ABSTRAK   Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengaruh keterampilan  mengadakan  variasi gaya mengajar  guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pad mata pelajaran PPKn kelas VIII 3 di SMP Negeri 1 Palembang. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode  pre experimental desing dengan bentuk one group pretest- postest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 254 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 orang yang diambil mengunakan teknik purposive sampling. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dokumentasi observasi dan angket.  Berdasarkan hasil analisi rata-rata angket 65% dan meningkat menjadi 71%. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus uji regresi linier sederhana di dapatkan nilai yang diperoleh .000 dan nilai (?) sebesar .05 dengan demikian hasil yang diperoleh adalah nilai sig < ? (.000 < .05), maka keputusan yang diambil Hoditolak dan menerima Ha.Kata kunci: Keterampilan mengadakan variasi , Motivasi belajar siswa, PPKn  kelas VIII ABSTRACT            The purpose of this research is to describe the influence of skills organizing various teachers' learning styles for students' study motivation in the PPKn class of VIII 3 Senior High School of 1 Palembang. This research used a quantitative approach with the pre experimental desing method with the form of one group pretest- postest design. The population in this research is 254 students with 32 people samples that are taken using purposive sampling techniques. As for data collection techniques had used observation and angket documentation. Based on an analysis of the average sheet of questionnaire 65% and rising to 71%. In. This case, the research is proven by a test of a hypothesis by using a simple linear regression formula to achieve the value generated .000 and a value (?) is .05 as large as a result is a sig < ? The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of creativity variables on student learning motivation. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression statistical tests. Data collection techniques used a Likert attitude scale with four answer choices distributed to 32 students who were respondents in this study. The results showed that the variable obtained an average score of 41,68 which was included in the high category while the Student Learning Motivation variable obtained an average score of 36,50 which was also included in the high category. The results of data processing showed that there was an influence of creativity variables on Student Learning Motivation by 18,9 % meaning that changes in the learning Motivation variable by 18,9% could be explained by changes in creativity variables. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh variable kreativitas terhadap motivasi belajar anak katekisasi sidhi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengunakan regresi linear sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan skala sikap Likert dengan empat pilihan jawab yang dibaikan kepada 32 orang anak katekisasi sidhi yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa varia-bel kreativitas memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 41,68 yang termasuk dalam kate-gori tinggi sementara variabel motivasi belajar anak katekisasis sidhi memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 36,50 yang juga termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil pe-ngolahan data menunjukkan ada korelasi variabel kreativitas mengajar terhadap motivasi belajar anak katekisasi sidhi sebesar 18,9%, artinya perubahan dalam variabel motivasi belajar sebesar 18,9 % dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan dalam variable kreativitas.

The method used in this research is a quantitative approach using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression statistical tests. The results showed that the Spirituality variable obtained an average score of 21.36 which was included in the high category while the Student Learning Motivation variable obtained an average score of 14.78 which was also included in the high category. The results of data processing showed that there was an influence of Spirituality variables on Student Learning Motivation by 9.9%, meaning that changes in the Learning Motivation variable by 9.9% could be explained by changes in Spirituality variables. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan ada korelasi variabel spiritualitas terhadap moti-vasi belajar mahasiswa sebesar 9.9%, artinya perubahan dalam variabel motivasi belajar sebesar 9.9% dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan dalam variabel spiritualitas.

Abstract This study began with observations during the pre-study of guests staying at the Prince Beach Hotel in Padang. It was found that there were problems with the needs of guests who were not properly met so that guests were dissatisfied, including those who complained about room facilities that were experiencing a lot of damage that were considered less provide comfort for guests. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction staying at the Prince Beach Hotel Padang. This type of research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was individual guests who stayed overnight with an average monthly rate of 1,707 people. The research sample of 95 using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using simple linear regression with SPSS version 16.00. The results showed that: room facilities were classified as good (73.7%), and guest satisfaction was classified as good (61.05%). R square values ​​were obtained (10.3%), and the significance was 0.002 <0.05. This means that the influence of room facilities on guest satisfaction by 10.3% while 89.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Room Facilities, Guest Satisfaction

Abstract The Covid 19 outbreak has an impact on various areas of life, especially the world of education. Student learning is required to transform and adapt to the conditions of the 4.0 century. This is what motivates researchers to conduct research on children's learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using audio-visual media on student motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic in grade IV MI Al Fajar Pringsewu. This research is a quantitative study with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate there is an effect of audio visual media on student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic with a known value tcount > ttable (4.118 > 2.056) then Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. This research has purposes to know how the implementation of e-government, implementation of the Government Governance and e-government influence on the implementation of the Government Governance in the Government of Cianjur. The population in this research is 58 (Fifty eight) OPD in the Government environment Cianjur. Based on purposive sampling is then used 26 (twenty six) OPD in the Government environment of Cianjur. Data collection was done through the dissemination of a questionnaire using the semantic defferential scale. To test the effect of e-government (X) with respect to the implementation of the governance of the Government (Y), then in this study used a simple linear regression. The final results of the research done indicates that the implementation of e-government on most of the Department, Agencies and Offices in Cianjur influence of 78,5% with respect to the implementation of the governance of the Department, Agencies and Offices in Cianjur. While the rest 21,5% is the influence of another factors outside of e-government.

The success of a company is influenced by employee performance. By improving employee performance will make it easier for company goals to be achieved. One factor that can improve employee performance is the provision of compensation and motivation. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee performance. The sampling technique used is by taking a purposive sampling. The method used in this research is data collection through questionnaires, literature study, and observation. The technique used to analyze simple linear regression data and examine hypotheses simultaneously and partially. The result is compensation and motivation significantly influence employee performance simultaneously.

Shopee is one of the consumer-to-consumer (C2C) e-commerce sites in Indonesia. Shopee often collaborates with domestic and international celebrities to become brand ambassadors, one of which is Cristiano Ronaldo. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence and how much influence the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo on Shopee brand awareness. The sample in this study were 400 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was using purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression through SPSS staticstic 24 software. The findings of this study are that there is an influence between the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo to Shopee's brand awareness of 3.3%. The results of this study indicate that the attractiveness of Cristiano Ronaldo has a significant and positive effect on Shopee brand awareness.Keywords: Attraction, Brand Awareness, Shopee.

This study aims to determine the correlation among  students’ learning styles, learning motivation, and the eleventh grade students’ speaking ability at MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin Sekayu. The research was conducted correlation research design. This study’s population comprised eleventh grade students of MAN 1 Musi Banyusin Sekayu, sampling through a purposive sampling of 30 students. Data collection techniques used include questionnaire and test. Based on the study results the data showed that (1) there is not any significant correlation between learning styles and speaking ability with a correlation value of 0,590; (2) there is not any significant correlation between learning motivation and speaking ability with a  correlation value of 0.706; (3) there is not any significant  correlation between learning styles and learning motivation with a correlation value of 0,233; (4) there is not any significant correlation among learning styles, learning motivation and speaking ability with correlation value 0,838.

The methods used in this research are quantitative methods, data collection techniques using Angket (questionnaire), the number of samples in this research is as many as 345 customers of Bank Muamalat in Palangka Raya. Sampling techniques are by means of random sampling techniques or randomized samples, the analytical techniques used to process the data are with techniques of simple linear regression analysis. Results of analysis using simple linear regression in the equation can be regression (Y = a + BX), changed known Y = 26,885 + 0205 x, then there is the influence of Bak quality to the satisfaction of Bank Muamalat customers in the city of Palangka Raya

This study started from the premise that students 'learning habits affect the students' motivation. It is strengthened by seeing, reading and watching the existing reality in these days that students always given extra lessons beyond the limit when it will face a final exam. The purpose of this study was to test the students' learning habits on motivation to learn. Good study habits influence on motivation to learn at SDN Cisarua 03. The method used in this study is a simple linear regression. The data obtained in this study originated from the observation, documentation and questionnaire. The population in this research is class 5 A and 5 B amounting to 73 peoples, then of the 73 sampled by the number of 62 peoples. Sampling techniques in this study using random sampling with using Yamane formula taro. Instrument in this study consisted of 40 items of 20 questions for the variable study habits of student and 20 questions for the variable of learning motivation. Results from this study indicate that students' learning habits have influence with an average value of 38.20% through the regression equation Ŷ = 20.46 + 0,67X the remaining 61.80% is determined by other factors not included in the discussion on research this.
