Measurement of time in the production process is necessary to know the length of time on each steps of making fish crackers. The timing is done directly using a stopwatch tool, with the aim of knowing the normal time, standard time, and cycle time as an improvement of production process time. In this study using descriptive method, which is one research method that describes the place of the process of production of fish crackers as appropriate. The result shows the time required in one production process is normal time 3986,12 minutes, standard time 4113,84 minutes, and cycle time get 2657,02 minutes.

This study examines the standard setting of processing time in increasing effectiveness and efficiency. The standard time is the time needed to complete a certain task at a speed that continues without causing bad results. The purpose of this study is to set a standard production process time to achieve effectiveness and efficiency of production. This research is a study that combines field research and literature. Methods of data collection using observation, interview and documentation techniques, while data analysis techniques using time study analysis. The results showed that the standard time of 860 minutes that had been determined by the company was a deviation of the time study of + 8% so that the realization of the next production process, the company could save on the use of production process time of 66.76 minutes.

Abstract South Labuhanbatu Regency has quite large water resources with the Barumun River which crosses Pasir Tuntung Village, Asamjawa Village, Kotapinang Village and Sisumut Village. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the income of fishermen in Asamjawa Village, South Labuhanbatu Regency. This research method is a descriptive method with a questionnaire tool and the data obtained were analyzed using SPSS software. The variables observed were fisherman’s income, fisherman’s education, length of time working as a fisherman, area of fishing location, daily working time, number of fishing gear and number of fisherman catches. The linear regression model of fishermen’s income in Asamjawa Village was obtained as follows: Y = -19.344,10 + 392.699,10 X1 - 5.024,53 X2 + 73.255,48 X3 + 16.349,29 X4 + 135.819,41 X5 + 12.465,72 X6. The regression analysis results obtained three variables that significantly affect the income of fishermen in Asamjawa Village, Torgamba District, South Labuhanbatu Regency. Where the variables that have a significant effect are the education variable, the number of catches, and daily working time.

PT Astoria Prima is a manufacturing company that runs in the field of cosmetic products, currently the company does not yet have a perfect time standard to be applied in the production process. In this study will take data on the production process of lipstick filling in which the filling process of production has hours of work and uncertain results due to the absence of standard time and the exact amount of labor. This study tries to measure the workload of a lipstick fill operator with a work sampling method. From the measurements obtained different standard times; operator 1 = 0.469 minutes, operator 2 = 0.475 minutes, operator 3 = 0.483 minutes, operator 4 = 0.465 minutes, operator 5 = 0.466 minutes, operator 6 = 0.501 minutes and operator 7 = 0.5 minutes. Different standard time because the job description, rating factor and allowance each operator different. From the standard time that has been obtained, it can be seen the number of operators who should be employed to complete the process from the beginning to finish lipstick filling is 7 operators. The average percentage or workload of employees obtained based on the results of data analysis is 104.52% that the workload obtained by the operator is sufficient in accordance with workload that can be received by a worker.

PT. ABC terus berupaya mempertahankan eksistensinya sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur. Industri memberikan peranan yang besar, selain itu inustri juga merupakan salah satu bidang otomotif yang berorientasi ekspor yang memberikan kontribusi yang cukup berarti terhadap devisa Negara. Untuk mengoptimalkan hasil produksi maka perlu dilakukan penjadwalan dari mesin – mesin yang digunakan. Metode yang dipakai adalah Dynamic Programming. Dengan menggunakan metode ini maka akan dilakukan penentuan jumlah stage dan state dari setiap mesin pada proses produksinya. Adapun data yang dibutuhkan adalah jumlah waktu standar, waktu proses produksi dan waktu setup untuk menentukan solusi optimal dari mesin – mesin yang digunakan dalam proses produksi. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang dilakukan didapat urutan – uratan mesin yang digunakan sehingga didapat hasil optimal dari mesin – mesin produksi, antara lain mesin penghancur (granulator) untuk Meshing, Drum Rotator untuk pengadukan, Reynold untuk Wet Granulation, Static Oven untuk pengeringan, Killian RUZS untuk penekanan dan untuk proses pelapisannya digunakan mesin Accelacota 48”. Dari hasil penelitian ini didapat waktu setup setiap mesin, serta dapat disimpulkan bahwa waktu standar dari proses produksi digunakan untuk menentukan nilai Rti dari Dynamic Programming Method, yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap yang saling berhubungan dimana pada setiap tahap tersebut terdiri dari beberapa bagian yang mungkin dapat dipilih, maka tahapan yang dipilih adalah proses pencacahan (Meshing), Mixing, Wet Granulation, Drying, Compressing, dan Coating. Waktu yang dapat dioptimalkan (Ct) pada urutan proses produksi ini sebesar 1445 menit dengan penghematan waktu sebanyak 805 menit.   PT. ABC continues to strive to maintain its existence as a company engaged in manufacturing. Industry provides a large role, besides that, industry is also one of the export-oriented automotive fields that provides a significant contribution to the country's foreign exchange. To optimize production results, it is necessary to schedule the machines used. The method used is Dynamic Programming. By using this method, the number of stages and state of each machine will be determined in the production process. The data what is needed is the amount of standard time, production process time and setup time to determine the optimal solution of the machines used in the production process. Based on the data processing performed, the sequence is obtained- the machine is used so that the optimal results from the production machines are obtained, including the crushing machine (granulator) for Meshing, drum rotator for stirring, Reynold for Wet Granulation, Static Oven for drying, Killian RUZS for the machine and the coating process used by the machine Accelacota 48 ". From the results of this study, the setup time of each machine is obtained, and it can be concluded that the standard time of the production process is used to determine the Rti value of the Dynamic Programming Method, which consists of several interconnected stages where each of the stages may be selected , then the steps chosen are the process of enumeration (Meshing), Mixing, Wet Granulation, Drying, Compressing, and Coating. Optimized time (Ct) in the sequence of this production process is 1445 minutes with a time savings of 805 minutes.

The development of today's communications media has enabled people around the world to communicate with each other. This study aims to find out how the pre-production process of the Captivating Story of the Exemplary Program, how the process of implementing the production of the Captivating Story of the Exemplary, and how the evaluation process in the Program Story of the Model in Radio Rodja. This research uses qualitative approach. The research method used by the author is descriptive analysis. Descriptive method aims to describe the systematic facts or characteristics of a particular population or field in a fact and accurate. In other words, this method analyzes and interprets the meaning of the data. In the program of the captivating story of the exemplar through several stages: pre production includes: ideas, format planning, broadcast materials, performers, program name, and time of broadcast. The production process includes: the implementation of broadcasting, production materials, production executors, and facilities and infrastructure. Post production is weekly evaluation and the whole team

This study aims to calculate the standard time to produce the right time in producing corn thresher machine, so that the production capacity in one month is obtained at CV. Citra Dragon. Observations was made in the manufacture of corn threshing machine. Working time data was collected using stopwactch time study and adjustment method used was Westinghouse. The research method use was to analyze the work done by operators in the manufacture of corn thresher machine, and calculate the operator’s working time per work element. The result showed that the standard time needed in the process of making 1 unit of corn thresher machine is 78.603 second (21 hours) and the production capacity per month is 7 units of corn thresher machine.

<p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><strong></strong><br />Copper handicrafts made by craftsmen in Tumang village, Boyolali Regency, are well known in various cities on Java. it is inseparable from the process and manufacturing techniques that continue to be maintained, that is forging and carving techniques.<br />The design results of the craft products made tends to use traditional design style, and require a long time for the making. The purpose of this research is to produce a new design form with a simpler carving pattern and allow for a faster production process time. The simplification of the production process allows the making of products with more quantity. The main research method used is direct observation of the process of<br />making carvings by metal carving experts at craft centers. The results of this new design form can accelerate the production process because it can be made without going through a forging process.</p><p><br /><br /><strong>Abstrak</strong><br />Kerajinan tembaga yang dibuat oleh para pengrajin di desa Tumang kabupaten Boyolali sudah cukup dikenal di berbagai kota di pulau Jawa. Hal tersebut tidak lepas dari proses dan teknik pembuatannya yang terus dipertahankan, yaitu teknik tempa dan teknik ukir. Hasil bentuk desain dari produk kerajinan yang dibuat lebih cenderung menggunakan gaya desain tradisional, dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dalam pembuatannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan bentuk design baru dengan bentuk pola ukir yang lebih sederhana dan memungkinkan waktu proses produksi yang lebih cepat. Penyederhanaan proses produksi memungkinkan menghasilkan produk dengan kuantitas lebih banyak. Metode utama penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi langsung terhadap proses pembuatan ukiran oleh ahli ukir logam di sentra kerajinan. Hasil bentuk desain baru inimempercepat proses produksi karena dapat dibuat tanpa melalui proses tempa.<br /><br /></p>

Pradamas Toys is a small and medium industrial company in producing dolls with yelvo fabric base material. The purpose of this study is to know the waste in the puppet production process at Pradamas Toys and to propose improvement of production process to minimize waste and improve production process efficiency in Pradamas Toys. This research uses lean approach with value stream mapping (VSM) tools, at the beginning of the research done depiction of current state mapping on Pradamas Toys, after that do problem analysis using line balancing to leveling cycle time, fishbone diagram used to know factors causing production problem puppets and waste identification in each production process, then analyzed 5 Why and 5W1H to give suggestions for improvement of production process at Pradamar Toys. At current state mapping the production process time is 18.6032 minutes with a lead time of 9 days. After doing the calculation and equalization cycle time by using line balancing, then got the proposed future state mapping for doll production with process time of 14,7300 minutes and lead time of 5 days.

The purpose of this study is to describe layout and elements of the movement labor, determine cake making job completion time before and after repair, complaints of pain workers and recomendation improved layout and elements work in ergonomic aspects. Layout and elements of the cake making job is less visible than ergonomic working conditions with temperatures as high as 290C and 300C, total distance moving much material for the production namely 2407 cm, manufacture molen 180 cm, 2926 cm baking and packaging 626 cm. Percentage of use right and left hand at creation pia cake is 50.11% and 54.4%. Making molen is 100% and 76.69%. Pia cake making is 12.76% and 12.21%. Packaging is 100% and 84.8%. Cycle time, normal time and standard time of content creation, namely 17004.15, 18.534.52 and 25.577.64 seconds (2 basins). Making molen is 560.23, 616.25 and 751.82 seconds (1 basin). Pia cake making is 1.165,45, 1314.63 and 1.603,85 seconds (2 trays), and packaging is 15,40, 16,79 and 23.17 seconds (2 pack). The application of ergonomics : 8 types of grievances felt a bit sick and 1 type of grievances felt sick. Station molen manufacture, workers felt no pain. Baking station pia (sub-stations) only complaint molen rolling on his back felt a little sore. Sub-station charging only 3 workers who feel a little pain complaints and pain. In the sub-station : 6 types pengovenan grievances felt a little sick. The packing station after repairs only felt a little pain in the waist

Industry 4.0, a term invented by Wolfgang Wahlster in Germany, is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2021. Still, the digitalization of the production environment is one of the hottest topics in the computer science departments at universities and companies. Optimization of production processes or redefinition of the production concepts is meaningful in light of the current industrial and research agendas. Both the mentioned optimization and redefinition are considered in numerous subtopics and technologies. One of the most significant topics in these areas is the newest findings and applications of artificial intelligence (AI)—machine learning (ML) and deep convolutional neural networks (DCNNs). The authors invented a method and device that supports the wiring assembly in the control cabinet production process, namely, the Wire Label Reader (WLR) industrial system. The implementation of this device was a big technical challenge. It required very advanced IT technologies, ML, image recognition, and DCNN as well. This paper focuses on an in-depth description of the underlying methodology of this device, its construction, and foremostly, the assembly industrial processes, through which this device is implemented. It was significant for the authors to validate the usability of the device within mentioned production processes and to express both advantages and challenges connected to such assembly process development. The authors noted that in-depth studies connected to the effects of AI applications in the presented area are sparse. Further, the idea of the WLR device is presented while also including results of DCNN training (with recognition results of 99.7% although challenging conditions), the device implementation in the wire assembly production process, and its users’ opinions. The authors have analyzed how the WLR affects assembly process time and energy consumption, and accordingly, the advantages and challenges of the device. Among the most impressive results of the WLR implementation in the assembly process one can be mentioned—the device ensures significant process time reduction regardless of the number of characters printed on a wire.
