use the service given.

This review study aimed to verify how studies conducted in Brazil have related infant mortality to prenatal care and to present contributions of the clinic in the light of Canguilhem and Foucault for qualification of the care. An integrative literature review was conducted from searches in the databases SciELO, LILACS, MEDLINE and BDENF for the period 2000 to 2009. The relationship between infant mortality and prenatal care is related to the insufficient number of consultations or to the quality of the care provided. Even when the number of and routine consultations in the prenatal care were adequate, avoidable deaths were present. For the qualification of prenatal care, it is suggested that the clinical knowledge and other elements that comprise the process of human living are considered, in order that the clinical view is enlarged and articulated to the technologies available in the health system and, together, they are able to contribute to the reduction of infant mortality in Brazil.

AbstractGreen marketing as a part of environmental management has become a new marketing philosophy of many companies. It includes more than just a simple building of corporate image but it also becomes a modern idea of the enforcement of actual environmental trends to a broad spectrum of business activities. The field of action of green marketing tools is relatively extensive, starting with the protection of environment, production and sale of products and services with ecological conditions and requirements, through the final consumption of environmentally friendly products, which affects the quality of life and health of the whole society. The aim of the article includes to provide a literature review on the issue from several foreign and domestic authors. By using methods of description, comparison, deduction, induction, it discusses the essence of a green marketing and also analyses its use in a Slovak public transport company. Based on this, in discussion are indicated some proposals to improve the effectivity and visibility of these activities in the public transport company and thus ensure the image of the company as more environmental friendly. This measures help to improve the positive perception of the company by customers and the general public.

Nyeri selama fase persalinan dapat mempengaruhi frekuensi jantung, napas, bahkan tekanan darah dan stress sehingga menganggu hormon okstitosin yang bekerja untuk persalinan. Literature review dilakukan pada studi penatalaksanaan nyeri persalinan. 3 database dan 2 sumber grey literature diditelaah untuk memperoleh informasi terkait penatalaksanaan nyeri persalinan. 32 literatur diperoleh dari hasil penyaringan data dengan menggunakan framework PEOS. Beberapa faktor nyeri, dampak, penatalaksanaan, respon dan dukungan yang dibutuhkan selama menghadapi nyeri persalinan diperoleh dari proses ekstraksi data. Pemahaman tentang hal berkaitan nyeri, pengembangan terapi, dan dukungan adekuat sangat diperlukan dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas layanan kebidanan khususnya persalinan.Labor pain affects to heart beat frequency, breath rate, blood pressure, and stress. As a result, oxytocin may does not work properly during labor process. A literature review study was conducted to provide information related to labor pain management. 3 databases and 2 grey literatures analyzed and 32 literatures extracted by PEOS framework. Some factors related to labor pain, impacts, managements, responses, and supports needed during labor gained from data extraction. A clearly understanding related labor pain, developing therapy technique, and adequate support are needed in order to improve the quality of midwifery care on labor.

In a Muslim country, halal products were a norm in the society whereby Muslims in their daily life were not only consuming the halal products. The acceptance of non-Muslims towards halal products is growing as well because of the strict process and laws to follow. It reviews studies and theories on customer’s purchase intention on halal products and the concepts of price, awareness, availability, safety, ingredients, and quality of the halal products, which affect their purpose to buy from the perspective of non-Muslim. Fifty research article from 2009 to 2019 was chosen for this research. Besides, the halal products are also being monitored, certified, and enforced by the government. Halal products with certification will automatically gain the confidant of the consumers without any doubts. There are many types of research being conducted about the halal industry, but there is limited research being conducted to explore the non-Muslim consumers' purchase intention on halal products.Keywords: halal products, purchase intention, non-muslim, literature review

Background: The assessment from the patient's perspective is the assurance of TB service’ quality to achieve the "End TB" target. The information regarding TB services’ quality assessment in the dimensions of QUOTE TB Light is not widely found.Aims: The study aims to review TB services' quality from the patients’ perspective in the 7 dimensions of QUOTE TB Light.Methods: This literature review study searched from 3 databases, namely PubMed, Science-Direct, and Google Scholar since July - October 2020. The inclusion criteria were research on TB services quality, patients’ perspective, and patient assessment of 7 dimenssion. Articles assessed the other health services’ quality and published before January 2015 was excluded.Results: A total of 7 from 89 articles found were selected for review. The patients’ assessments are based on their experiences or satisfactions. Most of the studies are satisfied with service availability, communication, patient-provider interactions, competence, and affordability. The patients’ dissatisfactions about infrastructure and stigma acquired during treatment.Conclusion: Infrastructure and stigma are assessed negatively. The continously evaluation and training for health workers need to be improved so they can serve patients well. Objectives: to analyze publications involving communication between parents and children about issues related to sexuality in the databases MEDLINE, BDENF E LILACS of the Virtual Health Library - VHL from 2004 to 2009. Methods: systematic literature review study, held in VHL, in May 2009, from descriptors: communication, adolescent and sexuality. For the analysis of information, there was the organization of content as thematic categories present in the publications. Results: the 20 references were analyzed, and 12 in the database MEDLINE, five in LILACS and three in BDENF. The results show the family as a reference in the communication and identify the mother, as the main mediator of the dialogue with the children. In studies, it emphasizes the need for educational strategies that strengthen parents, as young people who enjoy communication in the family, tend to experience sexual health in a more healthy and pleasant. Conclusion: place new strategies/experiences in the sexual and reproductive behavior from family relationships promote the understanding of health and quality of life. The nurse must strengthen the social support network of adolescents and actions for health promotion in this field. Descriptors: adolescent; communication; sexuality; nursing.

Abstract80% of the use og gadgets in Indonesia is dominated by teenagers. Teenagers can spend their time just playing with their gadgets. Meanwhile, research data show that 63% of adolescents have inadequate sleep quality. This study aimed to determine the correlation between gadget use and adolescent sleep quality using a literature review study. Using a literature review design with the PEO (population, exposure, outcame) method ang using five articles from Google Scholar, Pubmed, Proquest published in 2010-2021. It showed that most of the respondents were male (52.42%) and 13 years old (30,52%). On the use of gadgets, most respondents were in the category of low use or not addicted (71.97%). Most of the respondents also had good quality of sleep (75.30%). The five articles obtained a p-value less than 0,05. There is a correlation between the use of gadgets with adolescents sleep quality.Keywords: Adolescents; gadgets; sleep quality AbstrakPenggunaan gadget di Indonesia 80% didominasi oleh usia remaja. Remaja bisa menghabiskan waktunya hanya untuk bermain gadget. Sedangkan data penelitian menunjukkan 63% remaja memiliki kualitas tidur kurang terpenuhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan penggunaan gadget terhadap kualitas tidur remaja menggunakan studi literature review. Menggunakan desain literature review dengan menggunakan metode PEO (population, exposure, outcame) dan menggunakan 5 artikel dari database dengan penelusuran elektronik pada Google Scholar, PubMed, Proquest yang dipublikasikan pada tahun 2010-2021. Karakteristik responden dari kelima artikel didapatkan jumlah responden terbanyak berjenis kelamin laki-laki (52,42%), responden terbanyak berusia 13 tahun (30,52). Pad penggunaan gadget sebagian besar responden pada kategori penggunaan rendah atau tidak kecanduan (71,97%) dan pada kualitas tidur sebagian besar responden memiliki kualitas yang baik (75,30%). Kelima artikel diperoleh hasil p-value < 0,05. Terdapat hubungan antara penggunaan gadget dengan kualitas tidur remaja.Kata kunci: Gadget; kualitas tidur; remaja

Abstract: Loss of natural teeth, whether it is replaced with artificial teeth or not, can affect the quality of life (QoL), especially in relation to oral health. This study was aimed to determine the differences in the QoL of elderly between denture wearers and non denture wearers. This was a literature review study. There were five literatures in this study; three literatures used the GOHAI questionnaire as a research instrument meanwhile the others used the OHIP-14 questionnaire. The results showed that the measuring instrument most widely used was GOHAI. Based on age, the QoL of denture wearers and non denture wearers became worse as they became older. Based on sex, the QoL of the non denture wearers was better in males than in females, albeit, there was no difference between sex among the denture wearers. In conclusion, the QoL of denture wearers was better than of non denture wearers. Moreover, the QoL of denture wearers was relatively good, meanwhile the QoL of non denture wearers was poor.Keywords: quality of life, elders, denture, tooth loss Abstrak: Kehilangan gigi asli yang digantikan dengan gigi tiruan maupun tidak, dapat meme-ngaruhi kualitas hidup, khususnya kualitas hidup terkait kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kualitas hidup lansia pengguna dan bukan pengguna gigi tiruan. Jenis penelitian ialah studi pustaka. Total pustaka yang diteliti berjumlah lima buah. Terdapat tiga pustaka yang menggunakan kuesioner GOHAI sebagai instrumen penelitian, sedangkan dua lainnya menggunakan kuesioner OHIP-14. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alat ukur yang paling banyak digunakan yaitu GOHAI. Berdasarkan usia, semakin bertambahnya usia, kualitas hidup lansia pengguna dan bukan pengguna gigi tiruan semakin buruk. Berdasarkan jenis kelamin, kualitas hidup lansia bukan pengguna gigi tiruan lebih baik pada laki-laki daripada perempuan, sedangkan pada lansia pengguna gigi tiruan, hasilnya seimbang. Simpulan penelitian ini ialah kualitas hidup lansia pengguna gigi tiruan lebih baik daripada bukan pengguna gigi tiruan. Kualitas hidup lansia pengguna gigi tiruan tergolong baik sedangkan kualitas hidup lansia bukan pengguna gigi tiruan tergolong buruk.Kata kunci: kualitas hidup, lansia, gigi tiruan, kehilangan gigi

ABSTRACT Objective: to analyze the repercussions of the working day in the life of the nurse. Method: literature review study, conducted through electronic mean in march/april 2011, using the base Virtual Health Library (VHL), which has the following databases: MEDLINE, LILACS, SciELO, among others, in period 1994 to 2009. Results: 29 articles were found and from these 15 publications were selected meeting the inclusion criteria and responding to the objective of the study. It was found that working hours interfered with some aspects of nurses’ lives such as stress, sleep, quality of life, health problems, assistance, recreation and health promotion. Conclusion: the working day has influenced the nurses’ professional and personal lives. This is an important theme to be rethought by employers in order to ensure the workers’ health as well as of those who are being assisted by them. Descriptors: nurses; work hours; work. RESUMO Objetivo: analisar as repercussões da jornada de trabalho na vida do enfermeiro. Método: estudo de revisão da literatura, realizado por meio eletrônico em março/abril 2011, utilizando-se a base Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), que conta com as seguintes bases de dados: MEDLINE, LILACS, SCIELO, entre outras, no período de 1994 a 2009. Resultados: foram encontrados 29 artigos e destes, foram selecionadas 15 publicações que atenderam os critérios de inclusão e responderam o objetivo do estudo. Constatou-se que a jornada de trabalho interferiu em alguns aspectos da vida do trabalhador como: estresse, sono, qualidade de vida, problemas de saúde, assistência prestada, lazer e promoção da saúde. Conclusão: a jornada de trabalho tem influenciado no aspecto profissional e individual do enfermeiro. Este é um tema importante que deve ser repensado por parte dos empregadores, a fim de garantir a saúde dos trabalhadores bem como a dos que estão sendo assistidos por estes. Método: estudio de revisión de la literatura, llevado a cabo por medios electrónicos, en marzo / abril de 2011, mediante la Biblioteca Virtual en Salud de base (BVS), que tiene las siguientes bases de datos: MEDLINE, LILACS, SciELO, entre otras, en período de 1994 a 2009. Resultados: se han encontrado 29 artículos y 15 publicaciones fueran seleccionadas conforme los criterios de inclusión y que responderion a los objetivos del estudio. Se encontró que las horas de trabajo interfería con algunos aspectos de la vida de los trabajadores como el estrés, el sueño, la calidad de vida, problemas de salud, asistencia, recreación y promoción de la salud. Conclusión: la jornada de trabajo ha influido en el aspecto profesional e individual de la enfermera. Este es un tema importante para ser repensado por los empleadores a fin de garantizar la salud de los trabajadores, así como aquellos que están siendo atendidos por ellos. Research has offered many advances in the dentistry field and variable types of dental composites have been widely validated to be effectively used with many favorable outcomes. Among the differently reported composites, hybrid ones are the most commonly reported and used in clinical settings. However, the characteristics of these composites vary hugely based on the materials and the environmental factors that they might be potentially exposed to. In this literature review study, we have discussed the types and characteristics of the dental composites, elaborating the effect of different environmental factors on the degradation of the different composite materials. Our results indicate that dental composites are hugely affected by environmental factors as temperature, moisture, chemical reactions and impact blunt. Furthermore, enhancing the quality of the materials by using more flexible approaches might enhance their quality in achieving better outcomes. Moreover, research should be directed within this area to improve the functions of the dental composites and improve the quality of life for the corresponding patients. Composites based on nanotechnology seem promising. However, these are not adequately investigated, and further research is encouraged for adequate validation.
