This research is a research and development (R & D) which aims to produce cross-cultural-based teaching materials with the Project Based Learning model on the sub-theme of globalization around me. The development model used is a 3D model with 3 steps, namely Define, Design, and Develop. Based on the results of the validation that has been carried out on cross-cultural-based teaching materials with the Project Based Learning model which is assessed by the validator, the total value of the material aspects of expert 1 is 93.75% and the display aspect is 95%, from expert 2 with the percentage value on the material aspect is 90.62 % and the display percentage reaches 85%, while the practitioners give the percentage value for material aspects is 95.31% and display aspects reach 95%. Based on the results of this assessment, it can be concluded that the teaching materials are valid and suitable for use. Keywords: Development, Teaching Materials, Cross-culture, Project Based Learning Model

This study aims to develop cross-cultural-based teaching materials on the sub-themes of globalization and love for the country in the form of pictorial stories in grade VI elementary school and provide an understanding of the importance of understanding and appreciating differences and knowing the validity of teaching materials. The type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with a 3D model, namely Define, Design, and Development. This study uses validation in terms of material and appearance. Based on the results of expert validation by 2 lecturers and practitioners by the teacher of this teaching material, it got the valid and feasible category. The acquisition of material validation assessments got a percentage of 94.23% by expert 1, 80.76% by expert 2, and 96.15% by practitioners. Meanwhile, display validation obtained a percentage of 90% from expert 1, 90% from expert 2, and 95% from practitioners. Keywords: Development, Teaching Materials, Cross-Culture, Picture Stories.

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengimplementasikan Pengembangan E-modul Pada Mata Pelajaran Pemrograman Desktop Kelas XI Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak di SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan. (2) Untuk mengetahui respon siswa dan guru terhadap Pengembangan E-modul Pada Mata Pelajaran Pemrograman Desktop Kelas XI dengan Model Project Based Learning di SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah research and development (R&D), dengan model pengembangan Dick & Carey. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas XI Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak dan guru mata pelajaran Pemrograman Desktop di SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Untuk mengetahui respon siswa dan guru terhadap e-modul diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Hasil implementasi e-modul yang telah dikembangkan pada mata pelajaran pemrograman desktop untuk siswa kelas XI Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning di SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan dinyatakan berhasil diterapkan berdasarkan beberapa uji yang dilakukan. 2) Hasil analisis data respon siswa menunjukkan bahwa persentase siswa yang memberikan respon sangat baik sebesar 36.84%, persentase siswa yang memberikan respon baik sebesar 63.16%, dan tidak ada siswa yang memberikan respon cukup, kurang, maupun sangat kurang dan mendapatkan presentase tingkat pencapaian e-modul sebesar 87.58%. Sedangkan hasil analisis data respon guru menunjukkan bahwa persentase guru yang memberikan respon sangat baik sebesar 94%. Research methodology that is used for this research was Research and Development (R&D), with Dick & Carey development model. The subject of this research was the third grade students, engineer software and Desktop Progamming teachers of SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan in Academic Year 2016/2017. To know students’ and teachers’ response towards the E-module was gained by using inquiry method. The result of this study showed that: (1) Implementation result of E-module which was developed for Desktop Progamming learning lesson of grade XI engineer software by using Project Based Learning Model in SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan has proven effective to be applied through some tests. (2) The data analysis result of students’ response showed that the percentage of students’ who give excellent response was 36.84%, students who gave good response were 63.16%, and there were no students who gave fair response, inadequate or inacceptable response and get a percentage of the level of achievement of the e-module were 87.58%. While the data analysis result of teachers’ response showed that the percentage of teaches who gave excellent response was 94%.keyword : E-Module, Desktop Progamming, project based learning, Research and Development

English is taught in Modern Islamic Boarding School  as one of  language competences must be mastered by the students  beside Arabic. The teachers find  difficulties to implement  learning models that make the students to be active  and  the students need others learning variation.  Research and Development (R &amp; D) design is used in this  research  that aim  to produce the development of <em>“Project Based-Learning Model”</em> plus VCD to improve the Students' English Ability of Modern Islamic Boarding School at Malang Area. The model of development is adopted by  Borg and Gall Model  starting from collecting information,  development of initial product, 1st expert validation, 1st  product revision, 2nd expert validation, 2nd product revision, tryout, and final product. The Experts’ English Material validation conclude that formulation of learning objective, content, material selection for development of <em>“Project Based-Learning Model”</em> have got category of  Excellent. The validation of the Expert of Media  conclude that final product of VCD have been appropriated  with the aspects  of  learning media that are feasible to be applied.

Abstract. This research is focused on providing experience to teachers specifically in developing teaching materials by using project based learning. The purpose of this study is to assist teachers in improving the effectiveness and creativity of students in developing student confidence. Research and development continued with quasi-experiment in collaboration with class-room teachers. Stages of research to be carried out, namely: (1) preparation, (2) develop-ment, (3) experimental phase, (4) evaluation. The subjects of this study were teachers and students from SMKN 01, SMKN 02, SMKN 03 in Bengkulu City. Furthermore, at the implementation stage a collaborative experiment was carried out where the implementation of learning collaborates with the teacher and was designed online. The results of this study with the learning of the project model can develop students’ confi-dence and can improve students’ self-creativity.

Abstrak Hasil studi pendahuluan tampak siswa dan guru disibukkan kedalam muatan materi yang terdapat pada buku sehingga kurang memberikan pengalaman langsung pada siswa, Proses pembelajaran mengunakan pendekatan saintifik dan kurang memadukan dengan model lain. Sehingga Proses pembelajaran sebatas pemberian informasi semata, kurang memberikan masalah diawal pembelajaran, sehingga pembelajaran kurang bermakna sehingga diharapkan perbaikan pembelajaran dengan mengembangakan sebuah bahan ajar tematik terpadu berbasis Model Project Based Learning. Pengembangan bahan ajar ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir siswa dan keterampilan memecahkan masalah dari apa yang mereka alami dalam upaya menciptakan pembelajaran yang bermakana bagi siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (research and development). Model pengembangan  yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan Plomp. Plomp yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu (1) preliminary research atau analisis pendahuluan, (2) prototyping phase atau tahap perancangan, dan (3) assesment phase atau tahap penilaian”. Tahap preliminary research dilakukan untuk menentukan masalah dasar yang dibutuhkan dalam pembelajaran. Pada tahap ini dilakukan analisis kurikulum dan analisi karakteristik siswa. Selanjutnya pada tahap prototyping phase bertujuan untuk melakukan Evaluasi formatif dilakukan pada setiap prototipe yang dihasilkan. Protoyping phase terdiri atas prototipe 1, prototipe 2, prototipe 3, prototipe 4 yang merupakan hasil dari evaluasi formatif. Selanjutnya tahap assesment phase dilakukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari produk yang dihasilkan. Aspek efektivitas yang diamati dalam proses pembelajaran menggunakan bahan ajar tematik terpadu berbasis Project Based Learning (PjBL) adalah aktivitas siswa dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD.

<p><strong>Abstract: </strong>This research was aimed to produce a valid and effective project-based learning model. The method used in this research is the Research and Development model of the development of Instructional Development Institute. The result of this research indicate that the validity of project based learning tools on aspects of the content, presentation, and format valid. The effectiveness of the test, an project based learning tools considered very effective as many as 25 of the 29 student reached value of <span style="text-decoration: underline;">&gt;</span> 75.</p><p><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuah model pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang valid dan efektif. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah <em>Research and Development</em> menggunakan model pengembangan <em>Instructional Development Institute</em>. Hasil dari peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa validitas perangkat pembelajaran berbasis proyek berdasarkan aspek isi, penyajian dan format dikategorikan valid. Pada uji keefektifan, pembelajaran berbasis proyek dinilai sangat efektif karena sebanyak 25 dari 29 mahasiswa berhasil mencapai nilai <span style="text-decoration: underline;">&gt;</span> 75.</p>

The purposes of this study were (1) to generate a design and implement the result of the design for the development of e-modul assisted CAI media on the subject of photography for tenth grade of Desain Komunikasi Visual at SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada, (2) to know the responses of the teacher and students toward development of e-modul assisted CAI media on the subject of photography for tenth grade of Desain Komunikasi Visual at SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada. The learning model that used in the development of electronic modul was project based learning. The type of research used in this study was the Research and Development (R&D) using ADDIE development model. The subjects of this study were tenth grade students of Desain Komunikasi Visual at SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada in academic year 2016/2017. In order to know the response of the teacher and students of e-module photography, questionnaire was used to obtain the data. The results showed that: (1) The design and implementation of e-module assisted CAI media which have been developed on the photography course for tenth grade of Desain Komunikasi Visual at SMK Negeri 1 Sukasada was successfully applied by some of the tests conducted. (2) The results of the data analysis showed that the mean score obtained from teacher’s responses was 47, if it converted into a table of classification response; it was classified as the category of very positive. Meanwhile, the mean score obtained from the students' response of the development of e-module, was 67,79, if it converted into a table of classification response, student responses classified as category of very positive.Keywords: E-Module, Photography, Project Based Learning

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pembelajaran menggunakan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pelajaran kimia dengan pokok bahasan Hakikat Ilmu Kimia, serta untuk mengetahui besar peningkatannya. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Variabel yang digunakan adalah peningkatan hasil belajar mencakup nilai kognitif dan psikomotorik. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan adalah pretes-postes, portofolio, lembar observasi, dan angket kuisioner. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh gambaran siswa yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) nilai kognitif sebesar 97% dengan rata-rata nilai 82, siswa yang mencapai KKM nilai psikomotorik sebanyak 100% dengan rata-rata nilai 91. Terjadi peningkatan keberhasilan guru dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran PjBL pada siklus I sebesar 88% meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 97%. Peningkatan keaktifan rata-rata siswa pada siklus I sebesar 82%, meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 93%. Ketertarikan rata-rata siswa juga mengalami peningkatan pada siklus I sebesar 84% meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 92%. Hasil observasi penerapan PjBL secara keseluruhan menunjukkan nilai sangat baik yaitu 95. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan model Project Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pokok materi hakikat ilmu kimia.   Project Based Learning to Improve Student Learning Outcome in Chemistry Lessons with the Subject Matter of the Nature of Chemistry Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine whether learning using the Project Based Learning model can improve student learning outcomes in chemistry lessons with the subject matter of the nature of Chemistry, and to determine the magnitude of the increase. Classroom Action Research is carried out in 2 cycles. The variables used are improvement in learning outcomes including cognitive, and psychomotor values. The instruments used were pretest-posttest, portfolio, observation sheet, and questionnaire questionnaire. Data were analyzed qualitatively descriptive. From the results of the study obtained a picture of students who reached KKM cognitive value as much as 97% with an average value of 82, students who achieved KKM psychomotor value as much as 100% with an average value of 91. There was an increase in the success of teachers in applying the PjBL learning model in the first cycle of 88%, increasing in the second cycle by 97%. The increase in the average activity of students in the first cycle was 82%, increasing in the second cycle by 93%. The average interest of students also increases in the first cycle by 84%, increasing in the second cycle by 92%. Observation of the application of PjBL as a whole shows a very good value of 95. Based on the results of the analysis of the data shows that learning using the Project Based Learning model can improve student learning outcomes of the subject matter of the nature of chemistry.

<p>Modul adalah salah satu bahan ajar yang dapat digunakan peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Untuk meningkatkan hasil belajarnya, peserta didik membutuhkan modul pembelajaran biologi yang berbasis <em>contextual Taeching Learning</em> (CTL). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan modul yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian <em>Research and development </em>(R&amp;D) dengan menggunakan model pengembanan 4-D (<em>four D</em>) terdiri dari tahap define, design dan develop, sedangkan tahap dessiminate tidak dilakukan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan modul yang dikembangkan memiliki nilai rata-rata kevalidan yaitu 3,51 dengan kriteria sangat valid. Nilai rata-rata kepraktisan modul oleh peserta didik yaitu 3,49 dengan kategori praktis.</p><p> </p><p>Modules are one of the teaching materials that students can use in the learning process. Students need a biology learning module based on contextual learning (CTL) to increase their learning achievement. The purpose of this study was to produce a valid and practical module. This research was a Research and development (R&amp;D) study using the 4-D (four-D) development model consisting of define, design and development stages, while the disseminate stage was not carried out. The results of this study indicate that the module developed has an average value of validity 3.51 or on very valid criteria. The average value of the practicality of the module was 3.49 or on the practical category</p>

Learning physics should be able to provide an understanding physics of abstract concepts. One of the efforts being made to improve the learning of Physics is to use appropriate learning model. This study aims to improve the student’s conceptual understanding by using project based learning model with virtual media for X Grade student at SMAN 2 Mataram Years 2015/2016. This study was conducted using a type of quasi-experimental research, untreated control group design with pretest and posttest on Optic. Hypothesis test results that the model used to give effect to the  student’s conceptual understanding, was shown to increase student conceptual understanding was higher in the experimental class compared with the control class. N-gain test results stating that the conceptual understanding has increased in each sub material. The results of the analysis conceptual understanding score on every aspect of cognitive increased.
