Atopic dermatitis is a chronic inflammation of the skin characterized by disruption of the skin barrier and aberrations in the immune response. In general, atopic dermatitis can be affected by various complex interactions including genetics, diet, and stress. The lack of public attention to atopic dermatitis which often affects children is one of the factors for the increasing prevalence of atopic dermatitis. The purpose of this community service is to help the community understand the importance of early detection and allergy prevention efforts. Community service is carried out by holding online seminars that can be followed by the general public as well as direct consultations and discussions with pediatricians for allergy patients at the Department of Pediatrics at Dr. RSUD Dr. Saiful Anwar Malang. The total Immunoglobulin E level of the respondents was measured using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method. The severity of the respondents was determined by calculating the SCORAD index. The results of early detection showed that 100% of respondents had intrinsic atopic dermatitis, 90% with mild severity and 10% with moderate severity. After being checked for allergies, the respondents received the appropriate supplements. Conclusion: By holding this community service activity, ordinary people become more aware of the importance of treating allergic diseases as early as possible because the incidence of atopic dermatitis can be reduced and the quality of life of patients can be improved. This outreach activity must be carried out continuously in the following years.

Food additives are materials added to food to affect the nature or shape of the food. These condiments can cause adverse effects on health if being consumed every day more than the amount in mg/Kg body weight. In addition, there are food additives that are prohibited, such as boric acid, formalin, salicylic acid, and others. The lack of understanding of junior high school (SMP) students regarding food additives that are allowed and prohibited cause students to be more likely exposed to foods that contain harmful substances that will accumulate or cause negative effects in the long term. This Community Service Activity aims to improve the understanding of School Health Unit (UKS) cadre students regarding food additives and balanced nutrition. This activity was attended by students from SMPN 1 Singosari, SMP 4 Muhammadiyah Singosari, and SMP Islam Bani Hasyim Singosari. Before and after the counseling material regarding food additives and balanced nutrition, the level of understanding was measured using pre and post-tests. The test results were then analyzed using independent T-test statistics with a confidence level of 95. The results of this activity indicate that there is an increase in participants' knowledge (40%) about food additives and balanced nutrition. Counseling is one of the ways to increase students' understanding of food additives as food safety and balanced nutrition is important to support growth and development.

Out-of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest (OHCA) is considered as a global health problem because of its high incidence and low survival rates. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) performed immediately by a bystander for OHCA patients increases the patients’ survival rate. However, the rate of CPR for OHCA patients remains very low due to the lack of willingness to become a bystander. One way to increase the number of CPR bystanders is by providing training on how to perform CPR. Students is considered to be the best bystander candidate because of their high curiosity and ability to memorize complex objects. This community service aims to increase the survival rates of OHCA patients through the youth cadreization responding to cardiac arrest using the Smartphone Application "Be A Bystander". This community service activity includes providing education about cardiac arrest and CPR, training on CPR with the simulation method (roleplay), and training on CPR using the “Be a Bystander” application. The indicators of the success of this community service are an increase in the knowledge, skills, and willingness of participants to become a bystander. Evaluation showed a significant increase in knowledge (p = 0.000), skills (p = 0.000), and willingness (p = 0.000) of participants before and after programs were carried out. After this community services activity, we hope more students are willing to become a competent bystander.

According to Riskesdas 2018, the proportion of toga utilization in Indonesia was 24.6%, while in Bengkulu Province it was around 42%. From the research results, it is known that the implementation of the TOGA program in this research area is still lacking. This is partly because people do not know about the benefits of family medicinal plants so that the use of yard land is still not optimal. The second reason is the absence of special officers at the puskesmas who manage the activities of planting medicinal plants. Based on interviews with the village head of Harapan, it was found that the low utilization of the home page, garden or fields used to cultivate medicinal plants in order to meet family needs and the lack of community knowledge about family medicinal plants indicate that there was still a lack of socialization about family medicinal plants to health cadres as spearhead of health workers in conveying information and providing guidance to families and communities. The purpose of this community service activity is to develop a toga village in Harapan Village, Pondok Kelapa District, Central Bengkulu Regency by empowering families through Health Cadres. The method used in the implementation of the activity is using the concept of community nursing and family nursing (Family and Community Nursing Aproach) and using the Community Development (CD), Persuasive and Educational model. The results of the socialization showed that there was an increase in the knowledge of PKK cadres after participated in the socialization about family medicinal plants and simple medicine from Toga (p : 0.006), a demonstration toga was formed in the Harapan Village office yard and the residents' home page. The conclusion of this activity is that 2 family medicinal plant gardens have been formed in the village office yard and the residents' home page as a model robe for the local residents. It is hoped that residents can make gowns in their respective yards so that they become a source of simple medicine and first aid if there are people who are sick community.

Efforts to prevent acute respiratory infections (ARI) are very important, because of the ease of transmission and can cause death. Health data from the Desa Gunung Sari Health Center, Kecamatan Pamijahan, Kabupaten Bogor in 2017 indicated that ARI was the most frequent complaint. The purpose of this community service is to educate health cadres about ARI. In addition, an examination of uric acid levels was held for the people of Desa Gunung Sari which was a series of counseling activities. The method used is counseling and direct examination. The counseling participants were 45 people and the uric acid examination was 146 people. The results showed that the cadres listened well to the counseling material, as seen in the correct answers to spontaneous questions during the counseling. The community's uric acid levels were mostly in the normal category and education helps increase public understanding of ARI. Thus, the continuity of similar activities is very much needed.
