ABSTRACTANALYSIS OF INSTRUCTOR PERFORMANCE TO EMPOWERING CATTLE BREEDING BUSINESS GROUP AT TONDEGESAN VILLAGE OF KAWANGKOAN DISTRICT. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of instructors on empowerment of cattle business groups in Tondegesan Village, Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency. This research was carried out by using data miles and huberman analysis which was carried out when the data collection took place in the field. The study population was all members of the serentape business group. The sampling method for farmers is based on indications to assess performance, namely productivity, responsiveness, and responsibility. The results showed that the performance of extension agents was mostly in the successful category. The success of the instructor's performance in the productivity level is in the successful category with a percentage of 93.33%, in the level of responsiveness in the successful category with a percentage of 73.33%, and the level of responsibility in the successful category with a percentage of 93.33%. Based on the research,concluded that the performance of the instructor towards the empowerment of business groups in the village of Tondegesan, Kawangkoan Subdistrict which was measured in terms of productivity, responsiveness and responsibilitysuccessful.Keywords: Performance, Extension, Empowerment

Salt is a very important commodity in daily life, both for food and industrial needs. Therefore, increasing salt production is very necessary to meet domestic salt needs. One of the most salt producing regions is Madura Island, because almost every district, especially Pamekasan, Lembung, Kec. Galis, the majority of the population work as salt farmers. The purpose of this research is to find out about improving the quality of salt production in Lembung, Kec. Pamekasan Regency, Madura, East Java Province. using Geomembrane Technology. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The sample of this research is a resident who works as a salt farmer in the village of Lembung, Galis Regency, Pamekasan Regency, East Java, this sampling technique uses the Purposive Sampling method, data collection is done through interview session techniques, and documentation. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the increase in the quality of salt production can be done by using geomembrane technology which significantly influences the quality and quantity of production.

The background of this research is the success of learning process of embrioder at HP3 Padang Pariaman. The purpose of this research is to describe instructor's learning strategy, that is: (1) teaching stage, (2) teaching approach, (3) teaching principle. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The populations of the study consist of thirty-five peoples. The technique in this research is random sampling method. The number of samples in this study were twenty-five participants. Techniques of data collection are questionnaires, while questions is used as data collection tool. The results showed that the instructor's learning strategy according to the study population is interesting, it can be seen from the aspect: (1) teaching stage, (2) teaching approach, (3) teaching principle. Suggestions for learning strategy of these three aspects can be maintained and further enhanced by training Instructor.

Rumah Baca Apung located in Tambak Lorok Village is a valuable asset belonging to the community that can be used as meeting hall and village library. In fact Rumah Baca Apung has not been utilized optimally in accordance with the function and purpose of building a library. Based on preliminary observations of the researchers, can be knew that the location is more often used as a place for discussion by the local people.Therefore, this study aims to further study the utilization of Rumah Baca Apung and the reasons behind the utilization. This research uses qualitative approach of case study with using data collection technique through interview, documentation study, and observation. The results of this study show that the use of Rumah Baca Apung has not been based on the function of education, research and preservation function of a library. Rumah Baca Apung also has not been used as a place to increase reading habit. Rumah Baca Apung is now used as a place of recreation, a place to discuss, socialize and counsel for the local people. The utilization of Rumah Baca Apung which has not yet represented the function of the village library is due to the limited quantity and quality of the collection books, the lack of educative games equipment, and the absence of learning companion teacher as a volunteer for the coastal children of Tambak Lorok.

The hospital is a socio-economic service company. The research objective is to analyze the effect of profitability, solvency, and liquidity on the company value of the hospital industry. The study population was hospitals in sector 9 – trade, subsector 96 - health in the IDX for the 2015-2019. The sample was taken using nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique of four issuers. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection then processed with Eviews and the analysis technique used is panel data regression. From the results of the study using data panel regression with FEM approach and a significance value of 0.05; The p-value of ROE 0.3403, DER 0.0000 CR 0.0076. ROE, DER and CR have positive regression coefficients. The MIKA intercept value is 3.37330659, SAME -3.1121377, SILO 0.694458, and SRAJ -1.303740. R2 of ROE, DER and CR on PBV is 76.9%. The conclusion in this study, DER and CR have a significant and positive effect on PBV. Meanwhile, ROE has no significant effect on PBV, but has a positive relationship. This research was conducted at protected forest Sikulaping, Pakpak Bharat Regency, North Sumatra. Data collection and processing were carried out in October - November 2019 using a purposive sampling method, by creating 3 sample plots at each location which is a buffer zone for the Sikukaping protected forest, the village namely Aornakan1, Kuta Tinggi and Sibongkaras. Observations were made on the sample plot with a size of 1000 meters by observing the 20 meters right and left of the plots. The results of this study showed that the number of trees varied for 3 buffer villages, Aornakan 1 Village, found a total of 41 individuals from 16 species with Palaqium gutta as the highest species found with 10 individuals and Species Important Value (41,450). As for Kutatinggi village, there are 22 individuals from 15 species and Shorea parvifolia were found 2 individuals with NPJ 19,008 along with 6 other species Durio zibethinus, Adinandra dumosa, Lithocarpus gracilis, Syzygium polyanthum, Tristianopsi whietena and Uncaria glabra. Whereas in Sibongkaras village, 30 individuals were found from 24 species with Styrax benzoid as the most common species with 4 individuals and NPJ 26,650. Tree diversity (H ') found in the villages of Aornakan, Kuta Tinggi are moderate criteria, by index 2.35, 2.64, while Sibongkaras with an index of 3.07 includes high diversity. The results of this diversity show that the Sikulaping protected forest has a good level of tree productivity and the condition of the forest is still maintained

This research aims to: (1) determine how much theeffect of the ethical climate has on whistleblowing intentions; (2) find out how much the effect of the level of seriousness hason whistleblowing intentions; (3) determine the great effect of locus of control on whistleblowing intentions. This type of research is quantitative research. The object of this study is the village officials in Wonosari District. The sampling technique used in this study was the saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out by applying a survey method using a questionnaire distributed directly to all village officials in Wonosari District.The result of this study showed that (1) the ethical climate has a positive and significant impact on whistleblowing intentions, (2) the level of seriousness is positively and significantly related to whistleblowing intentions, and (3) locus of control gave positive and significant control of whistleblowing intentions. Ridho Lestari farmer group are non-seed watermelon farmer groups who have permanent members and non-permanent members. Permanent members are farmers who have land while non permanent members are the farmers who do not have their own land. They rent from other farmers. This study aims to determine income, cost eficiency, and factors that influence farmer’s income. The study was conducted in the village of the district Muncar Tembokrejo districts Banyuwangi used analytical and comparative method. Sampling method used total sampling as much as 50 respondents. The data collection using  interviews and literature were analyzed by income analysis, R/C ratio, and multiple linear regression. The results shows that (1) There were differences income significantly between permanent members and non-permanent members (2) There were differences on cost efficiency significantly between permanent members and non-permanent members (3) Factors that significantly influence farmer’s income were field cost (Rp), seed cost (Rp), pesticide cost (Rp), labor cost (Rp), sales volume (kg) and the selling price (Rp/Kg)

This study aims to find out: (1) Strengthening ecological citizenship in changing the behavior of people aware of the environment through the Kampung Selo Beraksi program; (2) Obstacles faced in realizing the Kampung Selo Beraksi program. This study uses qualitative research methods and descriptive research approaches. The research technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection uses interviews, observation and document analysis. Testing data validity using data triangulation and methods. Data analysis uses an interactive analysis model which includes: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Stages of research include: (1) Preparation; (2) Data collection; (3) Analysis of data; (4) Preparation of research reports. The results of this study include: (1) Strengthening ecological citizenship is needed to arouse community awareness through environmental activities, namely the Kampung Selo Beraksi program. Insightful activities in the Kampung Selo Beraksi program include garbage banks, hydroponic parks, vertical gardens, craft galleries, and outbound. Strengthening ecological citizenship in the Kampung Selo Beraksi program is a bottom up approach that is realized through the formation of environmental knowledge, environmental skills, environmental attitudes, environmental participation. (2) The obstacles faced in realizing the Kampung Selo Beraksi program come from internal and external. The barriers to the Kampung Selo Beraksi program originating from the internal include: a) limited human resources due to lack of activeness and participation of the Kampung Selo community members; b) limited sources of funds in the development of the Kampung Selo Beraksi program. Barriers to the Kampung Selo Beraksi program originating from the external include: a) obstacles from the community, namely the existence of counter-attitudes from the community and a lack of community participation; b) obstacles from the government, namely lack of attention and participation of the local government; c) obstacles from the environment, namely the location of Kampung Selo Beraksi far from the city and the maximum arrangement of the village. The studies were motivated by the interest the authors will be assistant social training in enhancing the ability Facilitation Program with business groups. The purpose of this study to gain an overview of 1) The learning process is learning social assistant training KUBE, 2) to improve the facilitation of social companion KUBE and 3) factors affecting the implementation of the assistant social training KUBE in BBPPKS. The method used in this penalizing is a descriptive and qualitative approach to the subject of research managers, trainers, social assistant training graduates and members of KUBE. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentary studies and triangulation of data in BBPPKS Regional II Bandung. From the results obtained the following conclusions: (1) The learning process KUBE analyzed assistant social training of procedures, approaches, methods, techniques and learning media. The learning process has been tailored to the training needs; (2) to improve the facilitation of social assistant business groups were analyzed from the aspect of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. their improvement felt by KUBE companion who had been trained in BBPPKS social assistant and a member of KUBE; (3) The supporting factors including planning, budgeting, government programs, infrastructure, the use of media and methods varied, the competence of lecturers, creating relationships of various parties, able to tighten the friendship and communication between companion KUBE program in solving the problems that exist.Keywords : Training , Social Assistants , Ability Facilitation , Business Group .
