This type of research is quantitative research. Quantitative research is to explain the position of the variables studied as well as the relationship between one variable with another variable. The research method used in this study uses descriptive quantitative research methods using multiple linear regression test. The quantitative method in this study was to examine the influence of Mudharabah, Musyarakah, and Murabahah financing on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in 2015-2019. Based on the analysis and discussion of data described in the previous chapter on the effect of mudharabah, musyarakah, and murabahah financing on profitability (ROA) of Islamic banks, it can be concluded that the variables of mudharabah financing, musyarakah financing and murobahah financing significantly influence profitability (ROA). This is evidenced by the results of the t test where the significance value of the variable mudharabah financing (0.023), musyarakah financing (0.037) and murobahah financing (0.008) are more than 0.05. The profit sharing system will facilitate customers and the financing system is quite consumptive so that it can contribute to profit levels, which causes profitability to rise.

The interaction of each student both in the classroom and in the Taruna Nusantara High School (TN-SMA) dormitory with an Indonesian multicultural background can lead to conflict. One form of conflict is bullying. Bulliying should be avoided if students have effective communication skills. However, before achieving effective communication, it must be known first the level of intercultural sensitivity which is a condition where a person is able to accept the cultural differences that are around him. The purpose of this study was to measure the relationship between the level of intercultural sensitivity and the effectiveness of communication between SMA and TN students. The research method uses quantitative research methods. The correlational research design measures the relationship between intercultural sensitivity and the communication effectiveness of Magelang High School TN students. Data from the research results indicate that there is a relationship between the level of intercultural sensitivity and the effectiveness of communication.

The scale used in this study is the Portrait Values Questionnaire (PVQ) as a measure of individual basic values and The Tolerance Index (TI) as a measure of tolerance. This research method uses quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with respondents consisting of 79 people consisting of men and women aged 18-40 years. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between the variables of the basic value of individuals with an attitude of tolerance with a P-Value of 0.031 (P <0.05) with a Pearson Correlation value of 0.244 which indicates a significant positive relationship between the basic values of individuals with an attitude of tolerance . The higher the basic value of the individual, the higher the tolerance attitude between ethnic groups.AbstrakIndonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan keberagaman baik suku, etnis, maupun agama, sehingga menjadikan Indonesia sebagai negara yang multikultural. The brand equity of banks plays a crucial role in determining customer behavior of using their services. The study aims to examine the impact of brand equity on conversion behavior in the use of personal banking services at commercial banks in Vietnam. The paper uses quantitative research methods, through linear SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) analysis, with survey data including 554 samples of individual customers of commercial banks. The study’s findings show that the bank’s brand equity has a negative impact on the behavior of individual customers. In the relationship between these two factors, competitive advertising effectiveness and loyalty of customers act as intermediary factors. On that basis, the study makes a number of recommendations to preclude customers leaving and minimize business losses caused by the conversion of customers’ banks. The findings of this study have shown the importance and impact of brand equity on conversion behavior in the use of personal customer services. These are meaningful contributions both theoretically and practically to help banks get a deeper insight into brand equity and the need to pay attention to building and developing sustainable brand equity for the bank, as well as an important basis for further research.
