This review study aimed to verify how studies conducted in Brazil have related infant mortality to prenatal care and to present contributions of the clinic in the light of Canguilhem and Foucault for qualification of the care. An integrative literature review was conducted from searches in the databases SciELO, LILACS, MEDLINE and BDENF for the period 2000 to 2009. The relationship between infant mortality and prenatal care is related to the insufficient number of consultations or to the quality of the care provided. Even when the number of and routine consultations in the prenatal care were adequate, avoidable deaths were present. For the qualification of prenatal care, it is suggested that the clinical knowledge and other elements that comprise the process of human living are considered, in order that the clinical view is enlarged and articulated to the technologies available in the health system and, together, they are able to contribute to the reduction of infant mortality in Brazil.

The Holy Quraan is a Paradigm of Elloquence and a sublime model for rhetorical standards. The worldly life would not be sufficient for the knowledges inferred from this heavenly book.Paremiology ( the study of proverbs ) is one of the prominent  influential topics of the holy Quraan  whereas  it has been one of the main Topics of almost all Heavenly Books. This Research  article entertains the questions, Are there  General  Proverbs and Sayings  in the Holy Quraan other than the Special Quranic Proverbs? How many Types of Proverbs are there in the Holy Quraan? Can those verses be declared as proverbs that are used just like proverbs in daily life conversations to deal with the situations? and on. The general Quraanic Proverbs (Amsaal) are somewhat distinct genres of the holy quran for its unique theme and scenic structures. The context of verses in which these proverbs revealed have clearly contains the word ‘‘Masal” and that is why it is called (Amsaal az zahira). In contrast there are some special “Proverb like” verses  (Sometimes full verse and sometimes partial) having the quality of currency and transmission (الذيوع والإنتشار) without containing the word ‘‘Masal” used in daily life conversations just like the idiomatic expressions and proverbial sayings which are called Latent proverbs( الأمثال الکامنة) and have been declared as General Proverbs by some of the Literary Scholars. The aim of the study is to add to the clarification of the ambiguity and to uncover the position of those Proverbial Verses to be treated as “Sayings” and “proverbs” frankly in daily life and also in the  Literary Works.

Abstract Background Complex cryptoglandular fistulas (CCF) arise from infected anal glands and are often associated with substantial morbidity and healthcare utilization. Standarized patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) for CCF are lacking. Thus, we aimed to develop a disease-specific PROM to assess the burden of symptoms and their impact on daily life in patients with CCF. Methods To develop a conceptual model, a targeted literature review was conducted to identify symptoms and impacts on daily life associated with CCF. Existing PROMs relating to anal fistulas were also sought. Semi-structured interviews with colorectal surgeons (n=5) assessed clinical perspectives on patient experience of CCF. A draft item pool was developed based on the refined conceptual model and using the Quality of Life in Patients with Anal Fistula Questionnaire as a reference. The tool was refined through concept elicitation interviews on the symptoms and impacts of CCF, and cognitive debriefing on the interpretation, understanding and response to each item. Interviews were conducted until concept saturation was achieved and patient feedback suggested no further refinements were required. Results The literature review identified discharge, pain, faecal incontinence and bleeding as the most prevalent symptoms, and embarrassment as the most prevalent impact on daily life. Results from surgeon interviews were then used to revise the initial conceptual model. Twenty US adults (60% female; mean age, 49 years) with clinically confirmed CCF participated in interviews (four waves of n=5). Patients identified 10 salient symptoms and 11 salient impacts on daily life (salient defined as mention by ≥50% of patients and mean disturbance rating ≥5 on a 10-point scale). The final conceptual model included the main symptoms and treatment-related effects, and impacts on daily life. The draft item pool was refined, resulting in a final PROM consisting of 14 items (covering frequency and severity) relating to symptom domains – discharge, incontinence, pain, irritation, odour, abscess – and 6 items relating to health-related quality of life domains – functional, physical, psychological, social health. The PROM features a 7-day recall period, with responses mostly given on a 5-point verbal rating scale. Cognitive debriefing confirmed that the PROM was clear, easy to understand and relevant to patients’ experiences. Conclusion The 20-item CCF questionnaire (CCFQ-20) is a new PROM that has been developed and tested for content validity, following expert guidance and regulatory best practices. It addresses a comprehensive set of salient symptoms and impacts experienced by patients with CCF. Psychometric testing is required to fully evaluate this PROM. Coronavirus disease also known as Covid-19 forces society to adapt and change to encounter and stop its spread. Maintaining personal and environmental cleanliness is the method suggested by WHO and the government for dealing with the pandemic. Islam has taught about the virtue of cleanliness in the Quran and hadith long before the Covid-19 pandemic. Likewise, religious authorities such as the MUI issued a fatwa on the topic long before the coronavirus arrived in Indonesia. This research used the literature review method to understand Muslim society's awareness of cleanliness and the impact of Covid-19 on its behaviors. It discovered that the ideal expected of Islam to be aware of cleanliness still showed a gap over the reality that occurred, particularly in Indonesia, which has the world's largest Muslim population. However, the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has had a positive impact on personal cleanliness. According to a BPS survey, the majority of respondents are more likely to adopt hygiene behavior. Furthermore, Islamic organizations such as MUI, Muhammadiyah, and NU have long emphasized the importance of maintaining personal and environmental cleanliness. One of the lessons of the Covid-19 pandemic is the importance of cleanliness, particularly in daily life.
