Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are the leading causes of death and are responsible for the highest mortality rates in the world and in Indonesia. One of the programs for controlling NCDs especially hypertension and Diabetes at the Public Health Center (PHC) is Prolanis. One of the Prolanis programs is the monitoring of dietary adherence among Prolanis members. A descriptive research design was used as research method. The samples of this study were 34 Prolanis members in Sumurjomblang Bogo Village, the working area of Puskesmas Bojong 2. The results showed that the majority of Prolanis members in Sumurjomblang Bogo did not compliant the right schedule of diet (80%), the right type of diet (60%), and the right number of diet (60 %) for diabetes mellitus and hypertension. This may be due to lack of monitoring from health workers. Therefore, the results of this study are expected for an online diet counseling and monitoring program involving families of prolanis members during covid-19 pandemic.

Emerging economies are facing problems in the administration and compliance with intellectual property protection in their countries. The IP term is now much more familiar to the public, but it is not well understood completely in a lawful way. The public is misinformed (or, at best, under-informed) about IP leading to higher levels of infringement as well as reducing the use and value of IP. Our study aimed to determine the level of perceptions, awareness, and behavior (PAB) on IP Protection of the medical technology students with the cross-sectional on-line survey on 795 students by electronic European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) questionnaire. The overall level of PAB was very high, greater than three quarters. The demographic factors related significantly to right PAB on IP protection were sex (female higher than male) and residency (other cities higher than Ho Chi Minh City). Only the awareness had the covariance with the behavior in structural equation modeling (SEM) model with a significant coefficient of 0.55. We should focus on an education program to increase the right awareness, then it would improve the right behavior on intellectual property protection in students who are living in the emerging countries.

Through statute approach and based on the rights theory, this study examines legal development, or legal framework is needed to formulate and to protect health worker. Since the COVID-19 outbreak spreads quickly and massively, Health worker is at the forefront of handling COVID-19, but they are also vulnerable to get infected by the virus. Some cases showed that many health workers tested positive after providing health services. The findings of the research showed that the right of medical workers to get personal protective equipment and safety guarantees were not enough to protect them. On the other hand, the community was still ignoring the risk of this disease and broke the health protocol in the public place. Health workers can perform their job effectively if people are in healthy condition and do not need to go to the hospital. To containment measures of the COVID-19 State has to choose one of the effective ways to protect people and health workers by regulating and giving a penalty to the perpetrators of the COVID-19 protocol.

Energy literacy is a concept which is not widely known by the public; however, it has captured the attention of several researchers in recent years. Concerning the assessment of energy and financial knowledge and people’s attitudes, intentions and behavior, it provides a global view of people’s knowledge, feelings, concerns and habits related to energy usage. Since energy is such an important resource in our daily lives, we can hardly imagine living without it. Moreover, considering that its production often requires the use of limited resources and leads to the worsening of already existing environmental problems, finding ways to alert consumers to the efficient management of their consumption is an urgent need. Therefore, in this article, we aimed to evaluate energy literacy levels, considering all the dimensions mentioned above, and search for the determinants of these levels. As an added novelty, we also aimed to determine the role of financial knowledge on energy literacy dimensions. After distributing a questionnaire to the university community in Portugal, we found good levels of energy literacy, despite moderate levels of energy and financial knowledge. Gender seems to be a determinant of all energy literacy dimensions, and financial knowledge has a positive and significant impact on energy knowledge.
