Abstract. The existence of budgetary reform in local financial management from traditional budget to performance budget requires DPRD members as executive partners to know and understand performance-based budgeting. This study is intended to investigate and obtain evidence empirically concerning knowledge and understandings of DPRD members on Performance-Based Budgeting and factors influencing them. It also includes the implementation of Performance-Based Budgeting in Bitung city. The study is a qualitative exploratory research. Respondents were chosen by purposive sampling. Data were collected by interviews, observation and documentation. Triangulation was conducted to validate data. This study concludes: (1). As many as 58% DPRD members did not understand the concept of Performance-based budgeting; (2). Educational background and length of tenure do not affect the level of knowledge and understandings of the DPRD members; (3) they often to attend trainings and technical meetings but the results have not been fullest; (4). Legislative and Executive communicate to support implementation; (5). Obstacles found are regulation, group or personal interests, leader commitment, or implementation execution, limited budget and insufficient of elements and indicators.Keywords: Knowledge, Understandings, Human Resources, Communication, Interests, CommitmentAbstrak. Adanya reformasi penganggaran dalam pengelolaan keuangan daerah dari traditional budget ke performance budget menuntut anggota DPRD sebagai mitra eksekutif untuk mengetahui dan memahami apa itu penganggaran berbasis kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dan memperoleh bukti secara empiris mengenai pengetahuan dan pemahaman Anggota DPRD tentang Penganggaran Berbasis Kinerja, dan faktor–faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan dan pemahaman anggota DPRD tentang PBK serta implementasinya di Kota Bitung. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif (exploratory approach). Pemilihan responden menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.  Untuk validitas data digunakan metode triangulasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1). Sebanyak 58% dari anggota dewan cenderung tidak memahami konsep dasar dari penganggaran berbasis kinerja; (2). Latar belakang pendidikan dan lamanya masa jabatan tidak mempengaruhi tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman para anggota dewan; (3). Dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia pelatihan atau bimbingan teknis menjadi salah satu sarana yang sering diikuti oleh para anggota dewan tetapi hasilnya belum maksimal; (4). Komunikasi menjadi faktor pendukung ditahapan PBK dalam hubungan kemitraan antara legislatif dan eksekutif; (5). Regulasi, kepentingan pribadi atau kelompok, komitmen pimpinan atau pelaksana implementasi, keterbatasan anggaran serta tidak terpenuhinya elemen dan indikator PBK menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan PBK di Kota Bitung.Kata Kunci: Pengetahuan, Pemahaman, SDM, Komunikasi, Kepentingan, Komitmen.

Abstract. The development and tecnological progress in procurement of goods in the city of Bitung make procurement official need to choose and observe about the providers of goods and services quaity and can provide benefits as big as to the existing society based on presidential rules on the procurementof goods and services. The study is a qualitative exploratory research. Respondents were chosen by purposive sampling. Data were collected by interviews, observation and documentation. Triangulation was conducted to validate data. This study concludes: (1) Procurement officers have not been able to perform their role in determining quality goods and services providers because they are still viewed as routines jobs; (2) Educational background and length of tenure as procurement officers do not affect the quality of goods and services produced by city government of Bitung; (3) Training and technical guidance are intended to improve  the quality of human resources, however the results of such activities are not optimal yet; (4) Communication is a supporting factor in the procurement process between the commitment maker and the procurement officer; (5) Personal or group interests, which always take precedence in the implementation of procurement of goods and services, have closed the opportunity to the other providers to supply their goods and or services.Keywords: Resources, Bureaucratic Structure, Communication and DispositionAbstrak. Adanya perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi dalam pengadaan barang dipemerintahan Kota Bitung menjadikan pejabat pengadaan perlu memilih dan mencermati tentang penyedia barang dan jasa yang berkualitas dan dapat memberikan manfaat yang sebesarnya kepada masyarakat yang ada berdasarkan aturan presiden tentang pengadaan barang dan jasa.Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif (exploratory approach). Pemilihan responden mengunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dalam validitas data digunakan metode triangulasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Para pejabat pengadaan barang dan jasa yang menjadi informan cenderung belum dapat melakukan perannya dalam menentukan penyedia barang dan jasa yang berkualitas, karena masih dipandang pekerjaan tersebut sebagai suatu pekerjaan rutinitas; (2) Latar belakang pendidikan dan lamanya masa jabatan sebagai pejabat pengadan tidak mempengaruhi kualitas barang dan jasa yang dihasilkan oleh pemerintah Kota Bitung; (3) Dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia pelatihan atau bimbingan teknis menjadi salah satu sarana yang sering diikuti pejabat pengadaan tetapi hasilnya belum maksimal terkesan hanya untuk realisasi penyerapan anggaran; (4) Komunikasi menjadi faktor pendukung ditahapan proses pengadan antara pejabat pembuat komitmen dan pejabat pengadaan; (5) Kepentingan pribadi atau kelompok, yang selalu didahulukan dalam pelaksanaan pengadaan barang dan jasa tanpa membuka ruang dan kesempatan yang sama kepada pihak penyedia yang lain.Kata Kunci: Sumber daya, Struktur Birokrasi, Komunikasi dan Disposisi

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi tingkat penerapan prinsip enam tepat dalam pemberian obat di ruang rawat inap. Prinsip enam tepat merupakan prinsip yang harus diperhatikan oleh perawat dalam pemberian obat untuk menghindari kesalahan pemberian obat dan keberhasilan pengobatan. Disain yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-eksploratif. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah perawat ruang rawat inap yang berperan dalam pemberian obat. Pengambilan sampel dengan cara purposive sampling berjumlah 81 orang dari 17 ruang rawat di RS Dr. Ciptomangunkusumo (RSCM) Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner untuk memperoleh data deskriptif tentang tingkat pengetahuan perawat mengenai prinsip enam tepat, tingkat penerapannya, dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penerapan prinsip enam tepat oleh perawat secara umum baik. Urutan tingkat penerapan masing-masing komponen adalah (1) tepat pasien, (2) tepat waktu, (3) tepat obat, (4) tepat cara, (5) tepat dokumentasi, dan (6) tepat dosis. Namun, tingkat penerapan prinsip umum yang berkaitan dengan aspek keamanan bagi perawat masih rendah, yaitu sebagian besar perawat tingkat penerapannya rendah 51,9%. Faktor internal yang mempengaruhi tingkatpenerapan ini adalah karakteristik responden dan tingkat pengetahuan. Sedangkan faktor eksternalnya yaitu ketersediaan fasilitas dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), serta faktor supervisi dari atasan. Upaya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan tingkat penerapan prinsip ini dapat dilakukan dengan memperbanyak pelaksanaan pendidikan keperawatan berkelanjutan dan meningkatkan supervisi. AbstractThe purpose of this study was to identify level of application of six rights principles in medication at ward. Six rights principles were the principles that must be attention by nurses in medication to avoid errors medication and to take a successful of medication. The design of this study was desciptive-explorative with purposive sampling. Eighty one (81) nurses who give medication from 17 (seventeen) wards were participated as respondens in this study. The study has been conducted in Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital Jakarta by distributed a set of quisioner to get data about level of knowledge, level of application, and factors influencing in application of six rights principles in medication. The result of this study revealed that the most of nurses generalized had level of application of six rights principles good with the following were (1) right patient, (2) right time, (3) right drug, (4) right route, (5) right documentation, and (6) right dose. This study also revealed that the most of nurses (51.9%) had the level of application of universal precaution were poor. The internal factors that influencing in application of six rights principles were respondens’s characteristics and level of knowledge. The external factors were facilities and Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) for medication, and also supervision by a ward manager. To maintain and increase of the level of application should be done by extend the Continuing Nursing Education and increase supervision.

Abstract. The Regional Budget (APBD) is established to improve the capacity of local government in providing services to the community. The Regional Budget (APBD) is an annual form of the Regional Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPD) as well as the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) are set up in accordance to the vision and mission of the regional head. The Regional Budget (APBD) is prepared by the Regional Government, discussed and approved by the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD). It is thus becoming a legal product, in form of Regional Regulation (Perda) and must be followed by all institutions in the region. This study aims to analyze the financial management of the Regional Government of Talaud Islands Regency. This is a qualitative exploratory research. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Key informants are determined by purposive sampling to obtain accurate information. Interviews were conducted by using semi-structured in-depth interviews. The triangulation method was used in order to test the validity or credibility of data and data sources. Results showed that in the process of local government financial management from planning and budgeting and implementation process has been referring to Permendagri No. 13 of 2006 on Guidelines for Management of regional finances but there are still obstacles that are 1) Bureaucratic Structure, (2) Resources, (3) Communication, (4) Disposition or Attitude, (5) Budget Limitations. Dalam meningkatkan kapasitas pemerintah daerah dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat maka disusunlah Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD). Anggaran Pendapatan dan  Belanja Daerah (APBD) merupakan wujud tahunan dari Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Daerah (RPJPD) serta Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) yang dibuat dari visi dan misi kepala daerah. Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) dipersiapkan oleh Pemerintah Daerah, dibahas dan disetujui oleh Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) sehingga pada akhirnya menjadi produk hukum berupa Peraturan Daerah (Perda) yang harus diikuti oleh segenap lembaga di daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengelolaan keuangan daerah Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif. Data diperoleh melalui teknik wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Informan kunci ditentukan secara purposive sampling untuk mendapatkan hasil informasi yang tepat dan akurat. Wawancara menggunakan In-depth interview jenis semi terstruktur. Metode triangulasi digunakan dalam pengujian validitas atau kredibilitas data dan sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses pengelolaan keuangan daerah pemerintah daerah mulai dari proses perencanaan dan penganggaran dan pelaksanaan dilaksanakan berdasarkan ketentuan dalam Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 13 Tahun 2006 tentang Pedoman Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah belum optimal masih terdapat hambatan-hambatan yaitu 1) Struktur Birokrasi, (2) Sumber Daya, (3) Komunikasi, (4) Disposisi atau Sikap, (5) Keterbatasan Anggaran.Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah, Hambatan.

BACKGROUND HIV infection is one of the most leading infections in the world. According to WHO HIV constitutes to be a major global public health issue, having claimed almost 33 million so far. There were an estimation of 38.0 million people living with the HIV at the end of 2019. As a result of concerted international efforts to respond to HIV , coverage of services has been steadily increasing. In 2019, 68% of adults and 53% of children living with HIV globally were receiving lifelong antiretroviral therapy (ART). There is no cure of HIV infections , however effective antiretroviral drugs can the control of virus and help onward transmission to other people. The knowledge regarding HIV infections in the public is a not much. The study focuses on the effectiveness of self instructional module on knowledge regarding the HIV among the drivers in Kancheepuram, Chennai. The objectives of the study was to assess the pre and post test of the self instructional module. For the study 60 samples were adopted by purposive sampling technique. The pre test was conducted by giving the structured questionnare then the module was given and then the post assessment was conducted. The study was conducted for 1 week. In the pre assessment 52(86.7%) were having inadequate knowledge and 8(13.3%) had moderately inadequate knowledge. In the post test 50(83.33%) had moderately adequate knowledge and 10(16.67%) has adequate knowledge. The effectivess of self instructional module was calculated by the paired t test (t=12.880) was found to be statistically highly significant at p<0.001 OBJECTIVE To assess the pre test level of existing knowledge on HIV among drivers. (2)To determine the effectiveness of self instructional module on HIV among drivers. (3)To find the association between the level of knowledge with their selected demographic variables METHODS Quantative research approach and pre experimental one group pre test post test design was used to assess the effectiveness of self instructional module on HIV to drivers. After obtaining permission from Saveetha College Of Nursing , the investigator selected 60 drivers by using purposive sampling technique. The sample who met the inclusion criteria were selected by purposive sampling technique . The investigator introduced and explained the purpose of the study to the samples and obtain the written confirmed. The purpose of the study were explained to the drivers. Section A: It consist of the demographic variables which include Age, sex, education. Occupation, monthly income, religion, marital status, type of family and dietary pattern.Section B- It consist 25 multiple choice questions to assess the effectiveness of self instructional module. RESULTS The drivers most of them 26(43.3%) were in the age group of 41 – 50 years, all 60(100%) were male, 45(75%) were private employee, 21(35%) had monthly income of 9000 – 11000 and above 11000 respectively, 45(75%) were married, 32(53.3%) belonged to nuclear family 45(75%) were non-vegetarian. Section B : Assess the pretest level of existing knowledge on HIV among drivers. The finding of the pretest 52(86.67%) had inadequate knowledge and 8(13.33%) had moderately adequate knowledge. Whereas in the post test, 50(83.33%) had moderately adequate knowledge and 10( 16.67%) had adequate knowledge on HIV among drivers CONCLUSIONS The findings revealed that the existing level of knowledge on HIV among drivers was improve the knowledge about HIV to be effective awareness by administered self instructional module

The story of African liberation struggle has, over many years, been related in a colonial and neo-colonial manner by the imperial powers, with Africa delineated as a dark continent and Europe as a civilised one. This article, therefore, strives to disrupt this oppressive narrative by painting the correct version through Ngugi's A Grain of Wheat (1967) (AGW) and Matigari (1987). Kenya is used as a microcosm of the entire Africa in these novels. Furthermore, the study is a qualitative recounting of the African liberation struggle which is underpinned by Afrocentricity as an emancipatory theoretical strand. Purposive sampling, guided by exploratory research design, was employed to select the two texts by Ngugi because of their appositeness to the study. Narrative textual analysis was used to interpret the two novels as primary data. Ngugi conscientises Africans about their African liberation history in order for them to cultivate a true African identity (Biko,1978).

Abstract. National Health Insurance (JKN) program in Indonesia was commenced in early 2014. JKN is organized by BPJS as regulated by law. To implement this, JKN Health Facilities role of First Instance (FKTP) belonging to the local government is, thus, very important. As compensation for this implementation, FKTP will then be paid by BPJS, known as capitation funds. Capitation Fund Financial Management in Bitung Municipality FKTP have encountered many problems implying  the provision of health services.The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial management of local revenue capitation funds of JKN FKTP Bitung Government Municipality, including to identify the problems  and solutions. JKN capitation funds are received from BPJS routinely and regularly received by FKTP. However, it is its management experiencing problems. This study is a qualitative exploratory research. The qualitative data were obtained by interviews, observation and documentation study, including a focus group discussion (FGD). Data validity and reliability were examined by triangulation. Data were then analysed by thematic analysis and interpreted to draw conclusions.The results show that the capitation fund management of JKN FKTP Bitung Government Municipality has not followed yet the regulation Therefore, the implications for the health service FKTP is not maximized for public. Other consequences that occur due to the condition of financial management according to regulations, has led to the very low capitation budget absorption of its programs and activities. Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) di Indonesia mulai berlaku pada tahun 2014 dan sesuai amanat undang – undang penyelenggara JKN adalah BPJS. Dalam pelaksanaan JKN ini peran Fasitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) milik pemerintah daerah sangat penting. Sebagai kompensasi dari pelaksanaan ini maka FKTP akan mendapatakan pembayaran dari BPJS yang dikenal dengan dana kapitasi. Pengelolaan Keuangan Dana Kapitasi di FKTP Pemerintah Kota Bitung menemui banyak hambatan yang berimplikasi pada penyerapan anggaran kegiatan FKTP dan penyediaan jasa pelayanan kesehatan oleh FKTP.Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengelolaan keuangan pendapatan daerah dana kapitasi JKN FKTP Pemerintah Kota Bitung serta mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang terjadi dan solusi yang dapat diambil. Dana kapitasi JKN yang diterima dari BPJS secara rutin dan teratur diterima oleh FKTP akan tetapi dalam pengelolaannya ternyata mengalami kendala.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif eksploratif. Data kualitatif diperoleh dengan wawancara , observasi dan studi dokumentasi juga dengan focus group discussion (FGD) .Validitas dan reliabilitas data ditentukan dengan trianggulasi data untuk kemudian data yang diperoleh dilakukan analisa secara tematik serta intepretasi dalam rangka  penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan penganggaran dana kapitasi JKN oleh FKTP dilakukan dan tersentralisasi di Dinas Kesehatan sementara pelaksanaan pengelolaan  dana kapitasi JKN FKTP Pemerintah Kota Bitung belum mengikuti regulasi yang mengatur, sehingga berimplikasi pada tidak maksimalnya pelayanan kesehatan FKTP pada masyarakat . Akibat lain yang terjadi karena kondisi pengelolaan keuangan yang tidak sesuai regulasi menyebabkan program dan kegiatan yang bersumber dari dana kapitasi JKN ini  penyerapan anggaran sangat rendah. ABSTRAK Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Klungkung sebagai rumah sakit yang sudah menerapkan Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum terus meningkatkan dan mengembangkan mutu pelayanan, terutama mutu pelayanan kegawatdaruratan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan petugas di Instalasi Gawat Darurat dan Penunjang Pelayanan Kegawatdaruratan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Klungkung tentang Standar Pelayanan Minimal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh petugas yang bekerja di Instalasi Gawat Darurat dan penunjang pelayanan kegawatdaruratan. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini 94 petugas dengan teknik pengumpulan sampel yaitu total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat.  Hasil penelitian ini adalah mayoritas petugas memiliki pengetahuan baik mengenai SPM yaitu sebesar 86,17% sedangkan 13,83% memiliki pengetahuan kurang baik. Dilihat dari tingkat pengetahuan berdasarkan karakteristik, pengetahuan baik sebagian besar pada umur umur ?30 (88,14%), jenis kelamin perempuan (96,23%), pendidikan DIII (87,93%) dan masa kerja >10 tahun (88,46%). Saran yang bisa diberikan kepada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kabupaten Klungkung, sebaiknya rumah sakit memberikan sosialisasi kepada seluruh petugas mengenai SPM dengan rutin dan terjadwal sehingga petugas mendapatkan informasi mengenai SPM merata. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of officers in the Emergency Installation and Supporting Emergency Services of the Klungkung Regency General Hospital on Minimum Service Standards. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all officers who worked in the Emergency Installation and supporting emergency services. The number of samples in this study were 94 officers with total sample collection techniques. Data collection techniques in this study are by distributing questionnaires and data analysis used is univariate analysis. The results of this study were that the majority of officers had good knowledge of MSS, amounting to 86.17% while 13.83% had poor knowledge. Judging from the level of knowledge based on characteristics, good knowledge is mostly at the age of ?30 (88.14%), female gender (96.23%), DIII education (87.93%) and years of service> 10 years (88, 46%). Suggestions that can be given to the Klungkung Regency Regional General Hospital, the hospital should provide information to all officers on MSS routinely and on a regular basis so that officials get information about SPM evenly. This research aimed to find out the mispronunciation of English vowels and consonants of the seventh president of Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Joko Widodo in his official English speeches based on the standard of British English Received Pronunciation (RP) and the factors influencing his English vowels and consonants mispronunciation. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. In collecting data, the researchers used observation method with non-participatory technique (Sudaryanto, 2015). In analyzing the data, the researchers used articulatory identity method (Sudaryanto, 2015). It was found that the consonant sounds /θ/, /ð/, /v/, /z/, /ʃ/ were pronounced incorrectly, the vowel sounds/ə/, /ɒ/, /ɛ/, /i/, /e/, /ɪ/ were pronounced inconsistently, and the diphthong sounds /ɪə/, /eɪ/, /əʊ/ and /aʊ/ were pronounced incorrectly. The consonant sound /l/ in the middle of the word was not pronounced. The consonant sound /j/ in the middle of the word is omitted. The consonant sounds /g/, /tʃ/, and /r/ were pronounced the same as the spelling. The consonant sounds /t/, /s/, /k/ at the end of the words were omitted. The letter y sounded /ɪ/ at the end of the word was pronounced as /e/. The diphthong sounds /ɪə/, /eɪ/, /əʊ/ and /aʊ/ were pronounced as /ɪ/, /ʌ/, /ɛ/, /ə/, /e/, and /ͻ/. The factors influencing the mispronunciation of English vowel and consonant sounds were mother tongue interference, sound system differences between Indonesian and English, the influence of spelling on pronunciation, educational background, and environmental background.

This study aimed to examine the factors that influence the use of accounting information in SMEs. The object of research is Wig UKM in Purbalingga Regency. From this research, it can be seen how education, business scale, business age, and accounting knowledge of the use of UKM Wig accounting information in Purbalingga. The number of respondents involved in this study was 82 people. Sampling using a purposive sampling method. Based on the results of research and data analysis using SPSS it was found that: (1) educational background did not have a significant negative effect on the use of accounting information, (2) the business scale had no significant positive effect on the use of accounting information, (3) the age of the business had no significant negative effect on the use of accounting information, and (4) accounting knowledge has a significant positive effect on the use of accounting information.

The success of every construction projects largely depends on the level of commitment of the clients. This study examined the factors influencing the level of clients’ commitment to sustainable construction practices in Nigeria. A questionnaire survey was use to collect data from the public and private construction clients on the level of influence of 16 factors extracted from the literature. A total of 182 valid questionnaires were used for analysis. The result revealed that nine factors with weighted average (W) 0.8≤W≤1 have a high level of influence, whereas seven factors with 0.6≤W≤0.8 have a high-medium level of influence on the clients’ commitment. However, the five most influential factors were: client knowledge and awareness, Cost implication and mechanism of financial involvement, economic value and return on investment, end-user/client perception and preference, and health and safety implications. The result further revealed that there is significant difference on how these factors influence the level of commitment of sustainable construction practices of the public and private clients. The study suggested that the disparity was due to the differences in the level of knowledge, awareness, involvement and commitment of the public and private clients to sustainable construction concept. Hence, it is important to optimize the level of knowledge and awareness of the clients, about the cost, benefits/profits, and health and safety implications of sustainable construction practices so as to promote the level of client’s commitment to sustainable construction practices. It recommended for adequate client involvement throughout the sustainable construction life cycle and a sustained awareness campaign, championed by relevant government agencies and professional organizations through different public programs so as to increase the clients’ commitment and desirability to demand for more sustainable construction projects.
