   This writing is aimed at describing the relationship between work and loyalty environment with the motivation of employees ' work at PT. Blessing of the people of Tasikmalaya, either individually or together.   Writing this poured from research method with the survey method.  Where the research respondents are employees of PT. The people of mind Tasikmalaya as many as 30 employees, from 30 employees were elected based on the census technique. The instrument used is a poll.    The results of this study found that: firstly, there is a positive relationship between the working environment with the motivation of employee work PT. Blessing of People's mind Tasikmalaya.  That means the better the working environment where an employee works, the higher the motivation of the employee's work.  Secondly, there is a positive relationship between loyalty with the motivation of employees work PT. Blessing minds of Tasikmalaya people.Keywords: Work environment, loyalty, work motivation

The study aims to determine the relationship between age and the relationship between body weight and the selling price of cattle. This research was conducted in the District of Ranomeeto Konawe Selatan District, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The material used was 72 male Bali cattle. The parameters observed were selling price, age, and body weight using the Winter formula which uses chest circumference, body length, and shoulder height as estimators and using a digital scale. The research method used in the study is a survey method with the Pearson correlation analysis model. Based on the discussion and the results of the analysis show that there is a very strong and positive relationship between age and body weight with the selling price of male Bali cattle in Ranomeeto District, Konawe Selatan Regency, namely between body weight and selling price has the highest coefficient value. Consequently, the coefficient value between age and selling price is 0.886 while between body weight and selling price the coefficient value is 0.952.

This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership style and work environment with work motivation. The research was conducted at BRIMOB POLDA SUMUT. The number of respondents in this study was 106 members of BRIMOB POLDA SUMUT  with sampling technique random sampling. Based on spearman rank data analysis, there is a significant level between leadership style (X1) with work motivation (Y) with significant value 0.000 0,05, that was to prove that there was a partial relationship of leadership style with work motivation. While the working environment relation (X2) with work motivation (Y) with significant value 0,000 0,05. It proves that there was a partial relationship work environment with work motivation. While the significance level of leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2) with work motivation (Y) with significant value 0,000 0,05 were related simultaneously, the hypothesis in this research was accepted. The correlation of leadership style relation and work environment with work motivation of BRIMOB members was 49.7% .

This study aimed to investigate the antecedents influencing employees’ engagement at universities in Amhar Reginal state Ethiopia. The study used descriptive and explanatory research designs. A total of 320 academics staffs were taken from ten Amhara Reginal State public Universities as a sample and 282 valid questionnaires collected. Convenience and snowball sampling were used to select the employees from each University. Also, cross sectional survey method applied to collect data via Likert scale questionnaire. Correlation and multiple regression modeling were used to appraisal association and predict the relationships. Initially, a pilot test was a sampled of 30 instructors to check data scale reliability. The study found that all the independent variables (work environment, leadership, reward, organizational support, work motivation) variables had statistically significant correlation with employees’ engagement. Morover the study founded that all the studied variables were predictors of workers engagement(R2= 0.662); but the predictors that had foremost influence were working environment, leadership and work motivation. Remarkable emphasis and devotion is required particularly on variables such as working environment, leadership and work motivation as they have reveled significantly greater influence on employees engagement. Universities shall focus on creating better work environment, working on instructors motivating factors and more work is required to improve the leadership to boost work engagement.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between students’ personality and environment with their Indonesian Language ability. This research was conducted in South Tangerang City involving 392 2nd grade students. This research method used correlational method with quantitative approach by using descriptive statistics. Data was collected using an assessment scale instrument and analyzed by using correlation technique (regression). The results of this study showed that: (1) There was a positive relationship between personality and students’ Indonesian Language ability with a significant level of α = 0.05, obtained tcal 8.77 ˃ ttable 1.97. (2) There wasa positive relationship between the environment and the students’ Indonesian Language ability with a significant level of α = 0.05, which obtained 9.03 ˃ t table 1.97. (3) There was a positive relationship between personality and environment with the students’ Indonesian Language ability; with a significant level of α = 0.05, obtained tcal 7.92 ˃ t table 1.97. The Implications of the study identified that Indonesian Language ability of the students can be influenced by their personality and environment.

This study aims to determine and understand the relationship between work motivation and participatory leadership with the work behavior of the Functional Staff of the Education and Culture Office of East Nusa Tenggara Province because the Province of East Nusa Tenggara is one of the provinces whose development and growth is relatively slower compared to other provinces in Indonesia. The study population was the functional staff who did not have a structural position of 94 people. Samples were taken as many as 75 people. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument.Based on hypothesis testing, this study found: (1) there was a relationship between work motivation and work behavior in which work motivation contributed 49.29% to work behavior, (2) there was a positive relationship between participative leadership and work behavior in which participative leadership contributed 51.49% of work behavior, and there is a positive relationship between work motivation and participatory leadership together with work behavior. Where work motivation and participatory leadership together contribute 67.01% to work behavior. From the three findings, the conclusions of this study are stated that: (a) Work behavior provides a good relationship to increase work motivation, (b) Work behavior can be improved by considering participatory leadership, by involving employees in every decision making, respecting opinions and proposals employees, and enhance collaboration.

A B S T R A C T Fraud can happen in the work environment in field of education. The purpose of this study was to demonstrate and explain empirically that there is the influence of the working environment, personal attitude and administration system against fraud. The study was conducted by survey method. Samples are 84 administrative employees and teachers in SMA and SMK Sukabumi. Testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis. Instruments adopted from previous research. Validity and reliability tests conducted before hypothesis test. The research proves that the work environment against fraud. Personal influence attitude and system administration against fraud is not proven significantly. A B S T R A K Kecurangan dapat terjadi di lingkungan kerja di bidang pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan dan menjelaskan secara empiris bahwa ada pengaruh lingkungan kerja, personal attitude dan sistem administrasi terhadap fraud. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey. Sampel adalah 84 pegawai tata usaha dan guru di SMAN dan SMKN Sukabumi. Pengujian dilakukan dengan uji regresi liner berganda. Instrumen diadopsi dari peneliti sebelumnya. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan sebelum dilakukan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja terhadap fraud. Pengaruh personal attitude dan sistem administrasi terhadap fraud tidak terbukti secara signifikan. JEL Classification: H22, I22

This study aims to analyze and prove the Influence Career Development, Work Environment, Compensation and it’s implication on job satisfaction of permanent lecturer of maritime colleges in DKI Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive survey method and explanatory survey with 253 respondents. The analysis of the data used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), consisting of career development, work environment and compensation as exogenous variables, job satisfaction as an endogenous variable. Based on the partially and simultaneous research that Career development, work environment and compensation have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with a contribution (R2) of 92 %. Work environment has the most dominantt effect on the job satisfaction of lecturers at maritime colleges in DKI Jakarta.

INTISARI    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT. ITRASAL yang dimediasi oleh Motivasi Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian metode asosiatif dengan jenis penelitian  survey  yang akan mengungkapkan hubungan dua variabel, yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan sebagai variabel bebas dan Produktivitas sebagai variabel terikat. Data primer berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan bagian Liquid Departemen Produksi PT ITRASAL, dan hasil diskusi dengan karyawan bagian tersebut. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode korelasi dan regresi linear. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,557 dan nilai t adalah 8.951. Nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi adalah 0,278 dan nilai t adalah 5,022. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi. Nilai r untuk variabel Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,377 dan nilai t adalah 6,251. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas. Kata kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja, Produktivitas karyawan  ABSTRACT  This study aims to identify the relationship of leadership style to employee productivity PT. ITRASAL is mediated by work motivation. This research uses the research design of associative method with the type of survey research that will reveal the relationship of two variables, namely Leadership Style as independent variable and productivity as dependent variable. Primary data comes from a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Liquid Department of Production Department of PT ITRASAL, and the results of discussions with employees of that section. Further data obtained were analyzed using correlation and linear regression method. From this research, the result that r value for leadership style variable to productivity is 0,557 and t value is 8,951. The r value for the leadership style variable for motivation is 0.278 and the t value is 5.022. There is a positive relationship between leadership style on productivity and leadership style have a positive effect on motivation. The r value for the Motivation variable on productivity is 0.377 and the t value is 6.251. There is a positive relationship between motivation to productivity. This study aims to examine the effect of compensation, environment and leadership style on employee morale and performance through study motivation at PT. EX. This study used a sample of 95 respondents, namely employees of the production section of PT. EX. which is taken using non-probability sampling techniques from the population or production employees. The data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS) approach using the Smart PLS version 3.0 software. The results showed that: Compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, compensation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on morale, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and employee morale. Leadership style has no effect on work motivation, employee performance and morale. Compensation and work environment have no effect on employee performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation through work motivation, the environment has a positive and significant effect on morale through work motivation. In addition, motivation cannot mediate the relationship between leadership style and employee performance, and motivation cannot mediate the relationship between leadership style and morale.

This paper questions the extent to which that method and that theory were in reality meaningfully associated, and argues against the position that theory and method are in general invariably connected in the way suggested.
