Although most Indonesia's population is Muslim, the Islamic parties' votes do not show a significant general election. This tendency encourages Islamic parties to develop post-Islamism to win the sympathy of majority Muslim voters in Indonesia. Ahead of the 2019 election, identity politics or sectarian politics had strengthened in the 2017 DKI Jakarta Regional Head Election, and even identity politics had long ago emerged with the proliferation of Sharia regulations in several regions, as well as the issuance of the MUI Fatwa regarding the illegitimacy of secularism, liberalism, and pluralism. This study aims to see whether Islamic parties maintain Post Islamism in political programs in the 2019 election. The research uses a library research method by collecting data from books, journals, national print, and online media. The study results explain that Islamic parties remain consistent in using the Post Islamism approach in the 2019 election, even though their vote acquisition is stagnant as a middle board party.   Received: 4 September 2021 / Accepted: 15 November 2021 / Published: 3 January 2022

Bawaslu resolves by deliberation by bringing together the disputing parties to then take a final and binding decision. The final and binding nature of this Bawaslu decision does not apply to certain disputes, namely the dispute over the verification of political parties participating in the General Election and the determination of the final list of candidates for the election of members of the DPR, DPD, and DPRD. The existence of these two characteristics of Bawaslu's decision then led to different interpretations between Bawaslu and the KPU. The formulation of the problem, namely 1). The authority of Bawaslu in resolving election disputes regarding the task of supervising the implementation of elections, 2). The nature of Bawaslu's decisions in resolving election disputes. The research method used in this paper is normative juridical, namely an approach to legal norms or applicable laws and regulations, theories, and history. From the discussion of the problem, it is concluded that a decision that is final and binding is given to Bawaslu by law in order to end election disputes so that it will show the role of Bawaslu as a unified function of organizing elections. Meanwhile, exceptions to the nature of final and binding decisions on political party verification disputes and the permanent list of candidates for members of the DPR, DPD, and DPRD indicate that Bawaslu is not a judicial institution, so it cannot decide disputes related to constitutional rights as election participants.

This paper aims to examine the development of Arabic vocabulary through isytiqāq kabīr, akbar, and kubbār. Isytiqāq or derivation has appeared among Arabic linguists from the beginning of the third century hijriah until the middle of the end of the fourth century hijriah. The qualitative research method (al-bahts al-kayfi) with the type of library research is used in this paper to examine library materials related to the writing theme. The study results show that the type of isytiqāq kabīr is the same as taqlīb (change), the type of isytiqāq akbar is the same as ibdal, and the type of isytiqāq kubbār is the same as naht (acronym). The three isytiqāq have differences, namely; isytiqāq kabīr / akbar is to form various syllables from a syllable consisting of three phonemes, but still has elements of the same meaning. The similarity in meaning is because the word formed comes from a root word with the same phoneme. While isytiqāq kubbār is to form a new word by abbreviating two or more words, which results in an abbreviated word meaning.

This paper discusses the discourse about the complexity of ethnic and religious identity monism in Mataram Lombok West Nusa Tenggara; Sasak ethnic is Islam, while Balinese ethnic is Hindu. The question is then does religious conversion also include ethnic conversion? Methodologically, this paper is library research. Several notes related to this discourse are as follows: (1) Increasing conflict escalation occurs during the Reformation era. Identity politics emerge and strengthen. In several conflicts at Mataram, the ethnic and religious identity is thickening. (2) There is a complexity between democracy and diversity. Democracy demands unity, while multiculturalism emphasizes particularity. Balancing them is easy in theory but difficult in practice. (3) It must be distinguished between politics and politicization. In the case of Indonesia, ethnic and religious issues are often politicized by some people to achieve their own group goals. (4) Relying on ethnicity is a natural instinct in self-defense and affirming identity. This is not necessary to be troubled and blamed. (5) These problems are like a Pandora's box, a box full of diseases. It was the reform era that opened the box which had been closed or covered by the New Order. What happened in the Reformation Era is the emergence of various ethnic and religious problems which were not recognized during the New Order era.
