Desa Kutawargi merupakan salah satu Desa yang ada di kecamatan Rawamerta dan berbatasan dengan kecamatan Lamaran dan Majalaya. Desa ini mempunyai potensi yaitu petani yang dimana rata-rata sebagian masyarakatnya yaitu buruh tani dan ternak hewan. Pengambilan data untuk profil desa dilakukan melalui survey terhadap perkembangan pada Desa tersebut. Oleh karena itu, difokuskan untuk mencari data yang bersangkutan dengan profil Desa. Dari hasil survey dan pengumpulan data permasalahan di Desa Kutwargi ini adalah tidak memiliki produk unggulan. Dilihat dari letak geografis dan masyarakat yang memililiki pastisipasi yang tinggi Desa Kutawargi bisa berkembang lebih baik dengan menciptakan produk unggulan. Dengan kata lain BUMDES dapat menggali potensi desa dan memanfaatkannya menjadi bentuk usaha yang menjadi pendapatan desa.Kata kunci : Profil Desa, Potensi Desa, Produk UnggulanKutawargi Village is one of the villages in Rawamerta sub-district and borders with Lamaran and Majalaya districts. This village has the potential, namely farmers, where on average part of the community is farm labor and livestock. Data collection for village profiles was carried out through surveys of developments in the village. Therefore, it is focused on finding data related to the Village profile. From the survey results and data collection, the problem in Kutwargi Village is that it does not have superior products. Judging from the geographical location and the people who have high participation, Kutawargi Village can develop better by creating superior products. In other words, BUMDES can explore the potential of the village and use it as a form of business that becomes village income.Keywords : Village Profile, Village Potential ,superior product

The people who live in Anggrasmanis village, consist of various kinds of religions. There are Islam, Christian, and Hinduism. The tolerance between religious communities in Anggrasmanis village was maintained even though it was often tinged with tension and suspicion. This encourages religious figure to build communication. This study aims to describe how the pattern of communication inter-religious figures in Anggrasmanis village, so attitude of tolerance is born. The type of research used  is a qualitative description method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Researchers’ finding communication patterns of religious figures in Anggrasmanis village are linear communication patterns and circular communication patterns that occur in direct conversation between religious figures and direct feedback. The role of religious figures to building tolerance at Anggrasmanis village is by participating in activities at the village such as religious holidays.

Bungo Village, Subdistrict of Wedung Indonesia, is one of the regions that still upholds the traditions of the region as a form of preserving culture. Along with the development of technology and science, there are many traditions in the village that are considered not modernist by the people. Therefore, some village government and community heads in the village of Bungo, Wedung District, are trying to maintain traditions in their area as a form of preserving local traditions or culture and when developed can have potential for regional income. Coastal traditions in the Bungo Village area that are still carried out include Apitan, Syawalan, and Alms of Earth, the meaning of this tradition as a form of community gratitude to God. There is a Nyadran tradition, the Panji Kusuma Cultural Kirab is a tradition carried out as a form of respect for coastal communities and in memory of the services of heroes who have established villages in the coastal region. There is also the tradition of Keong Keli, Barian, Kembang Sayang, which basically implies a form of community effort to avoid doom and danger. This research was conducted using ethnographic methods, data collection using in-depth interviews and observation. From the coastal traditions carried out by the Bungo people, it is shown that coastal communities depend on the sea for their livelihoods and the wealth of natural resources to survive.

The people of Tilatang Kamang, Agam Regency, West Sumatra have a tradition, namely the tradition of khatam Qur'an children. This tradition is a celebration / gratitude for the success of children in completing their recitation of the Koran (khatam). Usually this activity is held once a year, to be precise during school holidays. This tradition is a tradition that is ingrained in the life of the Tilatang Kamang community. This Quranic tradition of khatam is also found in several other areas in Minangkabau, but each region has its own uniqueness. In Tilatang Kamang this ceremony is enlivened by barracks around the village, the aim is to inform the crowd that there are several children in this area who have successfully finished reading the Qur'an (finished their studies) and can read the Koran properly and correctly. . The ceremony ended with the announcement of the winners of the khatam participants in the recitation of the Qur'an. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an ethnographic approach. The data collection technique was done by interview and observation, while the data analysis technique used data reduction, reflection, and conclusion. The results of this study illustrate that the Khatam Qur'an ceremony has become a tradition for the Tilatang Kamang community of the Agam Regency for children who have completed their studies and also as one of the requirements for children to continue their education to a higher level.

There are a lot of divorces conducted outside the court that occurs in Cangkring Village, Indramayu Regency. Uniquely in this village Lebe (a marriage registrar officer) became a facilitator in matters of divorce including in terms of handling administratively the data of divorced couples without submitting to the Religious Courts. Through a socio-juridical study, it is understandable as a choice for the community in resolving conflicts in marriages. There are many reasons for choosing divorce by Lebe, the individual reasons, such as the geographical location of the village that far from the court, economic factors, early marriage, low human resources, or local socio-cultural conditions that affect a person to do divorce through the Lebe. Based on the theory of social action by Talcott Parsons, the actors who chose divorce through Lebe are considered easier to achieve its goal of divorce. Divorce by Lebe in Cangkring village is intended to curb peace and legal protection for the people who have a very high divorce rate. The community was given convenience because the rules in divorce are not as complicated as the divorce process in the Religious Court, even though it is considered illegal.

This study  aimed to determine the structure and social function of folklore legend naming Batunabontar Batang Natal district Mandailing Natal district. The method used in this research was descriptive method. The data source of this research was the people who inhabit Batunabontar village, Batang Natal District, Mandailing Natal District. The instrument used in this study was the researcher himself and the informant based on the understanding of the structure and social function of the naming legend of a place. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation by observation and to strengthen the data obtained, direct interviews were carried out to the authorities in research on the Social Structure and Function of the Legend of the Naming of Batunabontar Village, Batang Natal District, Mandailing Natal District. The results of this study indicate that the Social Structure and Function of Naming Legend of Batunabontar Village, Batang Natal District, Mandailing Natal District has a unique history and structure and function in the village. The uniqueness of this Batunabontar makes the writer want to know the importance of the structure and function of the Batunabontar in Batang Natal District, Mandailing Natal Regency.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the Responsibility of Village Fund Allocation in Tambat, Tanah Miring District, Merauke Regency. Theoretical Benefits, as reference material for research in the field of future accountability. In discussing and reviewing the issue of implementation, the accountability of village fund allocation in Tambat Tanah Miring District Merauke Regency the author uses a qualitative research method, namely data collection can be from interviews, observation notes, photo taking, audio and video recording. This type of descriptive research is a research that is sought to observe problems systematically accurate funds regarding the facts and characteristics of certain objects, with the number of informants as many as 13 people.The results of this study indicate that the accountability of village fund allocation in the implementation of village funds in Tambat, Tanah Miring District, Merauke Regency, runs well but there are still a number of problems that occur, planning, realization of the program and not in accordance with the details and calculations in the RAB. Kampung, Implementation of Village Fund Allocation conducted by Kampung Tambat Officials has not gone well and has not been carried out in accordance with the procedure because the village head of Tambat was considered not transparent regarding Village Fund Allocation to the people of Tambat Village, Reporting indicators, Village Fund Allocation has not been implemented properly due to reports what has been made is not maximal with what is done in Tambat and indicators, the accountability of the village head regarding the Village Fund Allocation also does not work with planning, implementation and reporting, this is evidenced by the making of the first report and the answer to ADD ADK, PROSPECTS made by other parties not by village officials have not been implemented with the reality that happened at Tambat.

Abstract accountability are characteristics of Good Governance. Accountability are very important in managing an entity, especially for entities that carry out the mandate of the people and manage public funds such as BUMDes. BUMDes that have the mandate of capital, have large roles and duties, BUMDes must be able to account for and report the results of their financial management as a form of accountability to the government and society. This study aims to determine how the financial management of BUMDes To analyze the level of accountability of BUMDes Mekar Lestari’s financial management in 2019. This type of research is a qualitative research using descriptive analysis. The data collection methods used were interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that: The financial management of BUMDes Mekar Lestari consists of planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability and supervision stages. Some indicators for the financial management accountability of BUMDes Mekar Lestari in 2019 have also not been fulfilled as regulated in the Banyuwangi Regency Regional Regulation No. 13 of 2015 and Banyuwangi Governor Regulation No. 17 of 2019

Indonesia is a country that has many regional languages. The diversity of regional languages is a characteristic of Indonesia. One of them is the Javanese language which is used by the Javanese people and has a variety of dialects. Therefore, the writer is interested in conducting research on the characteristics of the Javanese dialect of Blora in accordance with sociolinguistic studies that examines the relationship between language and its speaking community. This is similar to the writer aim to analysis the differences between Blora, Temanggung and Mojokerto dialect. The writer also analyzes the use of Javanese speech level used by the people of Blora. This is because there are still many people who do not know the geographical location of Blora City. In this study, the writer uses a qualitative descriptive method and the data collection methods needed to analysis the data are simak method and cakap method. The analysis results showed that there are characteristics of the Blora dialect and there are differences between Blora, Temanggung and Mojokerto dialect. It can be concluded that the variations of the three dialects have different morphology, phonology, lexical and semantics. This is due to the diversity of dialect differences from the results of regional observations.

The pandemic period that hit Indonesia in 2020 has a real impact on underprivileged people in the Lamongan area, especially in the village of Sidomukti. The economic impact is felt by all parties so that when the Thematic KKN Universitas BIllfath is carried out one group, namely group 6 carries out Social Service activities. Social service is aimed at underprivileged people who are also affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Before social service is carried out, the data collection process needs to be carried out to obtain definite data regarding the underprivileged people who are targeted. This data collection is carried out with the hope that the funds distributed will be right on target to the people in need. This data collection method is carried out in collaboration with the village government by looking at the data that is owned by the village government and going directly to the field to ensure the accuracy of the data. The results of the data collection show that there are 30 families classified as underprivileged and deserving of social assistance funds. The data obtained were then submitted to the social service fund distribution team for immediate follow-up.

The enactment of Law No. 6, 2014 on Villages has given the opportunity for villages to manage their own finances. In 2017 the budget allocated by the central government amounted 720 million rupiahs per village. The central government needs to apply control and monitoring on the fund to ensure that there is no leakage and fraud in its spending. The survey results conducted by ICQ in 2016 show that there are 62 cases of corruption of the village fund already under investigation, with a total loss to the state reaching 18 billion rupiahs. One of the causes of the high number of fraud cases is the weak enforcement of internal control. The aim of this research is to analyze the effectiveness of Internal Control System (SPI) on the use of village fund at Kepayang village, Lempuing district, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach, the data collection for this research is conducted by means of interview, observation, and documentation. There are 4 participants in this research, namely Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, and Kampong Society Representative Body. The internal control system in Kepayang village is running sufficiently well with a percentage of 65. This is because many of the components of control in the village government are not implemented.
