The pandemic announced in the world requires non-standard solutions from teachers to implement a full-fledged educational process in the higher education system of the Russian Federation. The academic discipline Physical Culture and Sports is no exception. The use of accessible and modern wellness programs in the classroom is necessary for the full maintenance and strengthening of students ' health, increasing their motor activity during the day. Special responsibility is assigned to teachers who are able to organize a competent educational process in the context of distance learning, while observing all the principles of teaching. Modern information technologies have made it possible to conduct training sessions online on the Mirapolis platform. To do this, we used selected wellness programs published on YouTube, the Fitify program and the Pacer pedometer. Students studied under the guidance of a teacher, using a video link. Thus, the teacher could not only control the correctness of the exercises, but also adjust the programs. At the end of the semester of distance learning in the discipline Physical Culture and Sports, a survey of students was conducted, the purpose of which was to analyze the degree of their satisfaction with the organization and methodology of classes. The greatest difficulties in physical education (6.3% of respondents) were caused by 1st year students, nevertheless, the motivation for physical education has not changed. More than 50% of respondents are satisfied with the received physical activity in distance classes. Among the positive aspects of distance learning were noted: the absence of the need to spend time on the way to and from the place of study and, as a result, the availability of more free time 79%, low risk of infection (71%), the opportunity to study at an individual pace (56%). For 40% of respondents, it is an opportunity to use modern technologies. Thus, the results showed that the majority of students adapted well to the organization of distance learning at SPbGUP, including in the discipline physical culture and sports.

The global COVID-19 pandemic has changed the education system. The use of modern information technologies in the educational process and the introduction of distance learning are becoming more and more relevant. These requirements began to apply to academic disciplines, which a priori are difficult to teach online, in a quarantine situation. Physical education is such a discipline. Requirements for teachers are increasing. The teacher must have digital pedagogical competencies in order to successfully teach this academic discipline in modern conditions. The purpose of this pilot study was to determine the level of formation of digital pedagogical competencies among physical education teachers working in institutions of higher and secondary vocational education. The research is based on the European model Digital Competence of Educators (DIGCOMPEDU). A questionnaire for identifying the formation of digital pedagogical competencies was developed on the basis of this model and tested in this study. Teachers were asked to assess, on a 5-point scale, the level of skills and experience in the application of information technologies in the educational process and in the organization of distance learning, as well as to provide specific resources with which they work.44 teachers of physical education from Pskov State University, College of Pskov State University and Velikie Luki State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports took part in this study. It was found that most of all physical culture teachers have formed the ability to work with search engines and knowledge in the field of information security. The skills to produce and use video and graphics content are the least developed. Also an important problem is the lack of experience in the implementation of distance learning among physical education teachers.Groups of teachers with different levels of formation of digital pedagogical competencies were identified using cluster analysis. Five such levels have been identified. The conducted research determines the problem that physical education teachers lack competence in the field of information technologies and their implementation in the educational process even with a mixed form of education (full-time form with elements of distance learning).

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of teaching the discipline "Descriptive geometry" in the conditions of distance learning, it examines the application of information technologies in the educational process in geometric and graphic disciplines. Increasing the speed of information processes, reducing the number of hours for mastering the discipline. the conditions of distance learning set new tasks for teachers and dictate their requirements for teaching graphic disciplines and the use of teaching experience in a new reality; there is a need to introduce and develop new forms of education without losing the quality of education. Geometric-graphic disciplines occupy one of the important places in technical education, the complexity of the study of which lies in the development of a graphical representation of phenomena, objects and processes by methods of constructive geometric modeling. The knowledge and skills acquired by students contribute to the development of spatial, imaginative and rational thinking, which is necessary for future professional activities. Descriptive geometry is a discipline that is not easy to master on your own without a conscious understanding of the logic and sequence of geometric constructions, without deep knowledge of theoretical foundations and constant, repeated implementation of practical tasks. The acquisition of practical skills in mastering the methods of discipline has become more difficult in the current epidemiological situation. In modern conditions of distance learning, the use of the Simplex geometric modeling system made it possible to develop and propose a new concept of geometric-graphic interaction, which significantly reduced the time for completing and checking educational tasks in real time. The proposed technology reveals the deep informational essence of the studied discipline "Descriptive Geometry" and becomes a powerful research tool for students. The integration of traditional teaching methods in the graphic preparation of students with computer and communication facilities increases the possibilities of communication and improves the quality of teaching.

Purpose: on the basis of a review of modern special literature, develop a questionnaire and analyze the attitude of students to physical education. Material and Methods: the study was conducted on the basis of the Department of Physical Education, Sports and Human Health, Mariupol State University. The study involved 78 students of the 1st year of study, of which 38 students (Gr. 1) and 40 students (Gr. 2). Everyone was asked to answer the question of the developed questionnaire. Results: despite the fact that only 39% of girls and 52% of boys tolerate physical activity, according to the answers, only 21% of female students and 30% of students attend sports sections 2-3 times a week, the rest consider it sufficient to attend physical education classes at the University. At the same time, 44% of female students and 35% of students suffer from colds 3-4 times a year, which in the future, against the background of a decrease in immunity, can lead to chronic diseases. There is also a tendency towards the abuse of low alcohol drinks. Only 31% of female students and 25% of students are fully satisfied with physical culture at the University. According to many students, physical culture should take into account the interests of the students themselves in the form of sectional classes. According to our survey, 63% of girls want to go in for fitness, 37% - power sports, 2 times a week instead of physical education lessons. Conclusions: there is a problem in the current system of physical education, it is necessary to develop and implement innovative directions for improving the process of physical education.

The relevance of the study is determined by the need to update the methods of teaching physical culture in universities based on information technologies in accordance with the socio-cultural conditions of the present time. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the need to use information technologies in physical education in Ukrainian universities, followed by the development of a conceptual model based on the experience of foreign higher education institutions. The research of the selected problem was conducted in two stages based on systematic and innovative approaches using the method of analysis, synthesis, generalisation, systematisation, and comparison. The paper identified the need to introduce information technologies in the educational process of physical culture in universities based on the research of Ukrainian and foreign authors. The article analysed and compared the practices of using information technologies in physical education classes in universities of European countries, such as Spain, Ireland, Portugal, the Russian Federation, as well as Asian countries, among which are Japan and China. It was found out that the introduction of informatisation tools in the educational process of physical education in Ukrainian universities is accompanied by certain difficulties, and at the same time, the actualisation of the search for solutions to these problems was identified. The main ways of introducing information technologies in physical education classes in leading Ukrainian universities were considered. Based on the experience of Ukrainian and foreign universities, a conceptual model of information technologies usage in the educational process of physical education was developed, which is based on improving individual and collective skills using a universal mobile application and fitness games. The value and prospects of further research lie in creating a universal mobile application and implementing the author's methodology in practice
