AbstrakModerasi Agama di Indonesia menjadi salah satu indikator yang penting dan dijadikan sebagai cara pandang (perspektif) dalam seluruh praktik kehidupan beragama sebab Indonesia memiliki berbagai macam keragaman, yaitu keragaman budaya, keragaman  keyakinan (agama), keragaman suku, ras dan budaya. Dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, interaksi sosial sangat diperlukan untuk mewujudkan kerukunan antar umat beragama dengan saling bergotong royong. Dengan cara inilah masing-masing umat beragama dapat saling menghormati, menerima perbedaan, serta hidup berdampingan dengan aman dan tentram. Dalam konteks toleransi antar umat beragama, Islam memiliki konsep yang sangat jelas yaitu “Tidak ada paksaan dalam agama, bagiku agamaku dan bagimu agamamu”. Hal ini merupakan contoh populer toleransi dalam agama Islam. Untuk mewujudkan toleransi tersebut dapat diwujudkan dengan membina tiga kerukunan hidup beragama, yaitu kerukunan intern umat beragama, kerukunan antar umat beragama, dan kerukunan antar umat beragama dengan pemerintah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan karena kurangnya pemahaman yang mengarah pada masyarakat umum, yang  relatif  rendahnya pengetahuan mengenai keagamaan di dalam masyarakat. Maka sikap moderasi beragama dengan menerapkan sikap toleransi perlu dibangun kepada masyarakat sebagai suatu pengakuan atas keberadaan pihak lain sebagai  sikap menghormati adanya berbagai macam perbedaan. Perbedaan agama didalam masyarakat  inilah yang menjadikan alasan untuk tidak saling menyakiti dan menghakimi justru saling mempersatukan. Metode ini menggunakan tahap wawancara yang dapat digunakan dalam bentuk wawancara secara langsung dengan beberapa  narasumber. Dokumentasi yang dimaksud merupakan suatu usaha dari berbagai pengumpulan data yang di dapat dengan cara mengumpulkan hasil dari dokumen-dokumen yang bersangkutan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulis. Dalam metode dokumentasi ini telah dilakukan untuk memperoleh data mengenai keadaan tempat lokasi yang diteliti baik dari segi geografis, keagamaan, tradisi, dan keadaan penduduk yang terdapat di Desa Gentasari.Hasil dari kegiatan yaitu, terlaksananya pengajin sesuai dengan tema Kuliah Kerja Nyata di Desa Gentasari, serta mengetahui toleransi dan interaksi yang ada di Desa Gentasari. Kata Kunci: Moderasi Agama, Interaksi Sosial, ToleransiAbstractModeration of religion in Indonesia is an important indicator and is used as a perspective (perspective) in all practices of religious life because Indonesia has various kinds of diversity, namely cultural diversity, diversity of beliefs (religion), ethnic diversity, race and culture. In social life, social interaction is needed to create inter-religious harmony by working together. In this way, each religious community can respect each other, accept differences, and live side by side in a safe and peaceful way. In the context of inter-religious tolerance, Islam has a very clear concept, namely "There is no compulsion in religion, for me it is my religion and for you your religion". This is a popular example of tolerance in Islam. To realize this tolerance, it can be realized by fostering three religious harmony, namely internal harmony between religious communities, inter-religious harmony, and inter-religious harmony with the government. Community service activities are carried out due to a lack of understanding that leads to the general public, which is relatively low in knowledge about religion in society. So the attitude of religious moderation by applying an attitude of tolerance needs to be built to the community as an acknowledgment of the existence of other parties as an attitude of respect for various kinds of differences. Religious differences in society are what make the reasons not to hurt each other and judge each other to unite each other. This method uses the interview stage which can be used in the form of direct interviews with several sources. The documentation in question is an effort from various data collections that can be obtained by collecting the results of the documents concerned with the research conducted by the author. In this documentation method, it has been carried out to obtain data regarding the condition of the locations studied both in terms of geography, religion, tradition, and the condition of the population in Gentasari Village, and knowing the tolerance and interaction in Gentasari Village.Key Word: Religious Moderation, Social Interaction, Tolerance

This study aims to explore agenda empowerment of people in Tarmizi Taher point of view. Tarmizi Taher in his book harmony of religious life and study of religions, that religious harmony can be formed by supporting harmonious religious communities, it is necessary for clerics, da’i (preachers), priests, priests and other religious leaders to instill to people about the inevitability of religious pluralism in social life. That the diversity of religions is a fact that cannot be denied. So the consequence is that every religious community has an obligation to recognize and respect other religions, without the need to elevate or demean a religion. The result shows that in Tarmizi Taher's view, community empowerment can be done by providing skills education conducted by the government so that people can compete with the advancement of science and technology.

The background of this research is the social diversity of Indonesian people. This situation causes conflicts among Indonesian people which need solutions to minimilize the effects of the conflict among the society. The study over the value of unification and harmony of the Religious Community Forum is one of the implementation of the unification spirit, the aspect of toleration, which needs to be spread out among the society. The goal of this research is to dig down how the Religious Community Forum works in  increasing the Malang multicultural society understanding over the value of unification. It is also to know how the Religious Community Forum increases the society toleration and the importance of unification among Malang society diversity.  Alt last but not least, the study over the unification value functions as a report of how the Religious Community Forum maintain the Indonesian people unification. This research use subjects of the Religious Community Forum members, religion leaders, government officers, and Malang people. The approach used in this research is qualitative with case study method. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interview, documentation, and participation. Meanwhile, the data is analyzed by using data reduction, data display, and verivication.The findings of this research are: 1) The activities done by the Religious Community Forum contain the unification value; the unification and harmony religious communities, conflicts and dialogues counseling, toleration, socialization over the government policy of the unification and harmony of diverse society; 2)The Religious Community Forum contains social aspects; the diversity value, toleration, pluralism, and the society unification,  which can be descended to the next generation; 3) The forum has some roles in maintaining and keeping the unification value of multicultural society through the activities applied in the society. Malang government supports and coordinates any institution works in society unification and harmony. The actions taken shows that the government are concerned on the unification of multicultural society. Thus, it can be concluded that the activities done by the Religious Community Forum of Malang contain the unification value

This study investigates the existence aspect of Sikh followers in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi) regions. It aims to provide data and information regarding the government services to all religious communities including minorities, such as Sikh. The existence aspects under study include the short history, the basic teachings, rituals, institutions, and social interaction. This study utilizes qualitative research using postcolonial and subaltern perspective from Gayatri C Spivak’s view. Theologically, Sikh believes in monotheism that was mentioned by Waheguru and Guru Nanank (1469-1539). Sikh has a holy book named Guru Granth Sahib. Sikh temple is called Gurdwara or the “gateway to the Guru”. Sikh followers came to Indonesia from Amritsar, Punjab, India, (now Pakistan territory) through Aceh, North Sumatra and Jakarta. Sikh followers are managed under the Hindu Guidance Directorate. They do not have a national organization that accommodates Sikh community in Indonesia. It can be concluded that the existence of the Sikh in Jabodetabek area is somewhat subaltern.

This article aims to review and describe the strategy of religious tolerance education and its impact on the integrity of the Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) in Bangka Belitung. In the Bangka Belitung Islands, the life of the people is very heterogeneous and has a high level of plurality. There are many portraits of the diversity of ethnicities, cultures, religions, ethnicities and languages ​​that are integrated into the social dynamics of the people in Bangka Belitung. Of course, this plurality has the potential to cause horizontal conflict in society. Therefore, to study and examine in depth this reality an in-depth interview technique is used to obtain clear information about the principles of religious tolerance from the perspective of Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Confucianism. As a result, there are three educational strategies that can be developed by religious communities in Bangka Belitung; first, the strategy of educating the internal religious community; second, the strategy of educating people to maintain harmony between fellow religious communities; and third, the strategy of educating people to maintain harmony with the government. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengulas dan memaparkan strategi pendidikan toleransi beragama dan dampaknya terhadap keutuhan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) di Bangka Belitung. Di Kepulauan Bangka Belitung kehidupan masyarakatnya sangat heterogen dan memiliki tingkat pluralitas yang tinggi. Ada banyak potret keragaman suku, budaya, agama, etnis, dan bahasa yang  menyatu dalam dinamika sosial masyarakat di Bangka Belitung. Tentu, pluralitas tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan konflik horizontal di tengah masyarakat. Oleh karena itu untuk mengkaji dan menelaah secara mendalam realitas tersebut digunakan teknik wawancara mendalam untuk mendapatkan informasi yang jelas mengenai prinsip toleransi beragama dalam perspektif agama Islam, Kristen, Budha, Hindu, dan Konghucu. Hasilnya, ada tiga strategi pendidikan yang dapat dikembangkan oleh umat beragama yang ada di Bangka Belitung; pertama, strategi mendidik dalam internal umat beragama; kedua, strategi mendidik umat untuk menjaga kerukunan antara sesama umat beragama; dan ketiga, strategi mendidik umat untuk menjaga kerukuan dengan pemerintah.

This article explored the phenomenon of hijrah among students at several universities in Indonesia. The data used was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The findings found two conditions in the religious community that developed within the university. First, uncontrolled religious communities, such as the salaf community (hijrah), were affiliated with radical Islam, Salafi, Wahabi, and Muslim Brotherhood. They were not controlled to moderate religion, breaking unity and peace, like the salaf community. Second, the government could control society because it has a hierarchical line, such as student organizations. This article recommends a thorough study of the phenomenon of hijrah, which has recently become prominent not to deviate from the basic principles of hijrah itself as part of the overall practice of Islamic teachings (kaffah).

This research focused on the social communication process for increasing tolerance and harmonization of inter-religious communities in Indonesia. This research method used the case study design. Research data of this case study were collected through observations and in-depth interviews. The results indicate that the process of social communication between religions takes place dynamically in the community. It involves mutual interactions and respect for each other according to social norms and values adopted by the local community. By interacting and respecting each other, the social life of the community can be maintained to be harmonious, safe, comfortable, full of tolerance and harmony, and coexist in religious, cultural, ethnic, racial, and ethnic diversity. Based on research findings, all can be done through the social communication process for increasing tolerance and harmonization of social life among religious communities in Indonesia that the process of social communication is directly referred to as traditional and conventional communication.

The pattern of public relations is a social process, which refers to a pattern of dynamic social relations. Sindang Sari Village is one of the villages in Tanjung Bintang District, South Lampung Regency, which has Islamic, Christian, Catholic and Buddhist religious communities, while the people are Javanese, Sundanese, Palembang and Batak. However, the life and association of the religious community is harmonious and there has never been a conflict or dispute with religious and cultural backgrounds. The results of this study indicate how the pattern of community relations in Sindang Sari village is associative, namely the form of relationships that lead to cooperation in various forms of social life, community, and inter-religious relations, all of which are related, or without coercion from any party. While the factors that support the good interfaith relationship are the existence of community habits and awareness to carry the burden borne by other members or citizens by arranging night patrols, mutual cooperation, social gathering or squatting. In addition, the supporters of the relationship between religious communities in the village of Sindang Sari are the existence of support from religious leaders and village officials both formally and informally.

The differences between of religion and belief in a particular community is usually will show a conflict between followers of religions. It has become a fact of history that can not be ignored. whereas, if it is returned on the purpose of religion itself, of course, conflict, hostility, war is something contradictory. All of  true religion have aimed to creat the objectives of the human being. Such as, through the realization of harmony in social life. Religion suggests the importance of building a good attitude in the society besides spiritual rites. It was a union of  two aspects  relations between vertical and horizontal. Rural Prototype communities in the region which have three religions and places of worship side by side in Balun Village Turi subdistric Lamongan district. Balun one of the village have multicultur and plural in the society over the years never happened conflicts religious. Because of it, the researcher suppose to searh how is the social construction of the religious, in the harmony and how  is the process of establishing the values of harmony, religious rites and cultural activities that involve people of the different religions.            Phenomenological etnography  approach in this research through the data sources that are grouping refers to the  stratification. Social startifikasi in used in this research according to Pitrim A.Sorokin and Max Weber theories were the  strata of society devided into some group based on the standard such as; respectable, power and authority,  knowledge and income . then From this theory the  researcher devided the society  into four group. The first are the figures of Islamic religious, Christian, Hindu. Second the committee of mosgue, Church and Temple Board, third  local goverment staff, educators, teachers in all religius. The fourth  regular community; farmers , factory workers. Based on analyzed of phenomenological ethnography, the researchers found the result of the study, these are the social construction of the religious community,  harmony and the establishment of the values in the  harmony guided by the respectable each others in ideology, respectable to the hereditary tradition, expressing happiness had shown when other communities in religious rituals celebration, gave awards to other religious communities as well as a sense of togetherness reflected in any religious activities and social activities in Balun village. The Harmony  foundation  in the application as "sacrifices" of religion for the sake of harmony by the local wisdom communities.

Although the majority of Aceh's population is Muslim, the rules formulated in the form of Islamic Sharia Qanun cannot be separated from social interaction with non-Muslims as a minority community. This study wants to reveal the position of non-Muslims in Qanun (Sharia rules) for the application of Islamic law in Aceh, with the aim of analyzing how Islamic Sharia Qanun is made and their problems with diverse views on the equality of identity in Aceh. This is based on several facts which show that the paradigm of equality of diverse identities in Aceh has not been a major concern among religious communities. This research is library research using secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by reviewing the literature and related documents, namely analyzing 13 Qanun (Sharia Rules) of the application of Islamic Sharia and one Aceh Special Region Regulation, as well as other valid and credible sources. The findings in this library research are the rules formulated in Aceh's Jinayat Qanun giving freedom to the choice of punishment for non-Muslims. This freedom is granted through the principle of surrender, which is regulated in article 129 of Law Number 11 concerning the Government of Aceh and Article 5 of the Aceh Qanun Number 6 of 2014 concerning Jinayat Law.

The actual dynamic authenticity of social life often shows accusations that religion is a source of social friction, violence, or conflict. The spirit of the Koran shows an appreciative attitude, even inviting to the meeting point (common platform) of monotheism (tauhid) which is the basic teaching of the Torah, the Bible, and the Koran. This paper aims to explore the existence of non-Muslims from the perspective of the Koran, the variants, and principles of social harmony with them. This paper uses qualitative as a method and literature as an approach. From the perspective of the Koran, there are 3 variants of arranged interactions. First in trade relations, second in marital relations, and third in political relations. The three variants of interaction must be based on the principle of Ihsan (good behavior) and Adalah (fair). Implications of this research present the idea of a meeting point between religions. This meeting point is expected to eliminate the friction of exclusivity between religious communities to create harmony and peace.
