The impact of the corona virus pandemic (covid-19) is felt in all aspects of community life, especially Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Through various training and mentoring activities which include the use of online marketing and sales improvement strategies is a concrete and concrete manifestation in an effort to increase entrepreneurial awareness among students of SMK IPIEMS Surabaya. The purpose of the realization of Community Service Activities through Online Marketing Training and Assistance by Utilizing the Shopee Mobile Marketplace Platform and Strategies to Increase Sales in the Covid Pandemic Period at SMK IPIEMS Surabaya is to provide insight and understanding of the importance of the ability to do online marketing and increase sales of goods to consumers. students of SMK IPIEMS Surabaya so that when they graduate they become entrepreneurs. In addition to lecturers from the School of Economics Indonesia Surabaya as the implementer of this Community Service activity, the counseling and mentoring carried out also involves strategic partners, namely Shopee Indonesia. The results obtained from this training and mentoring activity are students' understanding of the online marketing of the Mobile Marketplace Platform and sales improvement strategies, in order to increase product value and the resulting sales turnover.

The increasing number of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia in mid-2021 around June brought increasing adverse effects, one of which was the ongoing economic crisis. This is certainly a problem for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in Indonesia, among others, such as marketing activities, production development, distribution between consumers are all affected. This community service activity aims to improve the skills and productivity of residents in supporting community entrepreneurial activities in RW 01 Pringtutul Hamlet, Barepan Village. So far, buying and selling activities in the market are not allowed to reduce cases of the spread of COVID-1. Conditions like this force every person to be able to survive in these limited conditions. One thing that can be done is to become a productive human being, even though you are in your own environment as well as at home. This service activity is carried out through counseling and mentoring methods with practice in making mask connectors and decorating bags/tote bags with the "Tie Dye" technique. The participation and enthusiasm of the residents of RW 01 in Pringtutul Hamlet, Barepan Village in participating in a series of activities was very good and active to ask questions and try to do everything that was taught in the training on making connectors and decorating bags/tote bags. The implementation is also carried out by implementing health protocols, namely by not gathering many people, washing hands, using masks and using hand sanitizer. The impact of this service activity is being able to increase creativity, insight and support entrepreneurial activities during the COVID-19 pandemic.Meningkatnya kasus COVID-19 di Indonesia pada pertengahan tahun 2021 sekitar bulan Juni membawa dampak buruk yang semakin meningkat, salah satunya yaitu krisis ekonomi yang masih berkelanjutan. hal ini tentu menjadi masalah bagi seorang UKM (Usaha Kecil dan Menengah) di Indonesia antara lain, seperti kegiatan pemasaran, pengembangan produksi, distribusi antar konsumen semua terkena dampaknya. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan produktivitas warga dalam menunjang kegiatan kewirausahaan masyarakat RW 01 Dusun Pringtutul, Desa Barepan. Selama ini kegiatan jual beli di pasar tidak diperbolehkan untuk mengurangi kasus persebaran COVID-1. Kondisi yang seperti ini memaksa setiap individu untuk bisa bertahan dalam kondisi yang serba terbatas ini. Salah satu yang bisa dilakukan yaitu menjadi manusia produktif walaupun berada di lingkungan sendiri seperti halnya di rumah. Kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan melalui metode penyuluhan dan pendampingan dengan praktik dalam membuat konektor masker serta menghias tas/tote bag dengan teknik “Tie Dye”. Partisipasi dan antusiasme warga RW 01 di Dusun Pringtutul, Desa Barepan dalam mengikuti serangkaian kegiatan sangatlah baik serta aktif untuk bertanya dan berusaha bisa melakukan segala hal yang diajarkan dalam pelatihan pembuatan konektor serta menghias tas/tote bag. Pelaksanakan juga dilakukan dengan menerapkan protokol kesehatan yaitu dengan tidak mengumpulkan banyak orang, melakukan cuci tangan, menggunakan masker serta menggunakan handsanitizer. Dampak dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu mampu meningkatkan kreatifitas, wawasan serta menunjang kegiatan kewirausahaan di masa pandemi COVID-19.

This community service activity aims to socialize and provide counseling related to knowledge on how to maximize sales through online marketing by opening a business in E-Marketplac. The method used in the form of delivery of material in the form of presentation theory and practice / application of account creation in the E-Marketplace. The method of activity used is in collaboration with the Community Empowerment Institute (LPM) of Depok Village, the activity is carried out at Al Awwal Mosque Jalan Mawar Raya Depok Jaya and provides solutions in accordance with the problems faced by providing training in the form of materials and practices aimed at developing the ability to increase marketing via online media in the E-Marketplace for participants from LPM. The results of the activity showed that prior to the implementation of the PKM, participants from the Community Empowerment Institute (LPM) had known several types of E-Marketplaces, which were related to marketing products through online media that were in one Market, but they only knew the types of E-Marketplaces. of course, they have not been able to create an account and publish products into the E-Marketplace account. However, after the implementation of the activity it was known that the participants from the LPM could understand the basics of creating an account by choosing a Marketplace that was in accordance with the products / services they would market in order to achieve the right target.Keywords: E-Marketplace, Small and Medium Enterprises

Abstract Purpose: This activity aims to provide counselling for micro, small, and medium enterprises affected by the Covid-19 pandemic because they cannot open their stores at Blu Plaza in Bekasi, West Java. The Covid-19 pandemic has affected this community greatly since 2020, and the members of UMKM Blu Plaza asked for advice regarding marketing and financial aspects to survive. Research Methodology: There were seventeen participants counselling was conducted online using Zoom application by giving training materials and asked the participants to be proactive by asking questions and doing some real exercises. Results: The counselling results show that participants are able to do some exercises about working capital and the cost of goods sold. Also, their understanding of selling products via online marketing has improved. The post counselling questionnaire shows that the participants are very interested in the topics and asked for more time to participate in the following community service activity. However, the participant-trainer interaction was not optimal due to the pandemic situation. Future activities can use additional features with the help of information technology to attract more participants. Conclusions: By implementing online community service, counsellors can interact with the participants and ask them to do some exercises. This is a way to increase people’s participation, and results showed that their understanding of the topics increased.

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p>Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakan ini adalah agar setelah mengikuti kegiatan para peserta yakni pelaku Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki kemampuan untuk memahami dan menyusun laporan keuangan dasar yang terdiri dari laporan laba-rugi, laporan posisi keuangan, dan laporan perubahan modal. </p><p>Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan yang meliputi ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta latihan soal-soal. Materi pelatihan berupa modul penyusunan laporan keuangan dasar. Peserta pelatihan adalah para pelaku UMKM Jakarta Selatan. Analisis terhadap kegiatan dilakukan dengan memberikan skor terhadap latihan soal-soal yang diberikan kepada para peserta. </p><p>Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan bahwa pelatihan telah berjalan efektif. Training materials were a module of the preparation of basic financial statement. The participants of this training were the entrepreneurs of MSME of South Jakarta. The activity was analyzed by scoring the exercises delivered to the participants. </em></p><p><em>The results shows that the training is effective. UKM (small and medium enterprises) in the Tembesi Tower, Tembesi sub-district, are not developing well. This is indicated by the low turnover obtained by each UKM (small and medium enterprise) in 1 month. customer expectations. New products must be made so that these small and medium businesses can survive and continue to exist. The new product must have a distinctive and good quality so that the product positioning is clearer and able to compete with other products on the market. This service activity aims to provide a solution to this by creating a new product in the form of a dab soap that is safe for health and environmentally friendly. Some soaps circulating in the market only prioritize cleaning power, but the chemical content in the soap is harmful to health and the environment. The impact of conventional soap on health is irritation of the skin which, if left for a long time, the irritation will turn into eczema. In addition, conventional soap also harms the environment because the raw material for soap comes from petroleum which is difficult to be broken down by bacteria. Community service activities are carried out in the form of coaching. The service team expects to increase the income and advantages of UKM (small and medium businesses) in the Tembesi Tower and to be able to create jobs or open a business with a revolutionary cream soap product design.

The purpose of the community service is to increase the products competitiveness of the Belimbing Wangi SMEs, Watesari Village, Balongbendo District, Sidoarjo Regency. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is extraordinary, especially for the Belimbing Wangi SMEs business group, where the production process and turnover has decreased, because business management is still carried out conventionally and Watesari Village tourism must be closed according to government regulations. The service method used is field observation, trial of processed star fruit products, training and assistance in processing star fruit juice, and business management training. As a result of the assistance, partners understand the importance of conducting business management and finding the best formula for star fruit juice drinks. This training also supports the sustainability of the Belimbing Wangi SMEs business and competes at the global market level.

The insufficiency of understanding of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) among woman entrepreneur in Indonesia is a problem that needs to be resolved. Because Indonesia has the potential to develop business through e-commerce. At present, there are many small and medium enterprises, especially those spread in Malang Regency, dominated by women as business actors. However, they have difficulties in marketing products, especially online marketing. To overcome this problem, we proposed a training program to improve the understanding of ICT for women entrepreneur, especially who is a member of Aisyiyah Organization in Malang. This program will provide ICT training as well as mentoring. Output targets of this program are: 1) partners are able to manage online stores independently; and 2) partners can market their products online through web media, social media, and market place. The material to be provided includes: an introduction to the internet, creating e-mail, marketing through social media, marketing through the market place, and marketing through online web shops. Through the program, the knowledge and skills of women entrepreneur of Aisyiyah Malang can increase so that they can become capital to be more competitive, especially in entering the global market.

ABSTRAKIndustri Kecil Menengah atau Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Salatiga sebanyak 1.969 unit usaha dan menyerap 14.647 orang tenaga kerja. Akan tetapi terdapat beberapa hal yang masih perlu ditingkatkan pada UMKM di Kota Salatiga adalah metode promosi, efisiensi serta efektifitas proses bisnis penjualan serta distribusi. Oleh karena itu pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Mayarakat (PKM) dilakukan pembangunan marketplace dengan mitra Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil, dan Menengah (DinkopUKM) Kota Salatiga untuk memberdayakan para pelaku UMKM di Kota Salatiga. Selain itu pada PKM ini juga dilakukan pelatihan kepada para pelaku UMKM se-kota Salatiga terkait penggunaan marketplace yang dibangun. Dari evaluasi kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan metode observasi didapatkan bahwa kemauan para peserta untuk mempelajari dan beradaptasi menggunakan marketplace cukup besar meskipun kebanyakan dari para pelaku UMKM tersebut kurang dalam penguasaan teknologi informasi. Kata kunci: marketplace; UMKM; promosi. ABSTRACTSmall and Medium Industries or Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Salatiga City totaling 1,969 business units and absorbing 14,647 workers. ABSTRAKPengelolaan dan manajemen bisnis dalam usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) masih menjadi permasalahan yang seringkali diabaikan oleh kebanyakan para pelaku UMKM. Masalah ini disebabkan karena masih minimnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan manajerial tentang bisnis yang dimiliki oleh SDM di UMKM tersebut. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan solusi tas masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra binaan, khususnya di UMKM Desa Kerinjing, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Sumatera Selatan. Fokus utama dalam pengabdian ini adalah memberikan berbagai pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam kaitannya dengan prinsip dasar manajemen bisnis yang baik, diantaranya yaitu tentang pemberdayaan dan peningkatan kompetensi SDM UMKM melalui pelatihan aplikasi marketplace. Disrupsi ekonomi digital dan adanya pandemi Covid-19 merupakan peluang yang seharusnya dapat dimanfaatkan oleh para pelaku usaha kecil untuk beralih ke bisnis online. Hal ini diupayakan untuk seiring sejalan dengan program pemerintah yang berupaya mewujudkan sebanyak 30juta UMKM untuk beralih ke bisnis online pada tahun 2024. Adapun khalayak sasaran yang menjadi mitra dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah para pelaku UMKM di Desa Kerinjing, Kecamatan Tanjung Raja, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. This is in accordance with the program that has been launched by the government, namely "30 million MSMEs go digital by 2024". ABSTRAK Krisis ekonomi yang dipicu oleh penyebaran virus SARS-Cov2 belum juga dapat dikendalikan. Kondisi ini telah menciptakan banyak masalah bagi pelaku UKM di Indonesia. Melemahnya daya beli konsumen dikuti dengan perubahan pola konsumsi masyarakat mendatangkan sejumlah masalah. Sektor kuliner menjadi salah satu yang terdampak berat. Usaha stik tempoyak yang merupakan hasil kreasi dari seorang ibu rumah tangga di Jambi yang ingin menciptakan oleh-oleh penganan ringan khas Jambi turut merasakan dampak tersebut. Berkurangnya jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Jambi dan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat memaksa UKM ini untuk mengubah cara pemasaran. Cara luring dengan kemasan produk yang sederhana tidak dapat dipertahankan. Kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan untuk membantu UKM binaan agar dapat bertahan sekaligus melakukan inovasi pengembangan produk. Kemasan produk yang menarik dapat dimanfaatkan untuk aktivitas pemasaran daring, yang  diperkirakan akan semakin intens pemanfaatannya sekalipun pandemi telah berakhir.     Kata Kunci: Kemasan Produk, UKM, Pemasaran     ABSTRACT The economic crisis triggered by the spread of the SARS-Cov2 virus has yet to be controlled. This condition has created many problems for SME entrepreneurs in Indonesia. The weakening of consumer purchasing power followed by changes in public consumption patterns has created a number of problems. The culinary sector is one of the hardest hit. The tempoyak stick business, which was the creation of a housewife in Jambi who wanted to create a typical Jambi snack, also felt the impact. The reduced number of tourist visits to Jambi and restrictions on community activities forced these SMEs to change their marketing methods. The simple way of offline with product packaging is untenable. This community service activity is carried out to help fostered SMEs to survive while at the same time making product development innovations. Attractive product packaging can be used for online marketing activities, which are expected to be more intense even though the pandemic has ended.   Keywords: Product Packaging, SME, Marketing.
