<p><em>Abstrak</em><strong> - </strong><strong>Penelitian</strong><strong> ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang hubungan antara kedua variabel bebas (</strong><strong>kecerdasan emosi </strong><strong>dan</strong><strong> </strong><strong>konsep diri</strong><strong>) </strong><strong>dengan variabel terikat (</strong><strong>kemampuan mengajar guru </strong><strong>t</strong><strong>aman kanak-kanak</strong><strong>)</strong><strong>. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah </strong><strong>adalah seluruh guru </strong><strong>Taman Kanak-Kanak se-Kecamatan Larangan Tangerang (jumlah guru sebanyak 310 orang)</strong><strong>.</strong><strong> </strong><strong>Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara </strong><strong>kecerdasan emosi (X<sub>1</sub>) dengan kemampuan mengajar guru taman kanak-kanak (Y), koefisien korelasi antara kecerdasan emosi (X<sub>1</sub>) dengan kemampuan mengajar guru taman kanak-kanak sebesar </strong><strong>0, 32</strong><strong>. Melalui uji-t diperoleh t<sub>hit</sub> sebesar </strong><strong>2,48 </strong><strong>lebih besar dari pada t<sub>tab</sub> sebesar 1,67 sehingga koefisien korelasi (r<sub>y1</sub>) dinyatakan signifikan.</strong><strong> (2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara </strong><strong>konsep diri (X<sub>2</sub>) dengan kemampuan mengajar guru taman kanak-kanak, koefisien korelasi antara konsep diri X<sub>2</sub> dengan kemampuan mengajar guru taman kanak-kanak (Y) sebesar 0,48. Melalui uji-t diperoleh t<sub>hit</sub> sebesar 3,98 lebih besar dari pada t<sub>tab</sub> sebesar 1,67 sehingga koefisien korelasi (r<sub>y2</sub>) dinyatakan signifikan</strong><strong>. </strong><strong>(3) Koefisien korelasi ganda secara bersama-sama antara kecerdasan emosi dan konsep diri dengan kemampuan mengajar guru taman kanak-kanak diperoleh (R<sub>y12</sub>) sebesar 0,48. Pengujian signifikansi melalui uji F diperoleh F<sub>hit</sub> sebesar 8,00 lebih besar dari pada F<sub>tab</sub> sebesar 3,18 sehingga koefisien korelasi ganda (R<sub>y12</sub>) dinyatakan signifikan berarti bahwa semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosi dan konsep diri secara bersama-sama semakin tinggi juga kemampuan mengajar guru taman kanak-kanak. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah kecerdasan emosi dan konsep diri semakin rendah juga kemampuan mengajar guru taman kanak-kanak.</strong></p><p><strong><br /></strong></p><p><strong><em>Kata Kunci </em></strong>- <em>Kecerdasan Emosi, Konsep Diri, Kemampuan Mengajar Guru TK</em></p><p align="center"><strong> </strong></p><p><em>Abstract </em><strong>- </strong><strong>This study aims to find out about the relationship between the two  independent variables(emotional intelligence and self-concept) with the dependent variable(the ability of teachers to teach kindergarten).The population in this study is the entire kindergarten teacher as Tangerang District Larangan(the number of teachers as much as310 people).The results of this study concluded that: (1) There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence(X1) with the ability to teach a kindergarten teacher(Y), the coefficient of correlation between emotional intelligence(X1) with the ability to teach a kindergarten teacher (Y) at 0,32. Through the t-test of 2.48 obtained t-calculate is greater than-table correlation coefficient f1.67 (ry1) expressed significant. (2 )There is a significant relationship between self-concept (X2) with the ability of teachers to teach kindergarten, the correlation coefficient between self-concept X2 with the ability to teach a kindergarten teacher(Y) at 0,48. Through the t-test of 3.98 obtained Thit is greater than that-table correlation coefficient of 1.67(ry2) expressed significant. (3)The coefficient of multiple correlation jointly between emotional intelligence and self-concept and ability to teach a kindergarten teacher was obtained (Ry12) of 0.48. Testing the significance of F-calculate obtained through the F-test of 8.00 greater than 3.18 so F-table for multiple correlation coefficient(Ry12) revealed a significant means that the higher the emotional intelligence and self-concept together the higher the ability of teachers to teach kindergarten as children.Conversely, the lower the self-concept of emotional intelligence and the lower the ability of teachers to teach kindergarten.</strong></p><p><strong><br /></strong></p><strong><em>Keyword – </em></strong><em>Emotional Intelligence, Self Concept, Teaching Skills Kindergarten Teachers</em>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara Physical Self-Concept (PSC)dengan Body Mass Index (BMI)serta perbedaan PSC dan BMI berdasarkan gender. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah assosiasonal (correlational dan kausal-komparatif). Sample berjumlah 59 orang siswa remaja SMA di Kabupaten Ciamis. Instrument yang digunakan untuk mengukur PSC adalah Physical Self Description Questionnaire (PSDQ). Untuk menguji hubungan antara PSC dan BMI digunakan koefisien korelasi, dan untuk uji beda digunakan independent sample t-test. Hasil pengolahan dan analisis menunjukan bahwa, (1) tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara PSC dan BMI (p 0.05); (2) tidak terdapat perbedaan BMI yang signifikan antara laki-laki dan perempuan (p 0.05); (3) terdapat perbedaan PSC yang signifikan  antara laki-laki dan perempuan (p 0.05).This study aims to examine the relationship between Physical Self-Concept (PSC) and Body Mass Index (BMI) and differences in PSC and BMI based on gender. The method used in this study is associational (correlational and causal-comparative). Sample amounted to 59 high school teenagers in Ciamis Regency. The instrument used to measure PSC is Physical Self Description Questionnaire (PSDQ). To test the relationship between PSC and BMI used the correlation coefficient, and for the different tests used independent sample t-test. The results of processing and analysis show that, (1) there is no significant relationship between PSC and BMI (p 0.05); (2) there was no significant difference in BMI between men and women (p 0.05); (3) there are significant differences in PSC between men and women (p 0.05).

The purpose of this study was to determine the emotional determination of brands and brand trust in customer satisfaction at skin care clinic. The research method used by the authors in this study is to use the sampling method included in the sample random sampling, by distributing questionnaires as much as 290 respondents to skin care clinic customers. The analysis technique used by the writer is to use multiple linear regression analysis techniques, multiple correlation coefficient and determination coefficient. And to test the hypothesis the author uses a statistical test partially (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results of the test coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R²) of 0.603 means that the influence of Emotional Brands and Brand Trust on Customer Satisfaction is 60.3% The remaining 39.7% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. And based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.606 shows that there is a very strong relationship between Emotional Brands and Brand Trust with Customer Satisfaction. Based on the f test the probability value sig. 0.00 <0.05 which means that together Emotional Brands (X1)  and Brand Trust (X2)  have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Based on the t test shows that Emotional Brands (X1)  have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y), Brand Trust (X2)  has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Abstract This study conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-concept as well as educational achievement of Tehran students. Descriptive correlational research used as a research design. Selected samples, after receiving information about research goals and giving their consent to participation, collaborated with the researcher. First, using multi-stage cluster sampling, districts 1, 4, and 17 were selected among 22 districts of Tehran randomly. Then, two high schools (one girls' high school and one boy’s high school) were chosen from each of districts. 200 students were recruited. Emotional intelligence and Tennessee self-concept questionnaires were completed by participants and then analysis of data carried out using correlation matrix and Multiple Regression. The results showed that self-concept and educational achievement have a significant relationship with emotional intelligence. Also, emotional intelligence could predict self-concept and educational achievement.   Keywords: emotional intelligence, self-concept, educational achievement

The purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of store environment and positive emotions on impulse buying in the cafe. The method used in this study is the use the type of probability sampling includes in the simple random sampling.  The sample used in this research was 100 respondents and data collection methods using a questionnaire. The analysis technique using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including test coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient, simultaneous test (F test), and partial test (T test). The results of the test coefficient of determination seen from value (Adjusted R2) of 0,425 can be interpreted that the effect of Store Environment and Positive Emotions on Impulse Buying is 42,5%. The remaining 57,5% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.661, it shows that there is a strong relationship between store environment and positive emotions with impulse buying. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0,000 <0,10, which means that together Store Environment (X1) and Positive Emotions (X2) significantly influence Impulse Buying (Y). Conclusion, based on the t test showing Store Environment (X1) has a significant effect on Impulse Buying (Y), Positive Emotions (X2) has a significant effect on Impulse Buying (Y). Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-concept and emotional intelligence with student motivation. The sample was SMK Assa’adah Sampurnan Bungah Gresik amount to 167 students by using random sampling techniques Purpose. The result of multiple regression analysis obtained Fhitung by 62,551 with ρ < 0.05 is ρ = 0,000, which means there is a significant relationship between self-concept and emotional intelligence with student motivation; it’s means there is very significant relationship between self-concept and student motivation with t = 3,178 and ρ = 0,000, and very significant relationship between emotional intelligence and student motivation with t = 5,286 and ρ = 0,000. The percentage contribution of effective self-concept and emotional intelligence for student motivation is equal 73,3%.Key Words : self-concept, emotional intelligence, and student motivation.

Teachers will have a good performance if the teacher in carrying out his profession as well as possible in accordance with the principles of professional teachers and supported by the compensation and culture of a good school organization as well. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture and compensation with teacher performance. Methods Survey research with correlational approach. The population in this study is the teacher of State Senior High School 2 Ambon as many as 93 people. The sample was determined using random sampling technique. The number of sample research as many as 50 people and test samples of 40 people. Hypothesis testing shows that 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and performance. It is shown by the value of correlation coefficient (r) equal to (0,641) and tcount 2,645 bigger than ttable (2,011), 2) there is positive and significant correlation between compensation with teacher performance. The correlation coefficient (r) obtained is 0.527 and the tcount (4.923) is greater than the ttable (2.011); 3) there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and compensation with teacher performance, the value of the multiple correlation coefficient (R) 6,070) and the value of Fhitung (19,151) is greater than Ftable (5,641). There is a coherent relationship between organizational culture and compensation with teacher performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the student’s self concept relationship relationship and emotional intelligence on student’s achievement in eleventh science grade SMA Se-kota Tebingtinggi Academic Year 2016/2017. Questionnaire was used to know the self concept and emotional intelligence, while the learning out comes gotten from student’s biology exam score in last semester document. From the results of the test data requirements known that the relationship of self-concept and emotional intelligence on students achievement, that calculated by testing the coefficient of determination,  percentage of contribution obtained 59,29% for self-concept of students, 54,76% for the emotional intelligence of learning, and 62,4% for the emotional intelligence and self-concept on student biology achievement. From the research, results can be obtained that Ha accepted because there is a significant relationship between self-concept and emotional intelligence on student’s achievement in eleventh science grade SMANegeri Se-kota Tebingtinggi Academic Year 2016/2017.

Self concept is individual evaluation of ones characteristics and ability. A family as the first and major institution for the adolescent has an important role in providing education, love, guidance and supervision so they can grow up with positive self concept. The purpose of the research is to know the relationship between the harmony level of family and the self concept of adolescent in Bayat, Klaten. The research uses correlative quantitative method. It involves 53 adolescent chosen by random sampling. The result of the research shows high harmony level of family in Bayat (71,7%), and high category of adolescents self concept (56,6%). The hypothesis testing with Pearson Product Moment correlative analysis shows that there is positive and significant relationship between the harmony level of family and the adolescents self concept with the probability 0,000 (< 0,05) and correlation coefficient (rxy) 0,713.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of training in improving employee performance and internal staffing relationships in improving employee performance and how the relationship of training and internal staffing in improving employee performance. The research method used is a verification method of research with multiple linear regression models, processing data using multiple correlation analysis and using the F test and t test. The total population taken was 58 permanent employees and a random sample of 50 respondents and the data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. From the calculation of the multiple correlation coefficient between training and employee performance resulted in a positive number of 0.98 which means that employee performance is greatly influenced by training. This shows the relationship of training with employee performance is very strong. These results are supported by significant test results t (t arithmetic = 1.36> = 1.30). This means that training makes a meaningful contribution; while internal staffing (tcount = 0.009 <ttable = 1.30) showed less significant relationship in improving employee work performance, even though it had a correlation coefficient (ry2 = 0.98). Training and internal staffing on employee performance have a very strong relationship as evidenced by a variance of 96.52%. and the remaining 3.48% is caused by other factors.

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional dengan kinerja wasit/juri karate. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif teknik korelasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh wasit karate Jawa Barat sebanyak 15 subjek penelitian sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes Advanced Progresif Matrics dan The Emotional Intelligence Quostionaire. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa: 1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan intelektual dengan kinerja wasit/juri karate, 2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan kinerja wasit karate, 3) Terdapat hubungan antara kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja wasit/juri karate dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,808 yang menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat dan kontribusi sebesar 65,3% dan sisanya sebesar 34,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Variabel kecerdasan emosi memiliki hubungan yang lebih kuat dibandingkan dengan kecerdasan intelektual. Namun mempunyai peran yang sama penting dalam kinerja wasit/juri saat memimpin pertandingan.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence with the performance of the referee/karate jury. This studied used a quantitative approach using descriptive methods of correlational techniques. This research was conducted by a karate referee in West Java, as many as 15 subjects were sampled using a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used the Advanced Progressive Matrics Test and The Emotional Intelligence Quostionaire. The results of the studied proved that: 1) There was a significant relationship between intellectual intelligence and the performance of karate referees/judges, 2) There was a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the performance of karate referees, 3) There was a relationship between intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence together with the performance of the referee/karate jury with a correlation coefficient of 0.808 which indicates a very strong relationship and a contribution of 65.3% and the remaining 34.7% is influenced by other factors. The emotional intelligence variable has a stronger relationship than intellectual intelligence. However, it has an equally important role in the performance of the referee / judge when leading the match.
