The purpose of this study was to determine the management of parking levy taxes and efforts made by Kendari City government in optimizing the receipt of parking tax/retribution in Kendari City.The research method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach, data collection using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used by the author is a qualitative data analysis technique that is by searching and compiling systematically from the results of interviews, observation and documentation then selecting the data needed and making conclusions that are easy to understand.Based on the results of the study, the management of parking fees that have been carried out so far has been quite good, can be seen from the percentage between the target and the realization of parking retribution from 2016-2018 experiencing fluctuations and in 2017 did not reach the target set, and the last 3 (three) years this contribution of parking fees to local original income is very small. This is because there are still many obstacles experienced by the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency in Kendari in managing parking fees. In the planning process has been going well can be seen in determining the target parking retribution per year which always refers to the results of the evaluation of the achievement of targets in the previous year and see the potential in the field. Organizing is still not effective, it can be seen from the standard of work of the parking fees officers still experiencing obstacles in the number of personnel. From the implementation efforts, it is still not effective in collecting parking taxes, such as the provision of parking permits, there are still some who do the installation without making prior permission and lack of awareness of the taxpayer about the importance of paying taxes which is the foundation for Kendari City Development. Only the supervision indicators carried out by superiors to subordinates are effective, such as monitoring carried out to evaluate the work is maximized, so as not to provide opportunities for individuals in the field to commit fraud. But supervision of the community is still not effective because there are still many illegal parking lots without having installation permits.  Keywords: Tax management, Parking Fees

 AbstractThis research was conducted at SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. The problem examined in this study is that there are still schools that tend to be not transparent in managing school funds. The objectives of this study were: 1) to find out how the school funds management was described, 2) to find out whether the school was transparent in managing school funds and 3) to find out whether the school was accountable in managing school funds. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Tool for collecting data about transparency and accountability with non-test techniques in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results showed that the transparency of fund management at SMK Negeri 11 Bandung showed a transparent category with a percentage of 81.95% of the management accountability of the funds showing an accountable category with a percentage of 85.04%. Keywords. transparency; accountability; school fund management AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah masih adanya sekolah yang cenderung tidak transparan dalam pengelolaan dana sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran pengelolaan dana sekolah, 2) untuk mengetahui apakah sekolah telah transparan dalam pengelolaan dana sekolah dan 3) untuk mengetahui apakah sekolah telah akuntabel dalam pengelolaan dana sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Alat pengumpulan data tentang transparansi dan akuntabilitas dengan teknik non tes dalam bentuk kuisioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transparansi pengelolaan dana di SMK Negeri 11 Bandung menunjukkan kategori transparan dengan persentase 81,95% akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana menunjukkan kategori akuntabel dengan persentase 85,04%. Kata Kunci: transparansi; akuntabilitas; pengelolaan dana sekolah.

The purpose of this study is to develop multimedia-based interactive learning media on football subject. This research method is R&D, development research where product development consists of four steps namely (1) Define, (2) Design, (3) Development and (4) Dissemination. The population and sample in this study were all class students of 2017 who took football courses at STOK of Bina Guna Medan. Data collection techniques were conducted by observation, interview and questionnaire. The testing phase was carried out with product validation by two media experts, and two material experts, as well as testing on users (students). The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. The results of this study are: (1) based on two media experts, the score is 83.33 with the category “very appropriate” to be used as a learning medium. (2) based on two material experts, the score was 71.53 with the appropriate category to be used as learning media. (3) based on the assessment by the students gained a total score of 75.90 with the category "very appropriate" as a learning media. Based on the above results, multimedia-based interactive learning media on football learning subject can be used as learning media.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of group guidance in increasing the motivation to learn counseling guidance for students of SMP Negeri 4 Mataram. This research method uses classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The research instrument used observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis. The results showed that in cycle II the indicators of the success of this study have been proven. So it can be concluded that the application of group guidance can increase the motivation to learn counseling guidance for class VIII.2 students of SMP Negeri 4 Mataram.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the contribution of Hotel Taxes in increasing the Regional Original Income of Medan City and what are the efforts in increasing the hotel tax. Sources of data used in this research are secondary data, namely in the form of targets and realization of hotel tax revenue and realization of local revenue Medan City from 2016 to 2018. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use descriptive analysis. Hotel Tax to Local Own Revenue is to compare the actual value of Hotel Tax with the realization of Local Own Revenue in Medan City. The results show that in 2016-2018, the contribution of Hotel Tax in the city of Medan increased every year. In contrast to the contribution, the value of the realization of Regional Original Income tends to fluctuate because, in 2016-2017, it increased, while in 2018, the realization value decreased.

The current study aims to describe the effectiveness of CTL approach (REACT) to improve students' self confidence in mathematics. It is a classroom action research (PTK). The subjects of the study were students of grade VIII MTs Nurul Ihsan Sukarara in the academic year 2017/2018 consisting of 29 students. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The findings show that students' confidence in mathematics in the first cycle reached 10.3% for high category, 55.2% for moderate, and 34.5% for low category. Meanwhile, in the second cycle students' self-confidence score on mathematics reached 6.9% for very high category, 72.41% for high category, and 20.69% for moderate. This study indicates that there is an increase of students' self confidence in mathematics due to CTL approach (REACT).

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The population in this study all employees at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor, amounting to 136 people and the sample in this study as much as 50 percent, the total was 68 respondents. The data analysis technique used is by using descriptive analysis that is to present each question item using a percentage formula. The results showed that the three indicators in this study generally showed quite effective results, starting from the indicators of office spatial planning, the results of which were quite effective, indicators of employee placement whose results were quite effective, and indicators of the office's physical environment whose results were effective. Of the three indicators provide an overview that can be concluded that the office layout in the archive section at PT. Bosowa Berlian Motor Makassar as a whole is considered quite effective.

This study aims to improve mastery of dexterity gymnastics through playing approaches and assistive media in physical education learning for students. This research method uses a classroom action research method with research subjects namely students of class II SD Negeri 44 Ampenan. The research instrument used observation, interviews, and tests. The data analysis technique used in this research was qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the play approach and assistive media can increase interest, activeness, and dexterity gymnastics for the second grade students of SD Negeri 44 Ampenan.

As time has developed, many e-commerce platforms exist in Indonesia, so that competition in maintaining consumer loyalty on an e-commerce website often occurs. This study aims to determine the effect of e-price and e-trust on e-loyalty and the role of e-trust in mediating it. The research method used is quantitative and using questionnaire. The population used in this study are consumers who have ever shopped online through the Indonesian online marketplace who are domiciled in the province of Bali. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and accidental sampling and a sample of 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The result of this research is that Shopee is e-commerce with the biggest enthusiasts in Bali. E-price and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty, and e-price has a positive and significant effect on e-trust, e-trust can mediate the effect of e-price on e-loyalty. This research is expected to be able to provide input to further researchers, e-commerce providers, sellers who sell in e-commerce, and customers. Providing reasonable prices, security in transactions, trust in online vendors, will certainly increase consumer loyalty, either by not moving to other e-commerce and recommending it to others.

This study examines the religious values ​​contained in the novel Mengejar Halalnya Syabila by Noor Ruhaimin. Abstract The responsibility of religious education is the most important responsibility for parents and educators, because it is the center of all resources. However, in practice there are still many educators who do not pay attention to the religious education of their students, they prioritize education that is only worldly. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is thematic analysis. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Islamic education in Kuttab students is going well. Opportunities for the application of Islamic education to Kuttab students starting from the education system, curriculum, and teachers are extraordinary in maximizing education for children. However, it also has challenges that greatly affect children's education, namely gadgets, games and shows that are not beneficial to children, so it greatly influences the education of their faith. The advantages of the implementation of Islamic education in Kuttab, namely that children have begun to form creeds according to their age. While the drawbacks are that the application and understanding of Islamic education in Kuttab are not comprehensive and agree on all teachers and the environment that does not support the concepts that have been implanted in Kuttab. Abstrak Tanggung jawab pendidikan akidah merupakan tanggung jawab terpenting bagi para orang tua dan pendidik, karena ia merupakan pusat segala sumber. Namun dalam prakteknya masih banyak pendidik yang kurang memperhatikan pendidikan akidah peserta didiknya, mereka lebih mengutamakan pendidikan yang hanya bersifat duniawi saja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah thematic analysis. Hasil penelitian dalam kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pendidikan akidah pada santri Kuttab berjalan dengan baik. Peluang penerapan pendidikan akidah pada santri Kuttab mulai dari sistem pendidikan, kurikulum, dan guru-gurunya sangatlah luar biasa dalam memaksimalkan pendidikan pada anak-anak. Namun, juga memiliki tantangannya yang sangat mempengaruhi pendidikan anak yaitu gadget, game dan tontonan-tontonan yang tidak bermanfaat bagi anak sehingga sangat mempengaruhi pendidikan imannya. Adapun kelebihan implementasi pendidikan akidah di Kuttab yaitu anak-anak sudah mulai terbentuk akidah sesuai dengan usianya. Sedangkan kekurangannya yaitu penerapan serta pemahaman pendidikan akidah di Kuttab belum menyeluruh dan sependapat pada semua guru serta lingkungan yang tidak mendukung dengan  konsep-konsep yang telah ditanamkan di Kuttab.
