Pastor Bonus Middle Seminary, located in the YPPK Yos Sudarso High School complex in Merauke, currently does not have complete facilities in terms of space function and optimal building arrangement. Redesigning the Bonus Bonus Middle Seminary in Merauke is expected to be able to develop the existing seminary site area, so that it can meet the needs of facilities that are suitable for function and zoning. The purpose of this research is to redesign the Merauke Bonus Pastoral Seminary which prioritizes clarity of functions and zoning through a modern tropical architectural approach, as well as arranging building mass according to the site's shape by considering circulation. The method used in this study is the method of observation / direct observation to the location of the study, interviews with the seminary and Archdiocese of Merauke which provide direction for regional development and capacity building of seminary facilities. The results obtained are used as a reference for improving management facilities, educational facilities, talent talent facilities, religious facilities, residential facilities and service facilities. This design optimizes the lighting and natural airing of existing facilities by arranging the circulation and condition of the building against the tropical climate, so as to obtain a good design for the comfort of inner space and outside space.   Kata-kunci: Redesign.,Seminary., Pastor Bonus., Merauke.

This study aimed to find out the weakness of the students of Islamic Junior High School Darul Ma'arif Jakarta in learning qira>’ah, the lack of students who like qira>’ah lessons, and the weak ability of the students to understand Arabic language. This research also tried to know how to use text in Arabic in learning qira>’ah. This research was a quantitative research using the method of measurement between variables, namely the use of illustrations and interest in learning by using purposive sampling. Various research data were collected through interviews, direct observation, questionnaire division, and test implementation. This study showed that there was no influence of the use of illustration in Arabic text toward the students’ interest in learning qira>’ah.

The aim of this study is to The aim of this paper is to discusse Muslim teachers perspectives on students hedonism behaviors at Senior High School Poso.  This study used qualitative method in which the data was gathered through  direct observation, in-depth interview with students’ parents, and written material.  The results of the study concluded that many students has bad behavior such as consumptive, individualistic, selfish, lazy, irresponsible, wasteful, undisciplined in time, lying, disrespectful of time, shouting, likes to scold, likes to curse, and likes to fight. Besides that, students also like to annoy classmates, like to skip school, and disrespect teachers. The Islamic Religious Education teacher at the school views hedonistic behavior as behavior that can lead students to behavior that exceeds boundaries. Meanwhile, this behavior is very disliked by Allah and His Messenger, so that Islamic Religious Education teachers and stakeholders are expected to prevent hedonistic behavior among students so it does not damage their future.

The principal as a manager or leader must have a strategy in developing educational facilities and infrastructure. Educational facilities and infrastructure are one of important resources in supporting the learning process in schools. The purpose of this article is to describe the principal's strategy in improving infrastructure through the development of infrastructure. This article is qualitative field research. The form of the research is descriptive qualitative with the design of data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, data analysis was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this article found that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of learning through the development of infrastructure at (Public High School) SMA Negeri 1 Jombang was quite effective and efficient, especially seen from the presence of CCTV facilities that made it easier for the principal to control the teachers, as well as students during the learning process and LCD can understand the material presented by the teachers. The principal strategy in developing infrastructure is through the planning stages of infrastructure, organizing infrastructure, mobilizing infrastructure, and controlling infrastructure. The conclusion from the explanation above is that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of learning through the development of infrastructure at SMA Negeri 1 Jombang seen from the CCTV and LCD facilities is quite good because after seeing the results achieved, it has fulfilled the objectives to be achieved, namely to improve the quality of learning.

Abstract The adjustment was implemented with the formation of a religious environment in the educational management at Camplong Junior High School 1. This research aims to get answers from the focus of the problem: 1) How is the formation of a religious environment in the educational management at Camplong Junior High School 1? 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the formation of a religious environment in the educational management at Camplong Junior High School 1? In order to collect data, researchers used interviewing, observation and documentation techniques. While the analysis is carried out according to descriptive analysis techniques quality. From the analysis of the data, it was found that: 1) the formation of a religious environment was realized by educational facilities and infrastructure that support, the existence of intra-religious and extra-curriculum religious activities, and religious attitudes and behavior of school people. 2) As for the supporting are teacher professionalism, educational facilities and infrastructure, and school discipline. The inhibiting factor is that the program is still centered on PAI teachers.   Key Word: Religius Environment, Educational Management   Abstrak Penyesuaian diimplementasikan dengan pembentukan lingkungan religius dalam pengelolaan pendidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Camplong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapat jawaban dari fokus masalah: 1) Bagaimana pembentukan lingkungan religius dalam pengelolaan pendidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Camplong? 2) Apakah faktor pendukung dan penghambat pembentukan lingkungan religius? Dalam rangka pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisisnya dilakukan menurut teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatitf. Dari analisis data, ditemukan bahwa: 1) pembentukan lingkungan religius diwujudkan dengan: sarana dan parasana pendidikan yang mendukung, adanya kegiatan keagamaan baik intra maupun ekstra kurikulum, dan sikap dan perilaku religius warga sekolah. 2) adapun faktor pendukung yaitu profesionalisme guru, sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, dan tata tertib sekolah. Faktor penghambat adalah program ini masih terpusat pada guru PAI.   Kata kunci: Lingkungan religius, pengelolaan pendidikan.

Since the issuance of the 2013 revised curriculum in 2018 it has become a challenge for education including teachers. Teacher professionalism becomes a question in relation to the implementation of the 2013 revised 2018 curriculum. For Vocational High School teachers, for the content of vocational specialization in business and management, especially in accounting and financial institutions, there has been a change in the expertise competency section, one of the most stealing changes attention is the emergence of subjects "accounting practicum institutions / government agencies" which will be taught in class XI and XII. Government accounting is a field of accounting that has never been included in the Vocational High School curriculum, therefore accounting teachers at the Vocational High School are totally blind or unfamiliar with this field. Even though it is still in the same family with government accounting, village accounting has a different dimension to government accounting material, therefore efforts are needed to increase teacher understanding of village accounting materials. The subject "village accounting practicum" will be taught in the 2019/2020 school year for class XII. This study aims to look at teacher readiness and identify efforts that can be used in improving teacher understanding of village accounting. The results of this study indicate that the readiness of teachers in teaching subjects "village accounting practicum" is still limited even though these subjects will be taught in the 2019/2020 school year. ENGLISHThis study aims to describe the application of image media through Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) method to enhance students’ motivation and learning outcomes in English speaking class. In addition, the application of this method toward students which study in small groups and large groups was studied too. This study was conducted in a senior high school called SMA Negeri 3 Pati from January to June, 2017. By involving 32 students from a science class, a classroom action research was carried out in two cycles and it used qualitative and quantitative approaches. Direct observation was done to collect data and later, the data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the application of image media through CIRC method can improve the students’ motivation as well as their learning outcomes in speaking class. In addition, the application of this method in small groups of student give better results compared to that of in large group of students. INDONESIAPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan media gambar melalui metode Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar berbicara (speaking) pada pelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Selain itu, studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan media gambar melalui metode CIRC yang diterapkan pada kelompok dengan jumlah anggota kelompok yang berbeda. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 3 Pati mulai bulan Januari sampai bulan Juni 2017. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA I berjumlah 32 orang. Penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini dilakukan dengan dua siklus. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif (mix method). Teknik pengumpulan data dengan pengamatan langsung (direct observation) selanjutnya data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi perubahan perilaku belajar dari aspek keaktifan dan motivasi belajar. Lebih lanjut, penggunaan media gambar melalui metode CIRC dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar berbicara (speaking) pada peserta didik. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan penggunaan media gambar melalui metode CIRC pada kelompok kecil (siklus II) memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dalam hal meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik dibandingkan dengan dengan apabila diterapkan dalam kelompok besar (siklus II).

The purpose of writing articles to obtain information about Management of Education Facilities at Vocational High School in the City of Padang. The population in this study is the manager of educational facilities at State Vocational High School In Padang City amounting to 40 people. The data collection technique is done by spreading the questionnaire to all populasidenga using the mean formula. The results showed that the management of educational facilities at Vocational High School in the City of Padang, with details of the research results as follows, the planning of education facilities has been done well (76%), procurement of educational facilities have been done well (77.7%), (74.1%), the utilization of educational facilities has been well implemented (80.6%), maintenance of educational facilities have been done well (74.6%) and the elimination of pedidika facilities has been done quite well ( 64.2%). From the description of research results can be concluded that the overall management of educational facilities at Vocational High School in Padang City has been done well (74.53%), but must be improved again so that the educational facilities in schools are in good condition and ready to use and can support in the learning process effectively and efficiently.

This research has the following objectives: (1) to describe the form of humanistic education contained in the novel Orang-Orang Biasa by Andrea Hirata (2) to know and describe the relevance of humanistic education in the novel Orang-Orang Biasa in Indonesian literature learning at SMA Negeri 1 Muaradua. The data analysis technique used is the content analysis technique. Data collection techniques in this study by means of direct observation and external documentation. The results of the research prove that the value of humanistic education in the novel Orang-Orang Biasa consists of material values, vitality, spirituality, respect for other people's opinions, cooperation, willingness to sacrifice, caring for others, helping to help, and solidarity. The novel Orang-Orang Biasa by Andrea Hirata can be implemented in class XI SMA Negeri 1 Muaradua

This article we made with the title of the influence of the completeness of educational facilities and infrastructure on the learning outcomes of vocational high school students. Our problem discussed in this article is whether the completeness of educational facilities and infrastructure for the learning outcomes of vocational high school students. Because as we know that standard education facilities and infrastructure is an effort to support learning results in school. The teacher must pay attention to the use of facilities and infrastructure that will be carried out useful in learning activities, and the use of facilities and infrastructure can be effective and efficiently according to educational goals. Completeness of facilities and infrastructure in a school very much influence on learning outcomes and support student learning. Because if a schools have good and adequate facilities and infrastructure so student learning will also run effectively and efficiently. This article uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach.
