Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kinerja guru bisa mempengaruhi sekolah dan motivasi yang diberikan oleh kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah berupa penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, maksudnya adalah dalam penelitian deskriftif kualitatif, dimana data yang dikumpulkan bukan berupa angka-angka melainkan data tersebut mungkin berasal dari naskah wawancara, catatan lapangan dokumen pribadi, catatan memo, dan dokumen resmi lainya. subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan guru dari 6 Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Curio Kabupaten Enrekang. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode observasi, Wawancara dan pembagian angket. Dan dalam penelitian tentang motivasi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dari 6 sekolah dilaksakan 5 asas yaitu (1) Kepribadian dan Sosial (2) kepemimpinanan pembelajaran (3) pengembangan sekolah/madrasah, (4) manajemen sumber daya (5) supervise pembelajaran. Dari kelima asas tersebut terdapat kepala sekolah memiliki kategori tinggi dan ada kepala sekolah memiliki kategori Sedang. This study aims to determine whether teacher performance can affect schools and motivation given by principals can improve teacher performance. This type of research is in the form of qualitative descriptive research, meaning that the data collected is not in the form of numbers but the data were collected from interview scripts, personal document field notes, memo notes, and other official documents. The subjects in this study were principals and teachers from 6 elementary schools (SD) in Curio District, Enrekang Regency. The data in this study were collected using the method of observation, interviews and questionnaires. And in research on principal motivation towards teacher performance from 6 schools, 5 principles were implemented, namely (1) Personality and Social (2) learning leadership (3) school / madrasah development, (4) resource management (5) learning supervision. Of the five principles, there are school principals in the high category and there are school principals in the Medium category.

This study aims to develop learning media in the form of videos called "Al-Mutho" videos on Haalatul Hadiiqoh material in third-grade students of elementary school. This is qualitative descriptive research and type of case study that aims to determine students' perceptions in using ‘Al-Mutho” videos. The results showed that students felt happier and eager to learn vocabulary (mufrodat) by using the video "Al-Mutho." Also, students are also able to remember ten new vocabulary words that are taught in one time face to face. This can be seen from the ability of students to answer the questions given quickly and precisely. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the video "Al-Mutho" can be used as an alternative media for mufrodat learning in Arabic for elementary schools.

This study aimed at determining the managerial implementation of school principals at SD Negeri 24 Pulau Rimau. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research approach. The subject is the school principal at SDN 24 Pulau Rimau. The informants are the school principal and teacher. Data collection techniques were (1) observation; (2) interview; and (3) documentation. The collected data is examined for the validity of the data, using triangulation, with verification and checking of the adequacy of the references. The results of this study were the ability of the managerial implementation of principals at SD Negeri 24 Pulau Rimau was very good seen from planning, organizing, directing, and supervising.

This article describes the effects of a strategy aimed at helping students develop critical thinking and communicative skills by means of a program for guided reading of images using the questioning technique in an EFL context. Many teachers are not prepared for the education of critical thinkers as part of their curricular work. This is a qualitative descriptive research study carried out with third graders from a public school in Bogotá, Colombia in which field notes, artifacts, and questionnaires were used as data collection instruments. The study showed that the program activated children’s mental processes to allow them to move from basic to higher levels of critical thinking while communicating their thoughts in Spanish as well as using vocabulary in English. This  strategy could be used by teachers of different disciplines.

Abstract;                      Nurul Hikmah, (2019). Teacher performance class in organizing and developing learning devices in the state SDN KIP Maccini Makassar. Guided By Syarifuddin Cn Sida and Idawati.This study aims to study the performance of the teachers in developing and expanding learning devices in the state SDN KIP Maccini Makassar. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research methods. The location in this research is the state elementary school KIP Maccini Makassar. The types of data in this study are primary data obtained directly from the informant and secondary data in the form of documents relating to the issues and the research reports. The instruments in this research are own researchers and supporting data collection tools are interview guidelines. Based on the results of the study that the performance of teachers certified by SDN KIP MACCINI in the planning of learning received an average score of 18.32 in the category quite effective. The assessment showed that teachers certified by SDN KIP MACCINI were well-performing in the planning of learning. Keywords: teacher performance; Learning devices

This descriptive research is intended to make a mapping of the availability and utilization of information systems and leadership of school principals in Public Elementary School in Pekanbaru - Riau. The formulation of problems to be answered are: (1) How is the availability and utilization of information systems in public elementary schools in Pekanbaru - Riau? and (2) How is the leadership of the school principals in the public elementary school in Pekanbaru - Riau? There are 12 districts in Pekanbaru - Riau and each district has a different number of public elementary schools. Through a proportional random sampling technique, 66 school principals were selected as samples. The instrument used was a questionnaire addressed to the principals. The principals are asked to give their response to the questionnaire given and they are free to choose one or more answers for each item according to their situation and condition. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the data analysis showed that: (1) the information system available at school was rated positively by the principals, whether in terms of availability, management, or perceived benefits; and (2) in carrying out their leadership, their roles and functions as supervisors, managers and educators occupy the highest position.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas perkembangan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas 6  melalui media google classroom di SD N Jarakan pada masa pandemi covid-19. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan hasil belajar peserta didik melalui pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan google classroom serta mengetahui kendala apa saja yang ditemui dalam pembelajaran menggunakan media google classroom tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan studi pustaka. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas 6 SD N Jarakan. Objek dalam penelitian ini ialah efektivitas perkembangan hasil belajar peserta didik pada siswa kelas 6 di masa pandemi covid-19 dengan media Google Classroom. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan hasil catatan lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan dalam pembelajaran peserta didik secara daring dengan Google Classroom. Walaupun terdapat kendala dalam penggunaannya, tetapi dengan media ini dirasa cukup untuk menyampaikan permbelajaran. Hal ini karena Google Classroom dianggap sebagai platform terbaik dimasa sekarang dalam pembelajaran secara daring. Kata kunci : Peserta didik, Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh, dan Google Classroom.      ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the development of learning outcomes of grade 6 students through the google classroom media at SD N Jarakan during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, this research also aims to find out how the development of student learning outcomes through distance learning with google classroom and to find out what obstacles are encountered in learning using the google classroom media. This research uses qualitative methods with qualitative descriptive research and literature study. The subjects in this study were 6th grade students of SD N Jarakan. The object in this study is the effectiveness of the development of student learning outcomes in grade 6 students during the Covid-19 pandemic using Google Classroom media. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and field notes results. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in online student learning with Google Classroom. Although there are obstacles in its use, this media is sufficient to convey learning. This is because Google Classroom is considered to be the best platform of the day for online learning. AbstractThis article aims to describe the planting of students' self-confidence characters through the self-development of dance in Bukittinggi 2 Public Middle School. This type of research is Qualitative Descriptive Research. The object of research is students of class VII and VIII in Bukittinggi Middle School 2 who participated in Self Development as many as 12 people. The research instruments were researchers as teachers and observers as well as school principals and art and culture teachers at Bukittinggi Middle School 2. Furthermore, data is collected by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that the planting of students' self-confidence characters carried out during 6 meetings went well and smoothly. It turned out that through the Pasambahan dance it was able to instill the character of self-confidence of students in Bukittinggi Middle School 2, where in the Pasambah Dance itself students were required to focus and have self-confidence in performing each of the movements of Pasambah with the complexity of martial arts movements at the opening of Pasambahan Dance, for road techniques for carano carrier and motion at the closing of Pasambah Dance and the use of changing floor patterns, so that students' confidence can be embedded through this Pasambah Dance. It was proven at each meeting that students experienced an increase in self-confidence by referring to six indicators of self-confidence and categorization, namely self-confidence in good categories, feeling self worthy in good categories, not relying on other people with good enough categories, not boasting with categories good, not hesitant in the good category and have the courage to act in a fairly good category, so that at the end of the process students are shown in the opening ceremony of the seminar at IAIN Bukittinggi also looks good. Thus it can be concluded that the Pasambah Dance that was passed on the Self Development of Dance was able to instill the Student's Confident Character in Bukittinggi Middle School 2 well.Keywords: character confident and self development dance art

The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of learning during low-grade classes at Muhammadiyah elementary school in the city of Probolinggo which still has some depth in applying it using qualitative descriptive research methods then for the data technique using a questionnaire or online questionnaire using the google form feature which is shared. to 133 respondents from guardians of grade one to grade three with data sources obtained from principals, educators, parents, students, learning with an online system (brave) is still effectively carried out by implementing several strategies, we can see that it has not been effectively done By implementing several strategies, we can see that the results of the questionnaire that have been distributed to all respondents through online media in the form of google form have not been effective, there are still many who respond disagree with the five questions that have been made and asked to students and it seems that it is not yet effective.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis keterampilan berpikir aljabar siswa. Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan generasional, kemampuan transformasional, dan kemampuan level-meta global. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dekskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs Ganrang Batu Kabupaten Jeneponto sebanyak 29 orang, yang selanjutnya dipilih menjadi subjek wawancara adalah 6 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes diagnostik dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kemampuan generasional siswa subjek kategori tinggi dan sedang cenderung mampu pada indikator menentukan makna variabel dari suatu masalah dan mempresentasikan masalah dalam hubungan antar variabel. Subjek pada kategori rendah belum mampu dalam aktivitas  generasional, 2) kemampuan transformasional siswa kategori tinggi cenderung mampu pada indikator menentukan bentuk aljabar yang ekuivalen dan menyelesaikan operasi bentuk aljabar. Subjek pada kategori sedang dalam aktivitas transformasional mampu menyelesaikan operasi bentuk aljabar, sedangkan subjek pada kategori rendah belum mampu dalam aktivitas generasional baik pada indikator menentukan bentuk aljabar yang ekuivalen maupun menyelesaikan operasi bentuk aljabar 3) kemampuan level-meta global siswa kategori tinggi, kategori sedang, dan kategori rendah cenderung belum mampu dalam indikator menggunakan aljabar untuk menganalisis perubahan, hubungan, dan memprediksi suatu masalah dalam matematika dan menggunakan aljabar untuk memodelkan masalah dan menyelesaikannya. AbstractThis study aims to determine the types of students' algebraic thinking skills. The focus in this research is generational abilities, transformational abilities, and global meta-level capabilities. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of this research were 29th grade students of Mts Ganrang Batu, Jeneponto Regency with 29 people, who were subsequently chosen as the subjects of the interviews were 6 people. Data collection techniques using diagnostic tests and in-depth interviews. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the generational abilities of high and medium category subject students tend to be able to determine the meaning of variable indicators of a problem and present problems in the relationships between variables. Subjects in the low category have not been able to be in generational activities, 2) the transformational abilities of high category students tend to be able to on indicators determine the equivalent algebraic form and complete the operation of the algebraic form. Subjects in the medium category in transformational activities are able to complete algebraic form operations, while subjects in the low category have not been able to in generational activities either on indicators determining equivalent algebraic forms or completing algebraic form operations 3) global meta-level ability of high category students, medium categories, and low categories tend not to be able to use indicators of algebra to analyze changes, relationships, and predict problems in mathematics and use algebra to model problems and solve them.

This study aims to obtain data empirically about the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (SLM) program in elementary schools in Tangerang City and Regency, Banten Indonesia. It discusses how far the SLM program has been implemented and what obstacles have been experienced in implementing it in the level of elementary schools. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research located at SDN Jurumudi 2, SDN Gempol Sari, SDN Sudimara Timur 5, SDN Ciakar, dan SDS Mutiara Hati Tangerang. Subjects were principals, teachers and students. The research instruments used are interview, observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the SLM program in elementary schools in Kota and Kabupaten Tangerang is merely at the habituation stage. Therefore, the implementation of the SLM program in primary schools needs to be improved through comprehensive and sustainable socialization and assistance in order to achieve the objectives of the SLM program.
