Abstract. The purpose of this study is to identify the contributing factors to the undevelopment of Celebes Canyon attractions and to formulate a strategy direction for the development of Celebes canyon attraction in Barru Regency.This study uses multiple Liniear Regression analysis methods and and Descriptive Analysis methods. Based on the results of the analysis there are several factors that affect the undeveloped attraction Celebes Canyon. The main conclusions of the analysis of multiple linear regressions in which tourist attractions, tourist attractions, tourist attractions, promotions and information and accessibility greatly influence the undeveloped attractions of Celebes Canyon. The results showed that there is a remarkable beauty felt by visitors who visit celebes canyon attractions, especially in its natural panorama and katrs rocks that are only obtained in Celebes Canyon tourism. But for, to expand it is necessary strategy, namely pengeleloa must make use of vacant land, optimize facilities and infrastructure and add tourist traction so that Celebes Canyon tourism can compete with other wista objects.   Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk  mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab belum berkembangnya objek wisata Celebes Canyon dan untuk merumuskan arahan strategi pengembangan objek wisata Celebes canyon di Kabupaten Barru.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Regresi Liniear Berganda dan dan metode Analisis Deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi tidak berkembang nya objek wisata Celebes Canyon. Kesimpulan utama dari hasil analisis regresi linear berganda di mana daya tarik wisata, sarana wisata, perasarana wisata, promosi dan informasi dan aksebilitas sangat berpengaruh terhadap tidak berkembang nya objek wisata Celebes Canyon. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada keindahan yang sangat luar biasa yang dirasakan oleh pengunjung yang berkunjung ke objek wisata Celebes Canyon, terutama pada panorama alam nya dan bebatuan katrs yang hanya didapat di wisata Celebes Canyon. Namun untuk, untuk mengembangka maka di butuhkan strategi, yaitu pengeleloa harus memanfaatkan lahan yang kosong, mengoftimalkan sarana dan prasarana dan melakukan penambahan antraksi wisata agar wisata Celebes Canyon mampu bersaing dengan objek wista yang lain.

The purpose of this study is to understanding the influence product, advertising design, advertising color, advertising message, and brand image toward interest to Danamon’s Debit Card Manchester United advertising brochure at Yogyakarta. The data was gained by spreading 100 questionnaires to 100 respondents who has never had the Danamon’s Debit Card Manchester United. The analysis methods that used in this research is multiple linear regressions. Based on the result of multiple linear regressions, the results showed product, brochure design, brochure color, brochure message and brand image that influencing the having interest of Danamon’s Debit Card Manchester United at Yogyakarta Keywords: Product, Brochure design, Brochure color, Brochure message and Brand image

This research aimed to analyze the effects of knowledge, training, and competency on the performance, which local public agricultural mentors/officers in the Yapen Islands Regency are the unit analysis. Of 100 respondents were used as the saturated sample in this research. The research applied a survey method and used a five-point Likert scale as the instrument and the statistics program SPSS to analyze data. The analysis methods included descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, and regression analysis. The research results show that the variables knowledge, training, and competency had significant positive effects on local public agricultural mentors' performance at the Yapen Islands Regency.

Regression analysis is a widely used statistical technique to build a model from a set of data on two or more variables. Linear regression is based on linear correlation, and assumes that change in one variable is accompanied by a proportional change in another variable. Simple linear regression, or bivariate regression, is used for predicting the value of one variable from another variable (predictor); however, multiple linear regression, which enables us to analyse more than one predictor or variable, is more commonly used. This paper explains both simple and multiple linear regressions illustrated with an example of analysis and also discusses some common errors in presenting the results of regression, including inappropriate titles, causal language, inappropriate conclusions, and misinterpretation.

This research was aimed to examine the effect of experience, expertise,and professional skepticism toward fraud detection empirical study in BPK RI South Sumatra Representative. The research uses independent variables is experience, expertise and professional skepticism. The dependent variabels are fraud detection. The population of this study is all of the auditors working at BPK RI South Sumatra Respresentative. The samples was conducted by total sampling. For collecting data, the writer uses questionnaires.The Data Analysis uses a multiple linear regressions using the Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS) version 21. The statistical method which is used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that experience and expertise have a influence on fraud detection. Variable professional skepticism have no influence on fraud detection.

The purpose of this study is to understand the influence between motivation, discipline, work satisfaction and company environment with employees performance in PT Profab Indonesia. As understood that employees are company’s asset therefore improving employee’s performance will lead to improvement of company’s productivity. There are four elements or variables which are believed to influence employee’s performance. These variables are motivation, discipline, work satisfaction and company environment. To obtain the required data, the observer used some methods such as interviews, observations and distributing the questionnaires. The questionnaires were made based on the four independent variables and one dependent variable. There were 200 employees selected as respondents to fill the questionnaires, and the data obtained were analyzed using SPSS program. Tests were made using statistical methods i.e. descriptive analysis, prerequisite analytical test, t-test, F-test, multiple linear regressions and coefficients determination. The results obtained from the statistical analysis gives the conclusion and proves that there was significant correlation between the motivation, discipline, work satisfaction and company environment with employee’s performance either partially or simultaneously. This was shown in coefficient correlation value of 0.919 which is equal to ‘very strong’ and the value of adjusted R square of 0.841 or 84.1%, which means that the influence of motivation, discipline, work satisfaction and company environment toward employees’ performance is very strong, with the percentage of 84.1%.

<em>This research use descriptive research with quantitative approach. There are three variables that are used in this research: Individual Differences, Environmental Factors and Buying Decision. The collection of data obtained through online questionnaires, which were distributed randomly in Jakarta. The sample in this research was 100 respondents. The sampling technique of this research is random sampling. The data analysis uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regressions. The results in this research showed that Individual Differences and Environmental Factors simultaneously affecting Buying Decision significantly. The other results showed that Individual Difference and Environmental Factors partially affecting Buying Decision significantly. Based on the result of this research, it’s better for Insurance Company to considerate people personal individual differences and also environmental factors to strengthen the sales of unit link product.</em>

The purpose of this of this research is to find out of marketing mixed perception on repurchase decision the EMKL companies. Analytical tool that the research employed was multiple linear regressions to know the effect of service users’ perception on the product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process concerned with the repurchase decision the EMKL services. Hypotheses were verified by performing regression analysis (F-test) and partial testing (t-test). The result showed that the perception of service user on product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process have significant effect on the repurchase decision. This could be seen from F-test of 10.884 larger than F table of 2.21. Thus, hypothesis starting that perception of the service users on product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process had significant influence on repurchase decision the EMKL service was accepted.

This study examines the effect of Celebrity Endorser on the purchase decision of Batam Olehlo. Respondents from this study were consumers who have purchased the product of Batam Olehlo. The population in this study is Batam community with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method with the Slovin formula. The data is collected through a questionnaire which is given directly to the respondent. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis using multiple linear regressions, classical assumption test, t test with a significance level of 0.1, and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study are the three variables of celebrity endorser namely attractiveness, trustworthiness, and expertise partially and simultantly positive and significant effect on the purchase decision.

The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of service quality, perceived value, and corporate image of the hospital toward inpatient satisfaction of private hospitals in Jabodetabek.  This study is categorized as a survey research, where researchers distributed questionnaires to 155 respondents who had been inpatients in private hospitals in Jabodetabek area. The method that used in this research is quantitative method and descriptive analysis. The method used in this research is simple and multiple linear regressions using SPSS v20. The results of this research showed that service quality, perceived value, and corporate image of Private Hospitals in Jabodetabek have significantly affect patient satisfaction on private hospitals in Jabodetabek.
