The article deals with the introduction of performances of theatrical musicals into the educational process of preparing future art teachers on the artistic faculty of the Centralukrainian State Volodymyr Vynnychenko Pedadogic State University. Illuminated positive impact of such an introduction on the quality of professional training of students. The motivational approach to the meaningful responsibility of students for training is revealed when they carry out self-control over the process of acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills and become fully responsible for the quality of learned material. All this greatly increases the creative activity of students, prompts them to self-studying and self-development, forms an active life position. The role of a teacher in this system of educational process is the role of the coordinator. He carries out a general leadership of the educational and creative process, acts as a consultant, an assistant, and most importantly – he is a professional-mentor, a senior mate who helps students to master the whole complex of knowledge, skills and abilities. In such motivated training, it is necessary to point out initial goals, determined by the teacher, which coincides with the educational motives of students. Only under such conditions, academic actions of the students will be transformed into conscious educational activities, the motivation of success will be created. That is why students study on the basis of partnership in the chorus studio. They make their proposals for project themes, develop the concept, choose the form of material presentation, create scenarios and are interested in preparatory and organizational work, as well as independently choose the direction of its own educational activity within the project – write or distribute musical solos and choral parties, make them choral. Arrangement or perform computer arrangement of musical accompaniment, etc. Execution of such a work not only reveals existing knowledge of students on the relevant educational subjects, but also requires mastering new knowledge and skills, assimilating the material of new educational subjects that are needed to implement the plan.

The article examines the concept of invariant which is presented as an indicative framework for teachers and students and describes a sequence of actions which reflect teacher's understanding of future activities. The author identifies a generalized invariant of students’ educational activity methods which corresponds to each element of knowledge: a) activity on knowledge creation; b) recognition of situations that correspond to knowledge; c) reproduction of situations that correspond to knowledge. The article also considers the hierarchy of invariant specialization levels in terms of teacher and students' work in the context of teaching physics notions. To aquire the skill to use educational invariants in their professional activity, future teachers of physics are supposed to do specially selected tasks which enable them to vary the acquired skills and abilities for a more profound learning. To achieve this, students should be provided with guidelines which help them unify educational process and create real situations that reflect their own learning activities. These guidelines are descriptions of invariants to train physics teachers and students. In addition, authorial system of future physics teachers' activities is invariant according to the criteria for evaluation and self-assessment of authorial system components work. Future teachers of physics' skill to use invariants of educational activities was acquired due to the fact that their professional training was based on the context approach which implements a dynamic model of students' educational activity: from their own educational activities (in the form of lectures) through quasi- professional (role and business games) and educational-professional (research work of students, pedagogical practice) to the professional activity of the teacher of physics.

The determining characteristic for understanding the student's educational activity is independence. Understanding the problem of autonomy of students in the educational process is the basis of a responsible attitude to the professional training of future specialists. Reforming higher education causes an increase in interest in finding ofthe effective pedagogical conditions for the formation of students' autonomy which is capable of mastering the content of educational material qualitatively, intentionally planning self-development of intellectual, moral and physical abilities. The introduction of a credit-module training system makes the student's individual work more organized, since each practical lesson is conducted as a micro-module and each student is under the systematic control of the teacher. The results of current and modular control give fora teacher the opportunity to receive prompt educational and didactic measures that will improve the quality of students'at the department of therapeutic dentistry training  aimed for further independent work and develop autonomy in obtaining new knowledge. According to A. Furman, the development of skills of independent work in the conditions of a credit-module system promotes the use in the educational process of problem-modular lectures of three types: scientific information, scientific-designed and ideological-reflexive.Problem-modular lectures are known as an organized communication between a lecturer and an audience, in which there is a coordinated decision to a scientific problem, realization of business, informational and psychological exchange of knowledge, skills and values between students and the teacher. In the scientistsopinion all this is a kind of motivation of educational activityand the basis of interaction development. Other forms of organization of the educational process can be significant for the development of students' organization of educational process: seminars, scientific conferences, disputes, etc. Participation of students is a real opportunity not only to acquire new knowledge and skills, expand experience, but also to determine the level of competence on certain issues, express their own vision and simply to establish themselves in their own self-sufficiency. We determined the independence of students based on the communicative principle proposed by A. Schukin. Communicativeness is manifested by communicatively-motivated behavior of the teacher and student in the course of educational activity, as well as in the objectivity of the communication process which is expressed in the careful selection of linguistic intentions  and thus communication situations that reflect the practical interests and needs of students. Communicativeness is necessary item for a successful and active work with pedagogical information. Such information is aimed at educating and students. Therefore, the teacher's ability to express their opinion is correct, clear and understandable way and this is a guarantee of success in their work. Thus, it is possible to make moreinteresting even the most difficult topic of the class. The process of the study isto create a sincere atmosphere of communication in the audience, establish contact with students, achieve mutual understanding and form a sense of confidence in the student. Verbal assessment of the academic activity of students by the teacher plays a great significance which is one of the most operational forms of evaluation. It is necessary to use various, systematic assessments that should be based on the ideas ofeducative humanization and should also be a point that involves people's attitudes toward each other. Such assessments should include an analysis of learning activities rather than criticism of the student's personality. The above-mentioned conditions for the development of independence in the conditions of a credit-module system together with pedagogical means, forms and methods of teaching provide a developing personality function during educational activities.

It is well known that traditional education in Ukraine is based on the constant and consecutive knowledge assimilation and leans on the student’s repro-ductive opportunities without taking the creativepotential into consideration. Modern young specialists with the higher education have to be trained for research work, for the solution of new professional tasks requiring non-standard creative approach and to be capable for creative self-development. Therefore, now the need of development of future chemistry and biology teachers’ creative poten-tial for institutions of higher education is especially rele-vant.The purpose of this articleistheoretical justification of essential characteristics of students’creative potential as a factor of preparation of future chemistry and biology teachers fortheresearch work.Self-assessment as an indicator of an estimated com-ponent of creative potential is a process of student’s esti-mation of his or her own activity at different stages of its implementation. It defines the relationships with the peo-ple around, self-criticism, demanding to himself or herself, the attitude towards progress and failures. The student’ activity and his or her aspiration to self-improvement depends on the self-assessment. It is developed by grad-ual combination of external estimates that is expressed by the general requirements, and the personality’s demands to himself or herself. For the goal achievement and the research problems check there has been made selection, modification, devel-opment and testing of theory of empirical complex (ques-tioning, testing, conversations with students) and re-search methods. Methods of mathematical statistics were used for processing the empirical data with the purpose of generalization of the results received during the course of the experiment, for efficiency check of the research pro-gram and reliability of the received data. The data received by means of a diagnostic scale indi-cate that the number of students with positive self-assessment of the educational activity increased. Positive development dynamics of a self-assessment allows to speak about the effectiveness of the research program for use of the principles of creative potential development, realization of the personal focused approach, technologies of dialogical, heuristic, innovative, interactive and modu-lar-block training.
