The article examines aspects of economic security in a period of tough competition, political and economic instability. Enterprises have complete independence in making decisions on determining strategic development, sources of financing, and the choice of counterparties, therefore, it is of paramount importance to resolve issues of risk reduction. The research work analyzes the definitions of the concept of "security" of the territory, industry, enterprise from various points of view, from the standpoint of different scientific directions and disciplines. Economic security should be considered as the state of the economic system, which allows it to develop dynamically, efficiently and solve social problems, since the system is characterized by a set of elements and the peculiarities of the relationships between them. The functioning of economic systems is based on the relationship of various forms, structures and processes of activity in a constantly changing space of market factors.

What is the relationship of economic history to the study of comparative economic systems? Perhaps the major contribution to thought on this subject has been made by Walter Eucken, whose ideas may be taken as the starting point for our discussion.

The paper analyzes and systematizes the basic catego-ries related with threats to the economic security of the Russian Federation, and establishes the relationship of their components in accordance with Federal regulatory legal documents. It provides an overview of the ap-proaches contained in the works of different authors in relation to the formation of the composition of threats to the economic security of the state and the assess-ment of their relevance. As a result, it is concluded that it is necessary to improve existing methods for as-sessing economic security threats for the national economy. The author’s method of calculating an inte-gral indicator for assessing threats to the economic security of the Russian Federation, based on a system of indicators grouped into clusters, is proposed. The initial approbation of the methodology was carried out on the basis of the author’s estimates of threshold val-ues and significance levels of indicators of economic security threats.

In modern conditions, ensuring the security of economic systems is interconnected with the categories “sustainability” and “development”. Sustainability of an economic system reflects the reliability and strength of its constituent elements, the efficiency and inviolability of horizontal and vertical links within the system itself. Development is one of economic security components, since the lack of development significantly reduces the ability to resist and adapt to internal and external threats. The security of the national economic system is considered as the ability to survive and develop steadily in the conditions of turbulence and the influence of hard-to-predict factors. The success of economic development is largely determined by significant structural changes based on innovation. Consequently, dynamic innovative development must have an adequate innovative structure. “Innovatization” as an economic category is a process of accumulation, preservation, use and development of the innovative potential of the economic system’s acting entities. The economic theory of economic systems’ innovatization is one of the demanded economic paradigms of our time for most developed and developing countries of the world, including Russia. This is due to the decisive role of innovations in the development of economic systems and, as a result, this is as a source and one of the criterion indicators of economic security. The authors, using the holistic approach and the method of structural-logical decomposition in the study, revealed the content and forms of innovatization in economic development structures as a basis for ensuring economic security.

"Physically and politically powerless, children have always gotten the short end of the stick. In earlier times, the surplus, especially females, were legally and deliberately killed; in the Middle Ages and until recently children were chattels; in Dickensian England they starved in workhouses or were exploited as beggars a la Oliver Twist...." Louise Raggio, Conference Participant The building Frank Lloyd Wright called Wingspread served as the setting for a discussion concerning the relationship of the health of the young to their legal needs and the role of the pediatrician in these regards. Men and women from medicine, the law, and social work shared their points of view, seeking a firm definition of advocacy for children, attempting to highlight some manageable priorities among the legal needs so that pediatricians might move to a partnership with others in the community which might facilitate access to a better life for all children and youth.

This chapter examines Chinese migration and investment into Europe and explores models of migration and investment by identifying the gap between the two. The chapter highlights the major characteristics of Chinese investment and migration into Europe by identifying and separating the investment from Chinese state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and that of private individuals. This triangulation provides scholars and policy makers with a unique scenario. The migration and investment literature has been conducted as two separate and parallel topics. A small number of studies investigate the relationship of the two as one inter-connected relationship. There is even less focus on Chinese migration and investment due to the fact that over the past decade it has been a fast-moving phenomenon because of the speed of Chinese economic development. In addition, China's different political and economic system and its unique state structure adds another layer of complexity for scholars.

Micropolitan statistical areas (micropolitans) are important elements in understanding the small-town economic forces operating in the United States. This study focuses on the tourism enterprise dynamics of micropolitans. These dynamics are an oft-neglected element in tourism analyses and reports. Power law (log-log) regression analyses are central to the examination of complex socio-economic systems, and have been used here. Micropolitan tourism enterprises are ubiquitous and there is much non-linear orderliness in the interplay between their demographic and entrepreneurial characteristics. The dynamics of the orderliness result in important differences. For instance, total micropolitan employment increases sub-linearly (more slowly) than increases in tourism enterprise numbers, while tourism employment increases super-linearly (more rapidly). This difference could be important in considerations of micropolitan employment. The relationship of tourism and poverty has often been debated. Here, a statistically significant negative correlation was observed between the number of tourism enterprises and a measure of community prosperity/wealth of the micropolitans. Expansion of the tourism sector apparently reduces community poverty in micropolitans. However, community poverty is also lower in larger micropolitans. Therefore, further analyses are needed to examine the potentially spurious correlation. Overall, future decision-making could be supported by the quantified information about the tourism dynamics of micropolitans.

Abstract This article examines Luther's conception of Economy and Economics. The analysis shows a paradoxially structured religious communication about economic problems (inflation, interest). This form of communication serves to keep contingency available within the economic system. Together with reason, conscience and belief the awareness of contingency is a presupposition of reasonable economical decisions. The most important conclusion is that the relationship of these aspects of action- as discussed by Lutheris also a majorproblern in the contemporary discussion of business and economics effects

The researcher has defined derivation mentioning the essential views that have said about it with providing on adequate exposure to Mustafawi's remarks concerning derivation and hid unique achievement in this field i.e. adding a new type of derivation which he calls "extractive derivation". The researcher has also tackled about the relationship of the pivotal meaning with types of derivation represented by: small, big, the biggest, and magnificent. Keeping in mind that derivation is a linguistic procedure which cannot be restricted in specific limits in addition to the fact that its relation with the pivotal meaning is divergent depending on the type of derivation.
