The purpose of this service activity is to increase public knowledge, especially mothers who have babies or children under five years (balita), about the posyandu program. Before starting counseling, a questionnaire was filled (pretest). Counseling uses power point media with the lecture, discussion and question and answer method, then after being given counseling, the same questionnaire was distributed again to be filled back (posttest), after the knowledge data before and after counseling had been obtained, then the data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon statistical test.Based on the results of community service activities in the work area of the Banjarmasin Kuin Selatan Village Cempaka Posyandu, it means that there is a significant difference in knowledge between before and after counseling using power point media, thus it can be concluded that the method of extension using power point media carried out in the work area of the Banjarmasin Kuin Selatan Village Cempaka Posyandu is able and successful in increasing the knowledge of mothers who have chldren under five years. It is recommended that the local public health service (puskesmas) can provide more intensive guidance and training to posyandu cadres, so that they can assist health workers in educating the public about health in general and information about the importance of posyandu and the activities at the posyandu itself as an effort to participate forming a positive perception of the posyandu

After an acute hepatitis E (HEV) outbreak in Southern Switzerland, in January 2017 the local public health authorities started an active program of food chain control and public education. In this retrospective study, we analysed all laboratory-confirmed acute cases of HEV infection diagnosed between 2014 and 2020. In the period before the public health intervention, the number of cases increased steadily from 2014 (4 of 40 tests, 10%) reaching a peak in the last quarter of 2016 (42 of 285 tests, 14.7 %). Afterwards, the number of positive cases decreased steadily, reaching its lowest value (0.3%) in the second quarter of 2019. There was a statistically significant difference between the frequency of positive cases and period of testing, i.e., before and after the introduction of the public health interventions. Our study shows that active public health measures to control sausages containing raw pork liver can reduce the prevalence of HEV infection.

Abstract Background Lately, there has been a call for knowledge-based community public health strategies and for evaluating local public health interventions. In addition to contributing to the public health knowledge base, it is underlined that the evaluations should be formative for ongoing local processes. The community professionals often lack evaluation competency, and a university course (10 ECTS) about process- and self-evaluation has been developed and facilitated for local public health workers. Vestfold County Council and University of South-Eastern Norway have collaborated to develop the course. The course has a particular focus on Formative Dialogue Research (FDR). FDR strategies may emphasize both project impact and processes, and local competences. The FDR approaches also contributes to the public health knowledge base (Rønningen 2010). Objective To examine and discuss whether FDR in combinations with an evaluation course, may be an appropriate strategy to meet the new expectations for community public health evaluations. Results Preliminary results indicate that FDR in combination with a evaluation course, may be an appropriate and desirable approach in community public health projects. The local public health professionals welcome the course. The focus has until now been on the development of the course and the cooperation and dialogues between the university and the county. Questionnaire and interview data collected in September 2019 will exemplify and nuance these preliminary results. Conclusions So far, the developing process indicate that FDR in combination with a course in self- and process evaluation, support FDR as an appropriate evaluation approach in community public health projects and processes. Key messages The local public health workers often lack competences in project evaluation. FDR in combination with a comprehensive course in process and self-evaluation seem appropriate evaluation approaches in community public health projects.

During pregnancy, there will be various changes in the mother, both physiologically and psychologically. These changes are largely due to the influence of hormones, namely the increase in the hormones estrogen and progesterone produced by the corpus luteum which develops into the corpus gravidity and continues its secretion by the placenta after it is fully formed. This causes the mother to feel uncomfortable during pregnancy and triggers stress, which is a sign that the mother is often gloomy. Pregnancy exercise is a form of physical activity that is beneficial because it develops body muscles, increases the elasticity of the pelvic muscles and ligaments and reduces the incidence of bleeding during and after childbirth and can reduce the incidence of fetal distress. Target Output The results of this educational activity on knowledge of physiological changes in pregnant women will also be published in the form of a national scientific journal so that it can be accessed by the public. This community service activity is carried out at the Putri Puskesmas Au Kota Jambi. Implementation time in January 2020. Inadequate milk production in the first days after delivery is caused by a lack of stimulation of the hormone prolactin and the hormone oxytocin. Decreasing milk production is caused by decreased stimulation of hormones prolactin and oxytocin. Efforts that can be made to stimulate the increase of hormone prolactin and oxytocin, including initiating early breastfeeding, expressing breast milk, and doing oxytocin massage, are practical and efficient in increasing milk production. Data from the Public Health Office of Palu in 2017 and 2018 showed that the average of exclusive breastfeeding coverage in 11 sub-districts in Central Sulawesi Province is <50% and specifically Kota Palu exclusive breastfeeding coverage only 49.6% in 2017 and then dropped to 49, 3% in 2018. Oxytocin massage training has never been conducted at the Tawaeli Community Health Center, especially for postpartum mothers companions such as Posyandu Cadres, Husbands, or Families. The method used in community service activities was discussions, simulations, and demonstrations using leaflet and audiovisual media. The number of puerperal mothers who attended the training was 25 people. The results of training activities for postpartum mothers in the Kayumalue Ngapa village obtained that the results of knowledge analysis overall increased in the knowledge of 25 participants after attending the training, with an average increase of 13 points. The p-value<0,001 results meant that statistically, there was a significant effect on the increase of knowledge of postpartum mothers companion after attending oxytocin massage training. To sum up that there is a significant increase in knowledge between before and after training on oxytocin massage in stimulating milk production. It is recommended that health workers need to be consistent and continuous in giving training to the companion of the postpartum mother (husband, family or cadre) in order to be able to assist the process of changing behavior for the postpartum mother to provide exclusive breastfeeding and conduct care during the postpartum period.

The population in this study is the issuer that actively trades its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in Compass100 Index stock category. The research hypothesis was tested with an independent sample t-test using software SPPS26. Hypothesis testing results indicate a significant difference in trading volume activity that occurs before and after simultaneous elections. While the variable abnormal return there is no significant difference before and after the election simultaneously. This research is expected to be a reference for all parties concerned including the public towards a political event that occurs in this case specifically the simultaneous elections for decision making related to investment activities in stock instruments
