Over the last 20 years the educational environment has undergone a number of changes, one of the factors of these changes is the introduction of Internet opportunities in the educational process. Due to the expansion of the Internet, in particular, in the field of education, there is a surge of research interest in the world on the impact of the Internet on educational achievements. This work is devoted to the problem of the position of Russian publications in the global network of quotations on the theme of the relationship between Internet activity and educational achievements of students. In the course of the research, a rarely used method of reviewing sources on a given topic was proposed based on a combination of two approaches of literary review - expert and bibliometric network analysis. The results of the research demonstrate a global network of citations of the most popular publications on the subject of Internet activity and educational achievements, and also reflect the position of Russian authors' publications in relation to the whole network. It was found that: 1) the prevailing literature on the subject under study is foreign, foreign sources present the main theoretical and methodological foundations and applied research; 2) Russian scientists are at the beginning of mastering the analysis of social network data and studying the impact of the Internet on educational achievements, which explains the small number of publications.

Several things have been said in the field of pedagogy. But, this does not prevent the appearance of new educational concepts. The world of pedagogy has practically no limit. In our study, we attempted to identify the impact that school libraries could have on educational achievements. The statement of the problem was strengthened by two main questions: Could school libraries play a fundamental role in improving educational achievements? Could school libraries integrate their resources as pedagogical supports in the educational process? In our visits to thirty school libraries in the city of Constantine, we were able to conduct a descriptive study and collect interesting data that we analyzed through a qualitative approach. Significant results were obtained. The latter globally showed via several indicators that the school library, on the one hand, contributed concretely to educational achievements, and, on the other hand, played an efficient role in the learning process by providing a variety of supports and services to the users.

At the present stage of the development of society, significant educational changes are taking place – the general education school is being reformed, which ensures the transition of Ukrainian education to a new European level. It is clear that this is due to the objective requirements of the time, because modern children live in an information-dynamic environment that requires flexible and quick adaptation to its constant changes, which means that modern educational institutions should be ready to teach the so-called Internet generations. The first step in the reform of education in Ukraine at this stage was the "New Ukrainian School" - this is a platform for reforming secondary education, which originates from elementary school. It provides that students learn through practical action, not theory, and develop skills. A significant factor in the successful implementation of the tasks of the New Ukrainian School is the involvement of younger students in research activities, because its introduction into the learning process stimulates the child's self-development mechanisms and turns learning into self-learning. It is clear that now the leading in educational institutions are teaching methods and techniques, which are based on a research approach, because in the developments of many outstanding teachers and psychologists it is indicated that the originality and criticality of thinking, the ability to interact, as well as the creative skills of young children are more fully defined and successfully develop in practice, especially on one that includes a research orientation. The article analyzes the concepts of "Internet service", "Information and communication technologies", the concept of the formation of research behavior of students in the lessons "I explore the world" by means of the Internet service Icograms 3D Map Designer in primary school, its advantages and disadvantages over other forms of methodological work. Characteristics of the possibilities of using the Icograms 3D Map Designer service in the subject "I explore the world" in primary school and methodological recommendations for organizing work using the Icograms 3D Map Designer service in the subject "I explore the world" in grade 2. A criterion has been developed and the level of preparation of a teacher for the use of the Internet service Icograms 3D Map Designer in the subject "I explore the world" is described. The use of the Internet service Icograms 3D Map Designer on the subject "I explore the world" allows the independent and collective creation of models, makes it possible to better understand the basic properties of objects, phenomena, processes, their studied components, the relationship between them. Their study forms students 'skills in analysis, synthesis, assessment, critical thinking, research skills, spatial thinking and imagination skills, and also provides feedback between participants in the educational process, increases the level of students' interest in the submitted educational material, provides an individual approach to each student. contributes to the high-quality organization of frontal, collective and group work, the implementation of constant monitoring and assessment of students' achievements.

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic neurological disease that typically affects young adults. A recent publication suggested that MS might originate from insufficient blood drainage in certain areas of the central nervous system. The condition was named chronic cerebrospinal venous insufficiency (CCSVI). Other papers have not confirmed these findings and, therefore, the matter remains controversial. Nineteen months after the original publication on CCSVI and MS, another 22 papers have been published addressing the matter. No clinical trials have been carried out on the subject and there is no evidence-based indication to perform surgical vascular procedures in MS patients. However, over the same nineteen-month period, the internet discussion on the subject of CCSVI and MS has led to countless websites advertising treatment using vascular surgery for patients with MS all over the world. The treatment based on the CCSVI theory has appealingly been called "liberation treatment", thus making it difficult to explain to patients why a treatment that has been highly praised (on the internet) cannot be recommended based on partial medical results that await confirmation.

Air pollution is an environmental problem that is familiar to residents of absolutely all corners of the earth. It is especially acutely felt by residents of cities where enterprises of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, energy, chemical, petrochemical, construction, pulp and paper industries operate. In some cities, the atmosphere is also severely poisoned by vehicles and boiler houses. These are all examples of anthropogenic air pollution. The subject of the study is the emissions of carbon dioxide into the environment. The purpose of the study is to solve the problem of environmental pollution by harmful substances and preserve the ecology in the world. Methodology. The main indicators characterizing the impact on the environment - CO2 emissions in the global energy sector - have been systematized; two indicators have been identified that determine the level of atmospheric pollution. Results - the scale of the influence of atmospheric air pollution on human health and the entire ecosystem as a whole was revealed.

The article focuses on the results and consequences of the introduction of smart and neurotechnologies in inclusive education. The purpose of the study is to analyze the development of the subjectivity of students and teachers using digital technologies. The novelty of the research lies in the desire to integratively reflect on socio-psychological problems related to the introduction and application of artificial intelligence systems in an inclusive educational process, within which subjectivity is formed and developed. The study of the problems of neuroeducation is necessary for understanding the results of the impact of digital technologies on the formation and development of students and teachers as subjects of the educational process. Options for the transformation of inclusive education and its subjects should be considered in terms of changing values, goals, concepts that define and transform a person’s relationship with themselves and the world around them. In this article we focus on identifying the specificity of digital transformation within the public sector. The aim of the article is to present the main mechanisms resulting from the introduction of digital innovations that have changed the functioning of the public sector. Starting from a discussion on the technological requirements of digital transformation, we briefly characterise the use of computers and the Internet in public administration, resulting in the development of e-services and administration. The main part of the article is devoted to discussing the specificity of the implementation of the new digital technologies in public administration, focusing mainly on artificial intelligence and blockchain technologies. Our thesis is that the impact of innovative digital technologies on the operation standards and structure of public administration should be analysed through the prism of interrelated mechanisms of datafication and platformisation, characteristic for the digital economy. The adopted methodology, which is based on an analysis of the subject literature and an analysis of new technology implementations in public administration in EU countries, indicates the pilot, random and non-transformational nature of these implementations, partly due to the lack of well-established methodologies to study and assess the maturity of digital transformation within the public sector.
