Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis dan menginterpretasi serta melihat fenomena yang ada dan apa yang akan diperlukan terkait dengan efektivitas kebijakan dan strategis dalam memberdayakan pegawai melalui pengamatan atau analisis guna mendapatkan temuan-temuan dalam mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh setiap pegawai dengan tetap mengacu kepada pendekatan konsep manajemen sumber daya manusia dan perilaku organisasi yang mengarah kepada peningkatan pegawai secara keseluruhan. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah lingkungan Kerja (X1), Motivasi (X2), Kompetensi (X3) dan Kinerja (Y) yang diukur dengan skala Likert. Populasinya adalah pegawai Badan Kesbangpol Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yang berjumlah 60 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis keabsahan data dan analisis statistik data dengan menggunakan program SPSS 20.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi dan Kompetensi, parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kesbangpol Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Motivasi memberikan pengaruh dominan terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kesbangpol Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dibandingkan dengan variabel Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi. Jadi dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis diterima. This study aims to examine, analyze, interprete and observe the existing phenomenon and what will be needed related to the effectiveness of policies and strategies in empowering employees through observation or analysis in order to figure out how to develop the potential possessed by the employees while still referring to management concept of human resources and organizational behavior that lead to the overall employee improvement. The variables in this study are the Work Environment (X1), Motivation (X2), Competence (X3) and Performance (Y) which are measured using Likert scale. The population of this study are the employees of the National Unity and Politics Agency of South Sulawesi Province, totaling 60 people. This research uses saturated samples. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data validity analysis and statistical data analysis using the SPSS 20.0 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that the Work Environment, Motivation and Competence, partially and simultaneously, have a significant effect on employee performance at the National Unity and Politics Agency of South Sulawesi Province. Motivation has a dominant influence on employee performance in the National Unity and Politics Agency of South Sulawesi Province compared to the Work Environment and Motivation variables. So it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted.

This study aims to describe the work environment, motivation, competence and performance of employees in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. To analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance. To analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance. To analyze the influence of competence on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees in the Land Office of Ponorogo Regency as many as 93 people. A sample of 93 people with a sampling technique using a type of non-probability sampling, namely total sampling (census). Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results obtained from this study are the work environment is in a fairly good category, work motivation, competence and employee performance are in good categories. The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. Work motivation does not have a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office. Competence has a significant effect on employee performance in the Ponorogo Regency Land Office.

Performance can be viewed as a process or a work result. The purpose of this research is to find out how to increase the motivation and performance of employees so that it has an impact on the progress of the company by paying attention to the factors of remuneration and work environment. This research was conducted at JO WIKA-MPK PLTD MFO 50 MW. The number of samples used was 105 employees, using the total sampling technique method. Data collection was carried out through observation, literature study, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was the Structural Equation Model assisted by the AMOS 22 program. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the effect of remuneration on motivation was significant. Furthermore, the effect of work environment on motivation is significant. The influence of motivation on employee performance is significant. The effect of remuneration on employee performance is significant. The influence of the work environment on employee performance is significant. To be able to foster morale in order to improve employee performance, employees must be motivated to be enthusiastic in carrying out their duties in order to achieve the vision and mission the company wants to achieve. The study was conducted to determine the description of compensation, work environment, and performance of honorary teachers, and to determine the effect of compensation and the work environment on the performance of honorary teachers at the Cirebon Islamic Center SMK. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey method. The theory used is the theory of organizational behavior from Stephen P Robbins. The data collection tool is a questionnaire given to respondents of 40 honorary teachers. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that (1) the description of high compensation (2) a description of the conducive work environment (3) an overview of the performance of moderate honorary teachers (4) there is an effect of compensation and work environment on the performance of honorary teachers both partially and simultaneously.ABSTRAKPenelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja guru honorer, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru honorer di SMK Islamic Centre Kabupaten Cirebon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori perilaku organisasi dari Stephen P Robbins. Alat pengumpulan datanya adalah angket yang diberikan kepada responden sejumlah 40 guru honorer. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) gambaran tentang kompensasi tinggi (2) gambaran tentang lingkungan kerja kondusif (3) gambaran tentang kinerja guru honorer sedang  (4) terdapat  pengaruh dari kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru honorer baik parsial maupun simultan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja ter-hadap kinerja pegawai pada Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Regional Makassar. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh (sensus) terhadap seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 49 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PPSDM Regional Makassar.   This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Makassar Regional Human Resources Development Center. The sampling method uses saturated sampling (census) of all 49 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance PPSDM Regional Makassar.

This study purposes were determined the effect of leadership, work environment, work discipline and motivation on employee performance at the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Grobogan Regency. The research type is a survey research using a questionnaire as the instrument. The research population are employees at the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan, Grobogan Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 62 respondents. Data collection technique used questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The research results shown that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership, work environment, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance both individually and simultaneously. Leadership is the variable with the most dominant effect on the performance of the employees of the Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan in Grobogan Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of Teamwork, Internal Work Environment and Financial Compensation on Employee Performance at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach method. Sampling in this study was carried out by non probability sampling method  with saturated sample technique with the number of respondents as many as 95 respondents who become employees at Sold Out Distro in Tulangan Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS statistics version 25 program. The results of this study prove that Teamwork partially affect Employee Performance, Internal Work Environment partially affect Employee Performance and Financial Compensation partially affect Employee Performance.

This study aims to see the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance with work discipline as a mediating variable for the employees of the Bagelen District Office. The population for this study were employees of the Bagelen District Office, Purworejo Regency. The sample used was 45 respondents. The technique used in this research is saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used the SPSS 25 application. This study used a quantitative approach. The test instruments used in the study were validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis test used in this study is the t test. The results showed that extrinsic motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, extrinsic motivation has a positive effect on employee performance through work discipline, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance through work discipline. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the influence of motivation, work environment, and work morale mediation on employee performance at Metro Kampus Yogyakarta. The sample in this study is part of the target population is 100 employees of Metro Yogyakarta Campus, where the sample is determined by the Slovin formula. The data was collected using a questionnaire or questionnaire collection method. The data analysis technique used is the regression technique which is supported by t-test and classical assumptions, the data that has been obtained are processed using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on morale or performance in accordance with the significance test carried out by the test. -t and obtained tcount> ttable (6.089> 1.67722) and (2.987> 1.67722) with a  = 0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on morale or performance according to the significance test which was carried out by t-test and obtained tcount> ttable (4.273> 1.67722) and (2.037> 1.67722) with a  = 0.05 so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, morale had a positive and significant effect on performance in accordance with the test. The significance was carried out by t-test and obtained tcount> ttable (2.560> 1.67722) with a  = 0.05 so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted.

Purpose - This research is conducted to know the description of motivation, work environment and employee performance of PT. Barrix Sinindo Jakarta.Design / methodology / approach - Unit of analysis in this study ie employees of PT. Barrix Sinindo Jakarta, totaling 30 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, While the data analysis techniques performed is descriptive and verifikatif analysis. The research method used is explanatory survey method.Findings - Based on the results of the study, it was found that job motivation in the high category to the score of 48,2%, work environment in the conducive category with the score of 39,8% and performance of employee was in the high category with the score of 49,4%Originality/value-  This study provides a basis for understanding the issues of motivation and work environment on performance of empliyee. The difference of this research with previous research is located on the object which is the company in expedition that is in PT. Barriq Sinindo Jakarta, with the variables studied motivation, work environment and performance of employee, and using theory or reference different from researcher previous.

Human resources are the most important assets of an organization because they are one of the assets that have a vital role in moving the organization to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were all employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung, amounting to 34 people, sampling using the census method, namely all employees of PT. BPR Desa Sangeh Abiansemal Badung, amounting to 34 people. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that organizational culture and work environment have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. BPR Sangeh Village. Suggestions that can be given are to improve organizational culture and work environment conditions so that employee performance increases.
