PT Dirgantara Indonesia (Persero) is a manufacture company that provides airplane with component and service. The company has 4.225 employees. Organization culture is one of important thing that have to attentively by a company because this one possible to affect for employee performance. This research aims to determine organization culture and employee performance and the influence of organization culture on employee performance at Production Directorate PT DI. Organizational culture can be seen from the lack of implementation of the company value while the performance can be seen from the production does not reach the target and the grade of the employee's performance is still low. The method which is used in this research is quantitative research methods. Data analysis method which is used in this research are descriptive analysis, a classic assumption test, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The sample in this research 107 respondents. The data collection is used questionnaire with Likert scale. Based on the results of data processing, organization culture currently on good category, it can be seen from innovation and risk taking, attention to detail, outcome orientation, people orientation, team orientation, aggresiveness, and stability. Then, employee performance also currently on good category, it can be seen from quantity the of work, quality of work, knowledge of job, personal qualities, cooperation, dependability, and initiative. The conclusion of this research is there’s an influence of organization culture on employee performance amounted to 28,2% which have positive by value amount 0,531 which means medium and significant value.

CV Cihanjuang Inti Teknik is a company that produces micro hydro and turbine, as well as body warmers drinks in the food and beverage division (makmin). The company has 135 employees. Employee satisfaction is one of the important things that must be considered by a company because as this will impact on the performance of employees. Employees who are satisfied will have the awareness to do the more responsible duties at the company. But the reality on the ground there are some employees who are often absent from work, it is seen through the attendance percentage of employees who are still far from the target of work presence that is equal to 95%, while the rate of attendance of employees in 2015 was only 84.25%. There are also as many as 40% of employees feel less satisfied with promotion opportunities provided by the company. This resulted in employees feel lazy to work because they feel his efforts are not appreciated despite working diligently but can not get the appropriate results in the form of promotion (promotion). This study aims to determine job satisfaction and employee performance as well as the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance in CV Cihanjuang Inti Teknik. The method used is quantitative research methods. Data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis, the classical assumption test, simple correlation analysis, linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The sample in this study were 101 respondents. In the data collection used questionnaire with Likert scale. Based on the results of data processing, employee job satisfaction in the category both in terms of Work Itself, benefits, promotion opportunities, supervision, and Coworkers. Then the employee's performance was in the category good views of the Working Quantity, Quality of Work, Knowledge About Work, Personal Quality, Cooperation, Trustworthy, and Initiative. The conclusion of this research that there is an influence of job satisfaction on the performance of employees is 49,9%.

The quality of life of the nation is largely determined by educational factors. In carrying out this research, the author uses quantitative research methods. quantitative approach, descriptive analysis through library research and field research. The results teacher's ability to manage classes in MTs Negeri Baturaja is in the moderate category 45.62%. means to be quite good because it is supported by the sincerity of teachers in providing religious understanding and guidance to these students. The results of the next study can be concluded that the teaching and learning process in the subjects of Islamic Culture History (SKI) in Baturaja State MTs is in the moderate category 59.65%. that the teaching and learning process in Islamic Culture History (SKI) subjects at Baturaja State MTs seems to be quite good because it is supported by positive student habits and activities.

The purpose of this paper is to describe and analyze the influence of ethical leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. To achieve these objectives, this study uses quantitative research methods. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation of 38 respondents in Sorong City BKPSDM analyzed using SPSS 22. The results showed that there was a significant influence between ethical leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. So to improve employee performance, the organization and institutional management must pay attention to improving the quality of leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. The findings of this study are expected to be useful for further researchers in the fields of management, accounting, administration and economics.

The article analyzes factors affecting job satisfaction of accountant and auditors at Hanoi auditing firms. For quantitative research methods, it is conducted through the collection of questionnaire survey data and processed by SPSS software to analyze data using the following techniques: Descriptive analysis, Cronbach's Alpha test, EFA exploratory analysis, multiple regression analysis. The research results show that the nature of work, relationships with leaders in the working process are the most influencing factors on the satisfaction of accountants and auditors in Auditing firms in Hanoi. From the research results of factors affecting the job satisfaction of accountants and auditors at auditing firms in Ha Noi, the author gives some recommendations to improve the level of job satisfaction, thereby improving the work quality of the accountants and auditors at the Hanoi auditing firms.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis dan menginterprestasi Gaya Kepemimpinan Tranformasional dan Komunikasi Interpersonal Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja di PT. Mallomo. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari PT. Mallomo dan responden (Karyawan PT. Mallomo). Hasil penelitian ini menemukan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT. Mallomo. Antara lain  gaya kepemimpinan tranformasional, komunikasi interpersonal dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Mallomo.Gaya Kepemimpinan Tranformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Pengaruh kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Mallomo. This study aims to examine, analyze and interpret the Transformational Leadership Style and Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction at PT. Mallomo. This research is descriptive analysis using quantitative research methods. Data obtained from PT. Mallomo and respondents (Employees of PT. Mallomo). The results of this study found several factors that affect the performance of employees at PT. Mallomo. Among other things, transformational leadership style, interpersonal communication and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Mallomo. Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Interpersonal communication on job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect. The effect of job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Mallomo. Transformational Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Mallomo. Interpersonal Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Mallomo.

Good governance is a principle that can treat political bureaucracy, which is considered to be frequently found in cases of corruption, bribery and abuse of power, including various violations of human rights. The Planning, Research and Development Agency of Karimun Regency through the implementation of E-Planning since 2017, shows that it has implemented Good Governance. In this case, all employees of the Karimun Regency Planning, Research and Development Agency participate in implementing good governance because they carry out government tasks. This study aims to identify the magnitude of the influence of Good Governance on Employee Performance in the Planning, Research and Development Agency of Karimun Regency. This research uses descriptive and causal research using quantitative research methods. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique, with the sample used is a saturated sample. Where the samples in this study are all employees in the Planning, Research and Development Agency of Karimun Regency, amounting to 65 respondents. The results of descriptive analysis show that the value obtained is 77.79%, so that Good Governance is in the good category and the employee's performance is in the good category with the value obtained of 77.98%. The effect of good governance on the performance of the employees of the Planning, Research and Development Agency of Karimun Regency is 47.3%, while the remaining 52.7% is the contribution of other variables not examined in this study.

This study was motivated by the insignificant performance of employees at Municipal Waterworks (Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum, PDAM) in Majalengka Regency office. Their performance was considered to be insignificant due to the following indicators: (1) some employees were less responsible resulting poor performance in carrying out the task; (2) some employees lack discipline in carrying out tasks such as coming and leaving work not following the applicable regulations; (3) some employees carried out their tasks not following the applicable guidelines (resulting poor quality of work); (4) There were delays in reporting by employees. This study used descriptive and survey methods by processing and analyzing quantitative data through a parametric statistical approach. The calculation was conducted using the SPSS version 19 program. The parameters used were variable X which was organizational culture and variable Y which was employee performance. According to Robin, organizational culture includes innovation and risk placement, clear attention, outcome orientation, people orientation, team orientation, aggressiveness, and stability. Meanwhile, according to Moeherionon, employee performance includes effectiveness, efficiency, quality, timeliness, productivity, and safety. After analyzing the data and testing the hypothesis, the results indicated that the organizational culture in Majalengka PDAM office was categorized well with the respondents’ response of 3.45 and a standard deviation of 0.574. Meanwhile, the employee performance reached a good category with a respondents’ response of 3.49 and a standard deviation of 0.705. The correlation coefficient (r) between variable X and Y was 0.828 indicating the influence of organizational culture on service quality by 68.5%. Moreover, the results of the t-test (significant level) obtained a t-value of 15.683 with a t-table of 1.661. Thus, t-arithmetic was greater than the t-table. Therefore, H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. In other words, there was a positive and significant influence between organizational cultures (X) on employee performance (Y).

Employee performance is something that is considered important for the company. Employees have high performance will certainly be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. Through the improvement of the working environment and working discipline expected the resulting performance can be optimized within the enterprise. In this study to determine the three variables that can affect employee performance (Y), the work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2). Simultaneous and partially on the performance of employees at PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sempel amount of research is 100 respondents.Data analysis techniques in research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test ( Test T) and a simultaneous test (Test F). Results of research conducted using SPSS 2.2 (ststitical program for social science), from the results obtained that the working environment (X1) were significant influence on employee performance (Y) on PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia because work environment variables t = 3.231 > t table 1.660 with sig = 0.002 < 0.05. Labor discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia.The results obtained on the whole of the working environment (X1) and discipline (X2) are all very significant influence on employee performance (Y) in PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Keywords:Work Environment, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis menginterprestasi kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja, Quality of Work Life Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Perilaku Pada Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. dan metode analisis yang digunakan Analisis Path/ Path Analysis. Data diperoleh dari Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar dan Responden adalah karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menemukan bebe-rapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di Hotel Dinasti Kota Makassar, antara lain Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja, Quality of Work Life dan Perilaku. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku karyawan. Quality of Work Life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan ter-hadap perilaku karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karya-wan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui perilaku karyawan. This research is a descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach. And the analytical method used is Path Analysis. Data obtained from the Hotel Dynasty Makassar City and respondents were employees. The results of this study can find several factors that affect employee performance in the Makassar City Dynasty Hotel. These include leadership, job satisfaction, quality of work life and behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee behavior. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior. Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee behavior.

ABSTRAK-Tujuan dari mempelajari Ilmu komunikasi adalah untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi dengan sesama manusia,  sehingga dapat saling berkomunikasi dengan lebih efektif dalam mencapai tujuan, baik tujuan individu, tujuan organisasi maupun  tujuan masyarakat. Di dalam Komunikasi Organisasi ada Budaya Komunikasi dengan garis hubungan yang berbeda. Garis hubungan vertikal kebawah, yaitu antara atasan dan bawahan, garis hubungan horizontal yaitu komunikasi antar pegawai dan garis hubungan yang terakhir adalah vertikal keatas dari pegawai ke atasannya. Tiap  garis hubungan tersebut ada polanya masing-masing. Jika pola komunikasi berjalan tidak mengikuti aturannya, maka pelaksanaan komunikasi akan berjalan kurang baik. Pelaksanaan komunikasi yang efektif sangat penting untuk dapat mendorong semangat serta meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Pelanggaran komunikasi seringkali disebabkan karena pelaku tidak mengetahui bahwa komunikasi mereka telah melanggar  jalur ketertiban.“Maksud dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran yang mendalam dan memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh pola komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.”Penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif atau sering juga disebut sebagai metode tradisional. Yaitu dimana data yang dihasilkan akan berupa angka-angka dan analisisnya menggunakan statistik. Hasil pengujian regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel pola komunikasi organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja“pegawai di Pusat Pengembangan dan Pembedayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan (P4TK) Bisnis dan Pariwisata Jakarta. Kata kunci:”Komunikasi, Pola komunikasi, kinerja pegawai” ABSTRACT- The main purpose of studying communication is to develop and improve the ability to communicate with humans, so they can interact with each other more effectively in achieving goals, both individual goals, organizational goals and community goals. In the context of organizational communication,  an organizational culture sees communication relationships from the perpetrator's relationship line. The downward vertical relationship line, that is between superiors and subordinates, the horizontal relationship line is between one employee and another employee and last one is upward vertical relationship line, that is between the employee to the superior. Each of these lines of communication has its own pattern. If the communication pattern does not go according to the rules, then the implementation of communication will not work well. This will become one of the disturbances or obstacles in achieving company performance because the message is not conveyed correctly. Communication violations that occur are mostly caused by the perpetrators of the communication not knowing that they have violated the order lines. The purpose of this study is to obtain an in-depth picture and provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of organizational communication patterns on employee performance. The research used quantitative research methods or often referred to as traditional methods. The resulting data will be in the form of numbers and the analysis uses statistics. The results of regression testing show that the”variable organizational communication patterns affect the performance of employees at Pusat Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan (P4TK) Bisnis dan Pariwisata Jakarta.”  Keywords: Communication, communication patterns, employee performance
