The article provides an overview of the methods used in foreign practice to stimulate the company's human capital. The study identified the main problems in the company's employee motivation system, which can lead to serious problems for the company. The main problem of the enterprise remains a fair assessment of remuneration for the work done. The experience of using software solutions and the possibility of using artificial intelligence in stimulating human capital is investigated. The main tools of material and moral encouragement of employees are systematized. The extensive use of information technologies allows for continuous monitoring of the activities of employees of the enterprise and increases the objectivity of the assessment of their work.

The article considers the feasibility of integrating artificial intelligence technologies into school education and identifies a problem in identifying didactic elements in the field of artificial intelligence, which must be mastered in a school informatics course. The purpose of the article is to propose variant of the content of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence for the general education of schoolchildren as part of the curricular and extracurricular activities in informatics. An analysis of the psychological, pedagogical and scientific-methodical literature in the field of artificial intelligence made it possible to identify the appropriateness of teaching schoolchildren the elements of artificial intelligence in the framework of a comprehensive informatics course, as the theoretical foundations of modern information technologies. Summarizing and systematizing the learning experience of schoolchildren in the field of artificial intelligence made it possible to form variant of the content of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence, which can be implemented in a compulsory informatics course for 9th grade, as well as in elective classes. The results of the study are the theoretical basis for the further development of the components of the methodological system of teaching the elements of artificial intelligence in a school informatics course. The research materials may be useful to specialists in the field of teaching informatics and to informatics teachers.

Subject. Currently, as the global economy evolves, its innovative components should demonstrate a tendency of accelerated growth as intellectual capital, information technologies, increasing knowledge and digitization of mushrooming production processes. Nowadays, intellectual capital is one of the economic development drivers. However, the economic community is found to have no generally accepted wording of the concept, thus laying the basis for this article. Objectives. The study sums up the analysis of approaches used by the Russian and foreign economists to determining the economic substance of intellectual capital. We also identify the importance of human capital as its components and specify the definition of the concept. Methods. The article overviews and analyzes proceedings by the most renowned authors, which substantiate how the economic substance of intellectual capital should be unveiled, and suggest its definitions. Results. We specified the definition of intellectual capital concerning the current economic development. We suggest integrating a new component into intellectual capital, such as intellectual property, which includes products of intellectual activity and intangible assets. They can be owned by the entity or other legal entities and individuals, including some employees of the entity. Conclusions and Relevance. The specified definition of intellectual capital will help address issues of sustainable economic development and ensure the competitiveness of the Russian entities nationwide and worldwide, since it directly contributes to intellectual capital and its components.

Background: Human resource is dynamic and complex ever because of changes in local, regional and global dimensions. Managing people for optimal use of their competencies for organizational purpose has no options. Employee motivation and employee turnover is being the central issue in the modern organizations, corporate movement of competent people is being the regular corporate news in business arena. Human capital management (HCM) helps them to be satisfied and being positive to their work and the organization. It helps organization to cope with turnover challenge and deviant workplace behavior. Employee motivation, satisfaction, job burnout, turnover are being common challenges to the management. To cope with such challenges, organizations should have strategic focus on human capital management. Objectives: This study aims to explore the situation of human capital management in Nepali insurance companies and the employee’s satisfaction from human capital management. The study also aims to examine the association between satisfaction from HCM and workplace behavior. To examine the gender influence on workplace behavior of the employees created by HCM. Methods: This study was conducted with correlational research design. Primary data for each variable was collected from 402 employees of different seven life insurance companies having at least five years of business experience. To observe the current HCM practices, 3-Point statements were asked. Structured questionnaire with 5-Point Likert Scale was used to collect responses on satisfaction from HCM and the satisfaction towards positive workplace behavior. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and independent sample t-tests were used to examine the objectives. Result: Results of the study revealed that Nepali insurance companies have maintained human capital management causing employee satisfaction. Employees have reported that they have positive workplace behavior. Female employees have more positive workplace behavior of employees. Employee’s satisfaction from HCM is obtained having positive relationship with workplace behavior. Conclusion: Nepali insurance companies have satisfactory HCM effective to motivate their employees. Employee’s satisfaction leads for positive workplace behavior. There is no gender difference in satisfaction on HCM while female have more positive workplace behavior in comparison to their male counterparts. Implications: To cope with intense competition among the competitors in Nepali insurance industry, this study provides strong evidence to focus on HCM and positive workplace behavior.

The article deals with the economic and legal aspects of the innovative activity of enterprises in the context of the digital economy. The authors have established that the innovative activity of enterprises includes also the development of artificial intelligence and robotics and that in the current conditions when creating and using artificial intelligence technologies, the issue of ensuring national security in the digital environment becomes extremely important. In this case, the strategic goal of ensuring information security is to protect the vital interests of the individual and society against internal and external threats associated with the application of information technologies for various purposes contrary to civil law. It is proved that innovations will increase the investment attractiveness of the business, maintain a balance of creative freedom and internal control measures, self-regulation in the field of digital technologies, and develop a unified legal framework in the economic space.

The development of artificial intelligence accelerated the development and application of smart sensors and human observation and study systems, and the establishment of continuous monitoring of it using various sources. The financial industry has always sought to collect as much data as possible about its customers. Many countries have begun to create population control systems. China leads the development of such a system. In 2020, Russia launched a digital citizen profile system, which should ensure high-quality interaction between the population, the business community and the state through the collection, processing, archiving and analysis of information from public and private sources. How the system will be used: in the name of Good or Evil depends on those who make the decision and use it. The main carrier of information about oneself is the person himself.

In this study, an intelligent system model that can evaluate experimental material properties and safety factors is developed. The model contains Artificial Intelligence Technologies such as Artificial Neural Network (ANN) and Fuzzy Logic. It consists of sub modules into interaction. Also, the model can obtain more precision values than interpolation techniques used to classical design. The study contributes to define safety factors, design criterions and safety stress according to a new approach based on information technologies. So, this study can be seen as one of the sub modules of Intelligence Multi Agent System and it can be integrated with Multi Agent System Model for design. Also, it can be used for classical design studies so that results can be quickly obtained. It is expected that this approach will be widely used by designers.

Abstract As companies become aware that they have to restructure their product development processes to survive global competition in the market, it is important that they evaluate which management methods and techniques are suitable to improve the performance of the process and which design methods can be integrated and be used efficiently. A combination of management methods like Total Quality Management (TQM), Simultaneous or Concurrent Engineering, and Lean Development can be adapted to meet the requirements of a company more than a single strategy. Interdisciplinary teamwork, cross-hierarchical communication, and delegation of work in addition to employee motivation changes the common attitude towards the work process in the company and integrates the staff more tightly into the process. Nowadays, there is tight cooperation between companies and their sub-contractors, as sub-contractors not only have to manufacture the part or sub-assembly, but often have to design it. Therefore, the product development process has to be defined in a way that the sub-contractors can be tightly integrated into the product development process. Additionally, it is important to break the product down into functionally separate modules during the conceptual phase of the process. If the interfaces between these functions are defined as specifications, these modules can easily be given to suppliers or to other teams inside the company for further development. The use of methods such as Design for Manufacture (DFM) or Design for Assembly (DFA) early during the development process, which utilize the knowledge of experts from manufacturing and assembly, results in a decreasing number of iterative loops during the design process and therefore reduces time-to-market. This cross-functional cooperation leads to improved quality of both processes and products. In this paper, different management methods to achieve the best improvement from the product development process are discussed. In addition, suitable design methods for achieving cost reduction, quality improvement, and reduction of time-to-market are presented. Finally, proposals for industry on methods to reorganize the Integrated Product Development (IPD) process based on actual findings are presented.

The work done by some authors in the fields of computer science, artificial intelligence, and multi-agent systems foresees an approximation of these disciplines and those of the social sciences, namely, in the areas of anthropology, sociology, and psychology. Much of this work has been done in terms of the humanization of the behavior of virtual entities by expressing human-like feelings and emotions. Some authors (e.g., Ortony, Clore & Collins, 1988; Picard, 1997) suggest lines of action considering ways to assign emotions to machines. Attitudes like cooperation, competition, socialization, and trust are explored in many different areas (Arthur, 1994; Challet & Zhang, 1998; Novais et al., 2004). Other authors (e.g., Bazzan et al., 2000; Castelfranchi, Rosis & Falcone, 1997) recognize the importance of modeling virtual entity mental states in an anthropopathic way. Indeed, an important motivation to the development of this project comes from the author’s work with artificial intelligence in the area of knowledge representation and reasoning, in terms of an extension to the language of logic programming, that is, the Extended Logic Programming (Alferes, Pereira & Przymusinski, 1998; Neves, 1984). On the other hand, the use of null values to deal with imperfect knowledge (Gelfond, 1994; Traylor & Gelfond, 1993) and the enforcement of exceptions to characterize the behavior of intelligent systems (Analide, 2004) is another justification for the adoption of these formalisms in this knowledge arena. Knowledge representation, as a way to describe the real world based on mechanical, logical, or other means, will always be a function of the systems ability to describe the existent knowledge and their associated reasoning mechanisms. Indeed, in the conception of a knowledge representation system, it must be taken into attention different instances of knowledge.
