Abstract - The training held by the CBI Tourism Academy was able to formulate a curriculum that was used as a benchmark for the Higher Order for the three taxonomies referring to theoretical-based analysis. then applied during training according to a structured procedure which is arranged according to consecutive steps. is understanding Higher Order taxonomy, understanding integration and examples of Higher Order implementation, understanding the competency composition of Higher Order and the appropriate learning methods, until finally the assessment, describing the accumulated assessment to find goals, namely learning that isproduce: output, outcomes, and impact. Training objectives so that the training participants have the ability to transfer to students the abilities that are mastered from the results of the training. The basic assumption about the Higher Order ability target actually boils down to students .This goal is in tune and at the same time is the target of MBKM, namely learning that produces results so that the learning outcomes of graduates are able to compete in an international locus The results of observations and documentation from the qualitative descriptive research method applied to this research method show the substantive framework of the material presented, the processes and stages carried out to manifest into an integral training qualification   Abstrak - Taxonomy tingkat tinggi pada pembelajaran sudah tidak asing lagi dengan taxonomy Hots,  adalah kompetensi tingkat tinggi pada ranah cognitave. Namun sebaliknya masih sangat sedikit dibahas dan diaplikasikan taxonomy tingkat tinggi pada ranah Affective dan Psychomotor. Padahal ke tiga taxonomy ini berjalan seiring dan saling penyesuaian antar ke tiganya. Berbagai fakta menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan bernalar tingkat tinggi berbanding lurus dengan sikap/perilaku dan skill tingkat tinggi. Pada pelatihan Dasar Dasar Pekerti yang dilaksanakan oleh Akademi Pariwisata terhadap dosen menyajikan ciri khusus,yakni kurikulum Higher Order : konsep Hots untuk cognitave serta konsep Higher Order/H.O untuk Affective dan Psychomotor. Pada pelatihan yang diselenggarakan oleh Akademi Pariwisata CBI mampu merumuskan Kurikulum yang dijadikan patokan Higher Order untuk ke tiga taxonomy tersebut merujuk ke pada analisis berbasis teoritisis. Kemudian diaplikasikan pada saat pelatihan sesuai prosedur yang terstruktur yang tersusun menurut langkah langkah berurut.  Adalah memahami taxonomy Higher Order, memahami integrasi dan contoh penerapan Higher Order, memahami komposisi kompetensi Higher Order berikut  metode pembelajaran yang berkesesuaian, sampai pada akhirnya assemen,  mendeskripsi akumulasi assesmen hingga menemukan goals,  yakni pembelajaran yang menghasilkan : output, outcomes, dan impact. Tujuan pelatihan agar peserta pelatihan berkemampuan mentransfer  ke pada mahasiswa atas kemampuan yang dikuasai dari hasil pelatihan. Asumsi dasar tentang sasaran kemampuan Higher Order sesungguhnya bermuara ke pada mahasiswa. Tujuan ini seirama dan sekaligus merupakan target MBKM yakni pembelajaran yang menghasilkan sehingga capaian pembelajaran lulusan mampu bersaing pada locus internasional. Hasil observasi dan dokumentasi dari metode penelitan deskriptif kualitatif yang diterapkan pada metode penelitian ini menunjukkan kerangka kerangka substansif materi yang disajikan,  proses dan tahapan yang dilakukan hingga mewujud ke pada kualifikasi pelatihan yang integral.

This study aims to identify the concept of learning which will motivate the learning of accounting students based on the curriculum of the accounting study program in Makassar. The study sample was 87 students from several private universities in Makassar. The research method used was descriptive research that identified 5 learning motivation of accounting students, learning outcomes, lecturer learning methods, and lecturer ratings. The results showed that on average students had high learning motivation even though there were also some students who had low motivation. Students may have entrinsic motivation but they try to learn because they are motivated to get high scores. Accounting students understand the competencies to be obtained and are supported by varied learning methods from lecturers. These results may be explained by the results of a test of the relationship or association between learning motivation and GPA which indicates a relationship between the two. While learning motivation and duration of study, learning motivation and GPA, as well as GPA and duration of study there is no relationship or not associated with one another.

This study was conducted based on the low of religious practice of students which is the implementation of the learning outcomes of religious knowledge obtained anywhere, especially in SD Plus Al-Islam. Therefore, in the implementation of the school should be able to realize the management of education well, because the success of learning is strongly influenced by management effectiveness formulated. Islamic religious material in SD Plus Al-Islam is a distinctive feature that distinguishes it from other elementary schools. Therefore, the school should really be able to streamline the management of education in Islamic learning to improve the quality or quality of education, especially in religious practice. This study, included in qualitative descriptive research. The author collects data using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results of research on the effectiveness of management education in Islamic learning to foster attitudes and religious practices of students, especially in performing prayers sunnah duha every morning, reading or memorizing Al-Quran, charity, and say hello. The overall management implementation process includes organizing, implementing and valuing systems. While the religious practice of the students is very diverse, in addition to the school management that must be considered, motivation, coaching, supervision of teachers, and environmental factors must also be considered. So the effectiveness of management in SD Plus Al-Islam Wanayasa Purwakarta was effective and can improve the attitude of religious practice of students.

Abstract. Islamic education is tasked with guiding and directing the development of students from one stage to another until it reaches optimal levels. Islamic education aims to create a perfect human (al-insanul kamil) and a good human being (al-insan al-shalih). Other tasks are in accordance with the vision and mission of the Prophet, namely perfecting human morals. A good education is certainly well managed. Therefore it is necessary to manage according to Islamic teachings. By using a qualitative descriptive research method, this study will try to dig deeper into the extent to which the achievement of education management standards in accordance with Islamic teachings and solutions to solve problems faced. The management of education in achieving the goals of Islamic education is education that is capable of making people who are faithful and devout, educating pious individuals by paying attention to spiritual, emotional, social, intellectual, physical development, educating members of pious social groups, both in the Muslim family and community.

This study is about the influence of the environments toward Jean LaBarge's in Sitka. The novel analyzed with qualitative descriptive research method and sociological approach. The analysis shows that character of Jean LaBarge gets influences from nature and other characters in his development. Jean is influenced by the great swamp and Alaska which makes him brave, independent, and ambitious. In addition, there is some social environment influencing him. His father, Captain Hutchins, Peter Hovey, Rob J. Walker, and Princess Helena Gagarin. Jean's characteristics were formed by both nature and social environment.

Interference is the use of other language elements by individual bilingual languages. Several researchers have researched interference, but no one has examined the interference with Covid-19 as an object. This study aims to describe the forms of English language phonological, morphological, and syntactic interference to the Japanese language. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method, with data sources in the form of vocabulary or terms during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study indicated that the phonological interference forms found are phoneme addition, phoneme insertion, and phoneme substitution, which are caused by differences in syllables. The morphological and syntax interference in the form of compound words and phrases caused by differences in the class of terms that form between the two languages.

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in learning outcomes of peer tutor learning methods and learning methods of role playing soccer passing techniques in Class XI students of SMA Futuhiyyah Mranggen. The research method is a quantitative. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya dan metode pembelajaran role playing teknik passing sepakbola pada Siswa Kelas XI SMA Futuhiyyah Mranggen. Metode penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif, dalam bentuk True Eksperimental Design dengan jenis Nonequivalen Conrol Group Design.Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 1 dan XI IPS 2 SMA Futuhiyyah Mranggen. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh melalui tes hasil belajar dan tes keterampilan sosial. Pembahasan hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan berpedoman pada teori profesionalisme guru dan hasil beajar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis setelah medapatkan perlakuan menunjukan bahwa : 1) . Pengaruh yang signifikan metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya terhadap keterampilan sosial dan hasil belajar passing sepakbola kelas XI SMA Futuhiyyah Mranggen 2). Ada pengaruh yang signifikan metode pembelajaran  role playing terhadap keterampilan sosial dan hasil belajar passing sepakbola kelas XI SMA Futuhiyyah Mranggen. 3). Metode role playing lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dan hasil belajar passing sepakbola pada siswa kelas XI SMA Futuhiyyah Mranggen.

Syarikah al-abdan is a form of muamalah that can be applied today in improving the welfare of the people. However, in practice today, it seems that there are problems among Muslims in seeing and sorting out the practice of syarikah al-abdan which is following the Shari'a. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to describe the syarikah al-abdan scheme and its current contemporary application forms. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research approach with library research techniques and content analysis. The results of this study indicate that syarikah al-abdan is a form of business cooperation between two or more people preceded by mutual agreement in determining the results of the profits and/or wages between them. However, in its implementation, it is necessary to pay attention to the pillars and requirements of the syarikah al-abdan, and to consider the views of the majority of madhhab scholars and the Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI). In practice, this study describes the form of syarikah al-abdan in the profession of fisherman and tailor.

As a system, language consists of several elements or levels that form a complete construction. These elements are sounds or phonemes, morphemes, words, phrases, clauses, sentences, paragraphs, and discourses. Furthermore, these elements can be studiedthrough the branches of linguistics that have been available in accordance with theseelements. This study aims to determine the classifcation of the meaning of polysemicmeaning "enak" and to investigate the classifcation of Polysemi meaning of the wordkuchi (mouth) from the point of view of cognitive linguistics. The research method usedis qualitative descriptive (descriptive research) by recording from several references. thetechnical method and data collection are carried out using the listening method and tapping technique, while the advanced technique is a note-taking technique. From the resultsof the study, it was concluded that the word tasty not only means the delicious taste ofa food that is felt by the taste buds, but also the feeling felt by all members of the bodyand feelings. The word kuchi not only has the meaning of an oral cavity, but it can beinterpreted as a good deed that is good or bad, and can also be interpreted as a job seeking activity Keywords: cognitive linguistics, fgure of speech, enak, kuchi (mouth)

<p><em>This study aims to describe the effectiveness of online learning in vocational colleges in Hindu theory courses and electrical installation practices. Assessment indicators are student learning outcomes, learning completion, student interests and motivations as well as attractive learning experiences experienced by students during online learning. Quality research with qualitative descriptive research approach is used in this study. Data collection techniques using questionnaires in the form of essays are disseminated through the google form platform and interviews conducted with google meet. Respondents numbered 50 students. The results of online learning research are effective if reviewed from indicators of the value of learning outcomes and complete materials but are not effective if reviewed from behavior changes. Indicators of attractive learning experience will be fun assuming the media used and lecturers can package materials in an interesting, interest and motivational learning students more to the obligation to get value and no other learning alternatives except online</em>.</p><p><em><br /></em></p>

Village Owned Enterprise is a self-help container that is essentially a forum that conducts empowerment to the community, but the current situation is many unable to function as a forum for community empowerment of Village Owned Enterprise. This research aims to determine community empowerment through The Save Borrow Business Unit in Village Owned Enterprise Mineh Mandiri West Minas Village and to Know what factors hinder community empowerment through the Simpan Pinjam Business Unit in Village Owned Enterprise Mineh Mandiri West Minas Village. This research uses qualitative descriptive research method approach. Primary data obtained directly through interviews from informants, namely the Director of Village Owned Enterprise Mineh Mandiri, Village Chief Of West Minas, representative community Of West Minas Village, Field Experts Of Village Owned Enterprise, and Borrower Community. The results of this study show that community empowerment through the business unit of saving loans in a Village Owned Enterprise Mineh Mandiri West Minas Village is Bad. inhibitory factors in community empowerment through business units save borrowing in Village Owned Enterprise Mineh Mandiri West Minas Village is the limitation of human resources and lack of public awareness and lack of public enthusiasm for Village Owned Enterprise Mineh Mandiri.
