The paper outlines the latest technologies used by the world's leading manufacturers in the development of mobile low-observable robotic systems and promising measures to improve the quality of components and design of such objects. Methods of detecting objects using stealth technologies are considered, and it is shown that only due to a system approach it is possible to compensate for the reduction of the effective scattering surface of low-observable objects by technical means of radar stations. It is shown that the main method of increasing the range to the radio horizont is the use of an air-based radar. Methods of detecting objects on the traces of their interaction with the environment are promising for organization of cooperation of several radars in the detection of low-observable objects.

Corneal topography is the main method for assessing the regularity of the surface of the cornea. Corneal irregularity leads to a deterioration in its refractive properties and a decrease in the quality of vision. Learning the basics of corneal topography will help determine the choice of a color map for a specific situation, as well as understand and analyze the data associated with these maps. This article describes the main types of topographic maps, various patterns of corneal shape in normal and pathological conditions and how to use the data obtained to design and fit contact lenses. Despite the fact that images may vary depending on topographers used, the information presented in this article is universal.

Examined is relevance of a subject of work is caused by the continuing deterioration of dissertation works. Therefore, article purpose is to define the system reason of deterioration of training of the top skills by the analysis of contents and structure of theses. The main shortcomings of dissertations, and understanding of their structural elements by applicants of an academic degree by communication with them in the course of preparation and carrying out preliminary protection of these were analyzed. Results of the analysis were compared to requirements of classical methodology and to interpretation of these requirements in the methodical managements and in publications. The essential system reason of decline in quality of dissertation works is in their traditional unsystematic structure, whith investigation withdrawal from scientific methodology and particular leveling of motivation to the analysis of a condition of a question and the received results of researches and also to system approach to the thesis, need of strengthening of methodological training of graduate students according to the uniform nation-wide program providing system approach to the organization of researches for all scientific specialties, and processing’s of the “Thesis and Abstract of the Thesis” standard according to classical requirements of scientific methodology and the system approach to dissertation work Is shown. The system scheme of the thesis, which can make a manual basis is the practical guide to organization and performance of dissertation work for training of graduate students and applicants is offered.

AbstractIntroduction: In this article, we want to point out what kind of pedagogical and didactic change is being recorded in Slovakia’s education system and we will point out where it could go and develop to achieve positive results. This article is one of the upcoming outputs in the form of paper and study on the provision of structured, analytical and critical thinking (SAC). In the article, it is shown how the situation has changed and how we perceive the attitude of students during the educational process. Next, it is described current problems and inadequacies in the educational process and define how to use a change of thinking to increase motivation and improve access to knowledge.Purpose: In general, there is a consensus that it is important for teachers to be able to guide their students to problem-solving skills (Aktaş & Ünlü, 2013). It is pointed out that, with the right educational tools, such skills can be stimulated, developed and improved (Jordaan & Jordaan, 2005). This article is designed for all levels of education, but we are mostly concerned with educating future educators.Methods: In this paper, there are described methods that can help to improve the quality of thinking of students and thus increase the level of thinking of the whole society. This article take inspiration from important historical personalities as well as relevant current personalities in their professions. Critical, analytical and creative thinking, also based on logical and structured thinking, is our main method of our educational process.Conclusion: In conclusion, it is pointed out the need to develop SAC as a whole. It is important for the general publica to have better skills in SAC, for example, from the point of view of cognitive mistakes in experts, in the field of political literacy, recognition of misinformation and a better general awareness of rational thinking. As can be seen, SAC is not only about education, but it also closely affects society as a whole. It can thus influence the operation of the company, prevent the development of the first-class solutions offered and raise the whole company to a higher level.

The expediency of their application for adaptive power quality management in electric networks with traction load by expanding the functions is shown. The variants of their configuration are proposed to improve the quality of electricity and ensure optimal parameters of electricity quality indicators.

One of the priorities of the state policy in the field of transport infrastructure development is the modernization of the Russian seaport infrastructure, the creation of modern competitive transport hubs and other architectural objects with a complex functional and planning structure. This article is devoted to the study of functional and technological solutions of modern sea passenger terminals and the requirements to these solutions taking into account the interests of consumers, including people with limited mobility. The functional diagram of the passenger building of the seaport and types of pre-trip passenger training operations are given. It is shown that the efficient decisions of optimizing functional , technological, architectural and planning solutions of seaport passenger terminals is possible with the use of modern IT and technologies for passenger handling. From the perspective of system approach the tasks of functional and technological solutions’ optimization are aimed at achieving the high quality of architectural environment and are the mathematical programming tasks.

Among the many elements of affecting quality of pile foundation, the influence of excitation frequency on pile inspection is research focuses in this paper. This paper analyzes and summarizes the rules of the effect the exciting force produces in low strain integrity testing by using laboratory simulation experiment.

Clay of the deposit Liepa is used for the production of ceramic building and finishing bricks in the factory “Lode” in Latvia. In the present work different types of these clays were investigated and “quartz effect” was determined using quartz sand as a leaning material. The substitution of quartz sand with milled E-glass fibre from Valmiera Glass was investigated and the changes in the magnitude of the quartz inversion effect were analysed. Thermal expansion was the main method for the determination of possible formation of cracks during technological process. Powder of milled glass fibre in amount of 5–10 % affects such properties as water uptake, porosity and apparent density and provides the required material properties at a lower firing temperature.

Purpose: Analysis of modern methods (theory) of composition as a priority motivation of artistic and creative thinking in the process of architectural activity. Study of the influence of the complex properties of manufacturability on the nature of the formation of composite solutions of architectural systems. Methods and materials: dialectical approach, generally accepted logical research methods (analysis, system approach, generalization) and their synthesis using relevant information materials.Results: the basic means, regularities and principles of composition that determine the features of the formation of architectural systems are established. The analysis of the action of the basic (canonical) law of architectural composition and the conditions for the formation of a holistic and unified compositional solutions. The conceptual apparatus of the category (complex property) of “manufacturability” as a subject feature of the features of manufacturing, transportation, construction and operation of the architectural system is given. The direct nature of the interaction of “canonical” types (functional, constructive, artistic and aesthetic) and technological components in the tectonic display of the properties of the architectural system is established.Conclusions: Manufacturability of architectural systems formation is an equivalent component (in relation to the constructive, functional and artistic-aesthetic components) of a single and integral compositional solution. Indicators of the complex properties of manufacturability largely determine the functional quality of architectural systems.

The positions of system approach in the development of preschool educational standard are represented due to the contest of social, economic, demographic, psychological, pedagogical and law changes. It is considered that family dysfunctions, the long-time strategy absence and neglect of the preschool progressive practice are determining the actual situation of the childhood development. The key directions and risks of preschool educational standard introduction are analyzed. The preschool education had been analyzed due to basic features � object, content, technology and result. It determined the data in the projection of the standard in preschool education. It was shown that underestimation of the basic process in preschool education represented a real threat to the quality of standard. The actual problems in standardization are detected. It can help to determine the optimal directions in the realization of federal educational standard of preschool education according to the practice of educational organizations.
