The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of spirituality variables on student learning motivation. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression statistical tests. Data collection techniques used a Likert attitude scale with four answer choices distributed to 76 students who were respondents in this study. The results showed that the Spirituality variable obtained an average score of 21.36 which was included in the high category while the Student Learning Motivation variable obtained an average score of 14.78 which was also included in the high category. The results of data processing showed that there was an influence of Spirituality variables on Student Learning Motivation by 9.9%, meaning that changes in the Learning Motivation variable by 9.9% could be explained by changes in Spirituality variables. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh variabel spiritualitas terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala sikap Likert dengan empat pilihan jawaban yang dibagikan kepada 76 orang mahasiswa yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Spiritualitas memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 21.36 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi sementara variabel motivasi belajar mahasiswa memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 14.78 yang juga termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan ada korelasi variabel spiritualitas terhadap moti-vasi belajar mahasiswa sebesar 9.9%, artinya perubahan dalam variabel motivasi belajar sebesar 9.9% dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan dalam variabel spiritualitas.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of creativity variables on student learning motivation. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression statistical tests. Data collection techniques used a Likert attitude scale with four answer choices distributed to 32 students who were respondents in this study. The results showed that the variable obtained an average score of 41,68 which was included in the high category while the Student Learning Motivation variable obtained an average score of 36,50 which was also included in the high category. The results of data processing showed that there was an influence of creativity variables on Student Learning Motivation by 18,9 % meaning that changes in the learning Motivation variable by 18,9% could be explained by changes in creativity variables. Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh variable kreativitas terhadap motivasi belajar anak katekisasi sidhi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengunakan regresi linear sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan skala sikap Likert dengan empat pilihan jawab yang dibaikan kepada 32 orang anak katekisasi sidhi yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa varia-bel kreativitas memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 41,68 yang termasuk dalam kate-gori tinggi sementara variabel motivasi belajar anak katekisasis sidhi memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 36,50 yang juga termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil pe-ngolahan data menunjukkan ada korelasi variabel kreativitas mengajar terhadap motivasi belajar anak katekisasi sidhi sebesar 18,9%, artinya perubahan dalam variabel motivasi belajar sebesar 18,9 % dapat dijelaskan oleh perubahan dalam variable kreativitas.

ABSTRAK   Tujuan Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengaruh keterampilan  mengadakan  variasi gaya mengajar  guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pad mata pelajaran PPKn kelas VIII 3 di SMP Negeri 1 Palembang. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode  pre experimental desing dengan bentuk one group pretest- postest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 254 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 orang yang diambil mengunakan teknik purposive sampling. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dokumentasi observasi dan angket.  Berdasarkan hasil analisi rata-rata angket 65% dan meningkat menjadi 71%. Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan rumus uji regresi linier sederhana di dapatkan nilai yang diperoleh .000 dan nilai (?) sebesar .05 dengan demikian hasil yang diperoleh adalah nilai sig < ? (.000 < .05), maka keputusan yang diambil Hoditolak dan menerima Ha.Kata kunci: Keterampilan mengadakan variasi , Motivasi belajar siswa, PPKn  kelas VIII ABSTRACT            The purpose of this research is to describe the influence of skills organizing various teachers' learning styles for students' study motivation in the PPKn class of VIII 3 Senior High School of 1 Palembang. This research used a quantitative approach with the pre experimental desing method with the form of one group pretest- postest design. The population in this research is 254 students with 32 people samples that are taken using purposive sampling techniques. As for data collection techniques had used observation and angket documentation. Based on an analysis of the average sheet of questionnaire 65% and rising to 71%. In. This case, the research is proven by a test of a hypothesis by using a simple linear regression formula to achieve the value generated .000 and a value (?) is .05 as large as a result is a sig < ? Abstract The Covid 19 outbreak has an impact on various areas of life, especially the world of education. Student learning is required to transform and adapt to the conditions of the 4.0 century. This is what motivates researchers to conduct research on children's learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using audio-visual media on student motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic in grade IV MI Al Fajar Pringsewu. This research is a quantitative study with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate there is an effect of audio visual media on student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic with a known value tcount > ttable (4.118 > 2.056) then Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. In general, students do not understand broadly the description of the MPKP nursing, pre and post conference rounds. Based on the background of the problem, it encourages the writer to conductfurther research on video media, an increase in motivation to learn and the implementation of MPKPin Nursing undergraduate students, STIKes Al Qodiri Jember. The purpose of this study was todetermine the increase in learning motivation and basic skills of MPKP in the Nursing undergraduatestudents of Stikes Bhakti Al Qodiri Jember. This research design uses quasy experiment. The samplingtechnique uses cluster random sampling, with 15 students as respondents. Analysis of the data used issimple linear regression. the results of statistical tests using simple linear regression on learningmotivation showed that a regression coefficient of 0.451 was obtained with a p value of 0.030. Thismeans that p <α, Ho is rejected and MPKP implementation shows that a regression coefficient of0.277 is obtained with a p value of 0.035. This means that p <α, Ho is rejected.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness level of Edmodo use, to know the level of student's satisfaction in using Edmodo and the effect of Edmodo effectiveness on student's satisfaction in using Edmodo in SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya. The method used is the quantitative method. As the object of this study is students of SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya who asked his opinion about the effectiveness and satisfaction of students in using Edmodo. In this study took a sample of class X with the number of respondents as many as 277 students spread in 9 majors and 24 classes. Samples are taken evenly of each class at random. Data collection was done by questionnaire and data analyst method was done by simple linear regression. Conclusion analysis as follows: 1). Edmodo Efektitifas by Students SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya is in the high category, but some students have not felt the benefits of Edmodo in learning. 2). Student Satisfaction SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya in using Edmodo is in the high category, but some students are not satisfied with the content group and students are less satisfied with the backpack content. 3). There is a significant effect of Edmodo Effectiveness on students' satisfaction in using Edmodo in SMK Negeri 1 Surabaya.

This Research aims to find out the causes and impacts caused by delays in payment of trucking vehicle rentals at Perum DAMRI Logistik, especially on the company's operational activities. Data collection was carried out in 3 divisions in Perum DAMRI Logistics, namely the operational division, the financial division and the engineering division. Data collection was done by interviewing the staff on duty and making observations and observations while in the field. The data obtained is then analyzed and elaborated so as to form a relevant information. In addition to describing the results of interviews, there are some data that are processed using statistical analysis using correlation tests and simple linear regression tests. The statistical data analysis was used to determine the relationship between vehicle rental payments and operational activities and to find out what percentage of the effect was obtained from the two variables. The results of the correlation test using SPSS statistic 25 which shows that vehicle rental payments and operational activities have a positive relationship, the results of a simple linear regression test get the equation Y = 200534,257 + 0.659X. The value of R square is 0.559.

<p>This research is aimed to improve students' motivation and learning outcomes. The action used in improving the two things is the learning process with STAD technique. This study uses three stages: Pre Cycle, Cycle I, and Cycle II, each cycle using two meetings. Research data were obtained from a student questionnaire and test with multiple choice questions. Questionnaire to know the development of learning motivation, while the test with multiple choice questions to know the development of learning outcomes. The research data is analyzed descriptively-qualitative. The results of the study explain that the implementation of learning with STAD techniques can improve student's motivation and achievement. Learning motivation in Pre Cycle obtained an average of 23.47 (medium category). While in Cycle I the average learning motivation increased to 26.57 (medium category). Percentage of students achieved high category score of 4 students (13%). Furthermore, in cycle II the average learning motivation of 33.87 (high category). Percentage of students obtained a great and very high category score of 22 students (73.3%). Thus until the end of Cycle II, learning motivation has increased. While the results of learning on the Precycle obtained an average of 61.93 (enough category), in the first cycle increased to 69.53 (enough class), in Cycle II obtained an average of 78.77 (right type). Furthermore, it is known that the percentage of learning mastery in the Pre Cycle of 3%, Cycle I of 31%, then in cycle II the rate of learning mastery increased to 86.66%. Thus until the end of Cycle II, student learning outcomes have increased. Based on the above data can be concluded that the implementation of learning STAD technique can improve learning motivation and student learning outcomes.</p>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of character education on students' learning motivation at State Elementary School 019 Sungai Beringin, Tembilahan Indragiri Hilir Riau Indonesia. This research used a quantitative approach. A total of 74 students were selected to participate in this study using the proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used was a simple regression test. Based on the results of data analysis on variable X, namely Character Education, it was found that 73.69% was categorized as strong. Then, based on the results of data analysis of variable Y, namely Student Learning Motivation, it was found that 77.39% was also categorized as strong. While the effect of character education on student learning motivation obtained Fcount ≥ Ftable = 20.92 ≥ 3.97, so Ho is rejected, which means that there was a positive and significant influence between character education on student learning motivation

AbstractThis research aims to explain the correlation of  learning motivation with the students’ learning outcome of the dance art in class X MAN 3 Padang. The problem of research was the difference of students’motivation in the class X MAN 3 Padang which were influenced by the teacher, materials, methods, media, and evaluation of the lesson. This research was quantitative research with correlational  methods. Correlational  research is a study tha measures the relationship between X dan Y variables. The research samples were 25 students of the class X-1 MAN 3 Padang. The instruments of the research were a questionnaire and a testof learning outcomes. The data were collected through interviews and observation as secondary data collection techniques. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between learning motivation and students’ learning outcomes at the dance subject at the MAN 3 Padang. It was proven by rxy value =0.759 which was higher than the rtable. 0.459. Thus,it has shown that the correlation between the two variables was significant. By proving this hypothesis, the learning motivation was demonstrated by attention, understanding diligence and confidence. The students’ learning outcome is improved when they are highly motivated to learn.Keyword: motivation, student learning results, dance lessons
