This study aims to determine the effect of student’s of Cengkong IV Elementary  School Purwasari Distric. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population used in this student were all students of Cengkong IV Elementary School with a total of 150. By taking a sample of 25% of the population members, a sample of 40 people was obtained. The technique of collecting data through student confidence questionnaires with student’s speaking skills using the role playing method. Data analysis techniques to test hypotheses are done by calculating inferensial statistics. The results of the test of the validity of the confidence questionnaire obtained 22 items of instrument statements which were validly stated from the 46 statments of the instruments being tested.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pengajuan dan pemecahan masalah (JUCAMA) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif Matematika siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sukamakmur 1. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Sukamakmur 1 yang berjumlah 97 siswa. Peneliti mengambil sampel 40 siswa dari jumlah populasi yang ada. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes soal Kelipatan Persekutuan Terkecil (KPK) dan Faktor Persekutuan Terbesar (FPB) pada soal Matematika. Teknik analisis data untuk menguji hipotesis dilakukan dengan perhitungan pearson product moment. Hasil dari uji validitas tes soal Matematika diperoleh 10 butir instrumen yang valid dari 10 butir instrumen yang diujicobakan. Hasil uji reliabilitas nilai r20 sebesar 0,939. Hasil pengujian hipotesis, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penerapan model pengajuan dan pemecahan masalah (JUCAMA) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif Matematika siswa kelas IV. Hal ini diperoleh probabilitas (signifikansi) 0.000 < 0.050 menunjukkan adanya pengaruh model pengajuan dan pemecahan masalah (JUCAMA) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif Matematika siswa kelas IV.   Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the model of problem submission and troubleshooting (JUCAMA) on the mathematical creative thinking ability of fourth grade learners in elementary school. This location was conducted at Sukamakmur 1 State Elementary School. This research is a type of Quantitative Research. The population who was used in this study. There were all fourth grade learners of State Elementary School Sukamakmur 1 with totalling 97 learners. Researcher took a sample of 40 learners from the existing population. Data Collection Techniques were through tests about the Smallest Guild Multiplication (KPK) and the Biggest Guild Factor (FPB) in Mathematical Questions. Data Analysis Techniques to test hypothesis were done by calculating Pearson Product Moment. The result of the validity test of mathematical questions were obtained 10 valid instruments from the 10 items tested. The reliability test resulted of the r20 value were 0/939. The result of testing the hypothesis, there was a significant effect of the application of the model of problem submission and troubleshooting (JUCAMA) to the Mathematical Creative Thinking Ability of fourth grade learners. This was obtained probability (significance) 0.000 < 0.050 showed the influence of submission and troubleshooting model (JUCAMA) on Mathematical Creative Thinking Ability of fourth grade learners. Social development is one aspect of development that must be stimulated early. Based on observational data made regarding the daily lives of group B children at Ar-Rahman Kindergarten, Jombang, it appears that children are better able to socialize with peers or with people who are older than children from other institutions. One form of stimulus for social development in kindergarten, specifically for children aged 5-6 years (group B) kindergarten can be done through role playing.This research is a research with descriptive quantitative research. Data analysis techniques use descriptive with percentage. The study was conducted in group B, TK Ar-Rahman, Jombang Regency with a sample of 56 children.Based on the results of these studies, it can be concluded that the profile of social development of child B, TK Ar-Rahman Jombang, is in good category (3) on indicators: 1) able to support with friends; 2) purchase at game level; and 3) able to ask and answer questions. Each indicator, category (3) has the highest percentage. A total of 32 children (57.1%) worked together in role playing activities to become family members with only 1 (one) command. 34 children (60.7%) were able to obey 3 (two) rules of the game in role playing. 28 children (50%) were able to ask and answer questions while playing roles.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type of cooperative learning methods on mathematics learning outcomes at Adiarsa Barat II Elementary School, West Karawang District, Karawang District. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were grade II students of Adiarsa Barat II Elementary School. The sample in this study amounted to 22. The technique of collecting data through filling tests with Mathematics subjects. Researchers use data analysis techniques, namely statistical calculations. The results of hypothesis testing, there are significant differences between the cooperative learning methods of Teams Games Tournament (TGT) and Mathematics learning outcomes. This was obtained (tcount = 5.813> t table = 2.085) with a significance of 0.05 and n = 22 indicating that the hypothesis was accepted. From the results of this study it can be said there are differences in learning outcomes in Mathematics with cooperative learning methods of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Barunawati Kota Ternate dan seberapa besar peningkatan kecerdasan inter-personal anak usia 5-6 tahun dengan menggunakan metode bermain peran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam II siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak didik kelompok B di TK Barunawati Kota Ternate yang berjumlah 25 orang. Kolabolator dalam penelitian adalah guru kelas B, sebagai pelaksana tindakan, peneliti sebagai observer dan guru pendamping sebagai pembantu observer. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Observasi meliputi proses pembelajaran sosial emosional dan kecerdasan interpersonal anak. Catatan lapangan digunakan untuk melihat permasalahan yang dihadapi selama pembelajaran. Dokumentasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data yang berbentuk foto. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif sederhana. Data dianalisis secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan interpersonal anak usia dini dapat ditingkatkan melalui metode bermain peran. Peningkatan tersebut sebesar 76%.Kata Kunci: metode bermain peran (role playing), kecerdasan interpersonal, anak usia dini. The Implementation of Role Playing Method to Improve Interpersonal Intelligence of Children Aged 5-6 Years in Kindergarten Barunawati AbstractThe study aims to increase interpersonal intelligence of children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten Barunawati Ternate City and how much the increase in interpersonal intelligence of children aged 5-6 years using role playing methods. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The subjects in this study are students in kindergarten group B Barunawati Ternate City amounting to 25 people. The collaborators in this research were the B-grade teachers acting as the executor, while the researcher was an observer and as a teacher assistant in the observation. The data were collected through observation, notes field and documentation. Observations included the process of learning social emotional and childrens interpersonal intelligence. Field notes were used to see the problems faced during the learning. Documentation used to obtain data in the form of photos. The data analysis techniques used simple descriptive statistics. The data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of this study shows that early childhood interpersonal intelligence can be improved through the role playing methods. The increase in the amout of 76%.Keywords: role playing method, interpersonal intelligence, early childhood

Education never get out of adequate facilities and infrastructure. These can support education. One of them is the using of teaching material. The limiting of it makes students have one handbook only and learn by using it, so they don’t practice enough on working other math problems. With these problems, researcher is encouraged to develop mathematical module cube and block with a scientific approach for 5th grade elementary school. Type of this research is research and development (R&D) with aim to know that development of mathematical cubes and block module with scientific approach for 5th grade is feasible or not. Data collection techniques used interview, observation, documentation, and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results of the development of mathematical cubes and blocks modules with the scientific approach are said to be very feasible with a percentage of 84 from material expert, 81,34 from module expert, 83 from 5th grade teacher and 95,10 from 5th grade students.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of classical music to improved Mathematics learning outcomes in high grade IV, V, and VI in Binakheir Islamic Elementary School, period 2011-2012. The method used in this study is a quasi experimental, using design one-group pretest-posttest design. With the amount of research samples as many as 90 students. Students' scores in mathematics problems is obtained through data analysis techniques used to test the hypothesis is to test-t, with alpha = 0,05. Based on data analysis using t-test with significance t (0,000) < alpha set (0,05), then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. This study therefore concludes which is classical music has a significant impact on improved student learning outcomes in mathematics higher grade IV, V, and VI elementary school.

This study aims to: know and analyze whether the Competence and Discipline Work simultaneously and partially effect on Customer Satisfaction in the Office of State Assets and Auction (KPKNL) Palu. This study uses quantitative research which is a study that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with a sample of 49 customers and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.00 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence and Work Discipline affect simultaneously to Customer Satisfaction. (2) based on regression test results obtained Competence variables have significance level t sig. 0.010 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) based on the regression test results obtained variable Work Discipline has significance level t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Work Discipline partially significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak dan parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 49 pelanggan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,00 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Kompetensimemiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,010 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kompetensisecara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Disiplin Kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable can moderate competence on work performance, The motivation variable cannot moderate work ethic on work performance Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Work Ethic, Work Performance

This study aims to research determine the effect of emotional intelligence against teacher efficacy in elementary school with curicullum 2013. Variable studied were emotional intelligence as the independent variable (X) and variable teacher efficacy as the dependent variable. The method used in this study is quantitative research with technique cluster sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents. The data analysis technique are used to test the hypotesis is a simple regresission analysis using Rasch Model with winstep version 3.73 and SPSS version 16.0. Based on the calcullations, emotional intelligence effects teacher efficacy by 6% and the remaining 94% is in influenced by factors other than emotional intelligence.

This study aims to learn the skills passed by learning ball class X students in Jasinga 1 High School. Using quantitative research with survey methods. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 30 male students. The instrument used was the graduation skills test used by Jaelani (2014). Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques as outlined in the form of percentages. The results of research on skills that pass of soccer learning in class X of SMAN 1 Jasinga are in the category of "skills" with a percentage of 53.3%, the category of "moderately skilled" with a percentage of 26.7%, the category of "very talented" with a percentage of 20, 0%. While the category of "less successful" and "very less" with a percentage of 0.0%. The conclusion of this study is the level of passing skills in learning soccer class X Jasinga SMAN 1 depends on the category of expertise.
